Simple and to the point, filmmakers have big dreams but few come true for the majority. The festivals and film market are being over flooded with Indies films, and now, from even children who are considered producers and filmmakers. If you have a good film and want a chance for it to be seen, promoted and maybe make a little profit along the way is what the RCCF is about.
The RCCF uses online Red Carpet Premieres to promote, market and screen your film for one to two weeks, just as if it was a live premiere screening but with the chance for a large, potentially huge, audience base. We use social media to promote, market and sell tickets for your online premiere. YOU retain ALL rights to your film. Films chosen to be screened at a Red Carpet Premiere are publicized for two weeks before the online premiere is launched. Filmmakers can earn 15 to 20% of the box office for a successful online screening.
Filmmakers whose films have been made OFFICIAL SELECTIONS have the option to decide WHEN they have their online premiere. BEST of each category will also receive a LIVE NEW YORK CITY SCREENING.
Films are accepted made from 2006 until now. You must own full rights to your film, music, screenplay, etc.. and accept full legal liability for owning those rights.

Experimental Forum is an international performance, film and video art festival showcasing experimental film and artists’ moving image from new directors and innovative video artists from around the globe, with the third edition taking place in Los Angeles in November 2018. Our aim is to provide a supportive platform for the exciting and challenging work that is outside the scope of mainstream film festivals and art galleries.
We welcome experimental cinema pieces (abstract, narrative or documentary), video art works, essay films, artists’ moving image and media art, as well as documentary and narrative films that seek to expand, redefine or reconfigure the means and ends of their respective fields. Experimental Forum exists to provide access to, and develop audiences for, artists’ moving image work and is committed to engaging local audiences with new and/or unheard voices in film.
We are particularly interested in works made by early stage filmmakers and artists whose work is underrepresented. We provide a collaborative platform for moving image works made for the gallery and for the cinema with the aim of building a community across disciplinary and institutional faultlines.
THE INTERNACIONAL ALTERNATIVE MEDIA FILM FESTIVAL (FICMA) has as its objective to offer a space for the exhibition of quality films made with non-professional cameras, cell phones, handy cams, sport cameras, smart watches, tablets, etcetera, looking to promote the talent and creativity of those who have the desire of taking their stories to the screen but do not count with the big budgets that filmmaking often requires.

Présentation des quatre sessions principales du GZDOC :
GZDOC est la seule plateforme professionnelle au niveau de l'État dotée de fonctions de financement et de négociation de documents. Elle est devenue la pionnière de l'industrie documentaire chinoise, présentant les politiques industrielles nationales et les tendances du développement international. Dédié au festival du documentaire depuis deux décennies, le GZDOC est devenu un événement culturel complet intégrant compétition, projection, présentation, formation, forums et marché.
① Compétition du Golden Kapok Award
La section Compétition est dédiée à honorer les documentaires exceptionnels qui peuvent promouvoir l'échange de différentes cultures, communiquer des émotions et des valeurs universelles grâce à d'excellentes techniques de réalisation et à une production de haut niveau. Cette section ne contient aucune projection publique. Si l'équipe de production a l'intention de le faire, veuillez également vous inscrire à la section de projection.
② Projection du Golden Kapok
Il s'agit d'une section de projection non compétitive qui vise à présenter au public une variété de films documentaires, en présentant au public les derniers films dotés de brillantes compétences narratives, d'expressions authentiques ou de récits expérimentaux.
③ SECTION DE PITCH GZDOC
GZDOC recrute des projets en cours pour et depuis le marché mondial.
La 21e édition invitera des acheteurs chinois et internationaux, des diffuseurs et des acteurs clés de l'industrie en tant que décideurs, dans le but de développer la prévente, la coproduction et la commande de projets documentaires.
④ DOCSHOP GZDOC
Le DOCSHOP est un marché ouvert toute l'année pour les cinéastes, les distributeurs, les acheteurs, les commissaires, etc. Il propose trois types de modes de coopération en matière de droit d'auteur :
1) Système de dépistage à la demande
Le DOCSHOP réservera une zone de projection sur le site du GZDOC. Les participants visionneront les films soumis à DOCSHOP via le système de projection à la demande. Des rapports de dépistage seront ensuite générés, enregistrant les intérêts d'achat des spectateurs. Le personnel du GZDOC traitera ces demandes après le festival.
Si nécessaire, le DOCSHOP mettra également en place un système de dépistage en ligne à la demande sur le site officiel (www.gzdoc.cn). Le système en ligne à la demande ne sera disponible que pour les invités enregistrés et ne diffusera que des bandes-annonces de films.
2) Fonctionnement quotidien
Le GZDOC DOCSHOP continuera de recommander des films à différentes plateformes afin de faciliter les échanges tout au long de l'année.
3) Projections sectorielles
Les projections industrielles sont des projections de films sur le site du GZDOC pour les délégués inscrits et les professionnels de l'industrie. De la publicité sur place pourrait être organisée dans le but de promouvoir les films.

International Shorts est un festival de films tout au long de l'année qui projette des films sélectionnés à la fin de chaque saison (printemps, été, automne et hiver). Les films Best of the Festival seront projetés le 30 janvier 2021 au Théâtre Angelika, Union Market, Washington DC
L'objectif du festival fait référence à la fois à la prise de conscience des filtres externes présents à l'écran, notamment la censure (commerciale, idéologique, esthétique), et des filtres internes de perception et de projection de l'écran, y compris l'autocensure. NEFILTRAVANAE KINO explore l'esthétisation et la marchandisation dans l'art. Le prochain objectif du festival est d'exposer la complexité, la multiplicité et la variété du cinéma.
NEFILTRAVANAE KINO est un festival de films organisé par le Short Movie Club, la plateforme dédiée aux projets cinématographiques. NEFILTRAVANAE KINO est un festival qualifié pour le prix ADAMI Media. La Conférence internationale d'études cinématographiques se tient en même temps que le festival du film. Ainsi, la théorie et la pratique du cinéma sont intégrées au NEFILTRAVANAE KINO.
À l'origine, le festival se tenait en Biélorussie, mais en raison de la répression politique et des positions anti-guerre déclarées publiquement, des projections et des événements peuvent être organisés dans différents pays. Le concept du NEFILTRAVANAE KINO (Cinéma non filtré) :
PROBLÈME D'ALIÉNATION
Nous vivons dans un monde de centres commerciaux et de cinémas multiplex. Nous constatons que le cinéma indépendant et l'art non marchand sont relégués au second plan de l'attention du public. Les attractions primitives remplacent la cinématographie. Le public évadé est aliéné derrière le grand écran. Le cinéma grand public moderne fait donc partie d'un outil de manipulation qui mène à la société de l'aliénation. Le cinéma indépendant a donc tendance à devenir plus illisible pour le grand public. Nous devons comprendre le contexte du cinéaste pour comprendre le cinéma indépendant. C'est pourquoi le concept NEFILTRAVANAE KINO implique la présence physique des cinéastes.
PROBLÈME DE SÉLECTION DE FILMS
Les cinéastes tournent des millions de films. Et des milliers de festivals de courts métrages organisent des projections dans le monde entier chaque année. En moyenne, plusieurs milliers de films sont soumis à un festival de films. Ainsi, divers bons films peuvent être négligés pour une raison quelconque. Choisir la probabilité revient souvent à gagner au loto. Par conséquent, les cinéastes n'ont aucun feedback. C'est un paradoxe que personne ne puisse vous entendre à l'ère d'Internet ! La culture dominante préfère les attractions et les visites décontractées.
Cette idée est également basée sur le problème de sélection des films. Il n'est peut-être pas surprenant qu'une seule personne, dans le meilleur des cas le directeur du programme, ou même des étudiants d'écoles de cinéma prennent la décision préliminaire de sélectionner un film. La concordance des juges ou des préviseurs est plus rare qu'une différence d'antécédents ou de goûts. La sélection ou le jugement peuvent donc être unilatéraux ou superficiels. Ce n'est pas mal car le directeur du programme a bien sûr bon goût et une bonne sensibilité esthétique. Mais nous avons découvert une autre conception du « cinéma non filtré ». Nous l'avons comparé à « la meilleure des meilleures » méthodes. Cette méthode permet de percevoir l'idiome cinématographique sans être dictée par les curateurs d'art.
CÉLÉBRATION DU CINÉMA INDÉPENDANT
Le Unfiltered Cinema Film Festival essaie donc d'éviter « le meilleur des meilleurs » moyens, mais il ne l'ignore pas complètement, bien sûr. Le festival sélectionne des sections de fiction, d'animation, de documentaire, d'expérimentation et de réalité virtuelle. Un jury récompense le meilleur film dans chaque section. Le festival organise des projections dans les salles de cinéma, au Centre national des arts contemporains et dans des espaces artistiques.
Notre objectif est de rassembler les gens autour de l'art, d'avoir un dialogue pour être heureux grâce à une communication intelligente. Le cinéma est un art, pas un sport. Le point clé de notre projet est d'établir une communication entre le cinéaste et le public.

Bucharest Film Awards promotes short and feature films from around the world with 18 awards in 3 categories. Only films accepted in our Official Selection are eligible to screenings.
All submitted films will be reviewed by a jury of film professionals, that will look for creativity, talent, powerful ideas, quality and attention to details, regardless of the experience of those involved in the creation process and the budget of the submitted works.
The Film Competition will be a 3-day event that will include thematic workshops, live screening events, industry talks and networking cocktails.
In addition to the Film Competition, we created Spotlight with the aim of better promoting the best submitted projects. We will screen the best 10 films submitted in the first 6 months of the year.
The East Coast Film Festival is an independent film festival for lovers of independent film. The festival is based at the Savoy Hotel on the Lincolnshire coast. Entry for students and Linconshire based films & filmmakers is free! ( proof required )
All film genres are accepted at the East Coast Festival with a focus on low budget independent films. Selected Film makers are invited to attend the screenings and awards ceremony on 3rd September.
