The festival has a Competitive Show, exclusively for national films, and a non-competitive show of international films. Furthermore, we promote, debates and workshops to capacitate and encourage mobile film production in our region.

General Rules & Regulations for Filmmakers
1. Eligibility: Films must have been completed after a specific date (usually the last 24 months).
2. Subtitles: All non-English films must have English subtitles.
3. Exemption: As an MIB-exempted festival, we prioritize artistic integrity, but films must comply with international screening standards.
4. Format: Initial submissions should be through secure online screeners (Vimeo/YouTube with password or digital upload).
5. Selection: The decision of the DIFF Selection Committee and Jury will be final and binding.

Rules & Terms
ENTRY FEE FOR SUBMISSIONS OF FILMS:
(1) Entry fees for FEATURE FILMS (Duration: 50 mins to 105 mins max) : 5000/- INR or (63.23 USD)
(2) Entry fees for SHORT FILMS (Duration: 00.10 mins to 00.50 mins): 3,000/- INR or (36.27 USD)
(3) ANIMATION FILMS in all categories (Duration: 00.05 mins to 00.30 mins max).
(4) Entry fees for STUDENT FILMS: 1500/-INR or (21USD)
(LATE ENTRY FEES WILL BE DOUBLE THE ENTRY FEES MENTIONED ABOVE APPLICABLE TO FILMS SUBMITTED BEYOND THE DEADLINE ANNOUNCED)
SUBMISSION GUIDELINES:
1.Films without English Subtitles (except English Films), shall not be considered for selection.
2.Films submitted with watermarks or logos shall be rejected.
3.Only Trailers or promos cannot be submitted for selection process.
4.Film Download link with password is preferred, DVD or Bluray are also accepted as hard copies.
5.If submitting hard copies, Two full HD DVDs/Bluray should be sent by courier to the Festival office along with a hard copy of this entry form duly filled. DVDs must be labeled with film title, director name, duration, phone number and email id on them. Director pic, Poster, Film Stills may be attached in an email.
6. For submissions coming from outside India, the packages must be marked, “For Festival & Cultural Purpose only, No Commercial value”.
7. DIFF does not pay screening fees to film makers.
8. DIFF will not return the Films submitted online or vide DVDs/Pen Drives/ Blu-ray etc. during or after the festival.
TERMS & CONDITIONS:
1. DIFF reserves the right to showcase the film so submitted perpetually anywhere ( other festivals, television, online etc).
2. DIFF reserves the right to include the film and related material in its promotional activities.
3. All Decisions made by the Appointed “Selection Committee” regarding Selections, screenings, awards at the Festival in entirety will be final. In case of Dispute, decision of the President is final.
4. The film makers and their representatives undertake to use the official logo and the status of their Selection or Award strictly in conformation with DIFF 2022 designs and they further undertake to use such festival logo in all their promotions, posters and marketing publications with the consent of the festival.
5. A film selected for the festival does not run in competition automatically. A Jury will select the films which feature in Competition.
6. The Festival shall not bear / reimburse any freight or other charges in foreign or Indian currency.
7. Once selected for screening, the film shall not be withdrawn.
8. The last date of submissions of ENTRIES IS 10.12.2024 and Date of Intimation of Selection will be 15.12.2024
아이언 뮬 (Iron Mule) 는 뉴욕 유일의 월간 단편 코미디 영화 시리즈로 전 세계의 이야기, 다큐멘터리, 애니메이션, 실험 코미디를 상영합니다. 15년간 스티븐 콜버트, 세스 맥팔레인, 레나 던햄, 아지즈 안사리, 아바비 제이콥슨, 일라나 갈저 등 많은 유명 영화 제작자와 코미디언들의 초기 작품을 포함하여 1,000여 개의 영화를 선보였습니다. 각 상영에는 영화, 코미디, 텔레비전 또는 뉴욕 미술계에서 온 게스트 심사관이 출연합니다. 쇼에서 제이 스턴과 빅터 바르나도의 인터뷰를 주최하며, 각 상영회에는 영화 제작자와 관객들이 어울릴 수 있는 애프터 파티가 이어집니다. 또한 아이언노새는 “Wanna By a Star” 콘테스트를 제작하며, 아이언노새 감독의 신작 영화에 관객을 선발하여 다음 달 상영에 출연합니다 . 아이언 뮬 (Iron Mule) 는 영화 제작자와 영화 팬들의 커뮤니티를 육성하기 위한 개방적이고 접근하기 쉬운 축제입니다 .
유서 깊은 지역에서 열리는 CINALFAMA 영화 천문대는 커뮤니티 네트워크를 강화하는 혁신적인 문화 이니셔티브로 부상하고 있습니다. 이 프로젝트는 독립 영화를 상영함으로써 대안적이고 혁신적인 이야기에 대한 접근성을 넓힐 뿐만 아니라 주민들 사이의 문화적 참여를 촉진하여 정체성과 소속감을 고취시킵니다.
Museu do Fado Auditorium에서 정기적으로 개최되는 이 행사는 여러 세대가 오가며 단순한 영화 관람을 초월한 경험과 성찰을 공유하는 만남의 장소가 됩니다. 또한 천문대는 풍부한 역사적 유산이 있는 지역에 위치함으로써 도시 공간에 활력을 불어넣고 방문객을 끌어들이고 지역 유산에 대한 인식을 높여 매우 긍정적인 문화적 역동성을 창출합니다.
시날파마 영화 천문대는 1월, 4월, 10월에 열리는 정기 영화 경연대회입니다.
세 에디션 (1월, 4월, 10월) 의 수상작은 연례 야외 영화 행사인 치날파마 리스본 국제 영화제에서 상영됩니다.
