Con sede nella città georgiana di Birr, Offline Film Festival è un evento entusiasmante per gli amanti del cinema e per i registi. Con i film irlandesi e internazionali proiettati in una serie stravagante di locali della città, tutti preceduti da cortometraggi, il pubblico ha l'imbarazzo della scelta.
Il festival comprende anche workshop su tutti gli aspetti della produzione cinematografica tenuti da professionisti del settore. Forse l'aspetto più emozionante di Offline è il concorso di cortometraggi.
Squadre di cineasti realizzano e realizzano un cortometraggio a Birr in pochi giorni, spesso arruolando l'aiuto della gente del posto davanti e dietro le telecamere.
I film sono presentati a una giuria internazionale e proiettati al pubblico l'ultimo giorno con il cortometraggio vincitore che riceve un generoso premio in denaro.
Nel 2007 Joaquín Ortega (regista, attore, stuntman e coordinatore di acrobazie) ha creato con il suo marchio NOIDENTITY la sua squadra internazionale di stuntmen. Nel 2010 ha fondato la casa di produzione indipendente NOIDENTITY Films e ha già prodotto due film privatamente e un programma TV. Nel 2013 continua a promuovere l'intenzione di generare l'industria cinematografica e realizza il primo festival di film d'azione in Spagna.
Così è nato NIAFFS (NOIDENTITY - International Action Film Festival - Spagna), con l'intenzione di generare l'industria cinematografica e promuovere film d'azione internazionali.
Il Shortfilm Festival «San Rafael in short» mira alla diffusione, alla divulgazione e alla proiezione di opere cinematografiche, nonché alla conoscenza di queste da parte del pubblico. Le opere presentate non optano per un premio o un premio, ma solo la valutazione del pubblico.
L’Associazione di Promozione Sociale Esseoesse indice “CortoDino Film Festival Dino De Laurentiis 2025 – XV Edizione”, un concorso che muove dalla volontà di ricordare e celebrare, nella sua terra natale ed in termini non solo commemorativi, ma propositivi, la figura e l’opera di Dino De Laurentiis. All’evento collaborano la Regione Campania, la Città Metropolitana di Napoli, i comuni dell’area vesuviana, il Liceo dell’Arte e della Comunicazione Giorgio De Chirico, le scuole secondarie di primo e secondo grado dell’area vesuviana e le principali associazioni culturali del territorio vesuviano e campano.
Obiettivo centrale dell’iniziativa è pertanto quello di creare un’occasione di incontro, confronto e conoscenza di giovani filmmaker che si affacciano nel panorama cinematografico, nel quale sicuramente rilevante è stato il segno lasciato dall’illustre torrese, promuovendo la diffusione della cultura cinematografica attraverso l’inclusione dei soggetti svantaggiati, e con la ricerca e la promozione di opere dei talenti campani, nazionali e internazionali.
La presenza del mondo dell’associazionismo, culturale e di solidarietà, e quello della scuola costituiscono il segnale più evidente della finalità di raccordarsi in particolare con il mondo dei giovani.
Cortodino Film Festival XV edizione si terrà nel periodo settembre-novembre 2025. Città, luoghi e giorni dell’evento saranno comunicati successivamente.
The San Diego International Kids' Film Festival promotes the idea of entertainment with education. Supported by many across the world, the festival supports the entertainment and education industries by showcasing international films, and gives young, aspiring filmmakers a channel to communicate to an international community. Experimental Forum is an international performance, film and video art festival showcasing experimental film and artists’ moving image from new directors and innovative video artists from around the globe, with the third edition taking place in Los Angeles in November 2018. Our aim is to provide a supportive platform for the exciting and challenging work that is outside the scope of mainstream film festivals and art galleries.
We welcome experimental cinema pieces (abstract, narrative or documentary), video art works, essay films, artists’ moving image and media art, as well as documentary and narrative films that seek to expand, redefine or reconfigure the means and ends of their respective fields. Experimental Forum exists to provide access to, and develop audiences for, artists’ moving image work and is committed to engaging local audiences with new and/or unheard voices in film.
We are particularly interested in works made by early stage filmmakers and artists whose work is underrepresented. We provide a collaborative platform for moving image works made for the gallery and for the cinema with the aim of building a community across disciplinary and institutional faultlines.

Women in Focus emerged in 2009 with the aim of encouraging the promotion and protection of women's rights through film, through the dissemination of films that allow give visibility to the violation of their rights and encourage debate. In this way he sought to create an open standard for men and women around the world space where open dialogue between genres and promote the active participation of the whole society to defend the full exercise of human rights, with a focus on the situation women in the world. They worked on a broad call, unlimited sex, age or origin, and with the conviction that change is possible only from the inclusion of attention.
The axis of Women in Focus is on the woman and her history of violations, to disseminate and denounce the naturalization of the unjust conditions they are facing, and give visibility to the diversity of social, cultural experiences and forms of organization, aiming thinking about other possible worlds. Through films about women also understand and discuss the construction of gender and how it is all of society we seek.
The Curtas Fashion Festival is exclusively dedicated to the promotion of short-film audiovisual works with a fashion theme - highlighting the know-how of industry and handicrafts in this segment.
The Festival exhibits works finalized in digital supports, with a maximum duration of 3 minutes, and is competitive and informative.
The programming of the 1st edition of the Curtas Fashion Festival 2017 will be made up of the "O Saber Fazer do Moda" and Most Cena 1. Showcase with the main objective of promoting the exhibition, promotion and production of the short-lived audiovisual work of the fashion universe. In addition to the screening of films, the Festival also promotes workshops, lectures and debates.

Organized by Associazione Culturale “NO_NAME” with support of the Municipality of Pedara (Sicily, Italy), SICILY INTERNATIONAL SHORT LEAGUE, is a festival totally dedicated to short movies from all over the world, included in the annual program of “Via dei Corti - Festival Indipendente di Cinema Breve”.
The 10th edition of Sicily International Short League will take place among 7th and 21th of July in Pedara.

IL FESTIVAL
Il Comune di Gravina di Catania e le associazioni Gravina Arte e No_Name ormai da sette anni cercano di promuovere il territorio attraverso la cultura. Una cultura che trova una sinergia particolare nel rapporto tra cinema e creatività. In un momento come quello di oggi, dove l’arte e soprattutto il cinema rischiano di essere sopraffatti dall’apatia generale, manifestazioni di questo tipo hanno il presupposto di convogliare le energie innovative in qualcosa di artistico e universale. Ecco perché il Festival è aperto a tutti senza distinzione di età e nazione.
Dopo le diverse iniziative degli anni passati che hanno visto protagonisti i cortometraggi nelle tematiche più particolari e diverse, nel 2015 nasce l’evento “Via dei Corti” - Festival Indipendente di Cinema Breve che oggi è giunto alla sua XII edizione che avrà luogo a Gravina di Catania, presso l’Auditorium Angelo Musco dal 26 al 29 novembre 2026.
