Il Prague Film Festival è un festival cinematografico professionale unico con proiezioni dal vivo, programmi di settore, varie anteprime mondiali, europee e ceche a Praga, nella Repubblica Ceca.
Essendo uno dei pochi festival cinematografici di Praga, offre proiezioni di lungometraggi e documentari della Selezione Ufficiale. Il festival si terrà per 4 giorni, dal 23 al 26 aprile 2025 al Kino Pilotu di Praga. L'INDUSTRY PROGRAM includerà anche nomi di fama mondiale della cinematografia che hanno vinto la Palm d'Or. Presto vi informeremo di più sul programma. È anche possibile ottenere l'ACCREDITAMENTO. Gli accrediti per il festival apriranno il 1 dicembre 2024. Il festival include anche proiezioni speciali dei migliori film degli anni precedenti.
Il premio principale è intitolato: A GOLDEN SUBWAY. Il premio ha questo nome perché Praga può essere orgogliosa del fatto che nella metropolitana si possono trovare pedane praghesi uniche. Non troverai questo tipo di piastrelle in nessun'altra metropolitana al mondo. Solo al nostro festival. Il festival assegnerà premi finanziari per un importo di 75.000 CZK (3.000 EUR) e premi partner per un importo di 100.000 CZK (4.000 EUR) per i film e le sceneggiature vincitori.

Nata nel 1988 a Islanda, ha diretto «Fár» e ha vinto la menzione speciale al Festival di Cannes 2023.
Ali Asgari
Figura di spicco del cinema iraniano, con oltre 200 premi all'attivo. I suoi cortometraggi «More Than Two Hours» (2013) e «The Silence» (2016) sono stati entrambi nominati per la Palma d'Oro al Festival di Cannes. Concentrati sulla vita precaria di individui ai margini della società iraniana, i suoi film hanno ottenuto riconoscimenti internazionali. Il suo lungometraggio d'esordio, «Disappearance», è stato sviluppato presso la Residenza della Cinéfondation del Festival di Cannes e presentato in anteprima al Festival di Venezia nel 2017. Il suo secondo lungometraggio, «Until Tomorrow», è stato presentato in anteprima alla Berlinale nel 2022. Inoltre, Asgari è membro dell'Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences.

La conduttrice del festival è Natalie Golovchenko, laureata alla JAMU, nota principalmente per le serie TV ceche. Il festival include anche un Networking Party e domande e risposte per i registi vincitori del premio. Proprio come l'anno scorso, abbiamo dato il benvenuto a un gran numero di registi e appassionati di cinema cechi, crediamo che sarà lo stesso anche quest'anno.

Lanciato nel 1980, il nostro festival, il primo della sua categoria in Corea del Sud, è cresciuto e si è evoluto dal Korean Short Film Festival, al Busan Asian Short Film Festival nel 2000 e infine al Busan International Short Film Festival nel 2010 (www.bisff.org).

(4) Entry fees for STUDENT FILMS: 1500/-INR or (21USD)
(LATE ENTRY FEES WILL BE DOUBLE THE ENTRY FEES MENTIONED ABOVE APPLICABLE TO FILMS SUBMITTED BEYOND THE DEADLINE ANNOUNCED)
SUBMISSION GUIDELINES:
1.Films without English Subtitles (except English Films), shall not be considered for selection.
2.Films submitted with watermarks or logos shall be rejected.
3.Only Trailers or promos cannot be submitted for selection process.
4.Film Download link with password is preferred, DVD or Bluray are also accepted as hard copies.
5.If submitting hard copies, Two full HD DVDs/Bluray should be sent by courier to the Festival office along with a hard copy of this entry form duly filled. DVDs must be labeled with film title, director name, duration, phone number and email id on them. Director pic, Poster, Film Stills may be attached in an email.
6. For submissions coming from outside India, the packages must be marked, “For Festival & Cultural Purpose only, No Commercial value”.
7. DIFF does not pay screening fees to film makers.
8. DIFF will not return the Films submitted online or vide DVDs/Pen Drives/ Blu-ray etc. during or after the festival.
TERMS & CONDITIONS:
1. DIFF reserves the right to showcase the film so submitted perpetually anywhere ( other festivals, television, online etc).
2. DIFF reserves the right to include the film and related material in its promotional activities.
3. All Decisions made by the Appointed “Selection Committee” regarding Selections, screenings, awards at the Festival in entirety will be final. In case of Dispute, decision of the President is final.
4. The film makers and their representatives undertake to use the official logo and the status of their Selection or Award strictly in conformation with DIFF 2022 designs and they further undertake to use such festival logo in all their promotions, posters and marketing publications with the consent of the festival.
5. A film selected for the festival does not run in competition automatically. A Jury will select the films which feature in Competition.
6. The Festival shall not bear / reimburse any freight or other charges in foreign or Indian currency.
7. Once selected for screening, the film shall not be withdrawn.
8. The last date of submissions of ENTRIES IS 10.12.2024 and Date of Intimation of Selection will be 15.12.2024
Spello è un meraviglioso borgo medievale con storia, arte, tradizione, natura, cibo e vino incredibili, nella bellissima regione italiana dell'Umbria.
Spello si trova al centro dell'area italiana tra Firenze, Perugia e Roma.
... un film finisce e tutti si alzano in piedi per uscire dalla sala di proiezione, ma i titoli di coda vengono comunque mostrati, e così facendo si trascura l'immenso lavoro di quei professionisti, che hanno contribuito alla realizzazione del film con passione e professionalità. Quanto duro lavoro e quanto sacrificio sono stati necessari? Chi sono queste persone dietro le quinte?
Per questo motivo nel 2012 è stato istituito il «Festival del Cinema Città di Spello ed I Borghi Umbri» — «RASSEGNA CONCORSO LE PROFESSIONI DEL CINEMA», dedicato a quei professionisti dietro le quinte del cinema:

«FESTIVAL INTERNAZIONALE DEL CORTOMETRAGGIO DI SPELLO»
Il Festival si caratterizza perché premia le migliori professioni che lavorano dietro le quinte per realizzare un film. La giuria decreterà i vincitori valutando complessivamente i vari processi e professioni che hanno partecipato, in particolare la sceneggiatura, la cinematografia, i costumi, la scenografia, il trucco, il suono, la musica.
La prossima edizione si terrà dal 7 al 16 MARZO 2025
L'anno prossimo i videomaker di tutto il mondo potranno mostrare le loro opere in questo nuovo concorso internazionale aperto a cortometraggi di qualsiasi genere.
Dieci giorni di proiezioni dal vivo, premiazioni e per tutti i vincitori un bellissimo e originale trofeo creato esclusivamente per lo Spello Int'lShort Film Festival.
ATTENZIONE: TUTTI I CORTOMETRAGGI SELEZIONATI E I FINALISTI SARANNO PROIETTATI DURANTE I GIORNI DEL FESTIVAL.
Il Festival Internazionale del Cinema «La Picasa» si terrà nella città di Cinco Saltos (Río Negro, Argentina), il 20, 21, 22 e 23 marzo 2025. Il Festival è organizzato da Picasa Team, organizzazioni sociali della regione e con la collaborazione della Provincia di Río Negro. La programmazione è affidata al direttore artistico Ivan Iannamico con la produzione generale di Noelia Fuentes.
Dal giugno 2024 organizziamo proiezioni cinematografiche indipendenti e internazionali a Lisbona, concentrandoci sui cortometraggi.
La missione del nostro festival è rendere la cultura accessibile a tutti!
Curtas na Cesta è Shorts in the Basket in inglese perché dedichiamo il nostro tempo a raccogliere il cinema migliore e più fresco in circolazione.
La terza edizione della Short Selection si svolge nel contesto del nuovo festival del cinema di Cavaion, organizzato da Liberamente Cavaion APS dal 17 al 18 gennaio 2026 presso la sala civica E. Turri di Cavaion V.se. I film in concorso saranno divisi in tre categorie: local, internazionali e young. La distinzione in categorie avverrà successivamente al termine delle candidature e a discrezione della direzione artistica dell'evento.
La serata di sabato 17 gennaio sarà dedicata alla selezione local, mentre quella di domenica 18 gennaio alla selezione internazionale.
