The nineteenth version of the Muestra Cine + Video Indígena, organised by the Museo Chileno de Arte Precolombino, opens its call for entries from 30 November to 7 March 2025 to films by indigenous and non-indigenous filmmakers whose central theme is indigenous peoples, especially in Latin America.
The curatorial committee of the festival will place special emphasis on selecting works that portray cultural and territorial aspects of these nations, such as: processes of safeguarding cultures, protection and defence of territories and the environment, human rights, identity tensions and political reflections. India International Film Festival is being organised by group of active filmmakers through a charitable non profit organisation, Vikas India Trust, whose mission is to cultivate and promote the art and science of film through education, audience participation and cross cultural cinema experience. МФКД «ДУХ ОГНЯ» задуман зимой 2002 года. В то же время автор замысла – кинорежиссер Сергей Соловьев обсудил идею фестиваля с Губернатором Ханты-Мансийского автономного округа – Югры Александром Васильевичем Филипенко, который и поддерживает фестиваль с самого момента его зарождения . Вскоре было принято постановление Правительства Ханты-Мансийского автономного округа о проведении IМФКД «Дух Огня» с 26 января по 2 февраля 2003 года , и в течение года шла его подготовка. Инициативная группа посетила ряд больших мировых международных фестивалей. Во время подготовки была четко сформирована идеология готовящегося фестиваля, которая включала в себя идею не только ежегодного общественного смотра практически всех дебютных работ , делающих в России, но и существование этих работ в контексте мирового дебютного кино, а так же идею наследования новым русским кино наиболее выдающихся традиции, оставленных нам великим мировым кинематографом второй половины 20 века и великолепным кино исчезнувшего Советского Союза. В это же время были сформированы руководящие органы фестиваля , в частности его бессменный Президентский совет .

По ежегодно обновляемому регламенту фестиваля в его структуре предусмотрены следующие официальные и неофициальные смотры:
Международный конкурс дебютных фильмов, в котором могут участвовать любые дебютные фильмы, независимо от их участия в других международных кинофестивалях в количестве 10-12 лент. Из них по регламенту не более, чем два кинофильма могут быть на русском языке. Конкурс оценивает международное жюри , состоящее из 5-ти крупных деятелей международного кинематографа. Предусмотрено присуждение четырех международных призов, обеспеченных денежным вознаграждением.
Ежегодно в разных залах города Ханты-Мансийска и всего Ханты-Мансийского округа –Югры( площадь =534.8 тысяч кв.км., превосходит территорию любого европейского государства, кроме Франции) во время фестиваля идут тематические ретроспективы показа. Из года в год работает программа «Кинематографические мифы народов Севера», «СССР- великое кино» и др. Наличие этих программ позволяет участникам фестиваля и зрителям системно знакомиться с шедеврами мирового кино . Каждый фестиваль посвящается уникальному кинематографическому мастеру ;уже прошли фестивали, посвященные Михаилу Калатозову, создателю великого фильма «Летят журавли» режиссеру Андрею Тарковскому … В рамках фестиваля ежегодно работает клуб детского и юношеского кино, где проводится ретроспективы детских фильмов. Во время фестиваля постоянно работает профессиональных клуб , который всегда обеспечивается уникальной культурной программой , включающей эксклюзивные выступления выдающихся исполнителей классической рок- и поп- музыки. В рамках фестиваля проводится ежегодные фотографические и изобразительные выставки.
Нужно отметить , что все без исключения фестивальные просмотры проходят при заполненных залах. Ханты-Мансийск – студенческий город, и молодежь этого города- самый главный фестивальный зритель и судья. Цифры, которые показывают кинопрокатные организации по окончании каждого фестиваля воистину удивительные. На первом МФКД «Дух Огня»только кинематографические программы при двух фестивальных залах посетило около 50 000 человек. На всех остальных фестивалях вместе с количеством фестивальных залов росло и количество фестивальных зрителей.
Trailer Grand Prix - Festival of trailers
The first edition of the "Trailer Grand Prix" festival is open from September 1st to December 24th, 2021!
Warning ! This festival only accepts trailers for fiction, animation and documentary feature films.
To participate:
- Official release of your film should be scheduled between January 20th, 2022 and January 20th, 2023
- Trailer of 3 minutes maximum
- Trailer must be directed by major individuals according to French law, at least 18 years old.

The thematic of the festival is archeology in the broad sense of the word: Antiquity, Middle Ages, folk arts, traditions, industrial archeology, cultural heritage, the recording of every world that is by norm getting lost, in other words, the today that becomes the archeology of tomorrow, bringing in contact people, not only from Greece but also from all over the world, people-dreamers of a better life.

Todo empezó en Francia en 2008, con un grupo de estudiantes extranjeros de Máster en Cine en Paris 8, que se reunieron para proyectar documentales en una sábana blanca en un okupa de los suburbios de París. La movilización dio lugar a la asociación Les Impatientes, que organiza FIDÉ en Francia. Desde entonces, casi 250 documentales de más de 30 países han formado parte de la programación del festival.
En 2012, el evento se realizó por primera vez en Brasil, en la Cinemateca de Curitiba, donde ha tenido cinco ediciones (2012, 2013, 2015, 2017 y 2019), organizadas por Motim Comunicação e Arte.
El objetivo de FIDÉ no es ser una exposición competitiva centrada en premios, sino una muestra amplia y plural de obras singulares que exploran el potencial del cine documental a través de diferentes enfoques, narrativas y puntos de vista. Tlanchana Fest, Festival of Cinema and Digital Art is carried out by Tlanchana Cultura Audiovisual AC, in order to create an exhibition space for emerging talents from Mexico and the world, by combining elements that promote cinematographic creation in conjunction with new media and digital art.
The Eighth Edition of Tlanchana Fest will be held from July 13 to 17, 2022 and will feature a series of screenings, conferences and workshops, as well as facilities and other activities that will be carried out virtually and in person and that will serve as an incentive for the work in cinematographic and digital art matters.

Originally the festival was held in Belarus, but because of political repression and publicly stated anti-war stance, screenings and events can be held in different countries. ALIENATION PROBLEM
We live in a world of malls and cinema multiplexes. We see that indie cinema and non-commodity art go to the periphery of public attention. Primitive attractions replace the cinematography. The escape audience is alienated behind the big screen. So modern mainstream cinema is part of a manipulating tool that leads to the society of alienation. Thus the tendency is that indie cinema becomes more unreadable for the wide audience. We should understand the context of the filmmaker to understand the independent cinema. That is why the NEFILTRAVANAE KINO concept implies the physical presence of filmmakers.
FILM SELECTION PROBLEM
Filmmakers shoot millions of movies. And thousands of short film festivals organize screenings all over the world every year. On average, several thousand films are submitted to a film festival. So various good films can be neglected for whatever reason. Often selecting probability is like winning a lottery. As a result, filmmakers are left with no feedback. It is a paradox that no one can hear you in the age of the Internet! The mainstream culture prefers attractions and casual viewing.
Also, this idea is based on the film selection problem. Perhaps it’s no surprise one person, i.e. programme director at best, or even students of film schools make a preliminary decision to select a movie. Сoncordance of judges or previewers is more seldom thing than the difference of background, tastes. So selection or judging can be one-sided or perfunctory. It is not bad as the programme director has a good taste and aesthetic sensitivity, of course. But we’ve discovered another conception of “unfiltered cinema”. We matched it against “the best of the best” way. This way aids to perceive cinematic idiom without the dictate of art-curators.
CELEBRATION OF INDIE CINEMA
So the Unfiltered Cinema Film Festival tries to avoid “the best of the best” way but it does not ignore it completely, sure. The festival selects fiction, animation, documentary, experimental and virtual reality sections. A jury awards the best film in every section. The festival holds the screenings at cinema theatres, the National Centre for Contemporary Arts, and art-spaces.
Our aim is to gather people in art, to have a dialogue to be happy with smart communication. Cinema is art but not sport. The key point of our project is to establish communication between the filmmaker and the audience.
