Entries requirements:
-> All films must have been made in or after 2012 and have English subtitles (unless English is the main language spoken); A creation date does not apply in case of the screen writings from being stopped for submissions, but the submitted must be in English or have a copy translated in English;
-> We accept shorts, documentaries, animations, experimental, music videos, web and new media, commercials (all specified previously under 45 minutes); feature films and feature documentaries (any length, 45 + minutes);
->A description between 50 and 150 words;
->Trailer (not required for movies under 7 minutes; optional) and the film must be submitted as an on-line screener (Vimeo preferred) which may be embedded on the website for visitors to see your creation; you can further opt for modifications in your entry;
->Cover of the film/screen writing or a defining photo;

The PDXtreme Film Fest is the best damn genre festival Portland Oregon has ever seen! Taking place over 3 days at the historic Laurelhurst Theater, we showcase horror, crime, dark comedy, and everything in-between. Tales of the grotesque, the limits of the psychological, and bumps in the night whatever the cause! Does it take place in space? That's cool too.
This will be our fourth year! Continuing the traditions of the first 3 years, you can expect trophies, free beer for attending filmmakers, and no repertory films. In our first season we played 32 short films, and 13 feature films. Last year we screened 54 total films. It’s more badassness than should be allowed in one weekend!
Screening takes place at the Laurelhurst Theater, a legit theater that serves beer, wine, and pizza. In less than a minute you can walk to a variety of restaurants, bars, and other examples of Portland life.
We promise a rollicking good time and a slate packed with great films. We can't do that without the filmmakers, so submit your films now! International films accepted. Diversity and originality are not only welcome, but also encouraged. Absolutely no ratings restrictions, ever.
The Native Peoples International Film Festival is devoted to short and feature films, fiction, documentaries and animated films made by or about the native peoples around the world in order to promote knowledge, respect and acceptance diversity in raising awareness of the various facets of reality, trying not to fall into clichés. Thus, gradually the festival is intended as a field for meetings and discussions of projects of mutual interest.
Digital Griffix film awards changed a bit over the years and is now an IMDB listed international online awards competition taking place each three months.
Each three months our jury determines the best films in each category. Note that we do NOT screen films online or onsite. The films are screened privately by the jury. Perché dovrei iscriversi?
1. Pass gratuito per il festival per tutti i registi che vogliono iscriversi
Tutti coloro che inviano un film a Mirror Mountain, indipendentemente dal fatto che sia selezionato o meno, ricevono un pass gratuito per partecipare all'intero festival.
2. Iscrizione gratuita per i registi locali
I film di qualsiasi lunghezza possono essere inviati gratuitamente se sono stati girati e/o montati entro un raggio di 125 km da Ottawa. Quest'area include Gatineau, Maniwaki, Mont Tremblant, Montebello, Hawkesbury, Cornovaglia, Potsdam, Brockville, Smiths Falls, Perth, Renfrew, Arnprior e altro ancora.
3. iscrizioni gratuite per gli alumni
Se hai diretto un film che è stato ufficialmente selezionato per essere proiettato in una precedente edizione di Mirror Mountain, puoi iscriversi nuovamente gratuitamente.
4. Rimborso i tuoi soldi
Se il tuo film viene ufficialmente selezionato per essere proiettato al festival, ti rimborseremo la quota di iscrizione originale.
5. Meno restrizioni
Non abbiamo requisiti relativi alla data di premiere o di completamento. Il tuo film è comunque idoneo anche se è stato proiettato in precedenza nella regione di Ottawa, è stato distribuito, è stato trasmesso in televisione o è disponibile per la visione online.
6. Paghiamo le tasse degli artisti
Se il tuo film viene ufficialmente selezionato per essere proiettato al festival, riceverai anche una quota d'artista come ringraziamento per averci permesso di proiettare il tuo lavoro.
7. Resta aggiornato
Dopo aver inviato il film, riceverai una notifica dal festival per confermare che abbiamo ricevuto la tua candidatura. Successivamente, riceverai una notifica che ti informerà dei risultati, indipendentemente dal fatto che il tuo film sia stato selezionato o meno.
8. Premi per registi vincitori
I premi vengono assegnati in diverse categorie dopo il completamento del festival. I vincitori del premio ricevono un certificato e una selezione di premi donati dai nostri sponsor.
9. Qualificazioni al Canadian Screen Award
Mirror Mountain è un festival ufficiale che si qualifica per i Canadian Screen Awards, selezionato dall'Academy of Canadian Cinema & Television.
10. Atmosfera amichevole e alternativa
Come comunità di registi e artisti, ci impegniamo a coltivare un'atmosfera vivace e accogliente in cui creatori e spettatori provenienti da contesti artistici e culturali diversi possano incontrarsi e crescere attraverso il lavoro e la conversazione condivisi.
AnimArte è un festival internazionale di film d'animazione realizzati da bambini e giovani e realizzati per bambini e giovani.
Il Festival AnimArte è solo per cortometraggi animati!
La durata massima di ogni film è di 15 minuti.
Nel 2025 si terrà la 18a edizione di AnimArte e il festival si svolgerà a novembre!
Per gli studenti internazionali (studenti di tutto il mondo), ci sono due categorie competitive (solo per cortometraggi animati): Maxi (18 anni o più) e Mini (sotto i 18 anni).
Per i professionisti internazionali ci sono due categorie: «Film ambientali» e «Culture del mondo».
Le animazioni selezionate saranno proiettate seguendo il programma preparato dal consiglio di organizzazione del Festival.
Se il film ha dialoghi in una lingua diversa dal portoghese, sarà necessario inviare un file di testo con i dialoghi del film in inglese (se possibile, con il codice temporale) all'e-mail: animarte@vouanimarte.com.br.
Una versione del film con sottotitoli in inglese è benvenuta per facilitare il lavoro di traduzione e sottotitolazione per il portoghese, ma la versione che verrà proiettata al festival deve essere presentata senza sottotitoli.
Ci sono anche 2 categorie esclusive (solo per i cortometraggi animati) solo per gli studenti iscritti agli istituti di istruzione in Brasile: Maxi (studenti universitari) e Mini (studenti delle scuole superiori e studenti dell'istruzione elementare).

L’associazione culturale Mitreo Film Festival, per la XIX^ edizione dell’omonimo festival, indice un bando di selezione per cortometraggi internazionali della durata massima di 10 minuti e che abbiano come tema “IL CORAGGIO. Il tema IL CORAGGIO deve essere esplicitamente il cuore del racconto e il valore intorno cui ruota la trama, di qualunque genere sia il cortometraggio (dramma, commedia etc...). In alternativa, IL CORAGGIO deve evidentemente risiedere nella natura stessa del lavoro e del suo autore. Il cortometraggio deve parlare dell'importanza del coraggio o essere coraggioso nella sua resa di sperimentazione. Il coraggio deve insomma risiedere nel tema o nel rischio che l'autore corre nella ricerca di un proprio linguaggio originale.
L'attinenza con il tema deve essere chiara e lampante già nella sinossi dell'opera e/o nelle note di regia che devono accompagnare il materiale di candidatura, pena l'esclusione.

L’associazione culturale Mitreo Film Festival, per la XIX^ edizione dell’omonimo festival, indice un bando di selezione che ha come finalità la creazione a Santa Maria Capua Vetere di uno SPAZIO FILM, ossia di un luogo e di un tempo dedicato alla scrittura e realizzazione di storie da ambientare nella città stessa e che vivano dell'unione tra professionisti del settore e la gente del luogo.
Lo SPAZIO FILM è destinato a 10 autori (sceneggiatura e regia), dai 18 ai 25 anni, di tutto il territorio nazionale, selezionati tra tutti coloro che invieranno le domande di iscrizione e saranno rispondenti ai requisiti richiesti dal presente bando.
Lo SPAZIO FILM si terrà dal 25 novembre al 1° dicembre 2019 a Santa Maria Capua Vetere.
Lo SPAZIO FILM prevede la scrittura della propria sceneggiatura per cortometraggio attraverso lo studio e l'incontro con professionisti del settore di fama nazionale (sceneggiatori, attori, registi, produttori).

Il XII Festival Internazionale del Cinema del Confine è organizzato dall'Associação Pró Santa Thereza e Urcamp, promosso dal Dipartimento Comunale della Cultura della Città di Bagé.
