The Humus Film Fest is an international festival of short films with environmental themes, focused on audiovisual pieces that show, from fiction or reality, agroecology experiences, urban gardens, connections between the countryside and the city or new ruralities.
The festival aspires to accommodate both the most professional and amateur creators, with
the aim of broadening views on the connections between these two ecosystems, the countryside and the city. We look for stories that tell us about these relationships from humor, poetry, surrealism or everyday life.
From March 19 to May 30, GENERAMMA, Festival de Cine Realizado por Mujeres - Chiclana, opens its call for entries for short films directed by women from Spain, Europe, Latin America & Caribean, for its fifth edition from September 9 to 13, 2025.
GENERAMMA is a festival with a NON COMPETITIVE international showcase of feature films, and a COMPETITIVE official section of short films that offers its audience the best of cinema made by women.
GENERAMMA is a festival organized by the Andalusian Association of Women in Audiovisual Media (AAMMA), which brings together more than 250 film and audiovisual professionals.
Only Argentine citizens or foreigners residing in the Argentine Republic may participate in the competition who comply with the terms and conditions of these regulations.

Galichnik Film Festival is small festival looking to leave big footprint in the sky full of festivals by providing platform for new filmmakers from the region and beyond. Galichnik is a village known for its well-preserved traditional architecture, including an amphitheater in the village square, where the festival audience will have the chance to see number of films in three competition programs: short fiction, short documentary and short animation.

In its 1st edition, the Association aims to organize the Arara Azul Film Festival in June 2024, which will take place in beautiful Florence and aims to highlight Brazilian cinema. Ti-Kreyollywood is a quarterly event dedicated to short films, held before and after the Kréyol International Film Festival (KIFF) to which it is affiliated. The aim is to provide a second chance for short films that were not selected for KIFF and to offer a new opportunity for older productions that deserve to be seen in this context.
Please note that if your film is produced after January 1, 2019, you will participate in the Kreyol International Film Festival (KIFF2025), which will take place from September 26 to 30, 2025, in Paris.

Grand Prix: $1,000
Ural Shorts consists of four Seasons and Annual Award Event. Every Season the selection committee watches privately the submitted short films and chooses the Official Selections. All selected films enter the competition for the Season Awards.
Within 10 days after the Official Selection list is published the jury announces the Season Winners. The winning films enter the Screening Program in cinemas and on television for all to see.
All Season winners enter the competition for the Annual Awards in 18 nominations corresponding to the Main and Technical and Performances categories, and for the Grand Prix. They receive an invitation to the Annual Award Event.
The Annual Event takes place in August 2026 in the 300-year-old city of Nizhny Tagil, on the border of Europe and Asia, which is called the "Russian Manchester" in the middle of the Ural Mountains. The winner of the Grand Prix will receive a statuette, a diploma and a cash prize of $1,000. The Annual Award Event consists of a cultural and educational program, the annual awards ceremony, screenings, TV interviews, workshops, and other activities.

RDIFF is a Jabalpur, India based international film festival with screenings and Q&A and a twice-yearly awards event. One event is totally dedicated to Short Films and other event is for Full Length Films. There will be two events every year.

As there are many films which did not get a release and makers did not get a good platform to showcase their cinema. RDIFF will provide them an online platform where they can schedule it and show it to the world. RDIFF will promote those films in the market (for that RDIFF will connect with the independent filmmakers separately, for query email us with Subject: RDIFF Play)
All projects officially selected will receive the official laurel and the custom certificate of achievement according to their final status in the competition through email.
The competition is open for professionals as well as students with separate section for student filmmakers.
Since we our guided by valour of Braveheart Queen Rani Durgavati, we will have a special category for Women Independent Filmmakers.
RDIFF is a festival with a difference.

Promoting the heritage and creativity of the world's islands and caring for the oceans & seas is a major factor in developing the blue bio-economy, which is why we adopted it as the main axes of our cultural and media project.
The islands of the world, through the oceans and the continents of the planet, conceal important cultural and patrimonial wealth, as much by their variety, their specificity as by their authenticity. The islanders, being cut off from the continent, are forced to live in osmosis with their environment, to vibrate to the rhythm of the elements of their natural setting, and to dominate the rigors of their daily life by giving free rein to their creative imagination and their innovative spirit. After successfully conducting the Siliguri International Short Film Festival in Siliguri for the last three years, we are planning to organise the 1st RAIGANJ INTERNATIONAL FILM FESTIVAL in the cultural city of North Bengal right from 2022!
Raiganj has a distinct a cultural legacy of it’s own.
There are many budding and aspiring filmmaker, actors and technicians in this town.
The history of Raiganj even boasts of it’s fight for freedom against the British rulers.
The police station was set up 125 years ago and railway connectivity reached the plan 115 years ago. The city hold the 106 years old Raiganj Coronation High School.
Raiganj is also known for Raiganj Wildlife sanctuary (also called the Kulik Birds Sanctuary), home to a large population of Asian openbills and other waterbirds and it is the largest bird sanctuary in Asia.
Raiganj can be a prime seat of the film tourism in near future.
Hence the idea of holding The Raiganj International Film Festival.
