This Festival was founded in 2011
Film night at the castle is multicultural open air galery of short films, unique in Europe and Slovak area. Thanks to its` unique placement at Saris castle open air grounds, festival attracts` film lovers since 2011.
Since then around 500 short films has been screened at Saris Castle hill. In 2020 we would like to increase this number, using not only one screening place as it was usual during previous years, but 3 screening places during two film nights. Festival will be accompanied with series of workshops about audio-visual and film, and other activities focused on families (theatre for kids, painting activities,) and music performances for all. During this year we would like to offer two, new competition sections. Award for
- The best protagonist at the documentary film (selected by expert jury), and Anti Award -
Worst short film of the festival (audience award). We also want to create new ‘Chill out zone’ for visitors who want to enjoy nature around The Castle Saris. For Family visitors we would like to offer full-fledged program as usual. Visitors will also appreciate unique opportunity for camping which is not allowed during regular year. This opportunity is one of many benefits visitors enjoy during our festival. Film night starts with one feature film and a whole night of short films after from various productions and countries.
Welcome to Hudson International Film Festival New York. We are excited to have you tomorrow at our official opening. It will be at 12:00 Noon and we will be live virtually in New York City Times Square. Our screening will start at 1:00 PM. We are amazed how our Filmfest connects to people around the world. We would like thank all the participating filmmakers. Despite the chaos this year caused by COVID19, we were still able to develop the technology to support our virtual film festival. In the spirit of Christmas, I would like to announce that tomorrow we will open the festival to all for free, and you will be able to access all the films without tickets. Kosice International Monthly Film Festival (www.imdb.com/event/ev0013367/2019/1/) is a festival with live screenings once a month.
Our mission and goal is to discover and promote talented filmmakers from all over the world and present them to the public and therefore is our festival is a brilliant opportunity to participate in international competition.
We are a film festival that can compete with many other prestigious film festivals. The proof of this is the winning films from last year (Skin - Academy Awards Oscar, Anna – Premiere: Festival de Cannes, Stricker – Premiere: Sundance Film Festival). Last year we awarded more than 200 films.
The festival organizes private screenings for festival jurors every month. Filmmakers can submit their film during 10 month. Within 10 months we will declare 400 winners who will be nominated for the annual prize and can attend the annual ceremony.
The final event of second year of the film festival will be held on 26th – 28th May 2021. We project the best super short film, short film and feature film and you can visit the city Kosice and get to know our culture. It is no coincidence that Kosice won the title European City of Culture 2013.
We are building a community of filmmakers who through the festival, can meet filmmakers from all over the world and establish future cooperation for their films.
Our film festival works constantly. We will publish the results EVERY MONTH!
The festival has the following structure:
1. The selection of films: we see all submitted films
2. Selected films will reveive the status “Official Selection“ of the month edition.
3. We will announce the finalists who are nominated for a month prize.
4. The jury selects winners of the two month edition. In the main categories the jury awards: Best Film, Second Place, Third Place and special prices. In the special and individual categories the jury awards: The Best Prize and special prices.
Every winning film in categories: Feature Film, Feature Documentary, Short Film, Short Documentary, Super Short Film, Student Film, Short Script, Feature Script and Slovak Short Film will be nominated for the annual prize and can attend the annual ceremony!

The International Fantastic and Horror Film Festival in Tàrrega - Galacticat, which is held every year since 2014, is the first and only fantastic and horror film Festival in the lands of Lleida, aimed at all moviegoers in general and lovers of science fiction and terror in particular and with a clear divulgative vocation. The Galacticat was born as an initiative to recover the universal Sci-Fi classics for the general public and to delve into this culture that has articulated the universe of cinema since its inception. Over the years, the Galacticat has grown, involving citizens more and more in this film festival, gradually increasing the programmed activities, parties, concerts, screenings, public attendance, industry activities and the response of the film industry.

Zabut Festival aims to have the ambition to achieve an international appeal, to propose a path of strong cultural innovation and to become a reference point for fans, insiders and audience of animation film.

The Addis International Film Festival (AIFF) is an annual film festival created by Initiative Africa in 2007 and held in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. The 18th Edition of the Addis International Film Festival (AIFF). MoDive-Se is a short film festival and feature films in the city of Campinas, to show films with LGBT themes.

INTRODUCTION
Valdivia International Film Festival showcases Chilean and international cinema in four competitive categories: Feature Competition, Youth Feature Competition, Latin American and Caribbean Short Film Competition, Latin American and Caribbean Children’s Short Film Competition and the new Chilean Short Film Competition for Film Students. Its non-competitive program includes historical retrospectives, contemporary filmmakers’ retrospectives, political cinema, avant-garde cinema, genre, and a children-family oriented cinema slot.

Rural FilmFest, member of Green Film Network (GFN), is an international itinerant film festival, which offers a current overview of international documentary film, fiction and animation in a short, medium and long format related to the rural world, ecology, sustainability and natural and cultural resources.
