Mal del Cap abre a chamada para inscrições para seu XI Festival Internacional de Curtas-Metragens e Novas Narrativas
Ibiza, 21 de julho de 2025.— A associação cultural de Ibiza Mal del Cap, Cultura Mal Dita abriu neste domingo a convocatória de inscrições para curtas-metragens para competir no XI Festival Internacional de Curtas-Metragens e Novas Narrativas “Mal del Cap, Narrativas Mal Dites”, que, nesta ocasião, mudará seu formato e acontecerá entre dezembro de 2025 e abril de 2026.
O período de inscrição vai de 21 de julho a 1º de setembro de 2025 e está aberto a cineastas de todo o mundo. Os trabalhos devem ser enviados em formato digital e podem ser ficção, documentário ou animação. Os filmes selecionados serão exibidos em abril de 2026 em diferentes locais culturais em toda a ilha.
“Mais uma vez, estamos procurando histórias ousadas e formas de contar histórias que quebrem os moldes, trabalhos que se conectem com as pessoas e não tenham medo de experimentar”, diz Pedro López, vice-presidente do Mal del Cap e codiretor do evento. “Este festival é um espaço aberto para criatividade livre, para compartilhamento e networking entre as propostas mais underground do cenário internacional.”
Mais uma vez, este festival - que começou em 2014 e é um dos mais antigos nas Ilhas Pityusic - apresenta várias seções competitivas que concederão 1.000 euros em prêmios em diferentes categorias: a Seção Oficial de Competição de Curtas-Metragens, a Seção de Competição de Curtas-Metragens Juvenis —concedida por jovens estudantes de Ibiza—, o Prêmio Sebas Parra de melhor curta-metragem com tema social —cortesia da associação La Guerrilla Comunicacional de Girona Na—, o Prêmio Malalt —refletindo o espírito mais selvagem da associação—, o melhor curta-metragem em catalão Prêmio e Prêmio do Público.

ICAF started organizing CHENNAI INTERNATIONAL FILM FESTIVAL (CIFF) from the year 2003. All the earlier editions have seen a gradual growth in terms of attendance as well as popularity. With the film fraternity actively joining hands with ICAF since its 8th edition, the 14th edition of CIFF promises to be bigger and better.
Striving to be in par with the best International Film Festivals across the globe, CIFF is dedicated to presenting the best of international and Indian Panorama films to the cinema loving city of Chennai, just as it showcases the best of Tamil films to the world.
The Competition Section for Tamil Films that was instituted in 7th CIFF to encourage Tamil Filmmakers has been holding a strong presence. Active participation of the Tamil film fraternity was initiated and spearheaded by Ms. Suhasini Manirathnam in the year 2009, which gave a facelift to CIFF.
ICAF’s management team includes professional from various walks of life who have a passion for movies. The senior members of ICAF include but not limited to: Mr. Kannan, Mr. Ramakrishnan, Mr. Santhanam and Mr. Thangaraj (Festival Director), Mr. Murali, Mr. Srinivasan and more. El Shortcup Film Festival es un mundial de cortometrajes. Las películas seleccionadas son distribuidas en 4 días de exhibición donde cada filme representa su país. Por medio del voto popular de los asistentes son escogidos los finalistas y finalmente el cortometraje vencedor en el ultimo dia. El mundial de cortos se lleva a cabo en bares en un formato deportivo. En esta sexta edición se llevará a cabo en 4 ciudades de distintos países simultaneamente donde el ganador será escogido por los mismos espectadores.

Já estão abertas as inscrições para o 13º Festival Internacional de Cinema em Balneário Camboriú, um evento completo que apresenta o melhor do cinema brasileiro e estrangeiro para o público.
A curadoria busca apresentar o trabalho de diretores estreantes ou consolidados, que estimulem diferentes tipos de sensibilidade, através de filmes exclusivos e inéditos de longa, média e curta-metragem, além de obras audiovisuais inovadoras realizadas em diferentes formatos de produção e destinadas às variadas formas de exibição.
Cineastas, profissionais e artistas que participam das atividades junto ao público e contribuem para a formação de cinéfilos, novos profissionais e pensamento crítico.
O Mercado Audiovisual, inclui o Concurso de Roteiro, Encontro de Coprodução, Sala dos Realizadores, Foco País e outros.
A Residência Audiovisual proporciona Oficinas, Palestras e Debates do público com artistas e profissionais.

Catarina: projeta filmes realizados por diretores catarinenses ou que possuam alguma relação – diretor, produtor, elenco, equipe, locação, outros – com o estado de Santa Catarina.
Noturna: abre uma janela para o cinema fantástico em sessões noturnas.
Corujinha: traz programação para todas as idades, formando jovens cinéfilos.

The APICA wishes to highlight island sensitivities from all over the world through their audiovisual and cinematic creations, by gathering them around a unique event: The International Festival of Short Fiction Films from the Islands of the World, Courts des îles.
From Java to Madagascar, from Iceland to New Zealand, from the Bahamas to Guadeloupe, from Hawaii to Tasmania… Courts des îles hopes to be an open window on island cultures, singular of pluralistic, a link between these young creators, directors from the islands of the world who tell us their stories.
Celebrating the islands of the world through a specific form of expression: short fiction films
A veritable journey around the world of island creativity: from Europe to Asia, from America to Oceania, and through Africa, Courts des îles is also a place of exchange and sharing for festival attendees, who will be able to contrast their experiences, their points of mutual interest, and their differences during workshops, round tables, and conferences organized around the themes of screenwriting, directing, and producing short fiction films.

O Dieciminuti Film Festival foi criado em 2005 pela IndieGesta. Foi capaz de se tornar rapidamente um dos eventos dedicados aos curtas-metragens mais importantes da Itália.
O Festival, cujas primeiras 20 edições participaram de mais de 19.200 curtas-metragens envolvendo um total de quase 24.000 espectadores, está estruturado em várias seções competitivas: Seleção Oficial (para curtas-metragens de até 10 minutos lançados após 1º de janeiro de 2025), Extralarge (para curtas entre 10 e 15 minutos lançados após 1º de janeiro de 2025) Animações (animações de até 10 minutos lançadas após 1º de janeiro de 2025), Doc10 (documentários de até 10 minutos lançados após 1º de janeiro de 2025), Visti da Vicino (para curtas-metragens de até 10 atas divulgadas por diretores vindos da província de Frosinone após 1º de janeiro de 2025).
Nas seções competitivas, ingressa na Academia Dieciminuti, uma escola de cinema que traz jovens de nossa província para criar do zero uma curta ficção ou animação. A única coisa que o festival tem de único no cenário nacional é ser uma verdadeira escola para jovens que querem explorar o mundo do cinema. Também é muito apreciada a Seção Esplorazioni, que permite que os espectadores entrem em contato com o curta-metragem vindo de um país diferente a cada ano. Nos últimos anos, o festival recebeu os curtas-metragens inéditos da animação japonesa do Studio Ghibli, dirigidos por Hayao Miyazaki, os curtas-metragens animados do Festival de Cinema de Teerã, os curtas-metragens de Georges Méliès, as vanguardas, a web-série. Durante a 13ª edição foi inaugurada também a Seção Futurama, dedicada a masterclasses para estudantes.
O Festival Internacional de Cinema é um dos festivais de curta-metragem mais importantes da Argentina. Um evento de cinema Tapiales de importante impacto social e cultural sem fins lucrativos, organizado pela JC OFCT Films, realizada na aldeia de Tapiales, uma cidade pertencente ao La Matanza, localizado na província de Buenos Aires. ShortPole London International Film Festival is an online based film festival, headquartered in the heart of the United Kingdom.
The festival runs in 4 quarters, selections being made every 3 months.
The entry deadline for our next selection will be September 31st and the winners will be announced by the end of October 2016.
There will be 20 categories and Best Film will receive the London GoldenEye Trophy, a Professional Review from our jury board and a cash prize which will be set depending on the number of entries.
