El Festival CLaP invita a cineastas de América Latina a que inscriban sus largometrajes o mediometrajes, ficciones o documentales, con miras a la competición. El Festival CLaP tendrá lugar en seis salas de cine de arte y ensayo, cuatro en París (Le Grand Action, Le Saint-André des Arts, L’Archipel, Le Reflet Médicis) y dos en la región Île-de-France (Les Cinémas du Palais, Créteil; L’Écran, Saint-Denis).

The festival is for and by independent filmmakers. The organizers of Antakya Film Festival bring 7 years of festival experience to this annual event. Antakya Film Festival accepts submissions in six categories: Narrative Features, Documentary Features, Short Narrative, Short Documentary, Experimental, Short Student, and Animation. Submissions are open from March to September of the year, the final selection of 150 + films is announced in September, and the film festival takes place in October. Selected films in each category are eligible for several awards. FREE THEME: differently from all our group exhibitions, the cycle "Art of Freedom" is characterised by the absence of a leading theme, leaving total freedom to the artists, who are chosen on personality and contents, so that they can freely propose their most personal view, without fear of prejudices or censorship. This does not prevent them to freely take inspiration from freedom and to express in that sense. After all, art IS freedom, and freedom is a value that is always menaced, needing constant attention in order not to lose it.

A Night of Misfit Films Film Festival, presented by Full Figure Productions announces the sixth edition of A Night of Misfit Films Film Festival held at High Octane Picture Studios 9096 E Bahia Dr. Scottsdale, AZ 85260
Founded by Dineta Williams-Trigg a filmmaker and actress, A Night of Misfit Films came out of a desire to see more diverse content in the Valley of the Sun community. The festival celebrates the artistic talent of all filmmakers and artists by focusing on original content that has not been screened at other festivals.
A Night of Misfit films is in association with the Lebanese Independent Film Festival - LIFF and co-directed by Gauthier Raad and FFF Film Festival.

The fourteenth edition of the Cinephagus Meeting, born in 2011 from the conjunction of the Andes University Cinema Club and BORDES, an independent organization dedicated to study and promote arts and humanities in Venezuela, will be held in San Cristóbal (Venezuela), from september 5 through 7th of 2024, with an online screen available for audiences around the world.
Experimental films are more than welcome: our festival encourages innovation and transgressing of format, genres, political and aesthetic borders. We are especially receptive of video-art and dance films, as well as animation and documentaries, considering it necessary for artists to have adequate spaces for the exhibition and critique of their work, outside commercial circuits and other formal demands that may limit creative exploration of contemporary languages.
We are also interested in films exploring the subject of frontiers. Táchira is located in the border of Venezuela with Colombia, and this has traditionally been the most active geo political limit in Latin America, but in the last five years activity has been more than unusual, deserving many different views to be displayed. The story of this and other borders from around the world may be valuable contributions to our festival, which encourages reflective discussion as well as aesthetic enjoyment of all works presented.
15th edition of the International Film Festival for children and teenagers "AniFestROZAFA2024" October 8-12, 2024 in Shkodër, Albania.
The International Jury of the AniFestROZAFA2024 festival will be established in cooperation with the European Children's Film Association ECFA.
The main objectives of the festival organizers will be to stimulate films for children.
The evaluation of the artistic values will be done by an international jury and by a special jury consisting of 23 children aged 8-12 years.
Films to compete in the 14th edition of the Films to compete in the 15th edition of the International Film Festival for Children and Teenagers must have been produced after June 1, 2022.

The first edition took place in La Vallée, Brussels the 11th, 12th and 13th of June 2021 and was one of the first events after lockdown. It was followed by three more events between Brussels & Barcelona.
In this second edition, we are presenting 2 different open calls, one for the VIDEO DANCE projects and another one for the LIVE PERFORMANCE. The event will be completed with music in a friendly atmosphere that will make YOU want to dance by the end of the evening!

The response received to the film festivals has always been in an uptrend with 15 films in the first year, followed by 21 in the second year. 37, 74, 52 in the last three years. The festival has truly been national with the participant films coming in from varied cities like that of Bengaluru, Ahmedabad, Delhi, Chennai, etc. Despite the pandemic, the festival has not halted nor the team has paused its commitment towards serving the fraternity.

Therefore, directors from all over the world can submit their films to the competitive section of the festival through the dedicated call for entries. The 2022 edition of Lucca Film Festival will be held from 23 Semptember to 1 October, both in cinemas and online.
The 2023 will be the 8th edition of the Lucca Film Festival International Feature Film Competition. In the previous editions important personalities of cinema like Cristi Puiu, Rutger Hauer, Philip Groening and Claudio Giovannesi had been part of the international jury.
The films shown during this competition are Italian premieres and last edition was won by "Yamabuki" di Juichiro Yamasaki.
There are three awards: Best feature film prize (3000€), awarded by a jury of renowned guests from both the cinematographic and academic worlds; and Best feature film – university jury prize (awarded by an university jury), Best feature film - Popular jury and the Marcello Petrozziello Award.
For those who are interested in this competition, the last day for submissions is July 14 2023, until midnight.
There are no limitations to the genre or topic of the films. The only requirements are the following: the films must be at least 60 minutes long and must have been produced in 2022. Moreover, they must be Italian premieres, so they cannot have been presented in any other Italian festival, shown on any online open platform or distributed in any other way in Italy.
For the 18th year in a row, it will take place the historic short films competition, whose winner will receive a 500€ prize. Every year, the selection committee of this competition receives more than 300 films to evaluate. Among the directors who took part in earlier editions, there are celebrities like Adan Jodorowsky, son of the famous Chilean filmmaker.
Even though the “free experimentation” is the fil rouge of this year's edition, the films have no limitations in genre and topic. The only requirement is that they cannot last more than 29 minutes. For the short films competition, the last day for submissions is July 28, 2023, until midnight.
Lucca Film Festival launches, for the 2023 edition, a new short film competition, "Lucca Film Festival for Future", which was born thanks to the collaboration with the Sofidel Group, 2nd producer in Europe and 7th in the world for production capacity in the sector of paper for hygienic and domestic use (known in particular for the Regina brand), which has made sustainability a strategic lever of development and responsible growth to reduce its impact on natural capital and favour the transition towards a low carbon impact economy. The prize is 1000€.

The Second Annual CineXposé Independent Horror Film Festival presented byDead Talk Media, LLC , a revolutionary virtual film festival created with the purpose of exposing gifted autonomous filmmakers, is scheduled to take place from January 13-15 and 20-22, 2023. However, our film submissions process is officially open so we encourage all Indie Horror Filmmakers to submit their media projects as soon as possible.
The CineXposé Horror Film Festival will differ from other such events in that there are no fees or costs to filmmakers who submit their projects.
