ENTRY FEE FOR SUBMISSIONS OF FILMS:
(1) Entry fees for FEATURE FILMS (Duration: 50 mins to 105 mins max) : 5000/- INR or (63.23 USD)
(2) Entry fees for SHORT FILMS (Duration: 00.10 mins to 00.50 mins): 3,000/- INR or (36.27 USD)
(3) ANIMATION FILMS in all categories (Duration: 00.05 mins to 00.30 mins max).
(4) Entry fees for STUDENT FILMS: 1500/-INR or (21USD)
(LATE ENTRY FEES WILL BE DOUBLE THE ENTRY FEES MENTIONED ABOVE APPLICABLE TO FILMS SUBMITTED BEYOND THE DEADLINE ANNOUNCED)
SUBMISSION GUIDELINES:
1.Films without English Subtitles (except English Films), shall not be considered for selection.
2.Films submitted with watermarks or logos shall be rejected.
3.Only Trailers or promos cannot be submitted for selection process.
4.Film Download link with password is preferred, DVD or Bluray are also accepted as hard copies.
5.If submitting hard copies, Two full HD DVDs/Bluray should be sent by courier to the Festival office along with a hard copy of this entry form duly filled. DVDs must be labeled with film title, director name, duration, phone number and email id on them. Director pic, Poster, Film Stills may be attached in an email.
6. For submissions coming from outside India, the packages must be marked, “For Festival & Cultural Purpose only, No Commercial value”.
7. DIFF does not pay screening fees to film makers.
8. DIFF will not return the Films submitted online or vide DVDs/Pen Drives/ Blu-ray etc. during or after the festival.
TERMS & CONDITIONS:
1. DIFF reserves the right to showcase the film so submitted perpetually anywhere ( other festivals, television, online etc).
2. DIFF reserves the right to include the film and related material in its promotional activities.
3. All Decisions made by the Appointed “Selection Committee” regarding Selections, screenings, awards at the Festival in entirety will be final. In case of Dispute, decision of the President is final.
4. The film makers and their representatives undertake to use the official logo and the status of their Selection or Award strictly in conformation with DIFF 2022 designs and they further undertake to use such festival logo in all their promotions, posters and marketing publications with the consent of the festival.
5. A film selected for the festival does not run in competition automatically. A Jury will select the films which feature in Competition.
6. The Festival shall not bear / reimburse any freight or other charges in foreign or Indian currency.
7. Once selected for screening, the film shall not be withdrawn.
8. The last date of submissions of ENTRIES IS 10.12.2024 and Date of Intimation of Selection will be 15.12.2024

코로나 바이러스와 Covid-19 질병은 여러 가지 방법으로 세상을 바꿨습니다. 지난 2년 동안, 2021년과 2022년 동안, 우리는 우리의 축제를 온라인으로 열었습니다. 이는 우리에게 새로운 경험이었습니다. 모든 것이 잘 진행되었고, 한 장소에서 작은 관객이 아니라 전 세계에 관객이 있었습니다! 이것이 하나의 큰 이점이었지만, 우리는 사람들을 함께 모아서 영화에 대해 이야기하고 새로운 친구를 사귀는 것을 놓쳤습니다.

전염병 상황이 바뀌고 특정 장소에서 축제를 개최 할 수 있다면 언제 어디서 최종 결제를 마쳤는지 발표 할 것입니다. 제출물은 6월에 개설됩니다.

제 1조 — 소개 및 목적
OMOVIES — 국제 LGBTQIA+ 영화제 19회를 맞아 i Ken APS ETS Association은 자유롭고 다원적이며 교차적인 관점을 통해 성적 지향, 성 정체성 및 표현, 신체, 관계, 가족, 공동체, LGBTQIA+ 문화를 탐구하는 시청각 작품의 국제 공모전을 발표합니다.
불완전하거나 단순한 과도기적 상태가 아니라 자기 탐색, 성찰, 자기 결정의 정당한 경험으로 이해되는 질문에는 특별한 주의를 기울입니다. OMOVIES는 모든 사람이 자신의 성적 지향, 성 정체성 또는 성 표현에 의문을 제기하거나, 정의를 채택하기 전에 시간을 들이거나, 시간이 지남에 따라 자신을 설명하는 데 사용되는 언어를 변경하거나, 라벨을 전혀 사용하지 않기로 선택할 권리를 인정합니다. 영화는 이러한 여정을 확실성의 압박으로부터, 병리학으로부터, 그리고 혼란과 취약성, 또는 확정적인 정체성을 향한 과도기적 단계로 전락시키는 재현으로부터 해방시킴으로써 이러한 여정의 존엄성을 회복시킬 수 있는 힘을 가지고 있다.
이 페스티벌은 또한 퀴어 문화를 기억, 예술적 관행, 언어, 저항의 형태, 보살핌, 혈연 관계, 공동체 형성의 다양한 유산으로 인정합니다. 이러한 관점에서 퀴어는 정체성 범주 또는 포괄적인 용어일 뿐만 아니라 자연적, 보편적, 불변으로 표현되는 것에 대해 의문을 제기할 수 있는 비판적 렌즈이기도 합니다. 따라서 페스티벌은 가시성과 스토리텔링의 경계를 확장하고, 이분법적 사고, 고정관념, 계층 구조, 권력 구조에 도전하고, 성별, 성적 지향, 출신, 인종화, 장애, 연령, 사회 계층, 신앙, 이주 간의 교차점을 탐구하는 작품을 환영합니다.
