Moovy aims to encourage choreographers, dancers, film-makers and digital artists from North Rhine-Westphalia to develop innovative ‘dance film’ projects together. An open call supports this plan. After films are produced from this collaboration, a selection will be chosen for an open call of which, some will be screened at ‘Moovy’.

MISSIONE
L'obiettivo dei Southern Shorts Awards (SSA) è quello di riconoscere i registi i cui cortometraggi dimostrano la loro capacità di produrre film ben realizzati.
I Southern Shorts Awards CONCORRENZA/FESTIVAL
Southern Shorts Awards è un concorso stagionale per cortometraggi (meno di 30 minuti) in cui ogni voce viene giudicata in base ai propri meriti. Ogni film sarà proiettato da tre giudici utilizzando una scala di 10 punti e riceverai i punteggi di tutti e tre i giudici, indipendentemente dal fatto che tu vinca o meno un premio.
Alla fine di ogni stagione, proiettiamo i primi tre film di ogni genere con un punteggio pari o superiore a 75. Si tratta di festival di un giorno che si tengono presso l'Aurora Cineplex di Roswell, Georgia.
I film sono proiettati in blocchi di genere con un Domande e risposte alla fine di ogni film (i cui registi partecipano) e la serata termina con una spettacolare Presentazione dei Premi.
Non ci sono limiti a quando o dove è stato prodotto un film, accettiamo film provenienti da tutto il mondo, indipendentemente dalla loro età.
Punteggio
Il tuo punteggio composito mostrerà dove sei stato eccelso, così come le aree in cui potresti fare meglio. Si tratta di informazioni di vitale importanza perché come si può migliorare se non si sa cosa ha bisogno di migliorare? SSA offre condizioni di parità per i registi affinché il loro lavoro venga giudicato da un gruppo di professionisti del settore.
La maggior parte dei festival offre solo due categorie per cortometraggi, narrativi o documentari. SSA ha 15 categorie, quindi il tuo film può essere giudicato all'interno del suo genere specifico.
I Southern Shorts Awards possono anche servire come prova di primo ingresso per i registi che intendono partecipare al loro film in diversi festival. Ricevere un premio da SSA non garantisce che un altro festival accetti la tua partecipazione, ma quei film che non ricevono alcun premio da parte nostra potrebbero avere meno probabilità di trovare successo nel circuito dei festival.
Instructions for film submission
Each year, we select 10 Feature Films, 30 Short Films to play in each of our Festival programs. However, you may not submit your film directly to any one specific program.
The film’s subject matter, the production itself or the film’s director should have a strong connection to ecological topic, environmental, environmentally friendly technologies, urbanistics, road movie, nature and minority people, protection of nature.

The NZ Mountain Film Festival is a competitive event bringing the best adventure films on the worlds remote places, extreme sports and their spirit of adventure from around the world to the alpine villages of Wanaka and Queenstown, New Zealand.
The festival provides an opportunity for filmmakers to showcase their work, receive merit and win cash prizes. We invite you to submit your film for pre-screening consideration. All films selected as finalists will be screened at our festival in 2018.
The theme is: Adventurous Sports and Lifestyles. But please be aware subject matter criteria is extremely broad and as long as there is a link with adventurous sports or people and take place in the world’s mountains, lakes, rivers, oceans or skies, that’s fine (mountain climbing, rock or ice climbing, caving, kayaking, white water rafting, base jumping, paragliding etc are all included)

Il principale evento culturale per il cinema a Hidalgo Messico: L'incontro tra registi nazionali e internazionali.
Poiché il Festival Internazionale di Cortometraggi «Ciudad de Soria» considera sempre il CINEMA dei cortometraggi come capitale e considera essenziale la diffusione della cultura, il nostro scopo è promuovere come mezzo di espressione audiovisiva il contributo al riconoscimento e alla diffusione. Questo formato deve essere essenzialmente e fondamentalmente una parte del CINEMA.
Il 9° Festival Internazionale del Cinema di Toyama si terrà a giugno 2020 nella prefettura di Toyama. Abbiamo avuto così grande successo l'anno scorso, che siamo entusiasti di condividere ancora una volta le visioni dei registi di tutto il mondo con questa piccola comunità. Iscrizioni saranno aperte fino al 15 maggio 2020.
Il 2° Annual Toyama International Film Festival si è svolto nella prefettura rurale di Toyama, Giappone. Iniziato da alcuni insegnanti di inglese nella zona, speravamo di raggiungere molte persone, non solo in Giappone, ma in tutto il mondo. E di sicuro l'abbiamo fatto. Il festival è stato un enorme successo con oltre 100 iscrizioni provenienti da 30 paesi diversi. Un bel passo rispetto alle sole 10 iscrizioni del nostro primo anno. Speriamo di continuare a farlo nel prossimo anno a beneficio del Giappone.
Il 1° Festival Internazionale del Cinema di Toyama si è svolto in una piccola sala all'interno di un centro commerciale, con una capacità di circa 70 persone. L'anno seguente l'evento si è tenuto nella città di Toyama in un locale di proprietà indipendente, Bodegas-Mambo, con circa 80-100 ospiti che venivano a vedere i film. Quest'anno speriamo di espandersi ulteriormente e di fornire un luogo ancora più ampio per i partecipanti e la comunità cinematografica giapponese.
Quest'anno abbiamo contattato il resto del mondo e sfidato tutti a produrre cortometraggi a beneficio della carità e a contribuire a creare una cultura cinematografica nella prefettura di Toyama.
Nota: a causa dei vincoli di tempo, non possiamo accettare film di durata superiore a 10 minuti. Tuttavia, qualsiasi genere di cortometraggio sarà considerato per l'esposizione.

Quest'anno il Symi International Film Festival si svolgerà dal 14 al 18 settembre 2020.
Il Symi International Film Festival si svolge sulla piccola isola greca di Symi, una delle isole del Dodecaneso vicino a Rodi.
Il Symi International Film Festival fa parte del Festival ufficiale di Symi. Questo è organizzato dal Comune di Symi e va da luglio a settembre.
I film saranno proiettati in un locale all'aperto (al chiuso se piove). Non ci sono spese per guardare film al festival.
Berlin Revolution Film Festival is an annual event where we promote and celebrate films not tied to big production companies, institutions or TV stations.
We look for unconventional and underground films made with a personal voice and style. Simply put – we're looking for the next generation Art House!
We first and foremost seek bravery, a lust to experiment and express using the medium of Film, regardless if the film maker is an amateur starting out or an established professional.
Experimental, Fiction, Documentary, Animation and all sorts of genres – anything goes as long as the banner of Independence is held high. Attention in the selection process will be given to artistic originality and creativity.
Participating at the festival should be a valuable experience, and something film makers look forward to return to. To encourage and support this we provide accommodation to all selected film makers in Berlin for the Festival. And we have a category for previous participants where they have a carte blanche to screen their new films.
We also invite and pay for accommodation for film organizations attending the festival such as film critics, festivals, film clubs, producers etc that have focus on True Independent Cinema. All to make it a both friendly, relaxed and valuable experience for everyone attending.
So far we have screened hundreds of films from more than 50 different countries such as Brazil, Iran, USA, Russia, Sweden, Lebanon, Tunisia and of course Germany to name a few. We've also been blessed to have film makers visiting the festival from many of these countries.
We work to establish a platform that isn't than just a "one and done" event, but rather the opposite where the first experience with screenings, meetings, networking and fun is just the first of many to come. We work to make it a festival film makers return to - to show their new works but also to meet up with others they met the first time around, to see what they have done and to discover new films, meet new people to network and have fun with.

Feedback, Review & Festival Consideration
It's frustrating to be declined and not get to know why. However, it can also be frustrating submitting to a festival and be forced to pay a higher fee because it includes feedback you're not interested in.
We work diligently, with care and dedication when putting the program together and when it comes to feedback for the submissions we do the same thing. This is why we divide our categories so that feedback is separate from the submissions and is an in-depth review rather than a small note.
Feedback is given by our head programmer Andrija Jovanovic and is an extensive analysis and review of the film and it's different components. Film language, dramaturgical storyline, pacing, technical aspects of grading, compositing and editing, acting etc. It's direct, honest and constructive.

We have no hard rules, but the following tend not to be a good fit for us:
- Films that seek to educate and teach the viewers
- TV-format films and headshot interview based documentaries
- Music videos and films solely driven by soundtrack
We spend months carefully watching and programming our festival selection. Presenting the best possible program we can is what our festival is built upon. Submitting to the festival is to pay to have the film considered and is not a guarantee to have it selected. We receive hundreds of submissions each edition and only around 5% are selected. Please make sure that you wish to submit before doing so.
