El Festival de Cine Independiente de Roma (RIFF) es el primer festival de cine independiente e internacional de Italia. Su objetivo es unir el entusiasmo por el cine y el cine entre los jóvenes cineastas con la realidad de la producción y la distribución cinematográficas. Desde su primera edición en 2001, el RIFF se ha convertido en un evento al que el público de Roma sigue con cada vez más interés y en una referencia para los cineastas de todo el mundo. We are a festival run by Filmmakers, Professors of Film and Film Fans for Filmmakers, Film Students and Film Fans at all levels of expertise. This is a festival where recognition is generous and you are the Star no matter what role you played or how many roles you assumed, everyone is treated like a Rock Star. We roll out the red carpet for your premiere, allow time for Q & A following the screening, or the block of films if you are in the shorts category. We hold live readings of your screenplay with professional actors with you directing.
If you have special skills, you may be invited to moderate a panel or participate as a panelist. Festival Alumni also serve as Awards Presenters during the Bonehead Awards Gala.
KloosterKino is the place to be for animated shorts in Nijmegen, the Netherlands. Three times a year we show the best animated shorts from all over the world in a friendly setting. The screenings take place in a historic cloister, which dates back to 1909, and are not subject to admission.
KloosterKino shows work by young filmmakers, but also pays attention to classic animated film. Throughout the year we also work with other festivals and cultural organizations to arrange screenings of animated shorts.
But why animated shorts? Well, first of all, because we love them! But also because too few animated shorts are shown theatrically in the Netherlands. KloosterKino wants to show animation in all its diversity: from stop-motion to CGI, from narrative to abstract, homegrown and from far away. In doing so, we hope to aid in the diffusion of the artistic animated short.
We intend to be an alternative to the larger animation festivals by offering screenings which are both accessible and challenging. We stand for high quality animated film in welcoming surroundings. Our target audience is not just the animation aficionado, but also those who normally don’t watch animation, but are open to a surprising and stimulating program of films.

Con categorías competitivas para Cantabria, España, Internacional y el Geoparque UNESCO Costa Quebrada, el evento premia lo mejor del cortometraje (ficción, hasta 30 minutos).
Los seleccionados optarán a galardones como Mejor Corto Cántabro, Nacional o Internacional, además de reconocimientos técnicos y el prestigioso premio Geoparque, que destaca obras vinculadas a este patrimonio natural.

WDIFF films and screenings are selected and hosted by filmmakers, professors, and other notable figures in the world of film. In addition to exhibiting the next new wave of women filmmakers, the WDIFF also makes time to pay tribute to films by women with historical significance.
In past years festival gains reputation & regarded as among most prestigious festival in India. The festival grows over the years & attracts filmmakers from across the India & across the world.
Mission & Objective - The mission of the Women's Director International Film Festival (WDIFF) is to empower women's artistic vision internationally. With women representing only 7% of filmmakers, we would like to increase the number of women in the industry and support those women who are actively involved by assisting filmmakers and artists with the development of their craft.

El Festival Audiovisual Infantil, conocido por sus siglas como FICAIJ, nace en Mérida, Venezuela, en 2010, y se consolida tras 12 años como una de las más importantes ventanas de exhibición de contenidos de calidad tanto educativos y alternativos como comerciales para niños, niñas, adolescentes, jóvenes y familias en el país y la región.
Tras haber atendido de forma directa a más de 41.385 mil participantes en sus 11 ediciones anteriores en 6 países del mundo. Frente al panorama de pandemia que vivimos por el COVID-19, asumimos el reto de transformarnos y activar nuestra edición número 12 en la web con incidencia principal en los países de la región. Adicionalmente, planeamos tener algunas proyecciones presenciales en Venezuela y Colombia.
Historia:
Más de 1.506 obras audiovisuales entre cortos y largos provenientes de 81 países del mundo fueron transmitidas a través de las pantallas del FICAIJ, y más de 392 personas entre niños, niñas, adolescentes, jóvenes y adultos cumplieron la labor de evaluar y ser jurados de esas obras.
Nuestros jurados no solo provenían de Venezuela y de Colombia sino de otros 9 países: Argentina, Brasil, Cuba, Ecuador, España, Italia, Kenia, México y Sudáfrica, participando en representación de sus lugares de procedencia.
Filosofía:
Promovemos el audiovisual desde una mirada reflexiva y productiva, invitando a niños, niñas, adolescentes y jóvenes a asumir un rol activo como creadores y prosumidores.
Misión:
El FICAIJ busca alentar la creación, producción, exhibición y distribución de contenidos de calidad para y por niños, niñas, adolescentes y jóvenes de la región, estimulando el protagonismo de los chicos en todos estos procesos.
2do. Laboratorio FICAIJ:
Con el doble propósito de fortalecer, por un lado, la producción de contenidos infantiles, juveniles y familiares a nivel regional, y por el otro la formación de docentes en la educación con y para los medios, necesidad más evidente ante la educación digital impuesta por la pandemia, la organización del FICAIJ asume el reto de desarrollar la 2da. edición de su Laboratorio FICAIJ, un espacio de formación dirigido al sector de producción de contenidos para chicos y chicas latinoamerican@s y al sector de la educación.
