Our mission is to spotlight emerging and established filmmakers who are pushing visual storytelling forward. We welcome smartphone filmmakers, experimental creators, and anyone exploring this unique format with purpose, passion, and cinematic craft.

Since its beginnings, the festival has established relationships with schools, social, neighbourhood, human rights and artistic organisations, youth activity centres and organisations of native peoples, trying to be permeable to the needs and demands of the medium, both in terms of themes and genres, resulting in a varied programme that ranges from social video to animation, including fiction and experimental audiovisuals.

Whether through fiction, documentary, animation, or experimental films, each work will have the opportunity to explore the richness and complexity of the urban environment.
