Il fenomeno della civiltà russa, incommensurabile dal «metro comune», entro la fine del primo quarto del XXI secolo riprende la sua rilevanza - sia nel mondo che in Russia.
La parola «russo» nella comprensione degli organizzatori del festival cinematografico non definisce la nazionalità, ma l'appartenenza civile e ideologica - al mondo russo multinazionale.
Una persona russa differisce da una persona «occidentale». Una persona russa può commettere atti illogici e «non redditizi» - dal punto di vista dei rappresentanti della civiltà occidentale: a scapito di se stesso, ma in nome della giustizia. Dopotutto, per una persona russa - se in buona coscienza e correttezza, allora questo è logico e benefico.
Ora, quando il mondo intero si trova di fronte a sfide globali - tecnologiche, sociali, economiche, spirituali e ideologiche - stiamo ancora cercando di trovare una fonte di forza in quei valori immateriali che hanno dato e ancora danno al mondo russo un vantaggio nel corso dei secoli.
Esperienza di tenere il Russian Film Festival nel 2017-2020. ha scoperto un reale interesse dei registi delle regioni della Russia e di altri paesi nel comprendere il tema inesauribile della «misteriosa anima russa». Ciò è particolarmente vero per i giovani rappresentanti del cinema d'autore in Russia, per i quali il Russian Film Festival è diventato un luogo di incontro sia con colleghi che con spettatori riconoscenti.
Il Russian Film Festival sta diventando quello spazio creativo pubblico dove c'è un vivace processo di formazione di una comunità di persone che la pensano allo stesso modo che riflettono consapevolmente nel loro lavoro i valori spirituali e morali della civiltà russa.
EDITA è un festival di cortometraggi con l'obiettivo della trasformazione sociale attraverso la creazione audiovisiva, incoraggiando il pensiero critico, coinvolgendo i cittadini nella promozione dei diritti e facendo sentire gli spettatori visti e motivati a perseguire un cambiamento sociale.
Attraverso questo festival, ASAD mira a scoprire e condividere nuovi immaginari sociali, cambiare il punto di vista e avvicinarsi a proposte non egemonetiche che evocano giustizia sociale, diritti umani, equità di genere e sostenibilità ambientale
Il Festival del cinema di Saragozza, fondato nel 1995 per creare un'attività cinematografica in città. All'inizio il suo titolo principale era Young Filmmakers. Dal 2007 il suo nome ufficiale è diventato Zaragoza Film Festival.

Il GEH Short Film Competition è un concorso di cortometraggi sui diritti umani che si svolge in diverse località di Gipuzkoa (Paesi Baschi).
Questo concorso fa parte del progetto globale sui diritti umani Giza Eskubideak Herrira (Bringing human rights to the people.). Il GEH è un progetto di sensibilizzazione sui diritti umani creato dalla cooperativa dar-dar Productions nel 2015. Le prime edizioni avevano sede a Ordizia. Nel 2023, il festival si è sviluppato e si è esteso a diverse città di Gipuzkoa (Euskal Herria).
L'obiettivo principale di questo concorso è sensibilizzare ed educare ai diritti umani.
