The 6-th annual international independent short film festival “Cinema Perpetuum Mobile” is a non-profit cultural event. The Organizing committee was formed by the members of kinaklub.org community, which gathers enthusiasts and film-fans devoted to the values of continual and free cinema art.
Festival’s purposes:
To promote independent film-making. Short film is a low-budget, and thus, affordable democratic method of art expression. This allows to cover any actual and burning issue while staying laconic.
To support cultural diversity in cinema and discover new forms and methods in film art.
To assist in establishing and strengthening communication between film-makers and film societies in Belarus and around the world.
As reflected in its name, the idea of the festival is to touch upon eternal, perpetual subjects. The measure of how perpetual the subject is, is determined by it’s unquestionable importance and humanistic value. But also, with issues of this kind, a fresh and reasonable view is needed. That is why, both traditional and innovative approaches in interpretation of perpetual subjects are appreciated, as well as the whole spectrum of different cinematic forms — from silent to experimental.
Any interested person, who agrees with principles and ideas presented in the regulations, can become a participant of the festival, without regard to place of residence, age, color, height, weight, marital status and sexual orientation. The requirement for becoming a participant is a filled-in participant’s entry form and a completed film.
Festival screenings and selection of winners will take place simultaneously in Minsk, other locations in Belarus and on our planet as a whole, in April 2015, gathering more and more people who enjoy watching good films and are not indifferent to the problems of mankind.
The working languages of the festival are English, Belarusian, and Russian.
Participation in the festival is free of any charges.
This festival is dedicated to all directors in particular, regardless their age and background, and to all filmmakers in general.
The purpose of Directors Awards film festival is to promote the craftsmanship of directing to the position and attention it deserves. The assessment of all the performance in the judging process will also be from the director's point of view.

7. Inspire young generation to have broader mindset and perspective, to think beyond the box, and to be able to accept differences among religions and belief system.

About The Venue
The Secret Theatre is a custom built theatre and rehearsal rooms facility in the heart of LIC’s artist’s quarter. Resident Company The Queens Players and visiting NY theatre companies can comfortably seat 99 people and the space has a flexibility which allows us to produce shows either as thrust, proscenium, transverse or other styles of theatre. There are three separate clean restrooms, a box office, a gallery/foyer, and a dressing room for the artistes. Our second performance and rehearsal room POCO Space also has two dedicated restrooms and is suitable for small and workshop style shows and rehearsals.

The Solidando Film Festival will be held from 7th to 9th December 2018 in the city of Cagliari in Italy.
It is a NO-PROFIT international competitive festival of social short films for the following genres: documentary, fiction or animation exclusively on social themes.
What do we mean by social theme:

Nuestra historia
en 2009 como un proyecto informal para proyectar cine independiente en las recónditas callejuelas de Alfama, proyectado contra sus icónicos muros de piedra.
En los años siguientes, Cinalfama maduró y se convirtió en un evento competitivo de carácter internacional, así como en una referencia cultural en Lisboa.
La naturaleza de los eventos ha cambiado a lo largo de los años, pero el ambiente, las películas y los recintos siguen siendo tan íntimos como siempre.

Fundado en 1914, el Grupo Sportivo Adicense es uno de los símbolos más antiguos y auténticos que quedan del verdadero alma de Alfama.
Los cantantes de fado de fama mundial comenzaron su carrera como camareros en esta histórica institución, una institución que sigue haciendo frente a los cambios constantes y a la mala caracterización del paisaje urbano del barrio
Sesiones de proyección
Escondidas en las callejuelas del casco antiguo de Lisboa, Alfama, nuestras proyecciones íntimas tienen lugar en la casa cultural más antigua de la ciudad, el Grupo Sportivo Adicense.
Organizamos tres ediciones de proyecciones de temporada a lo largo del año, para mostrar y premiar a los mejores talentos y películas de cada una de ellas. La entrada es gratuita y todas las películas tienen subtítulos en inglés.
Debido a la pandemia actual y a las restricciones asociadas, hemos decidido organizar la próxima edición de enero de 2024 en línea, poniendo a su disposición una selección de las mejores películas de la temporada. Con el objetivo de volver a tener las proyecciones en directo muy pronto.
Cineciok es el festival de Cine y Chocolate. Cineciok se lleva a cabo en Modica la ciudad de Chocolate. Festival es todo el año. En modica trabajamos el chocolate con métodos antiguos.
Así que cada año hacemos el Festival del Chocolate y el cine es una parte integral de este festival. Premiamos las películas más bellas con el chocolate como tema o que el chocolate esté mínimamente presente. Si sólo hay una palabra «chocolate» en su película, usted puede participar!!!

El Festival de Cine Experimental de Bogotá, Cineautopsia, celebra su XII (12a) edición en este 2026.
Convocamos obras y artistas de Colombia y el Mundo inconformes y disidentes de los modos de producción y creación predominantes; privilegiamos la mirada de autor en procesos creativos únicos en su exploración plástica, que hagan uso de diversas tecnologías/recursos/medios y desarrollen dinámicas de creación individual, colectiva o interdisciplinar.
Durante estos 11 años de festival, hemos apostado por reconocer y destacar un cine experimental, poético, libre, radical y propositivo. Un cine que responde a las necesidades estéticas, políticas y filosóficas de sus autores, planteando horizontes artísticos alejados de las fórmulas convencionales y los estándares hegemónicos de producción audiovisual. Nuestro compromiso ha sido transformar los modos de hacer cine, explorando diversas metodologías de creación y consolidando nuevas formas de pensamiento en torno a la estética y la técnica audiovisual. Además, hemos buscado generar encuentros sensibles y emotivos con el público, ampliando las posibilidades de interacción, mediación y participación del cine experimental dentro del espectro cultural y social de la comunidad.
Creemos que 'lo experimental' no se limita simplemente a una categoría estética o técnica en el ámbito cinematográfico o audiovisual, incluso en las artes en general; lo entendemos como un síntoma inequívoco de una colectividad que se muestra inconforme ante las reglas. Lo experimental representa una potente forma de problematizar, cuestionar o subvertir lo establecido con el fin de transformar, de contribuir al cambio cultural y al diálogo social.
Es a través del cine experimental que encontramos formas auténticas de crear arte audiovisual y de esta manera, damos lugar a toda manifestación artística donde forma y contenido arriesgan por desarticular lo establecido, exploran límites creativos que desafían estéticas generalizadas, bien sea utilizado de forma variable todo tipo de dispositivos y elevando tanto los medios expresivos como la relación entre el público y la obra, invitando también a formular nuevas formas de exhibición y estrategias de circulación.
“Nos rebelamos contra las convenciones, contra la tiranía de lo establecido y contra las cadenas invisibles que atan la creación al canon. Nos oponemos a la domesticación del espíritu creativo, a la anestesia cultural que convierte el arte en un producto sin alma, un bien de entretenimiento o consumo vacío y estéril.”
En el ecosistema de la producción audiovisual convencional, dirigida por las grandes industrias o por agendas políticas o económicas y marcada por fórmulas repetitivas y narrativas preestablecidas, el cine experimental surge como una voz disidente. Desafía la norma, cuestiona las estructuras establecidas, propone contranarrativas y se convierte en un detonante de la innovación, la reflexión crítica, la transformación cultural y la búsqueda de nuevas vías y formas de expresión humana. El cine experimental es vanguardia y se presenta como un espacio de exploración, disección y reconfiguración de lo que entendemos por imagen cinematografica. Apreciamos, la fragmentación, la deconstrucción, el error o el sinsentido. El cine experimental cuestiona los modos mismos de existencia del cine tradicional.
También indagamos en el cine expandido, en su dimensión performativa o instalativa, que explora el cuerpo y la acción en tiempo real, involucrando formatos como el live cinema, el vj, el mapping, el fulldome, el live coding, los nuevos medios, el cabaret multimedia, la interactividad o lo transmedia. Estas prácticas no solo trascienden la pantalla, sino que también convierten el acto cinematográfico en una experiencia viva y efímera.
Bajo estos parámetros, cualquier obra audiovisual sin limitación de formato, duración o técnica es bienvenida a postularse. Aceptamos obras que se ajusten a esta idea de cine experimental y explore los subgéneros como: metraje encontrado, cine sin cámara, cine abstracto, cine/video en técnicas mixtas, video arte, video escultura, video danza, coreo cinema, video performance, coreografías e improvisaciones, videoclip, animación, screen art, cine expandido y realidad virtual, audiovisual de los nuevos medios, etc.
En esta 12 versión del festival que se realizará en Bogotá en el mes de agosto 2026, queremos afianzar la programación en espacios alternativos y expositivos, así mismo la circulación online desde la plataforma web oficial del festival. Tendremos proyección de películas en salas y otros espacios alternativos, encuentros con artistas, actividades académicas, encuentros de industria, laboratorios creativos entre otros. UNEXPOSED Film Festival hopes to revamp the traditional concept of a film festival by exposing the selected works to a wider audience by collaborating with professors, microcinemas, and university libraries around the United States and abroad. It is a tri-annual event. Three times per year, we will screen two hours worth of films and videos in Durham, Raleigh, and Chapel Hill, NC. At the end of the year, we will create a three-disc DVD set representing UNEXPOSED 1.1, 1.2, and 1.3. This set will be distributed to university libraries, screened by designated microcinemas, and installed into the curriculums of professors.

Held among the spectacular rivers and bluffs of the Driftless Region in Northeastern Iowa, the Oneota Film Festival, OFF, brings compelling, innovative, and inspiring films and filmmakers to Decorah, Iowa. Through film and other media that illuminate the human condition, OFF aims to engage a large and diverse audience in the critical issues of our time.
OFF invites documentary, narrative, animated, web/tv/new media series epicodes and student films for its 9th annual festival April 19-22, 2018. All films submitted will be juried by an international panel of filmmakers and film scholars. Festival events include: screenings of 50+ films, discussions, and panels with invited filmmakers and local/regional experts; an opening night Gala; Filmmakers Reception Saturday evening; and special events in conjunction with host Luther College and the Decorah community.
Filmmakers are encouraged to attend and will receive free admission to the entire festival and all events. Come interact with an educated, involved audience!
