Solo, the city of culture and enchanted tradition is calling for talented filmmakers and passionate artist. Solo is a town that is deep in the culture and rich in diversity yet blanketed with modesty and tolerance.
The mission of this Festival is to exhibit any shape of art and culture worldwide, especially filmmaking, including directing, music composing, and acting, and also a various shape of art in general. The Festival hopes to make the art of storytelling through filmmaking become more popular in Solo, Indonesia, and internationally. For that reason, the Film Festival is inviting all passionate filmmakers and artist to join the Festival and to star their works.
Theme that we are looking is a general theme, but we are mostly interested in culture, theatrical performances, drama, any shape of art, ancient and futuristic tradition, visionary films, science fiction, animation, music, dance, historical story and place, biography, patriotic theme, humanism, and any inspiring films and documentaries.
The Festival accepts feature and short film, feature, and a short documentary, animation, and music video. The Festival also open categories for various film production categories and performances such as directing, cinematography, editing, story, acting, sound, production design, costume design, music, costumes, etc. Passionate artists, new directors, filmmaking students, and professional directors are welcomed to submit their work to make their work shine in our festival.
Inspiring stories, well edited, and excellent cinematography, wrapped in strong emotion are the qualities we are looking for.

O Festival Mundial de Cinema Futbolero busca promover o futebol como espaço de diálogo intercultural e patrimônio da humanidade, por meio do encontro de diferentes atores desse fenômeno social. O Festival Internacional de Documentários de Santiago (FIDOCS) é o principal evento de transmissão, difusão e competição de cinema documental no Chile e na América Latina.
Focado na promoção do diálogo e da reflexão, bem como na formação de públicos para a apreciação do documentário em um contexto de transformação permanente, o FIDOCS busca explorar os múltiplos caminhos disponíveis na produção de documentários, bem como nas tendências próprias das obras de não ficção. Em seu programa, o FIDOCS incorpora os trabalhos de diretores experientes e emergentes para abordar a questão do “O REAL” e, ao fazer isso, considera as várias dimensões, fronteiras disciplinares e tensões da pergunta “o que é real?” , assim como o próprio gênero documentário, tem a nos oferecer.
Ao longo de sua história, o FIDOCS se posicionou como um dos festivais de documentários mais ilustres da América Latina, sendo uma plataforma privilegiada para exibir o cinema contemporâneo e promover o pensamento crítico. Ano após ano, sob sua abordagem curatorial seletiva, o FIDOCS não apenas convida importantes expoentes dos setores audiovisuais nacionais e internacionais a exibirem seus trabalhos em Santiago, mas também, ao usar esta cidade como um centro cinematográfico, convida esses expoentes a questionar, interpretar e reescrever o status da prática contemporânea do cinema documental hoje.
Para a promoção, posicionamento e exibição de filmes chilenos e internacionais, o FIDOCS exibe três competições principais. Essas seções incluem: COMPETIÇÃO INTERNACIONAL; COMPETIÇÃO CHILENA e COMPETIÇÃO EMERGENTE DE CURTAS METRAGENS NACIONAIS.
Além disso, o FIDOCS tem a principal atividade da indústria, DOCS IN PROGRESS, para trabalhos latino-americanos em andamento, onde o júri (editores, diretores, designers de som, produtores, programadores), além de escolher um vencedor, alimenta os cineastas para realizar a pós-produção de seus filmes e incentivar sua difusão e transmissão. Esta seção é executada em conjunto com a seção WIP do CHILEDOC CONECTA.
O festival também realiza importantes atividades de treinamento e extensão em sua ESCOLA FIDOCS, onde estudantes de escolas de cinema e comunicação de todo o Chile, para que seus alunos mais destacados estejam em um espaço intergeracional e interdisciplinar com convidados de festivais internacionais e nacionais; participando de master classes, workshops, diálogos, entre outros.
Além disso, de acordo com sua vocação interdisciplinar, o FIDOCS pretende acompanhar suas exibições de outras intervenções artísticas, como instalações, exposições, performances, que, a partir de seus próprios meios expressivos, dialogam com o conceito de documentário. É assim que surge a seção FIDOCS EXPANDED, onde vários artistas, videoartistas e cineastas, todos ligados às áreas de som ou visual, exibem seus trabalhos.
Finalmente, os filmes escolhidos serão exibidos após a conclusão do festival, em diferentes regiões do Chile e no exterior, na seção BEST OF FIDOCS. O objetivo é a extensão cultural do festival em nível territorial, dando ênfase à circulação dos filmes em nível regional, podendo programar réplicas no território nacional e no exterior.

Cinema Crianza é o primeiro festival internacional de cinema infantil na Galiza.
Nasce do desejo de promover um gosto pelo cinema entre os mais jovens, ajudando a educar um público futuro com sensibilidade artística, interesse cultural e espírito crítico em relação ao consumo audiovisual.
Acreditamos que um festival de cinema como este deve transmitir a diversidade do filme infantil, ajudando a encorajar a curiosidade das crianças. No processo de alfabetização audiovisual infantil no mundo de hoje, sentimos que o acesso à mais variada variedade de obras possível é essencial para o desenvolvimento de uma compreensão desta arte, para que não se limite aos produtos de consumo no momento delicado da juventude.
A 14ª versão do Festival tem como tema central “Cinema Comunitário como gerador de Mudança e Progresso Social”, o júri prioriza conteúdos que tenham esse foco, porém a recepção de peças audiovisuais não se fecha exclusivamente a esse tema, pois Portanto, outros tipos de conteúdo serão amplamente aceitos.
¨O cinema comunitário não é apenas uma forma de arte, mas também uma ferramenta poderosa para promover valores fundamentais de uma sociedade progressista, como igualdade de gênero, justiça social e participação cidadã. Facilita o debate, a pluralidade e a solidariedade e oferece um meio de expressão para os diferentes grupos e identidades que compõem o tecido social, cultural e identitário da Colômbia, nos níveis local, regional e nacional. ¨
É por esse motivo que o Festival de Cinema e Vídeo Comuna 13, A Outra História, em sua versão 2024, decidiu gerar espaços de diálogo e troca de conhecimento em torno do cinema comunitário, incentivando a participação dos grupos mais proeminentes do país nessa modalidade, a fim de compartilhar experiências, metodologias e conhecimentos com o setor acadêmico de nossa cidade (rede de criação audiovisual, mídia técnica, escolas de paz, entre outros)

After the successful beginning, CINEMALAY, a primary film institute based on Nagaon of Assam (India) is ready to organise the second edition of Nagaon International Short and Documentary Film Festival 2019. We strongly believe that film making is one of the most insightful mediums through which we can recreate the world, and should not have to stick to conventional principles in order to be celebrated. Our festival aims to promote those who create art through the medium of film and continue to push the envelope in artistic creation.
We are a film festival organized by filmmakers, cine lovers, film students etc. Our main goal is to reduce the distance in between filmmakers and small town audience. Os objetivos do Festival de Málaga são divulgar e promover os filmes espanhóis e sua esfera cultural geral. Nesse sentido, o Festival também é uma plataforma para produções cinematográficas latino-americanas. Suas funções incluem sediar um evento para os diferentes setores profissionais de filmes em espanhol (interpretados como filmes produzidos na Espanha e em toda a América Latina, incluindo o Brasil) para impulsionar seu desenvolvimento e promover vendas internacionais.
Em conformidade com esses objetivos, a 27ª edição do Festival de Málaga será realizada de 1 a 10 de março de 2024.

The International Film Festival for Spirituality, Religion, and Visionary (IFFSRV) was established by some individuals who care about human living in peace towards themselves, forming strong and healthy alliances with others in harmony, and having good communication with their Creator despite of their sex, religion, race, and economic status.

ASSERTING WOMEN'S RIGHTS é um projeto que surgiu do Festival de Málaga, Mabel Lozano (documentarista e colaboradora do Festival) e da Área de Igualdade de Oportunidades da Câmara Municipal de Málaga como uma ferramenta de protesto. Esta seção foi criada com o objetivo de explorar e lidar com questões que contribuem para a conscientização social dos direitos das mulheres a cada ano.
Esta seção do Festival de Málaga nasceu em 2008, sendo esta sua 17ª edição. O projeto é concebido com um duplo propósito: informar sobre as injustiças que as mulheres ainda sofrem neste século pelo simples fato de serem mulheres e incentivar e apoiar o trabalho cinematográfico criado por mulheres.

DocsValparaíso International Documentary Film Festival is part of the DocsBarcelona's 3 festivals network that takes place in the cities of Barcelona, Medellín and Valparaíso. The production and development of DocsValparaíso is leaded by the SurDocs team that produced a very important festival in the south of Chile (Puerto Varas) for more than 12 years.
The main goal of the Valparaíso festival is to become one of the leading documentary festivals of Latin America in a medium term by developing the areas of expertise of DocsBarcelona: industry and professional training.
The Festival takes place in the cultural capital and most dynamic city of Chile; Valparaíso.
During the festival there will be screened national and international films, workshops, laboratories, conferences and professional exchange. We will explore new ways and formats to develop documentaries through the InterDocs meeting, a professional event designed to understand, disseminate, create, finance and exhibit the interactive documentary.
