Lanzado en 1980, nuestro festival, el primero de su categoría en Corea del Sur, ha crecido y evolucionado desde el Festival de Cortometrajes de Corea hasta convertirse en el Festival de Cortometrajes Asiáticos de Busan en 2000 y, finalmente, en el Festival Internacional de Cortometrajes de Busan en 2010 (www.bisff.org).
El BISFF, que tendrá lugar a finales de abril en el Busan Cinema Center, entregará una docena de premios en tres secciones competitivas (Competición Internacional, Competencia Coreana y Operation Kino), además de presentar varias secciones comisariadas y no competitivas, entre las que se incluyen: Guest Country, Korean Shorts, Asian Shorts, Prism, 3D Cinema, etc.

ENTRY FEE FOR SUBMISSIONS OF FILMS:
(1) Entry fees for FEATURE FILMS (Duration: 50 mins to 105 mins max) : 5000/- INR or (63.23 USD)
(2) Entry fees for SHORT FILMS (Duration: 00.10 mins to 00.50 mins): 3,000/- INR or (36.27 USD)
(3) ANIMATION FILMS in all categories (Duration: 00.05 mins to 00.30 mins max).
(4) Entry fees for STUDENT FILMS: 1500/-INR or (21USD)
(LATE ENTRY FEES WILL BE DOUBLE THE ENTRY FEES MENTIONED ABOVE APPLICABLE TO FILMS SUBMITTED BEYOND THE DEADLINE ANNOUNCED)
SUBMISSION GUIDELINES:
1.Films without English Subtitles (except English Films), shall not be considered for selection.
2.Films submitted with watermarks or logos shall be rejected.
3.Only Trailers or promos cannot be submitted for selection process.
4.Film Download link with password is preferred, DVD or Bluray are also accepted as hard copies.
5.If submitting hard copies, Two full HD DVDs/Bluray should be sent by courier to the Festival office along with a hard copy of this entry form duly filled. DVDs must be labeled with film title, director name, duration, phone number and email id on them. Director pic, Poster, Film Stills may be attached in an email.
6. For submissions coming from outside India, the packages must be marked, “For Festival & Cultural Purpose only, No Commercial value”.
7. DIFF does not pay screening fees to film makers.
8. DIFF will not return the Films submitted online or vide DVDs/Pen Drives/ Blu-ray etc. during or after the festival.
TERMS & CONDITIONS:
1. DIFF reserves the right to showcase the film so submitted perpetually anywhere ( other festivals, television, online etc).
2. DIFF reserves the right to include the film and related material in its promotional activities.
3. All Decisions made by the Appointed “Selection Committee” regarding Selections, screenings, awards at the Festival in entirety will be final. In case of Dispute, decision of the President is final.
4. The film makers and their representatives undertake to use the official logo and the status of their Selection or Award strictly in conformation with DIFF 2022 designs and they further undertake to use such festival logo in all their promotions, posters and marketing publications with the consent of the festival.
5. A film selected for the festival does not run in competition automatically. A Jury will select the films which feature in Competition.
6. The Festival shall not bear / reimburse any freight or other charges in foreign or Indian currency.
7. Once selected for screening, the film shall not be withdrawn.
8. The last date of submissions of ENTRIES IS 10.12.2024 and Date of Intimation of Selection will be 15.12.2024

... una película acabada y todos se levantan para salir de la sala de proyección, pero los créditos de las películas se siguen proyectando y, al hacerlo, se pasa por alto el inmenso trabajo de esos profesionales, que contribuyeron a la realización de la película con pasión y profesionalismo. ¿Cuánto esfuerzo y sacrificio ha supuesto? ¿Quiénes son estas personas detrás de escena?

El Festival se caracteriza porque premia a los mejores profesionales que trabajan entre bastidores para hacer una película. El jurado decidirá los ganadores evaluando en general los diversos procesos y profesiones que participaron, especialmente el guion, la cinematografía, el vestuario, la escenografía, el maquillaje, el sonido y la música.

El año que viene, realizadores de vídeo de todo el mundo podrán mostrar sus obras en esta nueva competición internacional abierta a cortometrajes de cualquier género.
Diez días de proyecciones en directo, entrega de premios y, para todos los ganadores, un hermoso y original trofeo creado exclusivamente para el Festival Internacional de Cortometrajes de Spello.
ATENCIÓN, TODOS LOS CORTOMETRAJES SELECCIONADOS Y LOS FINALISTAS SE PROYECTARÁN DURANTE LOS DÍAS DEL FESTIVAL.
El Festival Internacional de Cine “La Picasa” se celebrará en la localidad de Cinco Saltos ( Río Negro, Argentina), los días 20, 21, 22 y 23 de marzo 2025. El Festival es organizado por Picasa Team, organizaciones sociales de la región y con la colaboración de la Provincia de Río Negro. La programación del mismo está cargo del Director Artístico Ivan Iannamico con la producción general de Noelia Fuentes.
Desde junio de 2024, organizamos proyecciones de cine independiente e internacional en Lisboa, centradas en los cortometrajes.

Curtas na Cesta es Shorts in the Basket en inglés porque dedicamos nuestro tiempo a cosechar el mejor y más fresco cine que existe.
La tercera edición de la selección de cortometrajes tendrá lugar como parte del nuevo Festival de Cine de Cavaion, organizado por Liberamente Cavaion APS del 17 al 18 de enero de 2026, en el Salón Cívico E. Turri de Cavaion Vicenza.
Las películas en competición se dividirán en tres categorías: locales, internacionales y jóvenes. La selección se realizará una vez cerradas las nominaciones y quedará a discreción del director artístico del evento.
La noche del sábado 17 de enero estará dedicada a la selección local, mientras que la noche del domingo 18 de enero estará dedicada a la selección internacional.

Hoy en día vivimos las consecuencias del colonialismo en todos sus aspectos: racismo, patriarcado, capitalismo y hegemonía cultural, económica y política. Decolonizing Frames busca abordar y desmantelar estos legados arrojando luz sobre narrativas alternativas. A través del cortometraje, aspiramos a romper con el statu quo, fomentando una reevaluación de las normas sociales y promoviendo la valoración de diversos sistemas de conocimiento y formas de vida.
Mediante el poderoso medio del cortometraje, alentamos a los productores a mostrar la riqueza de las culturas, las lenguas nativas y las formas de vida, contribuyendo a una comprensión colectiva de las perspectivas decoloniales.

En FFM, los cineastas están invitados al festival para participar en una variedad de programas, sesiones de preguntas y respuestas y una serie de mesas redondas, conferencias de prensa y clases magistrales en las que los cineastas tienen la oportunidad de hablar sobre su trabajo y sus carreras con una nueva generación de creadores de contenido.
FFM acogerá vendaval en la noche de apertura y clausura, Red Carpet, interacción con la prensa para los participantes, retratos oficiales para los cineastas nominados, entrevistas en festivales a cineastas nominados, fiestas nocturnas, actuaciones de música en vivo, paneles de cineastas, presentaciones de premios y un programa mejorado de hospitalidad para cineastas que incluye visitas a la ciudad y mucho más.
BLEU PARIS es un festival internacional de cine independiente dedicado a películas en las que el color azul desempeña un papel artístico, emocional o simbólico central.
Creado en París, el festival celebra el cine emergente, las visiones artísticas singulares y la narración audaz a través de proyecciones cuidadosamente seleccionadas que reúnen a cineastas, artistas y público en torno a una fascinación compartida por los muchos tonos de azul.
La quinta edición, titulada Furiously Blue, tendrá lugar del 5 al 6 de marzo de 2027 en un conocido cine parisino.
El festival se estructura en torno a tres secciones:
• Selección oficial: cortometrajes (de 1 a 25 minutos) que compiten por el Premio Azul y el Premio del Público
• Selección de mediometrajes: mediometrajes (26 a 60 minutos) que compiten por el premio del jurado de mediometrajes
• Blue Laboratory: un programa fuera de competición dedicado a obras experimentales, atrevidas y poco convencionales
El Premio Azul incluye una subvención económica de 300€, que ha sido posible gracias al apoyo del patrocinador del festival.
BLEU PARIS da la bienvenida a cineastas profesionales e independientes de todos los países y procedencias.
Más que una competición, BLEU PARIS tiene como objetivo crear una experiencia poética, cinematográfica e inmersiva en la que el azul se convierta en un lenguaje propio.
