El Consejo Regional Indígena del Cauca en el marco de la Minga del Arte que se realizará en Popayán los días 19, 20 y 21 de noviembre convoca a realizadores originarios a participar de la Muestra de Cine y video de los Pueblos Originarios -CRIC
Esta Muestra tiene como objetivo fomentar y reconocer la producción audiovisual de las culturas originarias y el respeto hacia su cultura, promover el acceso al uso de medios audiovisuales y aportar a la difusión de los pueblos indígenas de América y del mundo.
La Minga del Arte es un proceso que trabaja en torno a la garantía del derecho a la comunicación indígena, en donde «el arte indígena es un catalizador de los elementos fundamentales de las formas propias de comunicación indígena. El arte indígena tiene que ver con: espiritualidad, ritualidad, comunicación con la naturaleza, espacios de pensamiento, palabra y organización comunitaria, dialogo intergeneracional y de las mujeres indígenas, formas de expresión del conocimiento y pensamiento indígena, representación simbólica, artística en todas sus manifestaciones, conocimiento tradicional, propiedad intelectual colectiva, valores de la solidaridad, autonomía y buen vivir»

El Festival Internacional de Cine Joven “Juna Kino” es una plataforma de exhibición que reúne, a partir de una convocatoria anual, cortometrajes, documentales, reportajes y videos musicales hechos por niños y adolescentes de todo el mundo. Se trata de una iniciativa cultural independiente concebida y desarrollada por el Colectivo Paso Libre, cuyo objetivo es articular proyectos culturales y artísticos que incidan directamente en la comunidad.
Este festival surge como respuesta a la necesidad de brindar un espacio a los creadores más jóvenes, quienes ven en el cine una manera de expresar sus inquietudes.
En la actualidad los jóvenes son altamente atraídos por los materiales audiovisuales, así que se utilizará esta característica a favor para involucrarlos en las problemáticas y temáticas que generalmente no perciben o atienden por no considerarlas de su interés.
En el 2016 tuvimos nuestra primera edición, con más de 20 cortometrajes que se recopilaron alrededor del mundo. Se alcanzó un público de más de 12,000 personas, con 6 proyecciones en el Cine Morelos y 15 proyecciones en escuelas secundarias del estado.
CBF – Festival Internacional de Cine de Vigo es un evento Cinematográfico Internacional organizado por la productora y distribuidora CityBlue Films. Celebrará su 10º edición entre los días 1 a 5 de diciembre 2026, en la ciudad de Vigo, España.

El festival MY FIRST DOC de Túnez, organizado por la Asociación Tunecina de Cine Documental, destaca el cine internacional joven al ofrecer a los directores la posibilidad de presentar sus obras al público tunecino.
El festival MY FIRST DOC de Túnez tiene como objetivo principal descubrir y promover las primeras películas de jóvenes talentos, dando visibilidad a las diferentes expresiones del cine documental internacional ante el público más amplio posible.
La programación, que combina descubrimiento, diversidad y calidad, ofrecerá al público documentales creativos con una perspectiva real de autor.
El PuntoDivistaFilmFestival 2025 es un concurso internacional de premios para cortometrajes inéditos (o publicados, pero en cualquier caso sin transferencia de derechos de autor) producidos a partir de 2023 en adelante, en cualquier idioma (siempre que, para los que no estén en italiano, haya subtítulos en italiano, a menos que se trate de vídeos musicales).
El Festival cuenta con dos secciones:

«El Cine Independiente en la Era del Streaming»
CinemaLab es una oportunidad para la maduración de proyectos de largometrajes y series de bajo presupuesto, en etapa de guion, construcción (work in progress) o finalizadas en búsqueda de promoción y distribución, para que fortalecidos en la colaboración y asesoría de expertos, logren avanzar y consolidarse.
Desde Zapatoca -Santander - Colombia «El Pueblo Más Feliz del Mundo», se incubarán 20 proyectos seleccionados, dentro de una convocatoria nacional e internacional, proporcionando el ambiente adecuado para que los cineastas enfoquen sus energías y avancen, a través de nuevos y creativos caminos.
El laboratorio se enfocará en las áreas más neurálgicas de la realización, una inmersión a través de asesorías individuales, grupales y clases magistrales, con cineastas de reconocida trayectoria.
Animacción es un festival Internacional de cortometrajes de animación, en el que se muestra el potencial artístico de toda una nueva generación de animadores. Organizado por la asociación cultural dedicada a la animación “Ánimas Anónimas”, el festival vuelve este año en su 10ª Edición.
La convocatoria surge de nuestras ganas de aumentar la oferta cultural de la ciudad de A Coruña y su comarca, ofreciendo una muestra de una disciplina artística con un gran potencial creativo, conocida mundialmente, pero poco difundida y apoyada a nivel local.
Los cortometrajes seleccionados serán proyectados del 26 al 31 de octubre en el área metropolitana de A Coruña. El público que acuda a estas proyecciones proclamará la obra ganadora con su voto. También contamos con el premio al mejor cortometraje infantil, cuyo premio será otorgado por el alumnado de los colegios participantes de A Coruña y comarca, el premio a la mejor dirección y mejor cortometraje gallego.
Los días de las proyecciones serán la ocasión de crear un puente entre profesionales del mundo de la animación y el público, ya que programaremos charlas y actividades para todos los públicos relacionadas con esta disciplina.
LA COMPETENCIA ELCO 2025
Descubre las categorías de competencia y todo lo que necesitas saber para inscribir tu película en ELCO 2025: Un festival que abre fronteras, llegando a 6 países y 16 ciudades.
El Festival de Cine ELCO clasifica las obras de los aspirantes dentro de tres secciones buscando proyectar el talento que compite con sus distintas obras en el festival. Premiaremos largometrajes, cortometrajes y video clips en nuestra 13 ava edición ELCO.
En la sección de largometrajes premiaremos las categorías ficción, documental y animación en competencia única para Venezuela, asimismo en Argentina, Colombia, España, EEUU y Republica Dominicana, premiaremos exclusivamente al mejor largometraje ficción de cada pais respectivamente, y estos últimos competirán por el premio "Mejor película extranjera ELCO 2025".
De Igual manera en la sección de cortometrajes en Venezuela, premiaremos ficción, documental y animación; y específicamente para incentivar la producción local, en la misma sección de cortometrajes, por primera vez premiaremos al mejor corto de cada región venezolana, es decir que este año reconoceremos el talento local especialmente desde las sedes Caracas, Maracaibo, Calabozo, Ciudad Bolívar, Ciudad Guayana, Mérida, Margarita, Lechería y La Victoria. En Argentina, Colombia, España, EEUU y Republica Dominicana, tambien premiaremos el mejor cortometraje ficción de cada pais respectivamente.
De forma distinta, en la sección de video clip premiaremos mejor video clip ELCO internacional, una competencia en la que se encontraran y calificaran a todos los competidores de los paises ELCO 2025.

(1) Entry fees for FEATURE FILMS (Duration: 50 mins to 105 mins max) : 5000/- INR or (63.23 USD)
(2) Entry fees for SHORT FILMS (Duration: 00.10 mins to 00.50 mins): 3,000/- INR or (36.27 USD)
(3) ANIMATION FILMS in all categories (Duration: 00.05 mins to 00.30 mins max).

SUBMISSION GUIDELINES:
1.Films without English Subtitles (except English Films), shall not be considered for selection.
2.Films submitted with watermarks or logos shall be rejected.
3.Only Trailers or promos cannot be submitted for selection process.
4.Film Download link with password is preferred, DVD or Bluray are also accepted as hard copies.
5.If submitting hard copies, Two full HD DVDs/Bluray should be sent by courier to the Festival office along with a hard copy of this entry form duly filled. DVDs must be labeled with film title, director name, duration, phone number and email id on them. Director pic, Poster, Film Stills may be attached in an email.
6. For submissions coming from outside India, the packages must be marked, “For Festival & Cultural Purpose only, No Commercial value”.
7. DIFF does not pay screening fees to film makers.
8. DIFF will not return the Films submitted online or vide DVDs/Pen Drives/ Blu-ray etc. during or after the festival.
TERMS & CONDITIONS:
1. DIFF reserves the right to showcase the film so submitted perpetually anywhere ( other festivals, television, online etc).
2. DIFF reserves the right to include the film and related material in its promotional activities.
3. All Decisions made by the Appointed “Selection Committee” regarding Selections, screenings, awards at the Festival in entirety will be final. In case of Dispute, decision of the President is final.
4. The film makers and their representatives undertake to use the official logo and the status of their Selection or Award strictly in conformation with DIFF 2022 designs and they further undertake to use such festival logo in all their promotions, posters and marketing publications with the consent of the festival.
5. A film selected for the festival does not run in competition automatically. A Jury will select the films which feature in Competition.
6. The Festival shall not bear / reimburse any freight or other charges in foreign or Indian currency.
7. Once selected for screening, the film shall not be withdrawn.
8. The last date of submissions of ENTRIES IS 10.12.2024 and Date of Intimation of Selection will be 15.12.2024

Con sede en el DETOUR Arthouse Cinema, en el centro de Roma desde 2010, ON THE ROAD FILM FESTIVAL se dedica al cine independiente contemporáneo - ficción, documental y experimental - presentando viajes, paseos urbanos y desérticos, topografías reales o imaginarias, desvíos inesperados, psicogeográficos la deriva, la migración y el nomadismo.
Buscamos películas que desarrollen, a través de habilidades lingüísticas y narrativas, un enfoque crítico e inventivo de las orientaciones temáticas del Festival: un ambiente de viaje con digresiones de caminos fijos, donde la ruta es lo que importa, no el destino.
El Festival acoge proyecciones, clases magistrales, reuniones, exposiciones de arte, actuaciones en vivo y música, tanto en el cine DETOUR como en una variedad de salas de cine, clubes de cine, escuelas, bibliotecas públicas y otros lugares inusuales de Roma y sus alrededores.
El concurso OTRFF consta de dos secciones: THE ROAD (largometrajes y medio-largometrajes =>30') y SHORT>CORTS (cortometrajes <30')
