Censurados Film Festival — это международный кинофестиваль, на котором демонстрируются и рекламируются «фильмы, которые они не хотят, чтобы вы смотрели». Основанный в Перу и имеющий более чем двенадцатилетний опыт, фестиваль зарекомендовал себя как ключевая платформа для защиты свободы выражения мнений, прав человека и культурного разнообразия с помощью кинематографа.
В глобальном контексте, где цензура продолжает влиять на художников, кинематографистов и зрителей, фестиваль создает пространство для встреч, размышлений и диалога о многочисленных формах цензуры, формирующих современные художественные практики.
12-й фестиваль пройдет с 9 по 12 октября 2026 года в Кальдес-де-Эстрак (Барселона), где в течение четырех дней в культурных и общественных местах будут проходить показы, дебаты, мастер-классы и образовательные мероприятия, превращая город в место встречи кинематографистов, профессионалов индустрии и зрителей.

ЦЕНЗУРНАЯ КОНКУРЕНЦИЯ
Этот раздел посвящен фильмам, которые подверглись цензуре, запрету или столкнулись с препятствиями, давлением, угрозами или любыми формами насилия, влияющими на их создание или распространение.
В нем могут участвовать фильмы любого жанра — художественные, документальные, анимационные или экспериментальные — из любой точки мира при условии, что они подверглись цензуре или вмешательству на любом этапе процесса кинопроизводства: от исследований и разработки концепции, написания сценария, производства, съемок и постпродакшна до их показа, распространения или публичного распространения.
Заявители должны предоставить поддающуюся проверке информацию, свидетельствующую о ситуации цензуры, давления, угроз или конфликтов, повлиявших на произведение.
