L'Ajayu Film Association, en coproduction avec Sapa Inti Estudios, invite les cinéastes nationaux et internationaux à participer au 10e Festival international d'animation d'Ajayu, qui se tiendra du 26 au 29 novembre 2025 à Puno, au Pérou.
Depuis sa création, Ajayu s'est imposé comme l'un des festivals péruviens exclusivement dédiés au film d'animation et comme une plateforme essentielle pour la formation, la circulation et la visibilité du film d'animation des territoires du sud des Andes. À l'occasion de ce dixième anniversaire, le festival réaffirme son engagement en faveur de la décentralisation culturelle, en promouvant une industrie audiovisuelle diversifiée, accessible et dotée d'une identité propre.
Le thème central de cette édition est « Des histoires qui racontent la paix », un axe curatorial qui guidera une partie de la programmation générale et sera développé dans une section spéciale. Cependant, ce thème ne conditionne pas la participation, car l'appel à candidatures est ouvert aux œuvres animées de n'importe quel thème.
Ajayu continue d'être un espace de rencontre, d'exposition et de réflexion sur l'animation en tant que langage artistique et moyen de transformation sociale. Les œuvres sélectionnées feront partie de l'exposition officielle du festival et participeront activement à un processus curatorial célébrant dix ans d'histoire.
Experimental Forum is an international performance, film and video art festival showcasing experimental film and artists’ moving image from new directors and innovative video artists from around the globe, with the third edition taking place in Los Angeles in November 2018. Our aim is to provide a supportive platform for the exciting and challenging work that is outside the scope of mainstream film festivals and art galleries.
We welcome experimental cinema pieces (abstract, narrative or documentary), video art works, essay films, artists’ moving image and media art, as well as documentary and narrative films that seek to expand, redefine or reconfigure the means and ends of their respective fields. Experimental Forum exists to provide access to, and develop audiences for, artists’ moving image work and is committed to engaging local audiences with new and/or unheard voices in film.
We are particularly interested in works made by early stage filmmakers and artists whose work is underrepresented. We provide a collaborative platform for moving image works made for the gallery and for the cinema with the aim of building a community across disciplinary and institutional faultlines.

LA Underground Film Forum (LAUFF) est la première vitrine d'expérimentation à Los Angeles dans les médias cinématographiques, vidéo et audio. Elle se concentre sur le cinéma d'avant-garde, d'art, indépendant et à faible budget, avec la cinquième édition qui aura lieu en juillet 2020 à Los Angeles.
Notre programme permet aux cinéastes de réinventer et d'explorer de nouvelles approches, de favoriser de nouvelles formes d'art médiatique et de créer un public pour de tels travaux. Nous visons à présenter un large éventail de travaux explorant les nombreuses définitions et interprétations du concept de « souterrain ».

LE FESTIVAL INTERNATIONAL DU FILM DE GIJÓN/XIXÓN (FICX) a pour objectif de présenter une sélection large et variée de films d'auteur actuellement produits dans le monde entier, et particulièrement axée sur les films innovants et les cinéastes émergents. Cinéma de haute qualité, personnel, jeune dans sa forme, avant-gardiste et indépendant au niveau créatif. Au cours de son processus de sélection, le Festival donnera la priorité aux œuvres intéressantes dont la première mondiale, internationale, européenne ou espagnole aura lieu au FICX, ainsi qu'à celles qui n'ont pas d'accord de distribution commerciale sur le territoire espagnol.

La 10e édition en 2026 du festival CineMigrare aura lieu du 7 au 21 juillet à Pedara (CT).

Our mission is to engage the Gulf of Mexico Community through education and film and to showcase the work of local filmmakers. If you have a short film addressing an ocean or coastal issue concerning the Gulf of Mexico, from your own backyard to the deep sea, please think about entering it into our Harte of the Gulf Film Competition.
Films should be no longer than 15 minutes and address an ocean or coastal topic concerning the Gulf of Mexico region. Films can be fiction or nonfiction.
In an effort to include filmmakers from around the entire Gulf of Mexico region, films will be accepted in languages other than English, but must have English subtitles. You can submit your film into one of two categories: High School or General Public.
Make It Short is a two-day short film festival covering a range of topics from all over the world. Through short films we can experience a huge range of subjects and styles, and our festival includes social commentary, humour and animation. Although we are presenting work on certain themes each short film also stands alone.
This is our first Make It Short. As well as adult submissions it will include shorts created by local schoolchildren and students, and by Brazilian children as part of our cultural exchange programme.

This year the festival is focusing on more networking opportunities for filmmakers over the March 1-4 weekend! More events, engagements and seminars all within walking distance of the St. Norbert college venues. The Great Lakes International Shorts Festival has officially opened its Call for Entries and is now accepting films of all short lengths and genres including Narrative, Animation, Experimental, and all forms of Horror, Suspense, Sci-Fi, and Thriller films, along with Comedies, Religious/Spiritual, Music Videos, and Documentaries, and GLBT films, for the 2019 season.
