Mostra Dr. Mabuse is an international short film festival taking place in Barcelona for three days. It is conceived as a festival open to new artists as well as experienced. A jury consisting of professionals in the audiovisual world, teachers and students of film festivals and other collaborators carry out the selection of films to be screened in the three sessions that are scheduled during the month of June in Barcelona. The project was initiated twenty years ago and has been growing and multiplying the number of films screened and registered, having received works of relevant directors such as JA Bayona, Nacho Vigalondo, Mateo Gil or Kike Maillo. Instead of just being an audiovisual festival, Dr. Mabuse is intended to be an homogeneous and free event, in which everyone can have a good time enjoying theater and cinema.

Welcome to the Radical Frame Film - 2025 Short Film Series - Berlin
We at the Radical Frame Film Festival are proud to announce edition number eleven of Short Film
Series.
The idea for the Radical Frame Film Festival started years ago when a group of Denver activists,
artists, and friends decided to bring the messages of video activist cinema into the public eye.
We feel that due to the current social and political climate, both locally and globally, our mission
-- to provide a forum for thought provoking films and debates -- is more critical than ever.
We are committed to presenting progressive, leftist, radical, anti-racist, experimental, and
visionary films that address issues including, but not limited to, the environment, human rights,
social injustice, antiglobalization, etc...
The Radical Frame Film Festival showcases every genre of independent film from across the world during this incredible bi-continental celebration of independent artists.
The Radical Frame Film Festival is a forum where filmmakers can thrive outside the mainstream arena.
The Short Film Series turns the spotlight on truly independent short films, created by new and

The motto is intended to emphasize the diverse and profound aspects of the festival that go beyond the ordinary and connect both the past and the future of filmmaking. beyond embodies the idea of building a bridge between nostalgic elements and modern innovations. The focus is on the synergies that arise when different generations and perspectives, young filmmakers and industry experts, come into contact and learn from each other. beyond reflects the diversity of stories that are to be told at Sehsüchte. In an increasingly polarized social climate, we position ourselves as willing to listen to all voices and remain open. Regardless of origin, financial means, level of education, gender and our other differences, we want to offer everyone a chance for a platform. We want to think our festival beyond boxes, borders and barriers. With beyond, we invite our audience to broaden their own horizons and explore new ideas and concepts.
