Das Internationale Soziale Filmfestival von Castilla-La Mancha ist sich der Bedeutung der audiovisuellen Medien in der heutigen spanischen Gesellschaft bewusst und versucht, sie sowohl zu Kommunikations- als auch zu Bildungsmedien zu machen, um Werte der Solidarität und Toleranz zu fördern. Es wird in Toledo, Torrijos, Cuenca, Olías del Rey... stattfinden.
Öffentliche und private Einrichtungen, die dieselben Anliegen teilen, sind eingeladen, an diesem Festival teilzunehmen.
Das Festival besteht aus mehreren Abschnitten, darunter einem Wettbewerb mit Kurz- und Dokumentarfilmen. Zu den sozialen Themen gehören: Fremdenfeindlichkeit, Generationenkonflikte, Kinderarbeit, häusliche Gewalt, soziale Rollen, Ökologie, Kinderrechte, Koexistenz usw.

The Chicago Caribbean Film Festival is the only Caribbean Film Festival in the Midwest. We work along with the Piton International Film Festival (PIFF) (Saint Lucia); the Houston Caribbean Film Festival (HCFF); and now the Boston Caribbean Film Festival (BCFF). More details to follow about the BCFF. We hold the film festival in June to honor National Caribbean American Heritage Month (CAHM).
The Chicago Caribbean Film Festival (CCFF) will be held from June 09, 2018 to June 30, 2018 at the Oak Park Public Library (Main Library), 834 Lake Street, Oak Park, Illinois 60301, in the Veteran's Room. The Chicago Caribbean Film Festival (CCFF) will now screen films at North Park University (NPU), 3225 Foster Avenue, Carlson Building #13, Chicago, Illinois 60625. The NPU film festival dates have not been scheduled yet. Moreover, CCFF will be hosting a Caribbean Book Festival to correspond with the film festival.
MoliseCinema intends to promote the latest and most innovative productions of Italian and international cinema, giving priority to young authors and new languages, with particular attention to short films and documentaries.
In thirteen editions held so far, the festival has brought to the public a schedule very articulate hosting hundreds of actors, directors, producers and experts.
The success achieved so far, the participation of numerous guests and protagonists of the film world, the visibility in the local and national press and a general consensus that there was on the part of the institutions and civil society confirms the growing interest MoliseCinema , which has become a constant reference point in the cultural life of Molise and the South and it becomes more and more a national and international importance.
With "Filming Molise" the festival will enhance the Molise as a location for productions cinematographic and audiovisual.

ENTRETODOS 19 ist ein Festival mit freiem Eintritt, das sich der Ausstellung und Auszeichnung von Kurzfilmen aller Genres und Formate mit einer Dauer von bis zu 25 Minuten widmet und sich mit Menschenrechtsfragen befasst.

The International Boat of Culture Festival presents its Short Film Fest, with the aim of raising awareness of the different aspects of diversity.
With the motto “Sail. Explore. Create – The taste of Diversity”, our festival focal point is to gather voices from all over the world talking about multiculturalism through short films.
What is the taste of Diversity?
Does it taste sweet? bitter? or is it a taste that changes throughout the time, context, and other elements?
The concept of diversity of our festival is wide and includes all forms of life and expression.
We accept all themes and genres, taking into account the limitation of lenght per short.

The second Festival Internacional de Curtmetratges de la Bisbal d’Empordà will take place on August 3 – 5, 2017 at Torre Maria gardens.
After almost 2.500 submissions from more than 100 countries and about 600 total viewers in the last edition, FIC.BiE will continue on working to keep film activities in la Bisbal d’Empordà.
This year will consist in two different sections: one will be the international section and the second one will be the one with specific production from Girona “GiCurts”.
Short films selected on both sections will also participate in a poster design contest. The exhibition will be available weeks before the event will take place and will be placed in an indoor location of la Bisbal (to be determined).
On 2016 we also organised some workshops for high schools of the village and we collaborated with the women’s collective, organising a micro short film contest against gender violence.
CineEast – Short Film Festival Berlin is a platform for filmmakers from Eastern Europe and the Middle East. From the 29th – 30th July 2016, we will dive into their world presenting short films that will make us ponder, laugh and discover. Be it fiction or experimental, the festival will showcase films from regions currently garnering most attention for migration. It is our mission to give voice to the particular and provide our audience with intriguing, diverse and creative films.

About the Festival
The Bridge Film Fest is an international competitive cultural event that serves to inspire and connect filmmakers and audiences throughout the region and beyond. Universo Corto ist ein internationales Kurzfilmfestival, das 2004 in Pisa begann und 2022 seine XV-Ausgabe haben wird.
Es ist eine unabhängige Rezension von kostenlosen Themen-Kurzfilmen organisiert von der Kulturvereinigung Giovani Persone.
Das Festival richtet sich in erster Linie an Studierende der Hochschul-, Postgraduierten- und Kinoakademien, ist aber auch für unabhängige Filmregisseure offen. Seit der ersten Ausgabe wird die Präsidentschaft der Veranstaltung dauerhaft vom Regisseur Roberto Faenza gehalten.
Unsere ehemaligen Juryvorsitzenden: Roberto Faenza, Marco Bellocchio, Oliviero Toscani, Mario Dondero, Roan Johnson, Luca Lionello, Leslie & Robert Zemeckis, Eros Galbiati.
La Otra Banqueta akzeptiert Filme aller Nationalitäten über Lesben, Schwule, Bisexuelle, Intersexuelle, Transgender und jedes offene Verständnis von Sexualität in all ihren Formen als inhärenter Bestandteil der menschlichen Person.
Das Römische Museum von Oiasso und der Stadtrat von Irun organisieren das Internationale Archäologische Filmfestival von Bidasoa.
Ziel des Festivals ist es, die Archäologie durch die Verbreitung von audiovisuellem Material, das aus der Arbeit von Archäologen stammt, der breiten Öffentlichkeit vorzustellen und so die Förderung und Verbreitung dieser Filme sicherzustellen.
Das Festival wird seit dem Jahr 2001 gefeiert und hat seit dem Jahr 2004 vier Preise: den Hauptpreis des Festivals, den Publikumspreis, den Preis für pädagogische Werte und den Arkeolan-Preis für wissenschaftliche Beiträge. Seit 2006 ist es Teil von Fedarcine, dem europäischen Netzwerk archäologischer Filmfestivals.
