L’associazione “Le Ali di Icaro”, ente culturale e di promozione sociale con sede nel Valdarno aretino, organizza la settima edizione del Wag Film Festival, che si terrà nel mese di Dicembre 2019 a Terranuova Bracciolini (AR) presso l’Auditorium “Le Fornaci” (Via Vittorio Veneto 19).
TEMA
Quest’anno il trait d’union delle serate di proiezione è il tema de “L’incontro”, inteso nei suoi molteplici significati: “incontro” come inizio di una relazione tra persone che, inevitabilmente, sviluppano il loro rapporto crescendo assieme; “incontro” come condivisione di culture, con cui si superano barriere geografiche ed etniche per il raggiungimento di un obiettivo comune; “incontro”, infine, come punto di arrivo, meta ultima di un percorso creativo maturato nel tempo.
Ogni regista ospite del Festival avrà l’opportunità di condividere con il pubblico de Le Fornaci un suo personale “incontro”, che può essere un punto di svolta nella propria carriera cinematografica o, più in generale, nella vita.
Dopo lo straordinario successo ripetuto ormai da sei edizioni, a impreziosire il concorso del Wag Film Festival è la Giuria Giovani, costituita da ragazzi e
ragazze (18-30 anni di età) opportunamente selezionati dalle scuole, istituzioni e associazioni del territorio per il personale interesse e passione per il cinema. La Giuria Giovani sarà incaricata di visionare i film in concorso per decretarne i vincitori e assegnare i premi nel corso della serata di chiusura.
Quest'anno il Symi International Film Festival si svolgerà dal 14 al 18 settembre 2020.
Il Symi International Film Festival si svolge sulla piccola isola greca di Symi, una delle isole del Dodecaneso vicino a Rodi.
Il Symi International Film Festival fa parte del Festival ufficiale di Symi. Questo è organizzato dal Comune di Symi e va da luglio a settembre.
I film saranno proiettati in un locale all'aperto (al chiuso se piove). Non ci sono spese per guardare film al festival.
Il WORLD FEST FEST, Festival delle feste, è un concorso dedicato ai "Corti-documentari" con tema le feste e le tradizioni popolari di ieri e di oggi.

11° FESTIVAL DEL CINEMA DELL'UNIVERSITÀ EUREKA 2026
L'Eureka University Film Festival è un evento cinematografico organizzato principalmente da studenti dell'Universidad de Bogotá Jorge Tadeo Lozano, in collaborazione con studenti di diverse università del paese e altri professionisti.
Dopo 10 anni, abbiamo deciso di dare a EUREKA una nuova direzione, reinventandola per questa undicesima edizione. Il nostro obiettivo è espandere i nostri orizzonti per quanto riguarda il cinema, sia nelle sue forme che nelle intenzioni creative. In questa edizione, cerchiamo un cinema onesto che si colleghi a un bisogno emotivo e/o spirituale dell'esperienza umana.
Senza limitarci esclusivamente al cinema universitario, siamo interessati a opere con la chiara intenzione di raccontare le proprie storie.
Cerchiamo cortometraggi che rispondano alla domanda:
«Come abitiamo l'ignoto?»
Siamo attratti dai film che esplorano questa questione in modo creativo, sperimentale e narrativo, attraverso credenze, paure e sogni, con l'intenzione di creare un'atmosfera distinta in ogni proiezione.
Il Festival di Malaga, in collaborazione con l'Area per le pari opportunità del Comune di Malaga, persegue l'obiettivo di sostenere la presenza delle donne nella produzione cinematografica, creando spazi che rendano visibile il lavoro delle donne nel campo dell'audiovisivo, campo professionale in cui sono sottorappresentate, sia nella regia, nella produzione o nella scrittura di sceneggiature; favorendo l'industria cinematografica con i diversi punti di vista delle donne.
Per raggiungere questo obiettivo, l'Area per le pari opportunità terrà il suo «XXII FILM SHOW WOMEN ON STAGE», tra i mesi di ottobre e novembre 2026.
THE WOMEN ON STAGE FILM EXHIBITION è stata creata nel 2002 con l'obiettivo di discutere, attraverso l'organizzazione di cineforum, le disuguaglianze di genere esistenti nella nostra società e in altre società vicine, riflettendo sulle loro cause e sulle possibili strategie sociali per sradicarle.
Il Festival di Malaga, in collaborazione con il Dipartimento per le pari opportunità del Comune di Malaga, mira a sostenere la presenza delle donne nella produzione cinematografica creando spazi che mostrino il lavoro delle donne nel campo dell'audiovisivo, un'area professionale in cui sono sottorappresentate, sia nella regia, nella produzione o nella sceneggiatura; arricchendo così l'industria cinematografica con le diverse prospettive delle donne.
Per raggiungere questo obiettivo, il Dipartimento per le pari opportunità terrà il suo «24th WOMEN ON STAGE FILM SHOWCASE» tra ottobre e novembre 2026.
Il WOMEN ON STAGE FILM SHOWCASE è stato creato nel 2002 con l'obiettivo di promuovere il dibattito, attraverso forum cinematografici, sulle disuguaglianze di genere presenti nella nostra società e in altre aree vicine, riflettendo sulle loro cause e sulle possibili strategie sociali per sradicarle.
Dal 2010, oltre a questo obiettivo di sensibilizzare e aumentare la visibilità, l'iniziativa mira anche a sostenere la presenza delle donne nella produzione cinematografica, un campo in cui esiste un significativo divario di genere. Poiché sempre più donne sono interessate a sviluppare la propria carriera professionale in questo settore, uno degli scopi della SEZIONE OFFICIAL WOMEN ON STAGE è quello di mettere in evidenza le produzioni audiovisive realizzate da donne.
Tra le opere presentate, il Festival di Malaga assegnerà 4 PREMI «WOMEN ON STAGE». Questi includono:
3 PREMI destinati a donne che partecipano come registe, produttrici e/o sceneggiatrici di opere audiovisive: il Silver Biznaga Women on Stage Award per il miglior documentario, il Silver Biznaga Women on Stage Award per la migliore opera di finzione e il Silver Biznaga Audience Award Women on Stage.
1 Premio Biznaga d'argento «MÁLAGA, WOMEN ON STAGE» per la migliore opera creata da una donna nata o residente a Malaga, in qualsiasi categoria professionale.

ENTRY FEE FOR SUBMISSIONS OF FILMS:
(1) Entry fees for FEATURE FILMS (Duration: 50 mins to 105 mins max) : 5000/- INR or (63.23 USD)
(2) Entry fees for SHORT FILMS (Duration: 00.10 mins to 00.50 mins): 3,000/- INR or (36.27 USD)
(3) ANIMATION FILMS in all categories (Duration: 00.05 mins to 00.30 mins max).
(4) Entry fees for STUDENT FILMS: 1500/-INR or (21USD)
(LATE ENTRY FEES WILL BE DOUBLE THE ENTRY FEES MENTIONED ABOVE APPLICABLE TO FILMS SUBMITTED BEYOND THE DEADLINE ANNOUNCED)
SUBMISSION GUIDELINES:
1.Films without English Subtitles (except English Films), shall not be considered for selection.
2.Films submitted with watermarks or logos shall be rejected.
3.Only Trailers or promos cannot be submitted for selection process.
4.Film Download link with password is preferred, DVD or Bluray are also accepted as hard copies.
5.If submitting hard copies, Two full HD DVDs/Bluray should be sent by courier to the Festival office along with a hard copy of this entry form duly filled. DVDs must be labeled with film title, director name, duration, phone number and email id on them. Director pic, Poster, Film Stills may be attached in an email.
6. For submissions coming from outside India, the packages must be marked, “For Festival & Cultural Purpose only, No Commercial value”.
7. DIFF does not pay screening fees to film makers.
8. DIFF will not return the Films submitted online or vide DVDs/Pen Drives/ Blu-ray etc. during or after the festival.
TERMS & CONDITIONS:
1. DIFF reserves the right to showcase the film so submitted perpetually anywhere ( other festivals, television, online etc).
2. DIFF reserves the right to include the film and related material in its promotional activities.
3. All Decisions made by the Appointed “Selection Committee” regarding Selections, screenings, awards at the Festival in entirety will be final. In case of Dispute, decision of the President is final.
4. The film makers and their representatives undertake to use the official logo and the status of their Selection or Award strictly in conformation with DIFF 2022 designs and they further undertake to use such festival logo in all their promotions, posters and marketing publications with the consent of the festival.
5. A film selected for the festival does not run in competition automatically. A Jury will select the films which feature in Competition.
6. The Festival shall not bear / reimburse any freight or other charges in foreign or Indian currency.
7. Once selected for screening, the film shall not be withdrawn.
8. The last date of submissions of ENTRIES IS 10.12.2024 and Date of Intimation of Selection will be 15.12.2024

The central theme of this edition is "Territories, showing resistance".
This theme seeks to generate debate and thought about the processes of resistance that are taking place in Colombia regarding the care and dignification of the territories. We start from the relationship of body and territory, and we claim that in that exercise of counting our territories (those we inhabit and those that forced us to leave) and the struggles that are in them, we are revealing resistances.

Il Grand Rapids Feminist Film Festival (GRFFF) è una celebrazione dedicata all'elevazione delle voci e alla presentazione di talenti provenienti da gruppi storicamente sottorappresentati nei media tradizionali. FESTIVAL INTERNAZIONALE DI DOCUMENTARI E CORTOMETRAGGI DI BILBAO
Iniziato nell'anno 1.959 e organizzato dal Dipartimento della Cultura del Municipio di Bilbao, ZINEBI celebrerà la sua 66a edizione dall'8 al 15 novembre 2024.
È l'unico festival internazionale di classe A in Spagna nella categoria documentari e cortometraggi riconosciuto dalla FIAPF dal 1974, riconosciuto dalla Hollywood Academy come candidato agli Oscar tra i cortometraggi del palmares ufficiale e qualificati, nonché dall'Accademia Spagnola per i BAFTA Awards e i GOYA Awards.

Notevoli sono anche gli Honour Mikeldis, che riconoscono la prestigiosa carriera di importanti registi internazionali e la rigorosa selezione delle sue sezioni BEAUTIFUL DOCS, dedicata ai film contemporanei più importanti, e BERTOKO BEGIRADAK, una sezione dedicata ai lungometraggi documentari baschi di una produzione recente. Inoltre, ogni anno si celebra l'incontro professionale intitolato ZINEBI INDUSTRY- NETWORKING, dedicato alla promozione dell'industria audiovisiva basca.
Poiché il Festival Internazionale di Cortometraggi «Ciudad de Soria» considera sempre il CINEMA dei cortometraggi come capitale e considera essenziale la diffusione della cultura, il nostro scopo è promuovere come mezzo di espressione audiovisiva il contributo al riconoscimento e alla diffusione.
Questo formato deve essere essenzialmente e fondamentalmente una parte del CINEMA.
Wandering Reel is a traveling short film festival with a focus on bringing meaningful films to communities with limited or no access to compassionate, thought-provoking cinema. We strive to engage our audiences in deeper conversation about the role of cinema, and how films can relate to community, conscious living, and contribute to making the world a stronger and more unified place.
Artists have long been at the forefront of social innovation. The Wandering Reel believes in the power of film art to effect positive change, to bring people together through shared cultural experiences and to inspire conversation and collaboration between individuals and communities through the common experience of cinema. By exposing underserved communities with films that are artful in their meaning and compassionate and conscious in their approach, the boundaries that divide people can be slowly stripped away, cultures can be enriched and peace grown across the globe.
We serve anyone with a hunger for inventive, resonant cinema. We curate our films to communities that want to participate in a deeper dialogue about the power of film to effect positive change. In addition to theaters, we screen at schools, community centers, libraries, churches, museums, galleries, retirement homes, prisons, cafes, breweries, and anywhere an audience can comfortably gather to watch and discuss movies.
Fall 2017/Winter 2018 Tours
Our touring schedule begins in October of each year and continues through the spring of the following year, criss-crossing the United States and sometimes popping up in venues all over the world. Our first two seasons saw our films screen dozens of venues from southern California to British Columbia, and Colorado to Vermont. This fall and next winter/spring we'll return to many of these locations and do our best to expand our reach to different parts of the United States and even around the world.

ECOFILM FESTIVAL 8TH EDITION / SUSTAINABLE EATING
ECOFILM is an International Environmental Short Film Festival, held annually in Mexico. It responds to the need to raise awareness on environmental topics, promoting audiovisual production and ecological culture with solutions that balance human beings in interaction with their environment.
ECOFILM supports its actions through collaboration and partnership with institutions, companies and individuals committed to the priority environmental issues on the international agenda. The exchange of ideas is melted in a single event: competition between artists, lectures, special guests; a prism of emotions, ideas and visions with a new understanding of the world
