The SMR13 International Independent Film Festival is an annual, IMDb-certified, four (4)-day event held in the second half of November, in Saint-Mitre-Les-Remparts, in the south of France, near Marseille.
First and foremost, it's a physical festival, taking place in "La Manare", a dedicated performance hall with a total surface area of 1000m² and a capacity of 250 spectators.
The 9th edition of the SMR13 international independent film festival will take place from November XX to XX, 2024.
The festival stands out for its highly developed network, passionate members and trusted partnerships. It is a unique showcase for independent cinema, attracting professionals from all over the world.
Since its inception, the festival has been supported by a patron, an emblematic figure in independent cinema. Beautiful festival that takes place in Modica and Gela - ITALY.. Modica is the birthplace of Salvatore Quasimodo and the festival is dedicated to him, the Nobel Prize for poetry. Oslo Film Festival bids you welcome to our yearly festival in the heart of Oslo. Known for our famous mountains, excruciatingly cold weather, and delicious waffles, we look forward to seeing faces from all over the world attend our warm, friendly and diverse film festival.
OFF is run in association with Close:Up, a collection of international film festivals supporting indie filmmaking. By establishing a working network among filmmakers, producers and marketing professionals, we share one common goal: to forge productive and lasting relationships between independent filmmakers and audiences.
As an international and independent film festival and therefore we accept submissions of all genres. To encourage our youth, we have opened several affordable categories only applicable for students.
Press will be invited to our next event where we will also film and conduct Q&A interviews with the filmmakers.
Additionally, we will be facilitating a short filmmaker round table with local industry professionals on the topic of Distribution for Independent Films.
We offer two types of submission rates. The standard categories which include Best Feature, Best Short, Best Documentary etc. and add-on categories (such as Best Director, Best Producer etc.) which come at a fixed price of $10.

The purpose of the Bogotá Music Video Festival is to celebrate the art of music video, the joy of music and the passion for filmmaking. We bring the music video art to different screens around Bogotá and top that with live music, exhibitions and academic and industry events. We want to showcase independent and fierce work to new audiences, focusing on the potential of awe brought by the communion between music and moving images.
Festival Paralelo is a space for reflection that seeks to explore the artistic manifestations that revolve around the theme of Science Fiction and parallel worlds.
Science Fiction invites us to the universe, where an infinity of worlds can coexist, we understand society as a laboratory where it is possible to discover new ways of being and doing. This genre opens the space to see ourselves reflected in ideas that apparently are not part of our reality. We are interested in stories and media that invite us to explore other possibilities to exist and build futures that have a future, as well as stories that take place outside of planet Earth or in parallel universes and alternate realities.
The dream becomes the action. Art, stories, and myths guide our conception of the world and therefore our actions Science fiction and fantasy are the mirrors through which artists from different countries of the world face their concerns, concerns, and points of view on contingencies that the human species has in the face of technological development, explorations of imagined worlds and ways of being, both possible and extraordinary.
Polbert Cinema aims, with the fourth edition of the Rivoli International Film Festival, to continue on the path taken, giving space to emerging directors who are often independent, who carry out their low budget work and who touch, with their creativity, very current themes. like violence against women and discrimination in all its forms. The themes on which the directors can be inspired are of a social nature, as better specified in the attached call for proposals 2020. Alongside this theme, which has always been present in the three previous editions, we have decided this year to add two other themes such as the "comic" and the environmental, in order to broaden the potential audience of directors who can participate in our initiative.

La Polbert Cinema si prefigge, con la quarta edizione dell’International Film Festival di Rivoli, di continuare sulla strada intrapresa dando spazio a registi emergenti spesso indipendenti, che realizzano i propri lavoro low budget e che toccano, con la loro creatività, temi molto attuali come la violenza sulle donne e le discriminazioni in ogni sua forma. I temi a cui si possono ispirare i registi sono di carattere sociale come meglio specificato nel bando 2020 allegato. Il tema sempre presente nella nostra kermesse è quanto mai ricorrente e attuale e desideriamo con il nostro e vostro contributo, dare un forte messaggio di denuncia.
Accanto a questo tema, sempre presente nelle tre precedenti edizioni, abbiamo deciso quest’anno di aggiungere altri due temi quali il “comico”, e ambientale, al fine di ampliare la potenziale platea dei registi che possano partecipare alla nostra iniziativa.
