7TH INTERNATIONAL CRAFT AUDIOVISUAL EXHIBITION
The International Craft Audiovisual Exhibition, promoted by the Catalan Government through the Consortium of Commerce, Crafts and Fashion (CCAM), is a meeting point for two fields:
crafting and audiovisual. It was created to generate synergies and promote the creation of quality audiovisuals based on artisanal creative processes and focusing on artisans and their crafts.
The exhibition is the only one of its kind to be held in Catalonia and throughout Spain. This year it reaches its seventh edition to show the diversity and creative richness of the crafting world, through unique and contemporary stories from artisanal crafts around the world.
In past editions we have seen projects showing the commitment to sustainability and feminism, documenting the fusion between technological innovation and crafts or audiovisuals explaining the roots of crafting in the territory.
In this seventh edition, we will value quality proposals with more accurate and exigent audiovisuals. Format and content innovation will be the main spotlight but also international projects opening cultural dialogues and allowing diversity.
The pieces must be original and unpublished, and they will be presented at the Gala that will take place at the Disseny Hub Barcelona on the 27th of September. The films will then be available on the FILMIN cinema platform, the CCAM website and the ‘Exhibition on the Road’.
Once more, the coordination and management will be taken care of by bbintervencions. We will guide you and help you with any questions you might have during the process.
Welcome to the 7th International Craft Audiovisual Exhibition, welcome to the joy of crafting!
BIO FILM FESTIVAL (2025)
Agricultural and environmental biodiversity is an invaluable treasure that we are entrusted with safeguarding for future generations. It plays a pivotal role not only in the preservation of ecosystems but also in shaping our culture, economy, and gastronomy. The Bio Film Festival, now entering its third edition in 2025, is dedicated to raising awareness about the importance of biodiversity and encouraging action towards its protection.
This year’s edition will focus on ecological regeneration as its central theme. Through a collection of films that explore biodiversity’s many dimensions—be it the delicate balance of nature, the impact of climate change, or innovative solutions for sustainable agriculture—the festival will foster important conversations and inspire collective responsibility. The event will continue to be a tribute to nature and a celebration of the harvest, emphasizing the vital connection between the environment and human well-being.
Held in the breathtaking province of Belluno, nestled amidst the Dolomites (a UNESCO World Heritage Site), the festival will take place in the village of Sospirolo. Here, a unique outdoor theater will set the stage for an unforgettable cinematic experience, surrounded by lush landscapes that are emblematic of the themes of the festival.
The Bio Film Festival 2025 will feature a range of film genres, including documentaries, short fiction films, and animations, each offering diverse perspectives on biodiversity and ecological sustainability. The films will serve as both a reflection on the current state of our planet and a call to action for the preservation of its natural wealth. At the closing ceremony, awards will be given for the Best Documentary, Best Short Film, and Best Animated Film, celebrating the creativity and impact of filmmakers addressing environmental challenges.
The festival's logo, depicting a child restoring life to a gray world devoid of biodiversity, symbolizes hope, regeneration, and the possibility of a renewed future. The Bio Film Festival 2025 stands as a powerful platform for promoting education, creative engagement, and action to preserve our planet’s diverse ecosystems and agricultural heritage.

"The fantastic emerges from reality like the moon over a misty swamp."
The idea for the Festival was born from our passion for the Pallars Sobirà, a remote region of the Pyrenees, its stories and legends, and for cinema. Our desire to preserve the most mysterious heritage of this wild land grew into the Tabaca Film Fest – the Mythological Film Festival of the Pyrenees, now celebrating its second edition.
This is a land rich in its own myths and legends, but every corner of the world has its own Yeti, its own mermaid, its own werewolf, its own mountain guardian — in short, its own mythological imagination.
With the Tabaca Film Fest - second edition, we once again bring to light these stories from the Pallars, the Pyrenees and all over the world through the art form we know best: cinema.
We believe this Festival can embody values we care deeply about: quality cinema and the preservation of mythological and historical memory, in an extraordinary natural setting.
Tabaca Film Fest is a Festival that includes short films in the categories of fiction, animation, documentary, and video-dance, featuring an international open call and complementary activities.

The Festival will include an opening ceremony, screenings of the finalist films, and a closing gala with an award ceremony. In parallel, there will be a talk on mythology, a guided tour of the area’s most mysterious spots, and a wide variety of cultural activities.
Since its inception, this festival has promoted the city as a setting in which each filmmaker tells about their reality, their ways of working and life experiences, in such a way that anyone who is a fan of or dedicated to filmmaking can learn through observation and viewing. of all kinds of works and their technical details such as camera movement, times a scene lasts, camera position or perception of silences ...

GENTIUM FILM FEST
Mediterranean Film Festival. A journey through the cultures of the Mediterranean
A festival that celebrates the diversity and beauty of Mediterranean cultures through cinema and focuses on the different cultures of the Mediterranean, screening films that explore people's traditions, stories and life experiences.
“Gentium” is a Latin term that refers to “gentiums” or “peoples”. In the context of Roman law, “lus Gentium” was the set of rules based on natural reason (naturalis ratio) that were observed in the same way by all peoples. These rules were considered universal and applicable to all cultures and societies. Therefore, in the context of the film festival, “Gentium” could symbolize the unity and common humanity of all Mediterranean cultures.
Objective: to promote the cultural and cinematic diversity of the Mediterranean, facilitate cultural and artistic exchange between countries in the region and provide a platform for emerging and established filmmakers.
The shared memory center for democracy and peace (CMCDP) is a national human rights association with international extensions whose fields of action are:
- Issues related to memory and shared memory as knowledge and expertise;
- Promoting a culture of peace, coexistence and democracy;
- The fight against all forms of extremism;
- Defending human rights and contributing to the dissemination of their culture;
- Questions of identity and linguistic and cultural diversity.
- The consolidation and development of the values of solidarity and constructive dialogue between peoples and nations;
- Support for all generations of human rights.
It organizes an annual film festival in Nador, called the Festival International de Cinéma et Mémoire Commune (FICMEC), dedicated to the theme of memory.
In 2025, the theme of the 14th edition of the festival will be “The Memory of Peace”.
While some define peace as non-war, others go so far as to oppose it to all forms of violence. Although the preachers and emissaries of peace are constantly calling for :
- reconciliation between belligerents and warmongers to put an end to hostilities or ward off aggression and tip the balance in favor of collective intelligence;
- overcoming the stigma of the past through far-sighted dialogue and harmonious international relations;
- the promotion of a universal culture of pacifism through, among other things, the inclusion of the values of tolerance and fraternity in educational curricula;
- unanimous ratification of UN resolutions;
the resurgence of political, economic, religious and doctrinaire disputes has overtaken the voice of reason, compromising good-faith initiatives and plunging the international community into moral disarray.
The loss of life and devastation caused by any armed confrontation can be counted or at least estimated in post-war periods. Quantifiable, they provide information on the seriousness of the human and material damage caused or suffered. But who can accurately determine the impact of psychological trauma, accurately diagnose the wounds of the soul, and meticulously assess the after-effects of violence?
Memory wounds are difficult to suture in the short or medium term. To purge resentment, bend vindictiveness and soothe tormented consciences, taking the long and steep road to reconciliation seems the ideal solution for turning the bloody pages of the past. Memories, stories of resilience, forgiveness and solidarity, as well as shared painful experiences, are the best way to get rid of animosity and make way for amnesty.
The “Memory of Peace”, a concept that focuses on the elements of the past that call for appeasement and the building of a common future, has as its main foundations reconciliation and mutual understanding, learning from the mistakes of the past, anchoring the culture of non-violence in people's minds, and above all transmitting this memory to future generations through education, testimony and the arts, particularly cinema, which is a powerful vector of emotion and empathy.
In the light of the above, films will be selected that deal with one of the following themes:
- Reconciliation after war or genocide.
- Mutual understanding to overcome hatred and suffering and rebuild human and social bonds.
- Forgiveness and resilience
- Peace movements
- Emblematic figures of peace
- Learning from past mistakes
- spreading the values of justice and tolerance
- Anchoring the culture of non-violence in individual and collective memories
- Community initiatives that model peace and social cohesion
- Peace education through pedagogical approaches
As this list is not exhaustive, the festival management welcomes films dealing with other peace-related issues.
Internationally, the Festival will award the Best Film, among the first three feature films of a director who has not yet made the fourth, with the Pre-Columbian Circle in its Gold, Silver and Bronze categories. As well as the Pre-Columbian Gold Circle for Best Director, Best Social Documentary, Art and the Environment.
At local level, the Pre-Columbian Gold Circle will be awarded for Best Colombian Film short and feature films.
