The Music Video Underground is a monthly and annual worldwide competition for music videos, dance films, animated music videos, and other special stuff made music and video.
The festival is currently accepting submissions for its 13th edition (October 2017), and got hundreds of amazing artists to line up, including Adèle, Vanessa Paradis and Macy Gray.
The September edition is accepting entries (@12th edition) starting September 1st.

The International Music Video Underground doesn’t require your music video to be perfect, or signed by a label, or managed by a production company. It requires you did it with all you had and put your heart into it. It requires you tell something with images and music.

Das Konzept des NEFILTRAVANAE KINO (Unfiltered Cinema):
PROBLEM DER ENTFREMDUNG
Wir leben in einer Welt der Einkaufszentren und Kinomultiplexe. Wir sehen, dass Indie-Kino und Kunst, die nichts mit Waren zu tun hat, an die Peripherie der öffentlichen Aufmerksamkeit geraten. Primitive Attraktionen ersetzen die Kinematographie. Das Fluchtpublikum ist hinter der großen Leinwand entfremdet. Das moderne Mainstream-Kino ist also Teil eines Manipulationsinstruments, das zu einer Gesellschaft der Entfremdung führt. Daher besteht die Tendenz, dass das Indie-Kino für ein breites Publikum immer unlesbarer wird. Wir sollten den Kontext des Filmemachers verstehen, um das unabhängige Kino zu verstehen. Aus diesem Grund impliziert das Konzept von NEFILTRAVANAE KINO die physische Präsenz von Filmemachern.
PROBLEM BEI DER FILMAUSWAHL
Filmemacher drehen Millionen von Filmen. Und Tausende von Kurzfilmfestivals organisieren jedes Jahr Vorführungen auf der ganzen Welt. Im Durchschnitt werden mehrere tausend Filme für ein Filmfestival eingereicht. So können verschiedene gute Filme aus irgendeinem Grund vernachlässigt werden. Oft ist die Auswahl der Wahrscheinlichkeit wie ein Lottogewinn. Infolgedessen erhalten Filmemacher kein Feedback. Es ist paradox, dass dich im Zeitalter des Internets niemand hören kann! Die Mainstream-Kultur bevorzugt Attraktionen und ungezwungenes Beobachten.
Diese Idee basiert auch auf dem Problem der Filmauswahl. Vielleicht ist es keine Überraschung, dass eine Person, also bestenfalls der Programmdirektor, oder sogar Studenten von Filmhochschulen eine vorläufige Entscheidung treffen, einen Film auszuwählen. Die Übereinstimmung von Richtern oder Vorschauern ist eher selten als die Verschiedenheit der Herkunft und des Geschmacks. Die Auswahl oder Beurteilung kann also einseitig oder oberflächlich sein. Das ist nicht schlecht, da der Programmdirektor natürlich einen guten Geschmack und ein ästhetisches Feingefühl hat. Aber wir haben ein anderes Konzept von „ungefiltertem Kino“ entdeckt. Wir haben es mit den „Besten der Besten“ verglichen. Dieser Weg hilft, die filmische Sprache ohne das Diktat der Kunstkuratoren wahrzunehmen.
FEIER DES INDIE-KINOS
Das Unfiltered Cinema Film Festival versucht also, den Weg des „Besten vom Besten“ zu vermeiden, ignoriert ihn aber natürlich nicht völlig. Das Festival wählt die Bereiche Fiktion, Animation, Dokumentation, Experiment und virtuelle Realität aus. Eine Jury prämiert den besten Film in jeder Sektion. Das Festival veranstaltet Vorführungen in Kinos, im Nationalen Zentrum für zeitgenössische Kunst und in Kunsträumen.
Unser Ziel ist es, Menschen in der Kunst zusammenzubringen, einen Dialog zu führen, um mit intelligenter Kommunikation glücklich zu sein. Kino ist Kunst, aber kein Sport. Der Kernpunkt unseres Projekts ist die Kommunikation zwischen dem Filmemacher und dem Publikum.

MISSION & OBJECTIVE
The Providence Children’s Film Festival (PCFF) presents the best of independent and international children’s cinema to inspire, delight, educate and connect a diverse community of children and families from Rhode Island and throughout New England. Our annual Festival brings the world to our children and our community through important films made from extraordinary, often unrecognized filmmakers from all over the globe. Each year we search for films appropriate for youth and children with interesting stories, that offers wisdom and multiple cultural perspectives and connections across all ages. Through our thoughtfully selected films, we hope to demonstrate the artistry and craft of filmmaking and provide opportunities to discuss the stories, people and connections from near and afar.
ABOUT THE FESTIVAL
Now in its ninth year, the Providence Children’s Film Festival enhances and energizes the local arts and cultural community and has become of one the most highly anticipated family events of the year. The annual Festival takes place in February at multiple venues within walking distance of downtown Providence, with over ten days of screenings, filmmaking workshops, and free activities, along with post-film conversations that help deepen the film-watching experience and foster critical thinking skills. During the Festival, PCFF screens an average of 16 feature length films along with over 100 short films, including live-action, documentary, and animation made by filmmakers from around the world. Beginning in 2014, PCFF added the Youth Filmmaker Showcase, a juried program of films made by youth, followed by an opportunity for young filmmakers to talk about both the fun and the challenges they face during the creative process.

In addition to the annual festival, PCFF presents films of the same high quality and film-related educational programming throughout the year. Children and families can learn about the history of the medium and its critical context, as well as the craft of filmmaking; through media literacy programs, hands-on workshops, and filmmaker presentations. We proudly collaborate with community organizations such as RISD Museum, Providence Children’s Museum, AS220, the Boys and Girls Clubs of Providence, Providence CityArts, Rhode Island Museum of Science and Arts (RIMOSA), Providence Athenaeum Children’s Library, Providence Community Library, Media Smart Libraries Project, and the Rhode Island Office of Information and Services.
CRITERIA
The PCFF selection committee seeks films with content that speaks positively to children, teens and families from diverse backgrounds and ethnicities. Please consider submitting if you have created work that can speak to all, including children. We seek films that are entertaining and/or challenging to young minds with serious, true-to-life topics and narratives that may span a range of emotions. The film need not have a "story-book" ending to find a place in our festival. PCFF welcomes foreign films with subtitles, documentaries, live action, animation and even experimental films that may inspire our viewers to think about the world in a new way.
SELECTION
The Director of Programming will make selections along with the Festival jury composed of educators, filmmakers, parents and children. PCFF takes pride in bringing children into the selection process; as a member of the PCFF Junior Jury, youth have a voice from beginning to end, taking part in final film selections, festival programming, and award distributions. PCFF will email all entrants no later than January 7, 2017, whether or not films have been selected for the festival. Preview DVDs, thumb drives, and related materials of all films submitted for consideration will NOT be returned unless submission includes a prepaid, self-addressed, stamped envelope.
SPECIAL EVENTS
In addition to our Opening Night Party and final Awards Presentation Event, PCFF hosts a Filmmaker Soiree’ during the festival. No box juices or Goldfish crackers here. The Soiree is a private, low-key and relaxing get together with our star filmmakers and some of our festival devotee's. In between bites you may meet some filmmakers who have films in this year's festival or share a drink with one of our invited Reel Connection speakers. You will certainly meet many of the people who helped create and support this year's festival.
YOUTH FILMMAKER SHOWCASE (YFS)
PCFF is committed to nurturing the work of young “amateur” filmmakers (age 17 and under) and so is proud to present a juried program of films all made by youth—from our local community and around the world—and to provide an opportunity for young filmmakers to talk about both the fun and the challenges they face during the creative process. This exciting screening is designed to encourage talented and committed up-and-coming young filmmakers, and to inspire those who are just thinking about it. Young filmmakers may apply as an individual or as a team. (e.g. Youth organizations, film clubs, etc.).

Jedes Jahr interpretiert FICCI die besonderen Umstände Kolumbiens, Iberoamerikas und der Welt und bietet eine erstklassige Ausgabe an, die sich an der Wahrung der Freiheit und der Ausweitung des kulturellen Dialogs orientiert, und zwar durch Filme, Branchentreffen und akademische Veranstaltungen, die relevant, menschlich und subtil sind und in ständigem Austausch mit dem Publikum und den kulturellen Akteuren stehen. Das Festival möchte ein Ort der Begegnung und des Austauschs sein, eine Plattform, um das menschliche Bewusstsein zu schärfen, die Demokratie zu stärken und zur Schaffung freier, inklusiver und bewusster Gesellschaften beizutragen.
Das Internationale Filmfestival von Cartagena de Indias (FICCI) ist das älteste und beständigste Forum für kolumbianisches, iberoamerikanisches und Weltkino auf dem amerikanischen Kontinent. Die 65. Ausgabe, die seit 1960 auf der Weltkarte des Kinos aktiv ist, wird auch weiterhin Räume für Erinnerung, Reflexion, Stimmenvielfalt und, wie immer, für feinste Cinephilie bieten.
Das Festival schätzt die kreative Freiheit von Filmemachern aus der ganzen Welt und begrüßt Werke aller Formate, Längen, Nationalitäten, Themen, Genres oder Techniken. Wir suchen Filme, die den höchsten Qualitätsstandards entsprechen, es wagen, erzählerische Risiken einzugehen und Vorschläge von großem menschlichen und filmischen Wert mit Relevanz und einer Vision von Nachhaltigkeit bieten.
Willkommen beim Filmstrip International Film Festival. Wir sind ein Online- und unabhängiges Filmfestival mit Live-Vorführungen, das im Herzen der Region Moldawien in Iasi, Rumänien, einem der führenden Zentren des rumänischen sozialen, kulturellen, akademischen und künstlerischen Lebens stattfindet.
Iaşi ist als Kulturhauptstadt Rumäniens bekannt und ist ein Symbol in der rumänischen Geschichte und wird immer noch als Moldauische Hauptstadt bezeichnet, die das wichtigste Wirtschafts- und Geschäftszentrum der moldauischen Region Rumäniens ist.
Das Filmstrip International Film Festival ist an der Förderung junger Filmemacher beteiligt, wobei ein hoher Standard eines Festivals aufrechterhalten wird, das sich hervorragend den spirituellen und kulturellen Werten widmet.
Die besten Filme jeder Kategorie werden an einem vibrierenden Ort, „La Baza“, gezeigt, in dem das ganze Jahr über viele kulturelle Veranstaltungen in der Stadt stattfinden.
Das Festival findet einmal im Jahr statt, der gesamte Prozess der Auswahl und Vergabe findet online statt, am Ende jeder Ausgabe finden Live-Vorführungen statt.
An unserem Standort werden insgesamt 10 Filme gezeigt - die AWARD-GEWINNER (Bester Film, Silber, Bronze, Special Erwähnung) und die CATEGORIES AWARD GEWINNER (Animation, Dokumentarfilm usw.).
Mumbai - Die Stadt der Zelluloidträume seit dem vergangenen Jahrhundert - ist das Ziel von Tausenden von angehenden und professionellen Filmemachern in Indien und der Welt. Die Stadt hat viele großartige Filmemacher, Techniker gefördert und die Millionen weltweit durch das Kino unterhalten. Die Leute nannten es auch liebevoll als Bollywood. Im hart umkämpften Zeitalter des Kinos ist das „Mumbai Shorts International Film Festival“ die Plattform für Kurzfilmemacher, um ihre Arbeit in der Liga der Profis voranzutreiben.
MSIFF, eine fortschrittliche Kinobewegung, startete im Jahr 2012 mit der Konsultation hochrangiger Branchenmitglieder, um das Kurzkino hervorzuheben. Das Eröffnungsjahr 2012 nach den Ausgaben 2013 bis 2020 ist Zeuge der großen Beteiligung und Begeisterung von Filmemachern und Branchenprofis aus Indien und dem Ausland. Ziel des Festivals ist es, zur Entwicklung aufstrebender Filmemacher beizutragen und Kurzfilmkultur in Indien zu schaffen.
Ziel des Festivals ist es, ein großartiges Kino von weltweiten Filmemachern im großen Stil zu präsentieren und gleichzeitig professionelle Vernetzung zu bieten und den Teilnehmern aktuelle Trends des Kinos einzuführen. Das Festival setzt sich auch nachdrücklich für die Notwendigkeit der kommerziellen Kurzfilmindustrie in Indien ein und wird die Fragen im Zusammenhang mit Kurzfilmen vor verschiedenen Leitungsgremien des Kinos ansprechen.
Der 10. MSIFF-21 wird sich als einen weiteren Schritt zur Erreichung von Exzellenz und zur Verbesserung Ihrer Fähigkeiten im Kino erweisen und sicher sein, dass es immens zu Ihrem Wachstum als Filmemacher beitragen wird

Ausgabe werden wir unsere Online-Veranstaltung fortsetzen, die vier Wochen lang auf unserer Online-Plattform gezeigt wird: https://www.visualcontainer.tv/, die weltweit gezeigt wird, um unsere internationale Präsenz zu maximieren. Beim letzten Mal haben wir über zehntausend Views bekommen, und dieses Mal streben wir mehr an.
Unser Showcase steht Künstlern und Filmemachern aus der ganzen Welt offen, deren Arbeiten eine experimentelle, nichtlineare Erzählform haben. Wir wollen Abwechslung sehen, sei es Experimentalfilm, Videokunst, bildende Kunst, digitale Kunst, experimenteller Dokumentarfilm oder Animation. Wir konzentrieren uns besonders auf avantgardistisches Geschichtenerzählen.
