DONOSSKINO Short Film Festival Vol.IX
Festival will be held in Donostia / San Sebastian in October 2025.
The Strasbourg European Fantastic Film Festival is organised by Les Films du Spectre, a non-profit making association dedicated to genre cinema, which includes fantasy, horror, science-fiction and thrillers.
In addition to the Festival’s international prizes, as a member of the European Fantastic Film Festivals Federation, it also awards the Silver Méliès for the best European fantastic film.
The 35th Message to Man International Festival of documentary, short fiction, animated, and experimental films will take place from 17 to 25 October 2025 in St. Petersburg, Russia.
Over the years, the Festival has hosted distinguished figures of world cinema, including Werner Herzog, Ulrich Seidl, Claude Lanzmann, Isabelle Huppert, Fanny Ardant, Agnès Varda, Mira Nair, Paolo Sorrentino, Alan Berliner, Eric Roberts, Jonathan Rosenbaum, Abdellatif Kechiche, Udo Kier, and many others.
With its history spanning three decades of cinema development, Message to Man was founded in 1989 in Leningrad by filmmaker Mikhail Litvyakov, who now serves as the Honorary President of the Festival.
In 2010, Alexei Uchitel, a renowned director of documentaries and feature films, assumed the role of the Festival's President.
The Festival programme revolves around three competitions: international, national, and experimental, providing a platform for both full-length and short films to vie for the Festival's Grand Prix. Message to Man consistently draws thousands of cinema enthusiasts to St. Petersburg each year.
Most Festival is an annual event that aims to showcase the best international audiovisual work linked to viniculture, wine and cava. At the same time, the festival aims to make a toast for good cinema by projecting unreleased films by great authors.
Held in the Penedès, a zone very close to Barcelona (Spain) with a long winemaking tradition and several wine-related tourist attractions, the festival wants to promote viniculture and arts linked to wine and cava through audiovisual works and also explore all aspects of winemaking, especially values such as quality, diversity, wine tourism and ties to the region.

The Black Sea Film Festival is an annual event which awards new inspiring, motivating talent. Designed to acknowledge the creative contributions of both young and elder artists, beginners or with a long way paved behind, the festival benefits the community socially, educationally and economically – wise.
The Festival will showcase innovative independent cinema from around the world, taking place along the Romanian Black Sea coast. The fourth edition will be held in Vama Veche, a charismatic place known for its young, vibrating and artistic spirit.
On our current edition we are accepting a variety of short films: narrative, animation, experimental, student, documentary, music video, human rights, and also feature films: narrative, documentary. The film production can be made within the last ten years.

From the TUBIFEST Film Festival we are happy to tell you that we are going to start our first edition in the town of Tubilla del Lago (Burgos), giving shape to our illusion of being able to bring Culture closer to an emptied Spain, and to be able to give also meet those young directors and actors.

We created CINEFANTASY – INTERNATIONAL FANTASTIC FILM FESTIVAL to encourage, discuss, and promote fantastic cinema and its universe. Over fifteen editions, we have presented 1,500 films, held more than 100 educational activities, received 8,000 film submissions, and attracted an audience of over 90,000 people.

Espai Montseny, with the support of Viladrau City Council, is convening the 3rt edition of the “Environment and Sustainability Short Film Festival. Montseny Natural Park and Biosphere Reserve”. The festival will be held on July 15th and 16th 2022 (date subject to the current restrictions for COVID-19).
The event was born in 2020 with the idea of showing audiovisual productions related to the environment and to encourage reporting, debate and awareness about the environmental crisis that affects both globally and in our immediate environment.
The European Short Film Festival Villamayor de Cine emerged in 2008 in the picturesque village of Villamayor de Santiago, located in the province of Cuenca. Its main mission was to create a space where short films took a prominent place and young directors had the opportunity to shine.
This festival takes place annually during the month of August, in intense days where a team of over forty young professionals, under the direction of the festival's founder, Javier Alonso, tirelessly works to bring the best of short cinema to Villamayor de Santiago.
Renowned Spanish actor Jesús Guzmán was the Honorary President of this film event until his unfortunate passing in 2023. In his honor, the award for the best fiction short film bears his name, keeping his memory and legacy alive in the world of cinema.
The festival's host is Luis Mottola, a highly esteemed professional actor and presenter. His presence elevates the festival with his experience and talent. Mottola feels a profound affection for Villamayor, just as the town appreciates him. @luismottola
The Sax International Film Festival, in the province of Alicante, qualifier for the Goya Awards, arises through the initiative of the filmmaker and writer Miguel Herrero Herrero.
