Festival Inclús is a festival of audiovisual productions, both documentary and fiction centered on the theme of physical and mental disabilities. It is an initiative Associació Inclús and conducted by Fish Muvi.
The aim of Festival Inclús is to give visibility to audiovisual works produced around the theme of disability with a different point of view. The goal is to provide a deepest perspective of the reality of disabilities, whether the production is carried by entities directly involved in the world of disability, or other persons or groups.
We also are an inclusive festival that is why we have two new sections: Inclus values, cinema for kids and teens about social issues and Sing Language cinema, movies in sign language.
The Festival will be held in November, 2024, close to the International Day of Disability December 3rd. The Audiovisual material of the finalists will be played during this day according to the different categories. There will be awards for the best submittals. Inclús focuses on audiovisual productions, but it also has other artistic and commercial activities and disciplines in order to give visibility to this sector.
Sound and Music Film Festival Makedonska 21 is taking place in an old Belgrade building dating back to early 20tth century (1928), which is situated on Makedonska 21 street. This was the building of the strongest workers union at the time, founded to promote highly respected values of mutual respect and solidarity. After the Second World War the premises were used by Radio Belgrade as the location of Studio 10, which was the home of most significant radio dramas and music records. This place was responsible for introducing the art of sound to Belgrade listeners and making it an essential part of their cultural heritage, proving itself to be of an immeasurable artistic, cultural, and social significance.
Today, the building is a blend of residential and commercial units. Relying on the building’s rich history, their residents decided to give something in return and contribute to its tradition by starting a film festival that celebrates the art of film music and sound design.
The festival is intended to be a professional networking platform for anyone coming from these fields –film composers, sound designers, sound recordist, music producers, musicians, music bands, to name a few, in order to give them the opportunity to explore, learn, exchange their knowledge and unite ideas.
The festival welcomes films of all categories – documentary films, short fiction films, experimental films, animated films, of all genres, as long as they are commited to creative use of their soundscape.
The bulding premises alow this event to spread its sound magic on various stages simoultaneously – from the monumental hall with great acoustics, and music store Metropolis located on the ground floor, all the way to the roof top, where people can enjoy films and live music over drinks under the vast Belgrade sky.
The third edition of Pila Audiovisual Festival (FAP) produced by the Municipality of Pila, under the organization of the Municipal Cinema Theater "Padre Adolfo Anastasio", will be held in person in that city, from August 22 to 25, 2024.
This festival aims to stimulate and facilitate meetings between members of the cinematography, promote the exhibition, production and reflection on audiovisual production in our locality, generate zonal ties, and present films of all genres, accompanied by their representatives, to
contribute to the development of culture and the progress and dissemination of the audiovisual industry.
“Accussì” was born from the broader idea of creating (in the future) a real Festival “for the eyes”, dedicated to the beauty of “local” territories, of spaces such as towns and villages that often experience dynamics of abandonment, and which instead in this project they become the theater of various types of performing arts, and primarily of a series of short films. Cinema Camp Film Festival is a short film festival open to filmmakers from all over the world that has a double function: on one hand, serve as a platform for the dissemination of the short film in those places where it does not have much presence, and on the other hand, to function as an educational and formative tool, allowing the young spectators, who mostly make up their audience, to learn and draw inspiration from the visualization of the different cinematographic works.
The functioning of the festival, open to all types of audiences, is very simple: among all the short films received, a final selection will be made, which will be the one screened in the different sessions of the festival (which will take place in different Spanish cities at throughout the summer). Our association Pulp Vision, which brings together students interested in cinema, is organising the 12th edition of its short film festival "Tournez-court", which will take place on 25 September 2024. This year's theme is blue, and we'll be showing not only French but also international short films. It's a special edition because we're partnering with the Envie d'Sup association, which works to give secondary school students from priority education areas access to a variety of cultural events.
