Festiver es una organización sin ánimo de lucro creada por los actores colombianos Toto Vega y Nórida Rodríguez con el propósito de realizar y promover el Festival de Cine Verde de Barichara FESTIVER, en el municipio de Barichara, Santander: un festival de carácter competitivo que ofrece una variada programación de participación gratuita y una potente herramienta a disposición de la sociedad para la construcción de valores positivos y la consolidación de la paz en Colombia a través del cine. La 16ª edición se llevará a cabo del 24 al 27 de septiembre de 2026 en Barichara, Santander, Colombia.
La 4º MUESTRA DE CINE QUEER es un reconocimiento anual no competitivo creado por la Cineteca Pública de Santander, para celebrar y destacar la obra de los y las profesionales del cine nacional e internacional, que visibilicen un carácter estético-político desde las diversidades sexuales y de género, con obras situadas al margen de los circuitos comerciales de exhibición, que generen encuentros culturales y sociales, consolidando procesos de organización y autorepresentación.
Todo cine es de autor. Cada película es dispositivo y el género ha acabado. La relación sexualidad-género-cuerpo nos envuelve de inagotables preguntas y reflexiones. Es por ello que en esta cuarta edición adoptamos la propuesta de explorar las diferentes posibilidades que ofrece esa relación en el ámbito audiovisual. #GENDERisOVER

La kermesse Isola di Roma con la direzione artistica di Giorgio Ginori, presenta la prima edizione del contest “L’isola del Corto”, con lo scopo di valorizzare il cinema breve, come forma di espressione artistica di autori nazionali e internazionali. Quest’anno, in aggiunta al noto concorso per cortometraggi, Mamma Roma, rivolto agli appassionati di cinema il festival apre le sue porte al mondo dei professionisti del settore audiovisivo.
I cortometraggi si presentano come un prodotto altro rispetto allo standard cinematografico ed è spesso campo d’allenamento per artisti che attendono di poter realizzare un lungometraggio ma è anche una forma espressiva autonoma che sta al racconto come il lungometraggio sta al romanzo e trova in questo contesto uno spazio dedicato senza vincoli di tema o genere.
Il cinema breve spesso è esordio ed apprendistato di tanti grandi maestri del cinema ma anche una loro chicca sconosciuta ai più che L’isola di Roma, con questo concorso, valorizza ampliando lo spazio dedicato alla loro proiezione inserendoli nel palinsesto del festival e nel contesto culturale promosso nel cuore della città di Roma.
Con “l’isola del Corto” il festival 2018 si prefigge di promuovere la conoscenza, l’incontro, il confronto e la collaborazione di professionisti e semiprofessionisti del settore cinematografico e audiovisivo.
The four edition of "il Corto in Spiaggia" will take place July 19, 2019 in the beautiful setting of the"LIDO IDELMERY" at Taggia (IM) with projection of shorts finalists and the possibility of projection of out-of-competition works as well as collateral events.
The festival is organized by the cultural association W.A.A. (We and art) in collaboration with Lido Idelmery.

For participation in festival are accepted the works of authors not under the age of 16, performed in the years 2017-2018, no longer than 30 minutes ( music video - 10 minutes) in ENGLISH ( for other languages it is OBLIGATORY to have subtitles in English) are accepted in any format as a link on a web resource and mail mirrorworld.cf@gmail.com stating your name, age, region, title and genre. Each participant may submit unlimited number of works.
5. The festival PROGRAM is formed by the organizing Committee depending on the number of works selected by the jury and participants from 13-15 August, is published on the website on 16 August and includes competition screening of films and special programmes of the partners and organizers of the festival and contest schedule
6. AWARDS:
According to the regulations, the jury selects the best works included in the shortlist and reserves the right to award multiple awards of Gold, Silver and Bronze and one GRAND Prix in each nomination. All winners will be announced at the Awards Ceremony on 29 August 2018. Winners who received a Gold and the Grand Prix will be awarded with festival Diplomas and valuable gifts received Silver and Bronze Diplomas and festival Souvenirs
La asociación «Le Ali di Icaro», una organización de promoción cultural y social con sede en el Valdarno de Arezzo, organiza la séptima edición del Festival de Cine Wag, que se celebrará en diciembre de 2019 en Terranuova Bracciolini (AR) en el Auditorio «Le Fornaci» (Via Vittorio Veneto 19). TEMA Este año el rasgo de unión de las noches de proyección es el tema de «El encuentro», entendido en sus múltiples significados: «encuentro» como el comienzo de una relación entre personas que, inevitablemente, desarrollan su relación creciendo juntos; «Encuentro» como intercambio de culturas, con qué barreras geográficas y étnicas se superan para alcanzar un objetivo común; «Encuentro», finalmente, como punto de llegada, el objetivo final de un viaje creativo madurado con el tiempo. Cada director del Festival tendrá la oportunidad de compartir su «encuentro» personal con el público de Le Fornaci, que puede ser un punto de inflexión en su carrera cinematográfica o, en general, en su vida. Tras el extraordinario éxito repetido en seis ediciones, el Jurado Juvenil, formado por niños y niñas, embelleció la competición del Wag Film Festival. niñas (18 a 30 años de edad) debidamente seleccionadas de las escuelas, instituciones y asociaciones del territorio por su interés personal y su pasión por el cine. El Jurado Juvenil se encargará de ver las películas en competición para premiar a los ganadores y premiar los premios durante la noche de clausura.
Este año el Festival Internacional de Cine de Symi tendrá lugar del 14 al 18 de septiembre de 2020.

11º EUREKA FESTIVAL UNIVERSITARIO DE CINE 2026
Eureka Festival Universitario de Cine es un evento cinematográfico realizado principalmente por estudiantes de la Universidad de Bogotá Jorge Tadeo Lozano, en colaboración con estudiantes de distintas universidades del país y otros profesionales.
Tras 10 años, hemos decidido darle un nuevo aire a EUREKA, reimaginándolo en esta undécima edición. Buscamos ampliar nuestros horizontes frente a la creación cinematográfica, tanto en sus formas como en sus intenciones. En esta edición queremos ver cine honesto, que conecte con alguna necesidad emocional y/o espiritual del ser humano.
Sin limitarnos únicamente al cine universitario, buscamos obras con una intención clara de contar historias propias.
Estamos buscando cortometrajes que respondan a la pregunta:
“¿Cómo habitamos lo desconocido?”
Nos interesa un cine que explore de forma creativa, experimental y narrativa esta pregunta, desde la creencia, el miedo y los sueños, con el fin de construir una atmósfera concreta en cada proyección.

LA MUESTRA DE CINE MUJERES EN ESCENA, nace en el año 2002 con el objeto de debatir, a través de la celebración de cineforums, sobre las desigualdades de género existentes en nuestra sociedad así como en otras cercanas, reflexionar sobre las causas de las mismas y las posibles estrategias sociales, para erradicarlas.
De entre estos trabajos presentados, el Festival de Málaga, concederá 4 PREMIOS “MUJERES EN ESCENA”. De ellos,

(1) Entry fees for FEATURE FILMS (Duration: 50 mins to 105 mins max) : 5000/- INR or (63.23 USD)
(2) Entry fees for SHORT FILMS (Duration: 00.10 mins to 00.50 mins): 3,000/- INR or (36.27 USD)
(3) ANIMATION FILMS in all categories (Duration: 00.05 mins to 00.30 mins max).
(4) Entry fees for STUDENT FILMS: 1500/-INR or (21USD)

SUBMISSION GUIDELINES:
1.Films without English Subtitles (except English Films), shall not be considered for selection.
2.Films submitted with watermarks or logos shall be rejected.
3.Only Trailers or promos cannot be submitted for selection process.
4.Film Download link with password is preferred, DVD or Bluray are also accepted as hard copies.
5.If submitting hard copies, Two full HD DVDs/Bluray should be sent by courier to the Festival office along with a hard copy of this entry form duly filled. DVDs must be labeled with film title, director name, duration, phone number and email id on them. Director pic, Poster, Film Stills may be attached in an email.
6. For submissions coming from outside India, the packages must be marked, “For Festival & Cultural Purpose only, No Commercial value”.
7. DIFF does not pay screening fees to film makers.
8. DIFF will not return the Films submitted online or vide DVDs/Pen Drives/ Blu-ray etc. during or after the festival.
TERMS & CONDITIONS:
1. DIFF reserves the right to showcase the film so submitted perpetually anywhere ( other festivals, television, online etc).
2. DIFF reserves the right to include the film and related material in its promotional activities.
3. All Decisions made by the Appointed “Selection Committee” regarding Selections, screenings, awards at the Festival in entirety will be final. In case of Dispute, decision of the President is final.
4. The film makers and their representatives undertake to use the official logo and the status of their Selection or Award strictly in conformation with DIFF 2022 designs and they further undertake to use such festival logo in all their promotions, posters and marketing publications with the consent of the festival.
5. A film selected for the festival does not run in competition automatically. A Jury will select the films which feature in Competition.
6. The Festival shall not bear / reimburse any freight or other charges in foreign or Indian currency.
7. Once selected for screening, the film shall not be withdrawn.
8. The last date of submissions of ENTRIES IS 10.12.2024 and Date of Intimation of Selection will be 15.12.2024

El Festival Nacional de Cine y Video Comunitario del Distrito de Aguablanca -
FESDA tiene como objetivos principales: generar un espacio que incentive y
fortalezca los procesos de creación audiovisual comunitario en Colombia así
como formar un público frente a la recepción de estas obras.
Entendemos el audiovisual comunitario como un proceso de realización audiovisual que se gesta de forma colectiva, a partir de procesos de capacitación o con las habilidades que las comunidades tienen para narrar con imagen y
sonido sus propias historias. Un ejercicio que apuesta por el empoderamiento de
las comunidades a partir del impulso de herramientas y habilidades comunicativas. Las piezas que surgen, aportan a la dinamización de procesos sociales, a la articulación de los tejidos comunitarios, a la pluralización de voces
y narrativas y a la incidencia dentro de las agendas políticas, sociales y culturales
de estas comunidades
1. Para el cumplimiento de estos objetivos el FESDA celebrará su 9ª Edición del 17
al 21 de Octubre de 2017. El tema que da sentido a esta edición es “Territorios,
revelando resistencias”2.
1 Entendemos que muchas de las piezas que se presentarán tendrán el enfásis en alguna de
estas cualidades, sin desconocer que en cada territorio se desarrollan otras formas de pensar y ejercer el audiovisual comunitario.
2 El tema que nos convoca en este 9ª festival, surge con la intención de abonar a una reflexión sobre los procesos de resistencia que en nuestro país se están dando a propósito del cuidado y dignificación de los territorios. Partimos de la relación de cuerpo y territorio, y reivindicamos que en ese ejercicio de contar nuestros territorios (los que habitamos y los que nos obligaron a dejar) y las luchas que hay en ellos, estamos revelando resistencias.
Most Festival es un acontecimiento de alcance internacional que recoge la mejor producción audiovisual relacionada con la cultura de la viña, el vino y el cava. Asimismo, el festival brinda por el buen cine con la proyección de películas de grandes directores no estrenadas comercialmente y una buena selección de cortos.
Ubicado en el Penedès, una comarca muy cercana a Barcelona con una larga tradición vinícola y diversos atractivos enoturísticos, el festival quiere difundir las artes y las culturas vinícolas a través de la creación audiovisual, así como acercarse a la enología desde todos los ángulos posibles, potenciando valores como la calidad, la diversidad o la implicación con el territorio.

El Grand Rapids Feminist Film Festival (GRFFF) es una celebración dedicada a elevar voces y mostrar talentos de grupos históricamente insuficientemente representados en los medios de comunicación convencionales. Nuestra misión es: ● Dar a conocer la falta de representación diversa delante y detrás de la cámara ● Inspirar y empoderar a los creadores de medios de comunicación de grupos subrepresentados y marginados para que participen en el cine como un acto feminista ● Examinar los medios de comunicación a través de la intersección Lentes de género, sexualidad, raza, capacidad, clase, edad, etc. ● Cultivar un espacio seguro y acogedor que fomente la comprensión intercultural Ahora, en su sexto año, el GRFFF fue originalmente la creación de la editorial independiente The Bandit Zine como una versión cinematográfica de su revista. Lo que comenzó como un pequeño escaparate nocturno se ha convertido en un festival de todo el día que incluye talleres interactivos y paneles, actuaciones de artistas locales y películas proyectadas de todo el mundo. Este año, el festival se llevará a cabo en Wealthy Theatre en Grand Rapids. Estaremos recibiendo ponentes, un show de drag show y más de 30 cortometrajes Estamos emocionados de ver que el festival crece aún más este año, y estamos tan felices de ser parte de la comunidad feminista en constante evolución de Grand Rapids. El GRFFF está dirigido enteramente por voluntarios y es posible gracias a asociaciones y patrocinadores comunitarios.
