유레카 대학교 영화제는 주로 보고타 호르헤 타데오 로자노 대학교 학생들이 전국 여러 대학의 학생 및 기타 전문가들과 협력하여 주최하는 영화 행사입니다.
10년이 지난 지금, 우리는 이번 11번째 에디션을 위해 EUREKA에 새로운 방향을 제시하기로 결정했습니다. 우리는 형식과 창의적인 의도 모두에서 영화 제작에 대한 지평을 넓히는 것을 목표로 합니다. 이번 에디션에서는 인간 경험의 정서적 및/또는 영적 필요와 연결되는 정직한 영화를 찾고 있습니다.
우리는 대학 영화에만 국한하지 않고, 자신만의 이야기를 들려주겠다는 분명한 의도를 가진 작품에 관심이 있습니다.
우리는 이 질문에 답할 수 있는 단편 영화를 찾고 있습니다.
“우리는 어떻게 미지의 세계에서 살아갈 수 있을까요?”
우리는 매 상영마다 뚜렷한 분위기를 조성하고자 하는 의도를 가지고 신념, 두려움, 꿈을 통해 창의적이고 실험적이며 서사적인 방식으로 이 질문을 탐구하는 영화에 매료됩니다.
말라가 페스티벌은 말라가 시의회의 기회 균등 지역 (Equal Opportunities Area) 과 협력하여 영화 제작에 여성의 존재를 지원하고, 연출과 제작, 대본 작성 모두에서 여성이 제대로 표현되지 않는 전문 분야, 시청각 분야에서 여성의 작품을 볼 수 있는 공간을 만들고, 여성의 다양한 시각을 가진 영화 산업을 지원하는 목표를 추구합니다.

WOMEN ON STAGE FILM SHOWCASE는 영화 포럼을 통해 우리 사회와 주변 지역에 존재하는 성 불평등에 대한 논쟁을 촉진하여 그 원인과 근절을 위한 가능한 사회적 전략을 고찰하기 위해 2002년에 창설되었습니다.
2010년부터 이 이니셔티브는 인식을 높이고 가시성을 높이려는 이러한 목적 외에도 성별 격차가 심한 영화 제작 분야에서 여성의 존재를 지원하는 것을 목표로 삼고 있습니다. 점점 더 많은 여성들이 이 분야에서 전문적인 경력을 쌓는 데 관심을 갖게 됨에 따라 공식 WOMEN ON STAGE 섹션의 목적 중 하나는 여성이 만든 시청각 작품을 강조하는 것입니다.

모든 상은 2027년 2월 26일부터 3월 7일까지 열리는 제30회 말라가 페스티벌 기간 동안 여성의 권리를 확인하는 섹션에서 수여됩니다.

The 15th edition of DIFF was organized as a grand five-day cinematic gala from May 4 to May 8, 2026, in New Delhi. The festival was hosted in prestigious collaboration with the Indira Gandhi National Centre for the Arts (IGNCA), Ministry of Culture, Government of India.

ENTRY FEE FOR SUBMISSIONS OF FILMS:
(1) Entry fees for FEATURE FILMS (Duration: 50 mins to 105 mins max) : 5000/- INR or (63.23 USD)
(2) Entry fees for SHORT FILMS (Duration: 00.10 mins to 00.50 mins): 3,000/- INR or (36.27 USD)
(3) ANIMATION FILMS in all categories (Duration: 00.05 mins to 00.30 mins max).
(4) Entry fees for STUDENT FILMS: 1500/-INR or (21USD)
(LATE ENTRY FEES WILL BE DOUBLE THE ENTRY FEES MENTIONED ABOVE APPLICABLE TO FILMS SUBMITTED BEYOND THE DEADLINE ANNOUNCED)
SUBMISSION GUIDELINES:
1.Films without English Subtitles (except English Films), shall not be considered for selection.
2.Films submitted with watermarks or logos shall be rejected.
3.Only Trailers or promos cannot be submitted for selection process.
4.Film Download link with password is preferred, DVD or Bluray are also accepted as hard copies.
5.If submitting hard copies, Two full HD DVDs/Bluray should be sent by courier to the Festival office along with a hard copy of this entry form duly filled. DVDs must be labeled with film title, director name, duration, phone number and email id on them. Director pic, Poster, Film Stills may be attached in an email.
6. For submissions coming from outside India, the packages must be marked, “For Festival & Cultural Purpose only, No Commercial value”.
7. DIFF does not pay screening fees to film makers.
8. DIFF will not return the Films submitted online or vide DVDs/Pen Drives/ Blu-ray etc. during or after the festival.
TERMS & CONDITIONS:
1. DIFF reserves the right to showcase the film so submitted perpetually anywhere ( other festivals, television, online etc).
2. DIFF reserves the right to include the film and related material in its promotional activities.
3. All Decisions made by the Appointed “Selection Committee” regarding Selections, screenings, awards at the Festival in entirety will be final. In case of Dispute, decision of the President is final.
4. The film makers and their representatives undertake to use the official logo and the status of their Selection or Award strictly in conformation with DIFF 2022 designs and they further undertake to use such festival logo in all their promotions, posters and marketing publications with the consent of the festival.
5. A film selected for the festival does not run in competition automatically. A Jury will select the films which feature in Competition.
6. The Festival shall not bear / reimburse any freight or other charges in foreign or Indian currency.
7. Once selected for screening, the film shall not be withdrawn.
8. The last date of submissions of ENTRIES IS 10.12.2024 and Date of Intimation of Selection will be 15.12.2024

The central theme of this edition is "Territories, showing resistance".
This theme seeks to generate debate and thought about the processes of resistance that are taking place in Colombia regarding the care and dignification of the territories. We start from the relationship of body and territory, and we claim that in that exercise of counting our territories (those we inhabit and those that forced us to leave) and the struggles that are in them, we are revealing resistances.

빌바오 국제 다큐멘터리 및 단편 영화 페스티벌
1.959년에 시작되어 빌바오 시청 문화부가 주최한 ZINEBI는 2024년 11월 8일부터 15일까지 66회를 기념합니다.
1974년부터 FIAPF가 인정한 다큐멘터리 및 단편 영화 부문의 스페인 유일의 클래스 A 국제 페스티벌로, 할리우드 아카데미에서 공식 팔마레 및 예선전의 단편 영화 중 오스카 예선으로 인정했으며, 스페인 아카데미 BAFTA 어워드와 GOYA Awards에서도 인정했습니다.
ZINEBI는 혁신적이고 암시적인 최신 형식과 형식을 모두 갖춘 페스티벌이며 신진 작가들에게 꾸준히 베팅하고 있습니다. 국제 스케줄 (다큐멘터리, 애니메이션, 픽션) 의 라인업과 첫 작품을 집중적으로 다루는 ZIFF-ZINEBI FIRST FIRST FIRST FIRM 섹션은 이들의 가장 큰 특징입니다. Wandering Reel is a traveling short film festival with a focus on bringing meaningful films to communities with limited or no access to compassionate, thought-provoking cinema. We strive to engage our audiences in deeper conversation about the role of cinema, and how films can relate to community, conscious living, and contribute to making the world a stronger and more unified place.
Artists have long been at the forefront of social innovation. The Wandering Reel believes in the power of film art to effect positive change, to bring people together through shared cultural experiences and to inspire conversation and collaboration between individuals and communities through the common experience of cinema. By exposing underserved communities with films that are artful in their meaning and compassionate and conscious in their approach, the boundaries that divide people can be slowly stripped away, cultures can be enriched and peace grown across the globe.
We serve anyone with a hunger for inventive, resonant cinema. We curate our films to communities that want to participate in a deeper dialogue about the power of film to effect positive change. In addition to theaters, we screen at schools, community centers, libraries, churches, museums, galleries, retirement homes, prisons, cafes, breweries, and anywhere an audience can comfortably gather to watch and discuss movies.
Fall 2017/Winter 2018 Tours
Our touring schedule begins in October of each year and continues through the spring of the following year, criss-crossing the United States and sometimes popping up in venues all over the world. Our first two seasons saw our films screen dozens of venues from southern California to British Columbia, and Colorado to Vermont. This fall and next winter/spring we'll return to many of these locations and do our best to expand our reach to different parts of the United States and even around the world.

ECOFILM FESTIVAL 8TH EDITION / SUSTAINABLE EATING
ECOFILM is an International Environmental Short Film Festival, held annually in Mexico. It responds to the need to raise awareness on environmental topics, promoting audiovisual production and ecological culture with solutions that balance human beings in interaction with their environment.

캐츠킬 국제 영화제 (CIFF) 는 디지털 측면을 유지하면서 모든 아티스트와 참석자에게 유연성과 편리함을 제공하는 하이브리드 접근 방식을 통해 다시 돌아와 직접 축하하게 되어 영광스럽고 기쁩니다.
올해 페스티벌은 97년의 역사를 자랑하는 뉴욕 미들타운의 유명한 파라마운트 극장에서 시작됩니다. 새롭게 개조된 1,100석 규모의 이 극장은 많은 멋진 행사를 주최했으며 그 역사의 일부가 된 것을 기쁘게 생각합니다! 팬들이 좋아하는 작품을 더 많이 선보이기 위해 어워드 부문을 추가하고 72시간짜리 영화 대회를 개최합니다. 이 대회에서는 영화 제작자들이 폐막식 밤에 전 세계 영화를 보고 수상작을 선정하기 위해 경쟁하게 됩니다.
우리의 역사:
캐츠킬 국제 영화제는 양질의 독립 영화, 텔레비전 파일럿 및 전 세계 영화 제작자의 각본을 홍보하는 데 열정을 쏟고 있습니다. CIFF는 시청자와 참가자 모두에게 영감을 주고, 도전하고, 깨달음을 줄 인터랙티브하고 현대적인 경험을 기념하는 스타가 가득한 행사입니다. 참석자들은 레드 카펫을 걷고, 라이브 엔터테인먼트가 있는 애프터 파티에 참석하고, 수상 경력에 빛나는 독립 영화를 관람하고, 영화 세미나와 같은 다양한 이벤트를 즐기고, 잊을 수 없는 이벤트에서 영화 제작자, 스타 및 모델과 만날 수 있습니다.
2018년 7월 CIFF의 첫인상과 소프트 오프닝은 SUNY Sullivan에서 열린 현지 및 국제 프로젝트를 선보였으며, 미술 전시회, 라이브 음악, 도움이 필요한 사람들을 돕기 위한 대학 자선 기부로 완성되었습니다.
행사가 진행되면서 뉴욕 칼리쿤에 있는 칼리쿤 극장과 웨스턴 호텔은 2018년에 캐츠킬 국제 영화제를 개최함으로써 지역 및 예술 커뮤니티의 새로운 장을 열었습니다. 세계적으로 유명한 캐츠킬 산맥에 자리잡고 있으며 뉴욕시에서 차로 가까운 거리에 있는 칼리쿤 극장은 완벽한 영화 촬영지입니다. CIFF는 전 세계 최고의 재능을 선보였습니다. 이 놀라운 아티스트들은 함께 예술을 기념하고 놀라운 시간을 보내면서 마땅히 받아야 할 노출과 홍보를 받을 수 있는 플랫폼을 받았습니다. 참석자들은 어워드 갈라, 라이브 음악, 퍼레이드, 코미디 쇼, 다양한 워크샵, 대화형 Q&A 세션, 장편 영화 라이브 오디션에 이어 숨막히는 영화를 경험했습니다.
Covid-19 기간 동안 우리의 목표는 관련된 모든 사람들에게 안전하고 인터랙티브하며 재미있는 경험을 제공하는 것이었기 때문에 캐츠킬 국제 영화제에 온라인 형식을 도입하게 된 것을 자랑스럽게 생각합니다! 2020년과 2021년에 우리 중 많은 사람들이 즐겼던 이러한 디지털 경험은 COVID-19 때문에 예술에 대한 열정이나 사랑이 무너지지 않았음을 증명했습니다. 창의적인 예술가들은 팬데믹 기간 동안 삶에 적응하여 새롭고 독특한 방식으로 최신 걸작을 브레인스토밍하고 계획하고 실행하는 데 어려움을 겪었습니다. 두 시즌 동안 참석자들은 출연진 및 제작진과의 재미있는 Q&A, 온라인 게임, 심지어 관객들이 여러 부문의 우승자를 선정하는 투표까지 즐겼습니다.
여러 달에 걸친 봉쇄 조치 이후에도 안전 거리 두기 및 마스크 지침을 준수하면서 전 세계 참석자들은 2021년 가을 헐리빌 퍼포밍 아트 센터에서 열린 CIFF의 한정된 행사에 참석했습니다.

프레젠테이션
TUWUN 개념은 마푸체 영토 기원을 나타내며, 이는 가문의 기원인 KVPALME와 함께 LOF에 뿌리를 둔 마푸체 정체성을 나타냅니다. LOF는 넓은 공간인 월마푸 (WALLMAPU), 전체 마푸체 영토의 조상 영토 구조의 기초가 됩니다.
마푸체어인 마푸둔군 (Mapudungun) 이라는 이 개념은 영화를 통해 조상의 지식과 그것이 이해되는 방식과 관련된 정체성과 현실을 알리려는 목적으로 만들어진 TUWUN Muestra de Cine Indígena de Wallmapu를 탄생시켰습니다. 각 민족의 시각과 환경, 영토, 역사, 문화, 영성과의 관계, 따라서 자신의 관점에서 말이죠.
이러한 점에서 TUWUN 전시는 원주민의 문화를 통해 삶을 이해하는 방식을 배울 수 있는 소중한 기회이자, 선주민의 대표적 목소리로 표현된 관점과 현실을 영화를 통해 공유하는 중요한 공간이라고 생각합니다. 영화와 문화의 분권화에 기여하고, 영토 차원의 순환 과정을 창출하고 도시 및 농촌 지역의 광범위하고 다양한 대중에게 순회 전시 및 보완 활동을 제공하는 것 외에도, 대도심에서 멀리 떨어져 있어 일반적으로 영화관에 접근하기 어려운 마을의 마푸체 커뮤니티, 학교 및 문화 센터 등 다양한 공간에서 참여 작품을 전시하고 Nvtram (대화) 을 창출합니다.) 내용물 주위의 공백.
주요 활동
투운은 토착 영화 전시회로, 주로 빌라리카 시립 문화 센터에서 중앙 전시회를 개최하고 도시의 다양한 지역에서 진행되는 활동과 함께 매년 4일간 개최됩니다. 그리고 마푸체 선조의 영토인 발마푸 (칠레 남부와 아르헨티나) 의 다양한 장소를 망라하는 순회 전시회도 열리며, 중앙 전시가 열리는 다음 달부터 다음 해 6월까지 마푸체 사람들이 이 사이클을 마무리하고 위노이 트리판투 (마푸체 새해) 를 기념하며 다시 시작됩니다.
보완 활동: 보완 활동
TUWUN의 틀 안에서 우리는 중앙 전시회와 순회 전시회 기간 동안 다양한 보완 활동을 전개합니다. 그중에는 TRAWUN (회의), 원주민 및 마푸체 게스트의 특별 상영, NVTRAMCINE (시네마 포럼), 다른 영화 및 문화 대회에 삽입된 TUWUN 상영, 학교 및 지역 사회를 위한 상영, 여름 시즌의 특별 주기 등이 있습니다. 그리고 학령기 어린이와 청소년, 성인, 단체 지도자, 마푸체 커뮤니티 등 다양한 관객을 대상으로 교육과 중재를 위해 기획한 정체성을 갖춘 영화 감상 워크숍입니다.
전략적 제휴
TUWUN Muestra de Cine Indígena de Wallmapu는 ADKIMVN Cine y Comunicación Mapuche가 조정하고 제작하며, 리켄 시립 문화 센터와 비야리카 저명한 지방 자치 단체의 후원을 받아 조직, 문화 센터, 지방 문화부, 마푸체 커뮤니티 및 교육 센터 네트워크의 협력을 받아 제작합니다.
촐피신은 2002년 키토에서 열린 최초의 순회 어린이 및 청소년 영화제를 시작으로 그 작업을 시작했습니다. 이 프로젝트가 받은 따뜻한 환영 덕분에 이 페스티벌은 7월부터 9월까지 연례 행사가 되어 문화 활동이 거의 없는 지역에 교육적이고 재미있는 행사를 무료로 제공할 수 있게 되었습니다.
이러한 긍정적인 반응에 힘입어 촐피신은 2004년 6월에 문화 및 교육 비영리 재단이 되었습니다. 10년 이상의 경험을 바탕으로, 촐피신은 안정적인 제안과 작업 방법론에 도달하여 전국적으로 확산되었습니다. 이 페스티벌은 코칭 스태프, 다양한 커뮤니티에서 일하는 문화 관리자, 대규모 팔로워 그룹을 만드는 것을 장려했습니다.
Chulpicine은 사회 개입 도구로 사용되는 영화, 시청각, 커뮤니케이션 및 인터넷과 관련된 다양한 분야의 교육 및 훈련을 위해 기관, 지역 사회 단체 또는 아웃리치 종사자를 위한 일련의 활동 및 워크숍을 설계했습니다. 이러한 활동과 워크숍은 젊은이들의 역량을 활용하고 영화 및 시청각 작업을 통해 활동적이고 참여적인 사회 촉진자 네트워크를 구축함으로써 학습 커뮤니티를 형성하는 출발점이었습니다.
재단은 교육, 개입, 공공 장소 배정, 보급 및 제작과 같은 프로그램 라인을 수행합니다. 이 작업은 커뮤니티 네트워크를 육성하여 커뮤니티의 다양한 이해 관계자에 대한 커뮤니케이션 기술, 분석 및 성찰을 개발하여 조직 및 자기 개발 기술을 강화하는 대안입니다.
재단에는 현재 여러 분야의 팀이 프로젝트를 진행하고 있습니다. 이 사람들은 심리학자, 프로듀서, 프로그래머, 커뮤니케이터, 회계사 등 다양한 분야를 담당합니다.
또한 매년 약 12명의 직원이 고용되어 활동 수행을 지원합니다. 이 그룹은 과거에 페스티벌에서 일했던 사람들과 이 그룹에 가입하고자 하는 몇몇 새로운 젊은이들로 구성되어 있습니다. 또한 매년 다양한 단체의 자원봉사자들의 지원을 받고 있습니다.
신한카드와 함께하는 서울교통공사 국제지하철영화제(Seoul Metro International subway Film Festival)는 시민들의 일상 속 공간인 지하철의 모니터를 통해 국내 및 세계 각국의 초단편영화를 소개하고 언제 어디서나 영화를 즐길 수 있는 열린 문화적 환경을 조성하여 새로운 도시문화를 만들어내는데 이바지하고자 합니다.
