The Neyyar International Film Festival aims to set an internationally-recognized standard of excellence in film production.
The festival strive to support the work of talented and dedicated filmmakers by showcasing international films of the highest quality and awarding prizes in multiple categories of production formats and genres.
The festival also provides professional forums to enable quality films to gain increased distribution and access to wider audiences.
The Neyyar International Film Festival is produced and presented by Neyyar Film Critics Society, a leading national not-for-profit media arts organization.
The year-round programs of Neyyar Film Critics Society reach in the areas of exhibition, seminar and education of independent and art films.
The Inaugural Neyyar International Film Festival will take place in Neyyattinkara, Kerala, India from September 01-10, 2017.
Filmmakers participating in the Festival attend numerous screenings of films and other special events designed to allow interaction between filmmakers and audiences.
Filmmakers from around the world are invited to submit films.

Experimental Forum is an international performance, film and video art festival showcasing experimental film and artists’ moving image from new directors and innovative video artists from around the globe, with the third edition taking place in Los Angeles in November 2018. Our aim is to provide a supportive platform for the exciting and challenging work that is outside the scope of mainstream film festivals and art galleries.
We welcome experimental cinema pieces (abstract, narrative or documentary), video art works, essay films, artists’ moving image and media art, as well as documentary and narrative films that seek to expand, redefine or reconfigure the means and ends of their respective fields. Experimental Forum exists to provide access to, and develop audiences for, artists’ moving image work and is committed to engaging local audiences with new and/or unheard voices in film.
We are particularly interested in works made by early stage filmmakers and artists whose work is underrepresented. We provide a collaborative platform for moving image works made for the gallery and for the cinema with the aim of building a community across disciplinary and institutional faultlines.

LA Underground Film Forum (LAUFF) est la première vitrine d'expérimentation à Los Angeles dans les médias cinématographiques, vidéo et audio. Elle se concentre sur le cinéma d'avant-garde, d'art, indépendant et à faible budget, avec la cinquième édition qui aura lieu en juillet 2020 à Los Angeles.

Women in Focus emerged in 2009 with the aim of encouraging the promotion and protection of women's rights through film, through the dissemination of films that allow give visibility to the violation of their rights and encourage debate. In this way he sought to create an open standard for men and women around the world space where open dialogue between genres and promote the active participation of the whole society to defend the full exercise of human rights, with a focus on the situation women in the world. The Curtas Fashion Festival is exclusively dedicated to the promotion of short-film audiovisual works with a fashion theme - highlighting the know-how of industry and handicrafts in this segment.
The Festival exhibits works finalized in digital supports, with a maximum duration of 3 minutes, and is competitive and informative.
The programming of the 1st edition of the Curtas Fashion Festival 2017 will be made up of the "O Saber Fazer do Moda" and Most Cena 1. Showcase with the main objective of promoting the exhibition, promotion and production of the short-lived audiovisual work of the fashion universe. In addition to the screening of films, the Festival also promotes workshops, lectures and debates.

L'objectif du festival fait référence à la fois à la prise de conscience des filtres externes présents à l'écran, notamment la censure (commerciale, idéologique, esthétique), et des filtres internes de perception et de projection de l'écran, y compris l'autocensure. NEFILTRAVANAE KINO explore l'esthétisation et la marchandisation dans l'art. Le prochain objectif du festival est d'exposer la complexité, la multiplicité et la variété du cinéma.
NEFILTRAVANAE KINO est un festival de films organisé par le Short Movie Club, la plateforme dédiée aux projets cinématographiques. NEFILTRAVANAE KINO est un festival qualifié pour le prix ADAMI Media. La Conférence internationale d'études cinématographiques se tient en même temps que le festival du film. Ainsi, la théorie et la pratique du cinéma sont intégrées au NEFILTRAVANAE KINO.
À l'origine, le festival se tenait en Biélorussie, mais en raison de la répression politique et des positions anti-guerre déclarées publiquement, des projections et des événements peuvent être organisés dans différents pays. Tout d'abord en Lituanie (Vilnius). PROBLÈME D'ALIÉNATION
Nous vivons dans un monde de centres commerciaux et de cinémas multiplex. Nous constatons que le cinéma indépendant et l'art non marchand sont relégués au second plan de l'attention du public. Les attractions primitives remplacent la cinématographie. Le public évadé est aliéné derrière le grand écran. Le cinéma grand public moderne fait donc partie d'un outil de manipulation qui mène à la société de l'aliénation. Le cinéma indépendant a donc tendance à devenir plus illisible pour le grand public. Nous devons comprendre le contexte du cinéaste pour comprendre le cinéma indépendant. C'est pourquoi le concept NEFILTRAVANAE KINO implique la présence physique des cinéastes.
PROBLÈME DE SÉLECTION DE FILMS
Les cinéastes tournent des millions de films. Et des milliers de festivals de courts métrages organisent des projections dans le monde entier chaque année. En moyenne, plusieurs milliers de films sont soumis à un festival de films. Ainsi, divers bons films peuvent être négligés pour une raison quelconque. Choisir la probabilité revient souvent à gagner au loto. Par conséquent, les cinéastes n'ont aucun feedback. C'est un paradoxe que personne ne puisse vous entendre à l'ère d'Internet ! La culture dominante préfère les attractions et les visites décontractées.
Cette idée est également basée sur le problème de sélection des films. Il n'est peut-être pas surprenant qu'une seule personne, dans le meilleur des cas le directeur du programme, ou même des étudiants d'écoles de cinéma prennent la décision préliminaire de sélectionner un film. La concordance des juges ou des préviseurs est plus rare qu'une différence d'antécédents ou de goûts. La sélection ou le jugement peuvent donc être unilatéraux ou superficiels. Ce n'est pas mal car le directeur du programme a bien sûr bon goût et une bonne sensibilité esthétique. Mais nous avons découvert une autre conception du « cinéma non filtré ». Nous l'avons comparé à « la meilleure des meilleures » méthodes. Cette méthode permet de percevoir l'idiome cinématographique sans être dictée par les curateurs d'art.
CÉLÉBRATION DU CINÉMA INDÉPENDANT
Le Unfiltered Cinema Film Festival essaie donc d'éviter « le meilleur des meilleurs » moyens, mais il ne l'ignore pas complètement, bien sûr. Le festival sélectionne des sections de fiction, d'animation, de documentaire, d'expérimentation et de réalité virtuelle. Un jury récompense le meilleur film dans chaque section. Le festival organise des projections dans les salles de cinéma, au Centre national des arts contemporains et dans des espaces artistiques.
Notre objectif est de rassembler les gens autour de l'art, d'avoir un dialogue pour être heureux grâce à une communication intelligente. Le cinéma est un art, pas un sport. Le point clé de notre projet est d'établir une communication entre le cinéaste et le public.

The Tioga Film Festival will be held at the Tioga Movie Theater August 5th, 2017 in Tioga, North Dakota. Deadline submission is July 25th, 2017. All filmmakers from the USA are eligible to participate and there are no limits to submissions. Each submission is required a submission form and fee.
The Film Festival is part of a weekend event in Tioga. Which includes sidewalk sales, A drone camp and more. Selected and winning films will be shown at the Tioga Movie Theater from 11:00 am until 7:00 pm. Winners will be announced and notified no later than August 1st, 2017. Le FECILI (International Cine Libre Fest) est né comme une initiative culturelle qui a pour objectif de diffuser les productions cinématographiques colombiennes, latino-américaines et internationales.
En tant que plateforme d'exposition, nous prétendons réaliser, former et éduquer les gens avec différentes activités non formelles à enseigner. Nous appellerons les personnes qui voient dans l'art, le cinéma et le langage audiovisuel une possibilité de se rencontrer, d'apprendre, de parler et de s'amuser.
Le festival international Cine Libre est organisé par la Corporación Cine Libre. Il est né d'une initiative culturelle dirigée par des jeunes qui veulent que l'art soit au cœur des différentes villes. Ce festival de cinéma aura lieu à El Carmen de Viboral. Antioquia.
Nous avons fait le pari de promouvoir le cinéma en tant qu'outil de transformation sociale, de créer une plateforme culturelle et un artiste d'exposition, de rester unis au sein d'un réseau de festivals qui peut nous aider à transmettre des connaissances.

Year 4 is on the way! The film industry of Philadelphia has come together to make this city an active spot for HORROR shorts from around the world to be screened and celebrated. Philadelphia has one HUGE thirst for horror flicks and Average Superstar Films has stepped up and lead the way for this massive event. This event truly gives both local and international filmmakers their due. It is held at the world famous Trocadero Theatre in Philadelphia. With a $60,000 sound system, and a FULL screen, the theater seats up to 600 movie-goers. This years event will run 10 hours, with a big networking party going on in the lobby area. News outlets and press are active at this event. Celebrities and horror movie Icons from all walks of life have shown up at this event. Last year we members of The Howard Stern Show on hand. Along with Lloyd Kaufman and The Angry Video Game Nerd. We are only accepting online screeners. There are a variety of ways to submit your screener to us (YouTube, Vimeo (FAVORED) , or through one of the online submission services.). This will SAVE YOU MONEY! These events are 21 and up.

Le Festival international du film documentaire de Santiago (FIDOCS) est le principal événement de diffusion, de diffusion et de compétition du cinéma documentaire au Chili et en Amérique latine.
Axé sur la promotion du dialogue et de la réflexion, ainsi que sur la formation du public à l'appréciation du film documentaire dans un contexte de transformation permanente, le FIDOCS cherche à explorer les multiples voies disponibles dans la réalisation de documentaires ainsi que dans les dérives propres aux œuvres non-fictionnelles. Dans son programme, FIDOCS intègre les œuvres de réalisateurs expérimentés et émergents afin d'aborder la question du « RÉEL ». Ce faisant, il prend en compte les différentes dimensions, frontières disciplinaires et tensions liées à la question « qu'est-ce qui est réel ? » , ainsi que le genre documentaire lui-même, a à nous offrir.
Tout au long de son histoire, le FIDOCS s'est positionné comme l'un des festivals de films documentaires les plus prestigieux d'Amérique latine, en tant que plateforme privilégiée pour projeter du cinéma contemporain et promouvoir l'esprit critique. Année après année, dans le cadre de son approche curatoriale sélective, le FIDOCS invite non seulement d'importants représentants des secteurs audiovisuels nationaux et internationaux à exposer leurs œuvres à Santiago, mais aussi, en utilisant cette ville comme plaque tournante du cinéma, à remettre en question, à interpréter et à réécrire le statut de la pratique cinématographique documentaire contemporaine aujourd'hui.
Pour la promotion, le positionnement et l'exploitation de films chiliens et internationaux, le FIDOCS propose trois compétitions principales. Ces sections incluent : COMPÉTITION INTERNATIONALE, COMPÉTITION CHILIENNE et COMPÉTITION DE COURTS MÉTRAGES ÉMERGENTS POUR LES FILMS NATIONAUX.
En outre, FIDOCS a la principale activité industrielle, DOCS IN PROGRESS, pour les œuvres latino-américaines en cours où le jury (monteurs, réalisateurs, concepteurs sonores, producteurs, programmeurs), en plus de choisir un gagnant, nourrit les cinéastes pour effectuer la post-production de leurs films et encourage leur diffusion et leur transmission. Cette section est gérée conjointement avec la section WIP de CHILEDOC CONECTA.
Le festival propose également d'importantes activités de formation et de vulgarisation dans son école FIDOCS, où des étudiants des écoles de cinéma et de communication de tout le Chili viennent de tout le Chili, afin que ses meilleurs étudiants puissent se retrouver dans un espace intergénérationnel et interdisciplinaire avec des invités de festivals internationaux et nationaux ; ils assistent à des master classes, à des ateliers, à des dialogues, entre autres.
En outre, conformément à sa vocation interdisciplinaire, FIDOCS entend accompagner ses projections d'autres interventions artistiques telles que des installations, des expositions, des performances, qui, par leur propre expression, dialoguent avec le concept documentaire. C'est ainsi qu'est née la section FIDOCS EXPANDED, où différents artistes, vidéastes et cinéastes, tous liés aux domaines du son ou du visuel, exposent leurs œuvres.
Enfin, les films sélectionnés seront projetés après la fin du festival, dans différentes régions du Chili et à l'étranger, dans la section BEST OF FIDOCS. L'objectif est l'extension culturelle du festival au niveau territorial, en mettant l'accent sur la circulation des films au niveau régional, en permettant de programmer des répliques sur le territoire national ainsi qu'à l'étranger.
