Rural FilmFest, member of Green Film Network (GFN) and Pantalla Federation, is an international itinerant film festival, which offers a current overview of international documentary film, fiction and animation in a short, medium and long format related to the rural world, ecology, sustainability and natural and cultural resources. Rural FilmFest is not a common film festival, it is a unique and unrepeatable event. It is a summer camp, with excursions, multi-adventure, geocaching awards ceremony (Yes, you read that right. As a filmmaker you will have to find your trophy at the closing gala via GPS coordinates), international coexistence, dance, party and lifelong friendships. It is the experience of your life and if you attend, you will not want it goes over and you will want to return next year... O BRAFF Miami é um festival oficial das cidades de Miami e Miami Beach e do governo da Florida. Realizado há 24 anos consecutivos, desde a retomada do cinema brasileiro. O BRAFF Miami é um festival de conteúdo exclusivamente brasileiro no exterior, uma vitrine natural para formação, reflexão, promoção, intercâmbio cultural, diversidade, articulações política e setorial, reconhecimento artístico, além de ser um ambiente de negócio com extraordinário potencial econômico para a cadeia produtiva do audiovisual brasileiro.
Nos primórdios do cinema, com o advento do cinematógrafo, os artistas de vanguarda encontraram um novo meio de expressão, chamado sétima arte, que logo foi adotado pelos grandes estúdios.
Assim, o espaço ocupado pelo Festival Internacional de Cinema de Santander — Picknic Film Festival, é um local onde filmes de visibilidade e distribuição reduzidas, mas selecionados para festivais de cinema de prestígio, com a aprovação da imprensa, têm a possibilidade de ser exibidos.
Essa Mostra visa integrar estudantes produtores de audiovisual e interessado em cinema. A criação da Mostra foi escolhido para impulsionar a pratica de cinemas independentes no Brasil através de um evento cujo entretenimento será a projeção de curtas-metragens de estudantes universitários dos cursos de audiovisual e rádio, TV e internet, na promoção de
seus trabalhos iniciais.
Festival de Cinema voltado para curtas metragens, com duração mínima de 5 minutos e máxima de 20 minutos.
O juri do festival será composto pelos assinantes da Rosebud, um Clube de Assinatura exclusivo de cinema. Desse modo, o juri receberá os filmes selecionados pela curadoria do festival em DVD e irá votar em uma obra para o prêmio de Melhor Filme.

This year's EMMY AWARDS, had a sparkling amount of DWF alums, from presenting to sitting in the audience, including 2011 & 2012 alum, Gina Rodriguez presenting on stage to 2006 alum Alexander Skarsgard winning Best Supporting Actor to 2007 & 2012 alum Joel Watson, nominated for editing SHARK TANK. DWF has had many filmmakers go on to create series, such as the highly rated THE LAST SHIP, created by 2000 alum, Steven Kane. HBO’s critically acclaimed and hit series ‘Getting On” and “Big Love” were created by DWF Alums Will Scheffer and Mark Olsen after screening their feature film "Easter" at DWF 2004. Our TV/Web division, premiered TREADING YESTERDAY in 2016, which in now in development for a series. Jeremy Cloe, 2015 alum & ICA winner, recently won a student ACADEMY AWARD.
2008 actor alum Jesse Eisenberg was nominated for Best Actor in "The Social Network" for the 2011 Academy Awards. 2010 Audience Award winner "Go For It!" received a nationwide theatrical release through Lionsgate in 2011. We are pleased to present year 6 of Dances With Kidz! This program consists of films created for kids and most importantly... created BY kids. There is a pro section along with the kids section (18 and below).
2 Minute Short Film Challenge
And on the creative side, DWF also produces up to ten short films during the week of the festival. The 2 Minute Short Film Challenge has become an exciting favorite program at the festival. Utilizing the latest digital technology and pure filmmaking ingenuity, submitted scripts are shot, edited and screened in front of evening competition films during the festival.
Academy® Qualification:
We also qualify a slate of shorts for Academy Award® consideration through our friends at Laemmle Theatres and Double Exposure in Los Angeles. Short films that premiere with us actually have a higher possibility of being Academy® qualified than most any other short film competition in the country.

The Hazel Eye Film Festival (HEFF) is interested in experimental live action films, as well as experimental animations. We are looking for any work that pushes the boundaries of the audiovisual art form. Short film submissions should be no longer than 25 minutes, and feature film submissions should be no shorter than 40 minutes.
Submit your work through FestHome before March 26th, 2019; selections will be made by the following week, on April 2nd, 2019.
HEFF will take place over the course of one week, from April 9th, 2019 until April 16th, 2019; Official Selections will screen online, via HEFF's website, on designated days throughout the festival week.

O CSF 2021 é reconhecido e faz parte dos calendários oficiais do ICCA (Ministério da Cultura da Espanha) e Filmes Catalães
O espírito inicial do CSF é um festival de curta-metragem competitivo com projeções especiais relacionadas com Cadaqués e Surrealismo, neste sentido, nada melhor do que o Festival inaugurado com a projeção do icônico filme deste movimento, “Un Chien andalou” de Luis Buñuel e Salvador Dalí.
O CSF inclui o Festival Experimental e Surrealista de Cinema como Seções Oficiais, uma característica diferenciada deste festival, com uma clara vocação internacional.
Cadaqués, conhecido mundialmente por seu habitante mais ilustre, Salvador Dalí, é o lugar ideal para um festival de cinema com estas características.
Além disso, a partir das Secções Oficiais competitivas, o CSF incluirá amostras de outros Festivais Internacionais relevantes do Circuito.
É em Festivais deste formato no curta-metragem sobre e educa o espectador nesta tipologia cinematográfica, esperando que em breve, o CSF será um Festival referencial na rica atividade cultural de Cadaqués.

Os curtas-metragens finalistas comporão a exposição competitiva. Isso será exibido nos vários espaços de exibição programados para a edição deste ano do Festival de 2024.
Como parte das atividades descentralizadas do festival, essa exibição finalista pode ser programada em eventos audiovisuais e culturais organizados ou co-organizados pela associação Cinco Minutos Cinco.

O InFest Film Festival é um festival de curtas-metragens de dois dias que acontece em Rubí, uma cidade de asfalto, indústria e fumaça localizada nos Valles Occidental, uma região localizada perto de Barcelona (Espanha).
O festival InFest surge como uma proposta firme e clara: que Rubí seja conhecido como o Rubiwood do distrito de Vallés. Nos últimos 10 anos, o InFest organizou a melhor experiência possível de curta-metragem: exibições ao ar livre, shows, serviço de bar e todos os tipos de atividades relacionadas ao cinema. O que mais podemos pedir?
O InFest é dedicado a mostrar novos curtas-metragens (produzidos após o ano de 2020) mostrando elementos de ficção científica, fantástico, aberração e terror. Os curtas-metragens não podem exceder 15 minutos de duração (créditos excluídos). Filmes estrangeiros DEVEM ser dublados ou legendados em espanhol ou catalão, ou o filme não será aceito.
Em 2026, o InFest celebrará sua 11ª edição anual. Após a pandemia de COVID-19, o InFest foi transferido para o anfiteatro do castelo de Rubí (“El Castell”), uma construção defensiva do século XIII, que pode sediar eventos públicos com mais de 2000 pessoas. O anfiteatro tem assentos, palco e bar! O Prêmio do Júri e o Prêmio do Público receberão 1000 e 250 euros, respectivamente.
We screen the best documentaries from around the world at the Roxie Cinema, the oldest art house theater west of the Mississippi. Many of our titles end up with calendared runs at the Roxie later in the year. We get great press coverage in San Francisco, the second largest film market in the country, plus industry reviews.
