С 2002 года в глубинах Сибири фестиваль проходит ежегодно. Дальний путь от Лазурного берега до сурового климата Тайги, 7000 км от Лондона, 4500 км от Москвы и 300 км от Красноярска по «Дороге Ирронса» и Транссибирской железной дороге. В районе, полном чудесных и храбрых сибирских людей, пельмени, кедровые орехи, даже автобусы напоминают старошкольным автобусам давно потерянного советского места полной магии.
Канский видеофестиваль неизмеримо вырос с 2002 года, каждый год он принимает международное жюри из индустрии и художественных сообществ, проводит международные конкурсы кино и видеоарта со специальной программой показов и банком идей на 150 лет фестивалей. будущее. Именно в этом контексте FIDBA предлагается в качестве первой версии. Международный кинофестиваль, посвященный этому жанру, на котором фильмы с одинаковыми фанатами (если мы считаем, что формы и содержание документального фильма отличаются от художественных), может встретиться и пообщаться как между ними, так и с публикой. Если документальный фильм и является местом встречи FIDBA, то только потому, что в нем содержится интерпелляция к малоизвестным мемуарам, тревожащим настоящее и (наше) будущее. Таким образом, FIDBA обратит внимание не только на зрителей, кинематографистов и мыслителей, связанных с документальным фильмом, но и на то, что всегда вдохновляющие возможности позволяют открыть это пространство для новых границ и неортодоксальных выражений в так называемой «научно-популярной литературе» и побуждающих нас к диалогу с современными выражениями, выходящими даже за рамки фильма.
FIDBA будет уделять особое внимание тем кинематографистам, для которых кинематограф связан с исследованием и изучением окружающего нас мира, а также портретов людей, чьи условия жизни в определенных исторических и социальных контекстах позволяют вам спрашивать нас о наших фильмах. 6th CinemAvvenire Film Festival carries on and strengthens the International/European dimension of the Associazione Centro Internazionale CinemAvvenire, a project managed with enthusiasm and determination since 1992 through the starting idea by Gillo Pontecorvo.
Lumière 2015 signs a crucial step forward; the previous edition hosted 100 feature films and 200 shorts from 60 different Countries.
Each tool of the festival is at disposal for the discover and the exploration of new styles and talents, assisting and supporting the independent productions setting a European platform for their expectations. A look at the past won’t be ignored –bringing to light some unpopular zone of Cinema History – as it belongs to the logic of discovery too.
We have concluded many deals with several partners around Europe. This partnerships are planned to decentralize the event with the aim to promote young talents inside a European web allowing audiovisual works to get a broader circulation around EU.
This European direction led us choosing the platypus as logo for our festival. It unites different parts from different animals and this feature makes it unique. It has a duckbill, the tail as rodents, the paws as reptiles and it lays eggs notwithstanding it is a mammal animal. Its skills let it free form categorization and guardian of a precious metaphor: united in diversity.
