Ein wichtiger unterstützender Partner des Festivals ist Craghoppers, die globale Outdoor-Bekleidungsmarke, die den Craghoppers Film Prize vergibt, einen der größten Geldpreise für Kurzfilme. Der erste Preis ist £20.000 ($26.000) in bar, ein zweiter Preis von £5.000 ($6.500) und zusätzliche Auszeichnungen in Höhe von £5.000 ($6.500) für den besten Social Impact Film und £2.000 ($2.600) für den besten Studentenfilm. LATIUM emerges as a festival that has the task of bringing together the best independent cinema in Latin America with the intention of promoting change towards a responsible lifestyle, promote the arts, education and social activism, by sensitizing the public for reasons social world. It also works as a forum for expression, dissemination and promotion of a genuine representative of our culture and Latin American cinema, catapulting new talent and consolidating it as a viable option for the creation of independent audiovisual productions. And the creation of a network of organizations and institutions that share and promote activities for solving social and environmental issues.
OBJECTIVE
The Festival proposes to convene and disseminating films that contribute, from its significance and its artistic values, the enrichment and reaffirmation of Latin American cultural identity; and catapult new talent as a viable option for the creation and enlargement of the Latin American audiovisual market.

Es sind bereits sechzehn Jahre dieses Festivals vergangen, das Jahr für Jahr mit entschiedenem Schritt seine Vorschläge für gutes Kino erweitert hat. Lies far away 1999, als das vom humoristischen Duo Gomaespuma und M-80 Radio gesponserte erste Ausgabe des Festivals mit dem Slogan „Die Indianer kommen! “. Schließlich hat sich Imagineindia internationalisiert und zeigt Filme aus der ganzen Welt, während Filme aus Asien immer noch den Großteil des Festivals ausmachen.
Der Stadtrat von Bilbao organisiert derzeit das 32. BILBAO FANTASY FILM FESTIVAL — FANT2026, das vom 8. bis 16. Mai 2026 in Bilbao stattfinden wird.
The 12th Athens ANIMFEST - International Animation Festival opens to Animation fans again this year. With a program full of shorts and feature animations, we respond to animators from around the world willing either to compete or to screen their movies in the parallel special events of our festival.

Our 2015 festival was a huge successes with 253 animations entered from over 57 countries.We screened 55 out of the 253 over 3 days at Wooster, Ohio.
