The Walthamstow International Film Festival is a launch platform for professional film-makers, experienced amateurs and first film-makers.
FIDIC 2017. V COCOA INTERNATIONAL INDEPENDENT DANCE FESTIVAL
FIDIC is a biannual international independent festival that gathers international, regional and local artists in a dance event that seeks to promote artistic creation and production, research, support and exchange among colleagues. It is also an occasion to train the audience through reflection and debate meetings that are open to general public.
The festival will take place in the City of Buenos Aires from September 7th to 17th, and its program will feature both national and international shows, urban interventions, and research and exchange meetings. It will also offer spaces for collaborative productions between artists that are coming from different regions and seeking cultural exchange.
FIDIC has many different sections: international, regional and local shows that will take place both at conventional and unconventional settings, performances, spaces to reflect, meetings with producer artists, screen dance, video projections and clinics. In this edition, there will also be place for artists who address movement from a different perspective to show their work. In addition, the festival schedule includes an analysis exercise developed by an interdisciplinary team.
Screen Dance Section – Third Edition Registration is now open: June 9th to July 7th
Submissions after the given deadline will not be considered.
The third edition of the International Screen Dance Exhibition aims to disseminate and promote these expressions, fostering their production in Argentina and around the world.
Artists from any nationality are allowed to participate.
The choosing of the topic is free and authors can submit as many short films as they wish. If the screen dance video submitted is in any language other than Spanish, subtitles in Spanish must be included.
Video runtime limit: 15 minutes.
Call for entries and selection process
Call for entries includes the following categories:
• Screen dance as an artistic expression (with performers or animated)
• Videoclips developed from the choreographic movement
• Screen dance documentary
Registration of plays will not be considered.
Submission process:
-Send an e-mail to fidic2017@gmail.com containing the LINK (YouTube, Vimeo, etc.) to the material. If the material is password protected, it must be included in the e-mail.
-The e-mail subject line must be: Festival Cocoa 2017/Sección Video Danza. The e-mail body must contain title and author of the video.

Selection process is not competitive. Videos will be assessed by a judging panel. Results will be published on our website and social networks. Authors whose videos were selected will receive an e-mail with the proper information.
All selected videos will be included in the Festival’s video library and may be presented at different exhibitions organized during the year with exclusive cultural and or educational (not commercial) purposes.
Important: If the video is accepted, it will have to be shared through Dropbox or WeTransfer in .MOV or .MP4 h264 format, along with two pictures in high resolution and the signed statement.

Agreement
2017 Cocoa International Festival requests, together with the submission of the video for its possible inclusion in the exhibition, the author’s agreement with the terms of the Festival. It also requests the author’s agreement to reproduce and exhibit their creation/s during any of the Festival’s activities, such as exhibitions, catalogues, videos, brochures and other promotional action regarding the Festival exclusively. The artist takes all the responsibility before third parties for any kind of claim regarding the originality or authorship of the submitted project/s.
14ª edição do Festival Internacional de Cinema para crianças e adolescentes “AniFestroZafa”, de 13 a 16 de novembro de 2023 em Shkodra, Albânia.
O júri internacional do festival AniFestroZafa 2023 será estabelecido em cooperação com a European Children's Film Association ECFA.
A avaliação dos valores artísticos será feita por um júri internacional e por um júri especial composto por 23 crianças de 8 a 12 anos.
Na seleção, será anunciado o filme vencedor “Prêmio ECFA”, que competirá como concorrente do festival de BERLIM em fevereiro de 2024.
Os filmes para competir na 14ª edição do Festival Internacional de Cinema para Crianças e Adolescentes devem ter sido produzidos após 1º de junho de 2021.

Anibar International Animation Festival is the only event of the kind in Kosova, and one of the greatest events in the country. Since the beginning, the festival is organised and held in various settings in the city of Peja.
Anibar screens animated films coming from different places around the world, that in five cinemas, three of them set outdoors. Except the screening of the films during the festival, workshops, lectures, debates and additional daily activities (concerts and camping) are organized.
Year by year, the festival endeavors screening qualitative films, in both, technical and artistic aspect of the view. The selection of entries is made in accord with a criteria deriving from a limited staff of professionals who aim balancing the audience, artistic reviews and the market.
Anibar has also socially influenced the youth community in Peja, and further, enclosed with the film screenings and other events, before, during and after the festival, a wide group of youngsters are engaged in helping and working with the idea and preparations of the festival, meanwhile they gain an experience which as a matter has been truly acknowledged by a vast support of different local and national institutions (private and public).
EVENT DATES. The XXII edition of the Guanajuato International Film Festival will be celebrated from July 19-28, 2019, in the cities of San Miguel de Allende and Guanajuato, Mexico.

O espaço Búfalo D’água foi criado através de uma parceria entre produtores/artistas provindos de setores culturais diversos como a música, o cinema e o teatro com o intuito de promover encontros que disseminem e integrem a produção artística em suas mais variadas expressões e linguagens, sejam elas alternativas ou independentes. Dessa maneira foi criado o evento “carro-chefe” do espaço: a Bufalada, evento onde se apresentam artistas de inúmeras áreas numa tarde recheada de arte. Será neste evento, que acontecerá poucos dias antes da mostra, onde serão exibidos os trailers dos filmes selecionados.
O espaço Búfalo D'água é atualmente a sede da cia de teatro As Bárbaras de Multeatro, da produtora Clareia Filmes, e também funciona como um estúdio de filmagens que pode ser alugado para projetos externos. Combinando nossos projetos pessoais com a vontade de disseminar nosso espaço para que mais pessoas tenham a oportunidade de desenvolver os seus próprios projetos, nos pareceu uma passo natural realizar uma mostra de curta-metragens para assim estreitar relações com outros cineastas e também com entusiastas do cinema.

Women in Focus emerged in 2009 with the aim of encouraging the promotion and protection of women's rights through film, through the dissemination of films that allow give visibility to the violation of their rights and encourage debate. In this way he sought to create an open standard for men and women around the world space where open dialogue between genres and promote the active participation of the whole society to defend the full exercise of human rights, with a focus on the situation women in the world. SOBRE O FESTIVAL
O Festival Internacional de Cinema Red Rock. O Red Rock Film Festival foi formado em 2007 no sul de Utah e rapidamente se tornou um festival reconhecido internacionalmente com jurados premiados e rigoroso processo de pré-seleção. Ele entrou na lista da revista MovieMaker dos “Melhores Festivais que Valem a Taxa de Inscrição” em 2009 e 2013.

Embora os documentários tenham sido o foco predominante no Red Rock Film Festival, o público do festival costuma elogiar a variedade e diversidade de filmes selecionados para o festival em Utah. Animação, artes, crianças, comédia, documentário, drama, experimental, ficção, narrativa, romance, esportes, estudantes, terror, suspense, mistério, musicais, vídeos musicais, temas de guerra, questões femininas, familiares e filmes humanitários são todos levados em consideração. TODO FILME MERECE UM LAR
Tudo gira em torno do quanto gostamos de um filme e de onde o colocamos. Só queremos um filme bom e original que mostre nossa missão. Esperamos que alguns filmes sejam ótimos para serem lançados nos cinemas, outros para a televisão, alguns para a sala de aula, para nossa série de filmes ou uma ótima estreia. Para incentivar o espírito independente, a Red Rock se esforça para encontrar um lar para todos os filmes que se qualificam para a competição. Isso dá ao cineasta a chance de expor seu trabalho, mesmo que não chegue às finais do festival. O festival também abriga um mercado de mini-filmes, exibições especiais ao longo do ano, além de fazermos recomendações para outros festivais.

O Utah Film Market é uma pequena seção do festival onde cineastas e outros profissionais do setor podem ver filmes sozinhos na biblioteca do festival ou em exibições especiais da indústria realizadas para selecionar finalistas e outros favoritos do festival.

Festival Internacional de Cinema de Montanha Ushuaia SHH... é um evento cultural e educativo nascido em Tierra del Fuego, Argentina. Nosso objetivo é contribuir para uma cultura de cuidado para a natureza e o desenvolvimento sustentável da sociedade humana, especialmente em ambientes montanhosos. Anualmente e sem fins comerciais, estabelecemos um programa complexo de exibições, atividades culturais e educacionais, como exposições, palestras, música ao vivo, artes visuais e cênicas, degustação de alimentos e esportes de montanha para destacar, construir e consolidar o gênero de cinema de montanha na região. FICMUS é o representante regional Latinamérica da International Alliance for Mountain Film (IAMF) em rede com outros festivais de cinema de montanha e eventos das regiões para promover a cultura montanhosa.
O AVANCA Film Festival foi premiado com o primeiro lugar no concurso de 2011 dos festivais de cinema de apoio patrocinados pelo ICA/Ministério da Cultura.
Uma programação temática adicional aconteceu ao longo de todos esses anos, dando espaço à exibição de obras significativas do cinema contemporâneo adequadamente enquadradas em preocupações e/ou objetivos bem definidos.
O AVANCA é conhecido como um espaço para workshops liderados por personalidades do cinema mundial e, sendo mais do que uma “master class”, permitiu uma prática cinematográfica única. Todos os anos temos workshops, reunindo participantes de toda a Europa. A mídia escreveu que esta é a maior área européia de workshops profissionais no campo do cinema.
AVANCA é o único festival que reúne uma Competição Internacional de Cinema, obras da área de televisão, vídeo e novos suportes de multimídia, com a preocupação especial de exibir as melhores produções mundiais feitas em cada categoria.
Desde a primeira edição, o festival só aceita filmes inéditos em Portugal.
A competição World Premiere é única em nosso país e só foi possível porque Avanca se tornou um ponto de passagem de autores inéditos e filmes de grande qualidade. Filmes que têm sua estreia mundial no festival, independentemente da categoria inscrita, também estão participando da Competição de Estreia Mundial.
AVANCA é o festival português com a maior porcentagem de filmes inéditos em todo o mundo que encontram aqui sua primeira exibição.
Desde 2010, organizamos a conferência internacional de cinema AVANCA | CINEMA, tornando-se a conferência mais importante no campo do cinema na Península Ibérica. Esta conferência reúne palestrantes e participantes de todo o mundo.
