O objetivo do festival se refere à conscientização dos filtros externos na tela, incluindo a censura (comercial, ideológica, estética), e dos filtros internos de percepção e projeção da tela, incluindo a autocensura. NEFILTRAVANAE KINO é uma exploração da estetização e mercantilização na arte. O próximo objetivo do festival é expor a complexidade, a multiplicidade e a variedade do cinema.
NEFILTRAVANAE KINO é um festival de cinema realizado pelo Short Movie Club, a plataforma para projetos cinematográficos. NEFILTRAVANAE KINO é um festival qualificado para o Prêmio ADAMI Media. A Conferência Internacional de Estudos Cinematográficos é realizada ao mesmo tempo que o festival de cinema. Dessa forma, a teoria e a prática do cinema são integradas no NEFILTRAVANAE KINO.
Originalmente, o festival foi realizado na Bielorrússia, mas devido à repressão política e à postura anti-guerra declarada publicamente, exibições e eventos podem ser realizados em diferentes países. Primeiro de tudo na Lituânia (Vilnius). Por exemplo, o 10º Nefiltravanae Kino aconteceu em Berlim, Vilnius e Helsinque no ano passado. PROBLEMA DE ALIENAÇÃO
Vivemos em um mundo de shoppings e multiplexes de cinema. Vemos que o cinema independente e a arte não mercantil vão para a periferia da atenção pública. Atrações primitivas substituem a cinematografia. O público do escape está alienado por trás da tela grande. Portanto, o cinema convencional moderno é parte de uma ferramenta de manipulação que leva à sociedade da alienação. Assim, a tendência é que o cinema independente se torne mais ilegível para o grande público. Devemos entender o contexto do cineasta para entender o cinema independente. É por isso que o conceito NEFILTRAVANAE KINO implica a presença física dos cineastas.
PROBLEMA DE SELEÇÃO DE FILMES
Os cineastas gravam milhões de filmes. E milhares de festivais de curtas-metragens organizam exibições em todo o mundo todos os anos. Em média, vários milhares de filmes são submetidos a um festival de cinema. Portanto, vários bons filmes podem ser negligenciados por qualquer motivo. Muitas vezes, selecionar a probabilidade é como ganhar na loteria. Como resultado, os cineastas ficam sem feedback. É um paradoxo que ninguém possa te ouvir na era da Internet! A cultura dominante prefere atrações e visitas casuais.
Além disso, essa ideia é baseada no problema de seleção de filmes. Talvez não seja surpresa que uma pessoa, ou seja, o diretor do programa, na melhor das hipóteses, ou até mesmo estudantes de escolas de cinema tomem a decisão preliminar de selecionar um filme. A concordância de juízes ou pré-visualizadores é mais rara do que a diferença de formação e gostos. Portanto, a seleção ou o julgamento podem ser unilaterais ou superficiais. Não é ruim, pois o diretor do programa tem bom gosto e sensibilidade estética, é claro. Mas descobrimos outra concepção de “cinema não filtrado”. Nós o comparamos com o método “o melhor dos melhores”. Dessa forma, ajuda a perceber o idioma cinematográfico sem o ditame dos curadores de arte.
CELEBRAÇÃO DO CINEMA INDEPENDENTE
Portanto, o Unfiltered Cinema Film Festival tenta evitar “o melhor dos melhores”, mas não o ignora completamente, com certeza. O festival seleciona seções de ficção, animação, documentário, experimental e realidade virtual. Um júri premia o melhor filme em cada seção. O festival realiza as exibições em cinemas, no Centro Nacional de Artes Contemporâneas e em espaços de arte.
Nosso objetivo é reunir pessoas na arte, dialogar e ser felizes com a comunicação inteligente. Cinema é arte, mas não esporte. O ponto chave do nosso projeto é estabelecer a comunicação entre o cineasta e o público.

É o primeiro festival internacional de cinema que celebra a criação feminina em todas as áreas da indústria cinematográfica. Privilegia-se a exposição de filmes de mulheres diretoras nacionais e internacionais, bem como filmes de cineastas que, ao longo da história, contribuíram para a criação de personagens femininas diferenciadas, livres de estereótipos.
O Instituto de Estudos Culturais, Políticos e Sociais do Homem Contemporâneo – IECPS, considerando seus compromissos institucionais e regimentais com a pesquisa, o fomento e a difusão das ações culturais, especialmente no que se refere ao cinema e ao audiovisual, resolve estabelecer os seguintes procedimentos para a participação nas mostras (competitivas e não competitivas) que compõem o Circuito Penedo de Cinema, quais sejam, o 13º Festival do Cinema Brasileiro de Penedo (curta metragem); o 10º Festival de Cinema Universitário de Alagoas (curta metragem), a 7ª Mostra Velho Chico de Cinema Ambiental (curta metragem) e a 10ª Mostra de Cinema Infantil (curta metragem). As atividades serão realizadas de 23 a 29 de novembro de 2020, na cidade de Penedo/AL, constituindo-se em atividade cultural de abrangência nacional, promovida em parceria com instituições públicas e privadas.
Em função de um eventual quadro de agravamento da pandemia mundial devido à COVID-19 e da necessidade do recrudescimento das restrições impostas à mobilidade social, a Comissão Organizadora do Circuito Penedo de Cinema se reserva o direito de transferir o festival para o meio online.
Caso se consolide a alternativa da realização de um Evento On-line, os realizadores selecionados deverão enviar uma autorização expressa, através de modelo de formulário emitido pela Comissão Organizadora, confirmando a inscrição e autorizando a exibição nesse formato. Informações complementares serão divulgada através do site das redes sociais oficiais do @circuitopenedodecinema.
O Cine Curtas Lapa é um festival independente e sem fins lucrativos com entrada franca. O Festival tem como meta exibir filmes que foram realizados ou tenham como tema a cidade do Rio de Janeiro a fim de fomentar a indústria do audiovisual brasileira, em especial a de curtas-metragens cariocas no bairro mais tradicional da noite da cidade. A ideia é levar ao público da Lapa uma programação de curtas de ficção, animação e documental, enriquecendo a vida cultural do bairro boêmio.

Rolling Reels Short-Film Festival(RRFF) is a non-profit, student-run organization established in 2015. Presented by Festember, the biggest cultural festival of South-India, RRFF is a one-day cinematic spectacle for budding filmmakers.
The aim of this venture is to establish a platform for young filmmakers to interact and learn from the veterans in this field. The participants would be given a time period of about 3 months to send in their entries after which thee movies would be filtered first by a preliminary panel of judges. The shortlisted movies are then screened on the day of the Festival. These are judged by a lineup of A-list jury comprising of maestros of the film industry.
Aside from the event, RRFF also hosts an extravagant workshop and a panel discussion on a topic that concerns our industry.
We are a film festival made by and for queer people! We seek films created by queer filmmakers, of any content, and provide a platform for exhibition of the very best.
Our annual festival will take place at the end of September at an independent theater in Detroit. We love to host you, the winning filmmakers, for Q&As with the public!
At our inaugural festival in 2017, we showed 23 films from 7 countries with two visiting filmmakers. Our "Filmmakers To Watch" program sold out. We also hosted an art exhibition from a local art collective and a roundtable discussion about being transgender in relationships. In 2018, we showed over 50 films over 2 days from all over the globe. We had visiting filmmakers and a visiting screenwriting workshop.
Our Mission: Trans Stellar Film Festival encourages diversity and queer agency in art by promoting the exhibition of films created by queer people. We seek films by queer filmmakers with a variety of content and form and provide a platform for their exhibition to the public and industry professionals.

Nišville Foundation organizer of famous Nišville Jazz Festival which was rated as one of best jazz festivals in a world according to British magazine The Guardian. Last 8 years within the festival was Nišville Movie stage that becomes Nišville Movie Summit this year.
Nišville Movie Summit wants to bring together filmmakers of short and long movies to present them on a summit. Through this summit, we want to fuse jazz music and movies.
Competition: 8 will include feature films, 12 documentaries, 16 feature films and 20 silent films.
Feature films and silent films will be limited to thirty minutes duration, while the documentaries will be shown regardless of the playing time. The criteria will be linked on the one hand the aesthetic level of these films, and on the other - their authentic connections with jazz music.
Silent films with musical accompaniment pianist: Films that have been produced by Academy students accompanied by pianists and other musicians (movies will be obtained through the academies and art faculties). Authors can submit scores or to pianists, following action film Music improvise on the spot. These films should encourage creativity among students who produce movies about existence, and with the musicians who have an obligation to music "follow" developments on the canvas. In an exhibition part of Nišville Movie Summit will present a selection of some, a wider range of viewers, known movies (Django, La La Land, Bird, Mo Better Blues, Round Midnight, Born to be Blue, Miles Away, Artist ...) who meet the criteria for participation in the festival. As in any major film festivals, there is a possibility that some of these films are shown in the official program, but it does not compete for festival awards, because the idea of the festival "Movie Nišville Summit" is to find a new author values in domestic and world cinema when comes to the permeation of the film and jazz. Films that have received significant international awards are to be presented at the festival, but two awards at the festival, in this respect, would not bring anything significantly new
Jiffy Louvre II: Deixe a preocupação para trás (novamente)
Após um hiato de dois anos, o Short Shorts Festival na Whitespace Gallery em Atlanta GA retorna para sua sétima iteração e o segundo julgado pelo artista de Atlanta e diretor da Welch School of Art & Design Joe Peragine. O título, originalmente usado em Short Shorts 2019, é um mash-up de alta (o Louvre, o museu dos museus) e baixo (Jiffy Lube, fornecedores do trabalho de lubrificante drive- through cujo slogan é “deixar preocupação para trás”). O título encapsula o amplo objetivo estético deste festival. Qualquer orçamento, qualquer gênero, qualquer história é bem-vinda, desde que nos dê uma breve pausa desses momentos estragados em que vivemos. Estamos abertos a trabalhos fora do ritmo, não narrativo e experimental.
O festival de curtas curtas terá uma exibição ao vivo ao ar livre na Whitespace Gallery, em Atlanta, no sábado, 17 de setembro de 2022. O espaço em branco é uma das principais galerias de arte contemporânea em Atlanta e em todo o sudeste, promovendo um ambiente imersivo de livre expressão, intimidade e diálogo. Haverá também uma segunda exibição ao vivo ao ar livre no campus da Georgia State University na quinta-feira, 22 de setembro de 2022.
As pinturas, esculturas e animações de Joe Peragines foram apresentadas em galerias, espaços de arte contemporânea e museus em todos os EUA e internacionalmente. Nascido em Jersey City, Nova Jersey, Peragine vive com sua família em Atlanta e atualmente é diretor da Ernest G. Welch School of Art & Design da Georgia State University.

Incluye a todas aquellas personas residentes en la Argentina, con domicilio acreditable en el país, o de nacionalidad argentina y que residan en el exterior, mayores de 18 años, a través de la presentación de una o más obras.
SEMILLERITO
Incluye a todos los niños y niñas de nacionalidad argentina de entre 5 y 13 años, que estudien en las escuelas de educación primaria de todo el país, a través de la presentación de una o más obras. Se podrán presentar también las escuelas primarias de todo el país, tanto de gestión pública como privada.

this human world is Austria‘s first festival devoted to the subject of Human Rights and one of Vienna’s largest film festival.
The films shown at this human world are presented in an International competition programme consisting of four different sections and a number of thematic programmes, curated by the festival team, curators, experts, NGOs and partner festivals.

Who should submit?
KAFFNY invites filmmakers and artists of all backgrounds, from any country. Given our history, Korean, Korean-American and Korean – diaspora filmmakers are especially encouraged to share their works, but that is by no means required. Films from years 2017 and 2018 preferred.
What themes/topics/films are appropriate?
Any films, shorts, or documentaries which reflect the commonalities of humanity across cultural divides, highlight multi-cultural interaction, challenge existing narratives, or provide mirrors for people to reflect on their own culture through the experience of another.

Why do we host this festival?
The past eleven years of experience in telling Korean American stories helped KAFFNY to identify and find commonality with other stories at the intersection of all cultures. 2017 KAFFNY Festival
2017’s festival, held on October 14th at the Wythe Hotel Cinema featured five distinct blocks of programming that approached the topic of Infinite Culture through specific lenses: INFINITE FOOD CONNECTION, INFINITE FASHION CONNECTION, WORLDWIDE KOREAN CONNECTION, INFINITE MIGRATION CONNECTION, and CRAZY, RICH ASIAN AMERICANS. Alongside the screening of 25 short films and two feature-length films, the audience engaged in meaningful discussions with the filmmakers during the moderated panel discussions.
