O SICAF International Animated Film Festival é um dos festivais de animação mais renomados da Ásia. O 23º Festival Internacional de Desenhos Animados e Animação de Seul espera não só preservar as tradições passadas, mas também descobrir com novas e emocionantes tendências dentro da indústria da animação. Com isso, o Festival Internacional de Cinema de Animação da SICAF (7.17-7.21 em Seul) gostaria de abrir seu convite para inscrições. Aguardamos a sua participação nas seguintes categorias do concurso oficial: Recurso, Curto, Estudante, KID e Online & Comissionado.
O Festival Internacional de pássaros pintados é dedicado a curtas-metragens e longas-metragens, ficção, documentários e animações FILMES FEITO DE 1 DE JANEIRO DE 2018 NÃO apresentaram em edições anteriores, com o objetivo de promover entre as crianças o diálogo intercultural, a coesão social e os direitos humanos, especialmente aqueles de crianças até 12 anos. Vai divulgar filmes de qualidade que dificilmente chegam a Espanha, tentando não cair em clichês. Assim, gradualmente, o festival é destinado como um campo para reuniões e discussões de projetos de interesse mútuo.
Organizer of 20min|max is the public charity Von der Rolle e.V. – Film Culture Association, and Stadttheater Ingolstadt in cooperation with Audi Repertory Cinema and the Museum of Concrete Art Ingolstadt. 20minmax is considered as venue for filmmakers and those interested in short film and visual art. The Festival provides time and place to engage in short films, meet film producers and discuss their ideas. For the eleventh time we announce this international competition for cinematic expressivity, autonomous formal style, impressive stories – ergo: artistic synthesis of direction, montage, sound and light will be presented and awarded. 20minmax film competition is open to all genres of shortfilm: animation, fictional film, documentary, experimental film and video art, music clips etc.
As regards content, the festival programme is carried out by the organisers of 20minmax, supported by a jury. The festival screenings will take place at Audi Repertory Cinema, Museum of Concrete Art and Stadttheater Ingolstadt.

The Fine Arts Film Festival (FAFF) is dedicated to showing the finest films in the world about art, photography, collectors and artists of all mediums in and out of their studios, galleries, museums, public art, and alternative art spaces. This includes video art, curated as a film medium.
The 5th Annual Fine Arts Film Festival will be held on May 10-12, 2018. We're opening up with the VR Section of the Festival at Creative Technology Center on May 10, then moving to the historic Beyond Baroque Literary Arts Center Theatre on May 11-12, which is celebrating it's 50th Anniversary in 2018.
The 4th Annual 2017 Fine Arts Film festival was held on May 12-13th with celebrities and luminaries from both the art and entertainment worlds hosted by the Venice Institute of Contemporary Art at the Creative Technology Center at The Brewery Art Lofts, Art Share LA, and at the historic Beyond Baroque Theatre in Venice, California.
We screened 48 films from around the world, with over 170 submissions.

O Centro de Memória Comum para Democracia e Paz (CMCDP), uma associação nacional de direitos humanos com alcance internacional, abre a chamada para inscrições de filmes para a 15ª edição do Festival Internacional de Cinema e Memória Comum (FICMEC), a ser realizada na cidade de Nador de 30 de outubro a 4 de novembro de 2026.
O CMCDP opera nos seguintes campos de ação:
Questões relacionadas à memória e à memória compartilhada como conhecimento e expertise;
Disseminação de uma cultura de paz, convivência e democracia;
A luta contra todas as formas de extremismo;
Defesa dos direitos humanos e contribuição para a disseminação de sua cultura;
Questões de identidade e diversidade linguística e cultural;
Consolidação e desenvolvimento de valores de solidariedade e diálogo construtivo entre povos e nações;
Apoio a todas as gerações de direitos humanos.
A cada ano, a FICMEC propõe uma reflexão temática ligada à memória. Nesta edição, o tema central será “Memória do Futuro”, inspirado nas palavras de Victor Hugo: “O futuro é uma porta, o passado é a chave” e na ideia de Roman Krznaric de que o futuro não é um lugar para onde vamos, mas um lugar que estamos criando.
A memória não é um exercício de nostalgia nem um olhar ancorado no passado. É uma responsabilidade coletiva. Preservar, explicar e transmitir episódios históricos, especialmente os mais dolorosos, é dever das instituições e da sociedade como um todo: famílias, associações, defensores dos direitos humanos, artistas e educadores. Compreender o passado é um ato consciente de se preparar para o futuro.
“Memória do Futuro” propõe um diálogo permanente entre lembrança e projeção, entre justiça e transformação social. As lutas contra a injustiça, os processos de verdade e reconciliação, a defesa da dignidade humana e a consolidação dos valores democráticos constituem as bases de um amanhã mais justo. Lembrar não é perpetuar o ressentimento, mas sim gerar conscientização, evitar a repetição de violações e fortalecer uma cultura de paz.
As novas gerações ocupam um lugar central nessa visão. Eles não são meramente repositórios de narrativas herdadas, mas agentes ativos capazes de reinterpretar, questionar e projetar a memória em direção ao futuro. A transmissão intergeracional, o pensamento crítico contra a manipulação histórica e o compromisso com os direitos humanos são elementos essenciais dessa construção.
Na esfera artística e cultural, o cinema — seja documentário ou ficcional — se torna um veículo privilegiado para tornar visíveis memórias silenciadas, denunciar injustiças, abrir espaços para o diálogo e contribuir para a transformação social.
Condições temáticas de participação:
Longas-metragens e curtas-metragens (ficção, animação): tema aberto.
Documentários: devem se alinhar especificamente ao tema da nota conceitual “Memória do Futuro”, abordando questões relacionadas à memória, direitos humanos, justiça, transmissão intergeracional, reconciliação, identidade ou construção democrática a partir de uma perspectiva reflexiva e proativa.
Cineastas de todas as nacionalidades são convidados a inscrever trabalhos que contribuam para pensar sobre o futuro por meio da consciência histórica, promovendo valores de justiça, paz, igualdade, coexistência e o papel da juventude nesse processo.
As inscrições de filmes são aceitas exclusivamente por meio de plataformas oficiais de inscrição do festival.
Por meio dessa chamada, o CMCDP e o FICMEC reafirmam seu compromisso com uma memória ativa, ética e transformadora, convencidos de que somente aqueles que assumem a responsabilidade pelo passado podem contribuir para a construção de um futuro mais humano e democrático.

NOFI is a multi stage International Festival of New and Original Films. It was founded by the Center of American New Cinema and Arts (CANCA). The preliminary stages take place in Russia, Sweden and Armenia while the final stage is taking place in USA (Los Angeles). Each year an estimated 1000 independent and student films participate in the NOFI festivals from 60 countries. We have representatives in 10 countries including USA, Russia, Sweden, Armenia, Belarus, UK,Belgium, Holland, Arab Emirates and Philippines.
The goal of the NOFI festivals is to find and invite talented film directors to NOFI film studying and producing programs for shooting their films with the help of our sponsors and grants. We then represent, promote and will try to sell the best films from NOFI in the American Film Market, Cannes film market, Amazon, Netflix, Hulu and other markets. Winning films can also participate in NOFI sister’s film festivals in Korea, Poland, Germany, Estonia, Russia and Armenia. NOFI is designed to showcase innovative work by new filmmakers who may (or may not) have been overlooked by other festivals. We organize forums and round tables with filmmakers during the NOFI festivals to understand their needs, help solve common problems with film production and discuss their future projects. Our slogan is- “Indie filmmakers without borders.” Many celebrities and representatives from film studios have attended screenings and award ceremonies of NOFI festivals.
