Das Northeast Film Festival, das bereits zum vierzehnten Mal stattfindet, zeigt erstklassige Independent-Filme von Filmemachern sowie neue Talente. Die vielfältige Auswahl an Filmen, die von einem Komitee ausgewählt wurden, umfasst Spiel- und Kurzfilme aus allen Genres sowie Dokumentationen und Drehbücher. Das Festival findet in Teaneck, New Jersey, in den historischen Teaneck Cinemas statt. Es sind Partys geplant, um das Festival stilvoll und stimmungsvoll zu eröffnen. Darüber hinaus bieten wir Filmliebhabern eine Atmosphäre, in der sie mit Filmemachern interagieren können, sowie Filmemachern die Möglichkeit bieten, miteinander und mit Branchenfachleuten zu interagieren und sich zu vernetzen.

Das Equinoxio Film Festival findet vom 19. bis 27. September seine 27. Ausgabe statt. Es bietet einen Ort der Begegnung und Reflexion über das studentische Filmemachen und ermöglicht gleichzeitig die Interaktion mit der ästhetischen Perspektive aufstrebender Talente sowie mit künstlerischen, sozialen und persönlichen Anliegen junger Filmemacher.
Diese Ausgabe von Equinoxio dreht sich um die Themenlinie „Pulsiones: Incarnating Desire“. Wir suchen ein aufstrebendes Kino, das den Weg beleuchtet, den Begierden eingeschlagen haben, und die verwandelten Formen, die sie in der wahrgenommenen Welt aufgrund ihrer unausweichlichen Beziehung zum Anderen und zu den anderen annehmen. Es ist ein Film, der Strukturen und Muster enthüllt, die durch Sprache und Ästhetik menschliche Sehnsüchte und Triebe geprägt haben. Er lädt uns ein, den Ort der Begierde sowohl vor als auch außerhalb der Kamera zu hinterfragen und seine Ursprünge, den normativen und dissidenten Raum, die Beziehung zum Körper, Moral, Zensur und die Rolle der Kunst zu untersuchen.

Für Tausende mexikanischer Kinder in prekären Situationen hat diese Frage keine Antwort. Aus diesem Grund wurde das Churumbela Children's Film Festival ins Leben gerufen, das alle mexikanisch- und spanischsprachigen Kinder einlädt, das Kino in einer inklusiven, völlig spielerischen und unterhaltsamen Umgebung zu erleben.
Das 9. Churumbela Children's Film Festival wird in einem hybriden Format stattfinden. Einige der Aktivitäten, Workshops und Gespräche mit Branchenfachleuten werden online und andere vor Ort stattfinden, darunter Filmvorführungen in Mexiko-Stadt und Merida City, Yucatan. Es bringt Kindern und ihren Familien Filmkultur näher, insbesondere jenen, die aufgrund ihrer wirtschaftlichen Situation oder körperlichen Behinderung in irgendeiner Weise benachteiligt sind. Das Festival fördert den Film als Ausdrucksmittel, als Selbstwertgefühl und als kulturelle Bereicherung durch ein zugängliches und inklusives Programm.
„Farbenfrohes Mosaik“ ist der thematische Schwerpunkt dieser Ausgabe. Es ist eine Einladung an Kinder, zu entdecken, wie der Einsatz von Farbe Gefühle und Empfindungen hervorruft, indem unterschiedliche Atmosphären geschaffen und Botschaften in jeder Szene aufgedeckt werden. Genau wie ein echtes Mosaikkunstwerk besteht es aus einer Vielzahl von visuellen Erzählelementen und erforscht den Film aus einer kreativen und sensorischen Perspektive voller Symbolik.
Das Churumbela Children's Film Festival 2025 findet vom 5. bis Sonntag, 7. Dezember, in Mexiko-Stadt und Yucatán statt. Es wird vom Generalbüro für Kulturförderung und Festivals des Kulturministeriums, PROFEST 2025, dem Mexican TV Cultural Channel, Canal 22 und anderen Einrichtungen sowie der mexikanischen Privatinitiative sowie gemeinnützigen Organisationen unterstützt.
Das 9. Churumbela Children's Film Festival fördert Kreativität, Dialog, die siebte Kunst und den künstlerischen Ausdruck als Werkzeuge für den sozialen Wandel. Alle Aktivitäten sind völlig kostenlos.

Das von den kolumbianischen Schauspielern Toto Vega und Nórida Rodríguez ins Leben gerufene Barichara Green Film Festival FESTIVER hat zum Ziel, eine neue Generation von Künstlern und Zuschauern aufzubauen, die sich für die Umwelt engagieren. Durch seine Vorführungen und die kontinuierliche Suche nach Ressourcen für die Erstellung umweltfreundlicher Filminhalte möchte FESTIVER Bildung und Unterhaltung bieten, indem es akademische, künstlerische und Freizeitaktivitäten entwickelt, die die kolumbianische Kulturlandschaft bereichern und zum Aufbau einer besseren Welt beitragen. Die 15. Ausgabe findet vom 25. bis 28. September 2025 in Barichara, Santander, Kolumbien statt.

Mit unserer „EIGENMARKE“ Diverso Cinema fördern wir das lateinamerikanische Kino und das Weltkino durch Filme, Dokumentationen, Kurz- und Spielfilme, die Geschichten über das Leben verschiedener Gemeinschaften erzählen.
Wir haben integrative Räume wie: (Universitäten, Theater, Restaurants und Bars) für die Projektion von Filmen eröffnet, die den Zuschauern Bildung vermitteln und eine wechselseitige wirtschaftliche Interaktion fördern, die der Gemeinschaft zugute kommt.

La kermesse Isola di Roma con la direzione artistica di Giorgio Ginori, presenta la prima edizione del contest “L’isola del Corto”, con lo scopo di valorizzare il cinema breve, come forma di espressione artistica di autori nazionali e internazionali. Quest’anno, in aggiunta al noto concorso per cortometraggi, Mamma Roma, rivolto agli appassionati di cinema il festival apre le sue porte al mondo dei professionisti del settore audiovisivo.
I cortometraggi si presentano come un prodotto altro rispetto allo standard cinematografico ed è spesso campo d’allenamento per artisti che attendono di poter realizzare un lungometraggio ma è anche una forma espressiva autonoma che sta al racconto come il lungometraggio sta al romanzo e trova in questo contesto uno spazio dedicato senza vincoli di tema o genere.
Il cinema breve spesso è esordio ed apprendistato di tanti grandi maestri del cinema ma anche una loro chicca sconosciuta ai più che L’isola di Roma, con questo concorso, valorizza ampliando lo spazio dedicato alla loro proiezione inserendoli nel palinsesto del festival e nel contesto culturale promosso nel cuore della città di Roma.
Con “l’isola del Corto” il festival 2018 si prefigge di promuovere la conoscenza, l’incontro, il confronto e la collaborazione di professionisti e semiprofessionisti del settore cinematografico e audiovisivo.

The festival PROGRAM is formed by the organizing Committee depending on the number of works selected by the jury and participants from 13-15 August, is published on the website on 16 August and includes competition screening of films and special programmes of the partners and organizers of the festival and contest schedule
6. AWARDS:
According to the regulations, the jury selects the best works included in the shortlist and reserves the right to award multiple awards of Gold, Silver and Bronze and one GRAND Prix in each nomination. All winners will be announced at the Awards Ceremony on 29 August 2018. Winners who received a Gold and the Grand Prix will be awarded with festival Diplomas and valuable gifts received Silver and Bronze Diplomas and festival Souvenirs
CALLING Der Verein „Le Ali di Icaro“, eine Organisation für kulturelle und soziale Förderung mit Sitz im Valdarno von Arezzo, organisiert die siebte Ausgabe des Filmfestivals Wag, die im Dezember 2019 in Terranuova Bracciolini (AR) im Auditorium "Le Fornaci“ (Via Vittorio Veneto 19) stattfinden wird. THEMA In diesem Jahr ist die Eigenschaft d'union der Projektionsabende das Thema „Die Begegnung“, verstanden in seinen vielfältigen Bedeutungen: „Begegnung“ als der Beginn einer Beziehung zwischen Menschen, die, zwangsläufig, entwickeln ihre Beziehung wächst zusammen; „Begegnung“ als Teilung von Kulturen, mit welche geografischen und ethnischen Barrieren überwunden werden, um ein gemeinsames Ziel zu erreichen; „Treffen“, schließlich, als Ankunftspunkt, das ultimative Ziel einer kreativen Reise im Laufe der Zeit gereift. Jeder Regisseur des Festivals wird die Möglichkeit haben, seine persönliche „Begegnung“ mit dem Publikum von Le Fornaci zu teilen, was ein Wendepunkt in seiner Filmkarriere oder allgemein im Leben sein kann. Nach dem außerordentlichen Erfolg für sechs Ausgaben verschönerte die Jugendjury, bestehend aus Jungen und Mädchen, den Wettbewerb des Wag Film Festivals. Mädchen (18-30 Jahre alt) entsprechend aus den Schulen, Institutionen und Verbänden des Territoriums für ihr persönliches Interesse und Leidenschaft für das Kino ausgewählt. Das Internationale Filmfestival Symi findet auf der kleinen griechischen Insel Symi statt, einer der dodekanesischen Inseln in der Nähe von Rhodos.
Das Symi International Film Festival ist Teil des offiziellen Symi Festivals. Diese wird von der Gemeinde Symi organisiert und läuft von Juli bis September.
Die Filme werden im Freien gezeigt (drinnen, wenn es regnet). Es gibt keine Gebühren, um Filme auf dem Festival zu sehen.

11. EUREKA UNIVERSITY FILM FESTIVAL 2026
Das Eureka University Film Festival ist eine Filmveranstaltung, die hauptsächlich von Studenten der Universidad de Bogotá Jorge Tadeo Lozano in Zusammenarbeit mit Studenten verschiedener Universitäten des Landes und anderen Fachleuten organisiert wird.
Nach 10 Jahren haben wir beschlossen, EUREKA eine neue Richtung zu geben und es für diese elfte Ausgabe neu zu erfinden. Wir wollen unseren Horizont in Bezug auf das Filmemachen erweitern, sowohl in seinen Formen als auch in seinen kreativen Absichten. In dieser Ausgabe suchen wir nach einem ehrlichen Kino, das mit einem emotionalen und/oder spirituellen Bedürfnis der menschlichen Erfahrung in Verbindung steht.
Ohne uns ausschließlich auf das Universitätskino zu beschränken, interessieren uns Werke mit der klaren Absicht, ihre eigenen Geschichten zu erzählen.
Wir suchen Kurzfilme, die die Frage beantworten:
„Wie bewohnen wir das Unbekannte?“
Wir fühlen uns zu Filmen hingezogen, die dieser Frage auf kreative, experimentelle und erzählerische Weise mit Glauben, Angst und Träumen nachgehen, mit der Absicht, bei jeder Vorführung eine eigene Atmosphäre zu schaffen.
Das Malaga Festival verfolgt in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Bereich Chancengleichheit des Stadtrats von Malaga das Ziel, die Präsenz von Frauen in der Filmproduktion zu unterstützen und Räume zu schaffen, die die Arbeit von Frauen im audiovisuellen Bereich sichtbar machen, in dem sie unterrepräsentiert sind, sowohl in der Regie als auch bei der Produktion oder beim Schreiben von Drehbüchern; die Filmindustrie mit den unterschiedlichen Ansichten von Frauen zu fördern.
Um dieses Ziel zu erreichen, veranstaltet der Bereich Chancengleichheit zwischen Oktober und November 2026 seine „XXII FILM SHOW WOMEN ON STAGE“.
DIE FILMAUSSTELLUNG FRAUEN AUF DER BÜHNE wurde 2002 mit dem Ziel ins Leben gerufen, im Rahmen von Kinoforen die bestehenden geschlechtsspezifischen Ungleichheiten in unserer Gesellschaft sowie in anderen Nachbarländern zu erörtern und über ihre Ursachen und mögliche soziale Strategien zu ihrer Beseitigung nachzudenken.
Das Festival von Málaga möchte in Zusammenarbeit mit der Abteilung für Chancengleichheit des Stadtrats von Málaga die Präsenz von Frauen in der Filmproduktion fördern, indem Räume geschaffen werden, in denen die Arbeit von Frauen im audiovisuellen Bereich präsentiert wird, einem Berufsfeld, in dem sie unterrepräsentiert sind, sei es in der Regie, Produktion oder beim Drehbuchschreiben. Dadurch wird die Filmindustrie um die vielfältigen Perspektiven von Frauen bereichert.
Um dieses Ziel zu erreichen, veranstaltet die Abteilung für Chancengleichheit zwischen Oktober und November 2026 ihren „24. WOMEN ON STAGE FILM SHOWCASE“.
Der FILM SHOWCASE WOMEN ON STAGE wurde 2002 mit dem Ziel ins Leben gerufen, in Filmforen eine Debatte über geschlechtsspezifische Ungleichheiten in unserer Gesellschaft und in anderen Nachbarländern anzuregen und über ihre Ursachen und mögliche soziale Strategien zu ihrer Beseitigung nachzudenken.
Seit 2010 zielt die Initiative nicht nur darauf ab, das Bewusstsein zu schärfen und die Sichtbarkeit zu erhöhen, sondern auch die Präsenz von Frauen in der Filmproduktion zu fördern, einem Bereich, in dem ein erhebliches geschlechtsspezifisches Gefälle besteht. Da immer mehr Frauen daran interessiert sind, ihre berufliche Laufbahn in diesem Bereich weiterzuentwickeln, besteht eines der Ziele der SEKTION OFFIZIELLE FRAUEN AUF DER BÜHNE darin, audiovisuelle Produktionen von Frauen ins Rampenlicht zu rücken.
Unter den eingereichten Arbeiten vergibt das Festival von Málaga vier Auszeichnungen mit dem Titel „WOMEN ON STAGE“. Dazu gehören:
Drei Auszeichnungen richten sich an Frauen, die als Regisseurinnen, Produzentinnen und/oder Drehbuchautorinnen von audiovisuellen Werken mitwirken: der Silver Biznaga Women on Stage Award für den besten Dokumentarfilm, der Silver Biznaga Women on Stage Award für das beste fiktive Werk und der Silver Biznaga Audience Award Women on Stage.
1 Silberner Biznaga-Preis „MÁLAGA, WOMEN ON STAGE“ für die beste Arbeit, die von einer in Málaga geborenen oder dort lebenden Frau geschaffen wurde, in jeder Berufsgruppe.
Alle Auszeichnungen werden im Rahmen der 30. AUSGABE DES FESTIVALS IN MÁLAGA, die vom 26. Februar bis 7. März 2027 stattfindet, in der Sektion FÖRDERUNG DER FRAUENRECHTE verliehen
Seit 2010 wird dieses Ziel der Sensibilisierung und Sichtbarkeit zusätzlich zur Förderung der Präsenz von Frauen in der Filmproduktion unterstützt, einem Bereich, in dem es große geschlechtsspezifische Unterschiede gibt, wobei die Tatsache ausgenutzt wird, dass jeden Tag mehr Frauen daran interessiert sind, ihre berufliche Laufbahn weiterzuentwickeln. In diesem Bereich ist es daher eines der Ziele der OFFIZIELLEN SEKTION FRAUEN AUF DER BÜHNE, die Sichtbarkeit audiovisueller Produktionen von Frauen zu erhöhen. The 15th edition was a grand 5-day gala held from May 4 to May 8, 2026, at the Indira Gandhi National Centre for the Arts (IGNCA), Ministry of Culture.

ENTRY FEE FOR SUBMISSIONS OF FILMS:
(1) Entry fees for FEATURE FILMS (Duration: 50 mins to 105 mins max) : 5000/- INR or (63.23 USD)
(2) Entry fees for SHORT FILMS (Duration: 00.10 mins to 00.50 mins): 3,000/- INR or (36.27 USD)
(3) ANIMATION FILMS in all categories (Duration: 00.05 mins to 00.30 mins max).
(4) Entry fees for STUDENT FILMS: 1500/-INR or (21USD)
(LATE ENTRY FEES WILL BE DOUBLE THE ENTRY FEES MENTIONED ABOVE APPLICABLE TO FILMS SUBMITTED BEYOND THE DEADLINE ANNOUNCED)
SUBMISSION GUIDELINES:
1.Films without English Subtitles (except English Films), shall not be considered for selection.
2.Films submitted with watermarks or logos shall be rejected.
3.Only Trailers or promos cannot be submitted for selection process.
4.Film Download link with password is preferred, DVD or Bluray are also accepted as hard copies.
5.If submitting hard copies, Two full HD DVDs/Bluray should be sent by courier to the Festival office along with a hard copy of this entry form duly filled. DVDs must be labeled with film title, director name, duration, phone number and email id on them. Director pic, Poster, Film Stills may be attached in an email.
6. For submissions coming from outside India, the packages must be marked, “For Festival & Cultural Purpose only, No Commercial value”.
7. DIFF does not pay screening fees to film makers.
8. DIFF will not return the Films submitted online or vide DVDs/Pen Drives/ Blu-ray etc. during or after the festival.
TERMS & CONDITIONS:
1. DIFF reserves the right to showcase the film so submitted perpetually anywhere ( other festivals, television, online etc).
2. DIFF reserves the right to include the film and related material in its promotional activities.
3. All Decisions made by the Appointed “Selection Committee” regarding Selections, screenings, awards at the Festival in entirety will be final. In case of Dispute, decision of the President is final.
4. The film makers and their representatives undertake to use the official logo and the status of their Selection or Award strictly in conformation with DIFF 2022 designs and they further undertake to use such festival logo in all their promotions, posters and marketing publications with the consent of the festival.
5. A film selected for the festival does not run in competition automatically. A Jury will select the films which feature in Competition.
6. The Festival shall not bear / reimburse any freight or other charges in foreign or Indian currency.
7. Once selected for screening, the film shall not be withdrawn.
8. The last date of submissions of ENTRIES IS 10.12.2024 and Date of Intimation of Selection will be 15.12.2024
