*About the festival
The year 2016 marked the commencement of a new tradition in the city of Miraj, as the first ever Miraj International Short Film Festival(MISFF) was held in February 2016.
It was for the very first time a festival of such kind and magnitude was being held here. To bring back the fading lime light, bestow the truly deserved recognition of the city and safeguard the city’s rich heritage was the sole purpose of organizers and the festival directors.
It seems art does not have language, it neither minds borders nor race, and it rather came true at the film festival. Films from different states of the country and across the globe participated in the festival and proudly took back prizes from our soil, entwining with us, a lifelong relation. We are now reaching to you with the second edition of the MISFF only to join more people in our initiative and inspire the youth of today in the art of film making. We aim to recognize the smallest glimpse of a filmmaker and avail them a platform to showcase their talent. Come; let’s get mesmerized in this beautiful carnival of art.

Miraj- a city that can be defined in a single word: Art! The city adorned with a crown of art and music. They say art runs in the blood and it couldn’t be truer for this city. The hometown of percussion and stringed instruments, a rich heritage of classical music and a tradition of theater and dramas dating back to the independence struggle. The land gave birth to many artist.

말라가 페스티벌의 목적은 스페인 영화와 일반 문화 영역을 보급하고 홍보하는 것입니다. 이런 점에서 페스티벌은 라틴 아메리카 영화 제작을 위한 플랫폼이기도 합니다. 그 기능에는 스페인과 브라질을 포함한 라틴 아메리카 전역에서 제작된 영화로 해석되는 스페인어로 된 다양한 전문 영화 부문을 위한 이벤트를 주최하여 개발을 촉진하고 국제 판매를 촉진하는 것이 포함됩니다.
말라가 페스티벌은 국제 영화 제작자 협회 연맹 (FIAPF) (www.fiapf.org) 의 인정을 받았습니다.

영화 및 디지털 아트 페스티벌인 틀란차나 페스트는 뉴미디어 및 디지털 아트와 연계하여 영화 창작을 촉진하는 요소를 결합하여 멕시코와 세계의 신진 인재들을 위한 전시 공간을 만들기 위해 Tlanchana Cultura Audiovisual AC에서 주최합니다.
제10회 틀란차나 페스트 (Tlanchana Fest) 는 2026년 7월 3일부터 5일까지 개최되며, 일련의 상영, 컨퍼런스, 워크숍, 시설 및 기타 활동을 통해 가상 및 대면으로 진행되며 영화 및 디지털 아트 분야의 작업에 인센티브로 작용할 예정입니다.
미니박스오피스 국제 영화제는 현재 노이다 국제 영화제입니다. 주로 단편 영화만을 대상으로 하는 미니복스오피스 국제 영화제는 세 번의 성공을 거둔 후 장편 영화 섹션이 추가되면서 규모가 더 커졌습니다. 2014년 Miniboxoffice의 경영진은 인도에서 가장 빠르게 발전하고 있는 도시인 'NOIDA'라는 이름을 따서 이곳을 개명했습니다. 2010년에 미니박스 오피스가 문을 연 이 도시에 대한 헌정이자 도시 자체가 북인도 최대의 영화 도시인 이 도시에 대한 헌정입니다.
제13회 노이다 국제 영화제 (Noida International Film Festival-26) 의 목표는 전 세계 영화 제작자들의 훌륭한 영화를 대대적으로 선보이는 동시에 참가자들에게 전문적인 네트워킹을 제공하고 영화의 최신 트렌드를 소개하는 것입니다. 페스티벌의 목표는 독립 영화 제작자에게 힘을 실어주고 독립 영화 제작자의 성장을 촉진하는 프리미엄 영화 관람 행사가 되기 위해 최선을 다하고 있습니다.
NIFF의 2014~25년 에디션은 90개 이상의 국가에서 온 영화 제작자들의 참여로 큰 성공을 거두었습니다. NIFF-26 영화는 독립 영화 발전을 향한 많은 이정표를 세울 것으로 예상됩니다. 이를 통해 저는 모든 영화 제작자들이 다양한 국가의 최고 수준의 사고와 문화를 풍성하고 재미있는 영화의 형태로 가져오는 운동에 동참해 주실 것을 환영합니다.
여성 권리 주장 (ASSERTING WOMEN'S RIGHTS RIGRIES) 은 말라가 페스티벌에서 다큐멘터리 감독인 마벨 로자노 (Mabel Lozano) 와 말라가 시의회의 기회 균등 부서와 협력하여 항의와 옹호를 위한 도구로 만든 프로젝트입니다. 이 섹션은 매년 여성의 권리에 대한 사회적 인식을 높이는 문제를 탐구하고 해결하기 위해 만들어졌습니다.
2008년에 시작된 말라가 페스티벌의 이 섹션은 현재 19회째를 맞이했습니다. 이 프로젝트는 두 가지 목적을 가지고 있습니다. 여성이 단순히 여성이라는 이유만으로 21세기에도 계속 직면하고 있는 부당함을 밝히고 여성이 만든 영화를 홍보하고 지원하는 것입니다.
여성의 권리 주장을 통해 우리는 세계 여러 지역에서 여성이 직면하고 있는 어려움에 주목했습니다. 오늘날에도 여성과 소녀들이 생존을 위해 매일 싸워야 하는 곳이 많이 있습니다. 이러한 지역에서는 전통적 관습과 문화적 규범이 종종 개인적, 사회적 발전을 저해하여 남성과 평등을 이루지 못하게 합니다.
부산국제단편영화제는 1980년 시작된 국내 최초의 단편영화제로 2026년 제43회를 맞게 됩니다.
부산국제단편영화제는 국내 및 전 세계에서 제작된 우수한 단편영화들을 적극적으로 발굴, 소개하고 단편영화 활성화와 영화문화의 다양성에 기여하는 것을 목적으로 합니다.
출품공모는 국제경쟁과 한국경쟁 부문으로 나뉘며, 30분 이하의 단편영화를 대상으로 합니다.
부산국제단편영화제는 단편영화 컨퍼런스와 아시아영화진흥기구(넷팩NETPAC) 회원으로 가입되어 있으며, 2018년 한국 최초로 미국 아카데미 시상식의 인증을 받은 영화제입니다.
LA 언더그라운드 필름 포럼 (LAUFF) 은 영화, 비디오 및 오디오 기반 매체에서의 실험의 로스앤젤레스 최고의 쇼케이스입니다. 이 영화는 아방가르드, 아트 하우스, 독립적이고 저예산 영화 제작에 중점을 두고 있으며, 2020년7월에는 5번째 에디션이 개최됩니다.
우리의 프로그램은 영화 제작자들이 새로운 접근 방식을 재발견하고 탐구하며, 새로운 형태의 미디어 아트를 육성하고, 그러한 작품에 대한 청중을 키울 수 있는 장소를 제공합니다. 우리는 “지하”의 개념에 대한 많은 정의와 해석을 탐구하는 광범위한 작업을 제시하고자합니다.
열정과 강박 관념으로 만든 영화, 기대와 장르를 뛰어넘는 영화, 수용된 형태와 콘텐츠의 경계를 넓히기 위해 노력하는 영화, 비디오 및 오디오 프로젝트를 찾고 있습니다. 저자의 강한 감각은 필수입니다.

The first AfryKamera Film Festival was organized by FilmGramm Foundation in cooperation with the South African Embassy during the months of April-June 2006. It aimed to use cinematography to bring Africa to the attention of the Polish public. The 1st AfryKamera premiered in Warsaw and also ran in Krakow, Poznan, Lodz, Torun and Konin. The unbelievable media interest and good ticket sales during the first festival in 2006 confirmed our belief that Africa is a theme of immense interest to a growing number of people. Since the very 1st edition, AfryKamera has been well covered in the Polish media, which confirms the great marketing potential of such an event for Africa in general, as well as, for sponsors and patrons.
As it stands AfryKamera is the first African Film Festival in Central and Eastern Europe as well as the largest African-themed event in Poland and the wider region.
AfryKamera has managed to occupy a niche in the film festival market – although there are many international film festivals, they generally show a limited range of African films. AfryKamera is therefore the only festival in Poland dedicated purely to films from the continent. In the past few years the festival has decided to explore new avenues not only in the art of cinematography, but also in the presentation of African art, music, and culture.
The main events of the African Film Festival AfryKamera take place in Warsaw, Poland, traditionally in either Kino Luna or Kinoteka, the capital city's premier arthouse cinemas. The event in 2018 will last 10 days and presents 15-25 full length features and documentaries as well as some 20 short films from around the continent and from the African diapora. The key motto of the festival is "Made in Africa", as the focus is put on the quality of moviemaking on the continent and the enhanced capacity to make world-class movies.
The Nollywood Travel Festival celebrates the best of Nigerian cinema and will be hosted in Toronto, Canada from 5-7 May 2017. It will be a weekend of special indoor and outdoor screenings, inspiring discussions,meeting,parties and awards.
Now in its 16th year, Ffresh – the Student Media Awards – features the best student work from all over the world, along with masterclasses, panel sessions and workshops with some of the industry’s most renowned and respected figures.
Previous guests have included directors Stephen Frears, Mike Leigh, Sergey Dvortsevoy, Asif Kapadia, Jonathan Caouette, Matt Lipsey, Matt Lambert, and Gaston Kaboré; screenwriters Andrew Davies and Tim Firth; producers Stephen Garrett, Bethan Jones, and Sally Hibbin; highly acclaimed visual artists Lichtfaktor and Semiconductor; international FX companies The Mill and Double Negative; Oscar winning editor Jim Clark; and animators Johnny Kelly, Merlin Crossingham, Phil Mulloy, & Peter Dodd, amongst many others.
The purpose of the Awards is to celebrate the best work being created by the up-and-coming media talent from around the world, and to provide a vital link between higher education and the media industry sector.
Ffresh is a BAFTA Cymru qualifying festival.
Ffresh also runs two BFI Film Academies in South Wales for 16-19 year olds in VFX and Animation.

2026년 4월 22일부터 26일까지 떠오르는 영화 제작자를 위한 유럽 최대 축제 중 하나인 제55회 세슈테 국제 학생 영화제가 포츠담에서 열립니다. 전 세계의 떠오르는 영화 제작자들에게 자신의 작품을 폭넓은 청중에게 선보이고 업계 인맥을 쌓을 수 있는 플랫폼을 제공합니다. 1970년대에 젊은 영화 제작자를 위한 동독 영화제로 시작된 Sehsüchte는 수십 년 동안 국제적으로 중요한 영화제로 자리 잡았으며 베를린과 브란덴부르크의 문화 경관에서 없어서는 안될 부분이 되었습니다.
Sehschüchte는 현재와 미래의 만남과 창조의 장소, 문화적 다양성의 행사이자 영화의 축제로 자리매김하고 있습니다. 페스티벌의 조직과 실행은 전적으로 바벨스베르크 콘라드 울프 영화대학교 학생들의 손에 달려 있습니다. 이를 통해 젊은 인재, 미디어 제작자 및 연구자 간의 역동적인 교류가 가능해집니다.

2026년 세휘테 영화제의 모토는 '무엇이 남았는가? '입니다. 제55회 세휘테에서는 과거, 현재, 미래로 시선을 돌리고자 합니다. 무엇이 남았나요? 우리의 이상, 집, 희망과 두려움, 믿고 싶은 세상 등 무엇이 남아 있는지 알고 싶습니다. 이제 남은 게 뭐야? 우리는 이 질문이 내포하고 있는 비관론에 도전하고 싶습니다. 우리는 변화의 잠재력을 인식하고, 현재의 도전에 직면한 도전 때문에 미래의 전망을 발전시키고자 합니다. 무엇이 남았을까요? 책임을 지고, 작별인사를 하고, 새로운 기회와 공동의 비전을 위한 용기를 찾는 것, 즉 사임을 넘어서는 건설적 성과를 달성하는 것을 의미합니다.

The Festival represents a workshop of the documentary film and a meeting place for the promotion and dissemination of the art, starting from Marcellino's works and his point of view. Through the search for new directors to discovery representative artistic expressions of documentary film. It wants be an opportunity to reflect the contemporaneity through different points of view, to enrich and call into question our gaze.
Leiden International Short Film Experience (LISFE) is an annual film festival held in the beautiful city of Leiden in The Netherlands. LISFE is dedicated to Short Films from all genres and from anywhere in the world. Over the years we have built the reputation of successfully showcasing though-provoking films through a diverse and selective program.
This year the festival will take place from the 7th until the 10th of May in Kijkhuis (Leiden).
Note: We are interested in programming films from around the globe. In extraordinary geo-political circumstances, we may wave our submission fee. If you think you qualify, please contact us for more information.
