Semillero Green Film Fest 2020 es la 10º edición del Concurso Nacional de Cortometrajes de Temática Ambiental. Su objetivo principal es fomentar la creatividad y apoyar la realización nacional independiente de obras audiovisuales cuyo contenido esté referido a la temática ambiental.
El concurso posee dos categorías de participación:
SEMILLERO
Incluye a todas aquellas personas residentes en la Argentina, con domicilio acreditable en el país, o de nacionalidad argentina y que residan en el exterior, mayores de 18 años, a través de la presentación de una o más obras.
SEMILLERITO
Incluye a todos los niños y niñas de nacionalidad argentina de entre 5 y 13 años, que estudien en las escuelas de educación primaria de todo el país, a través de la presentación de una o más obras. Se podrán presentar también las escuelas primarias de todo el país, tanto de gestión pública como privada.

Our screening takes place at the cinema chupki theatre in the tabata District, located in the north of Tokyo - a hip location in Tokyo for independent, counter-culture and progressive thinking.
Experimental Forum is an international performance, film and video art festival showcasing experimental film and artists’ moving image from new directors and innovative video artists from around the globe, with the third edition taking place in Los Angeles in November 2018. Our aim is to provide a supportive platform for the exciting and challenging work that is outside the scope of mainstream film festivals and art galleries.
We welcome experimental cinema pieces (abstract, narrative or documentary), video art works, essay films, artists’ moving image and media art, as well as documentary and narrative films that seek to expand, redefine or reconfigure the means and ends of their respective fields. Experimental Forum exists to provide access to, and develop audiences for, artists’ moving image work and is committed to engaging local audiences with new and/or unheard voices in film.
We are particularly interested in works made by early stage filmmakers and artists whose work is underrepresented. We provide a collaborative platform for moving image works made for the gallery and for the cinema with the aim of building a community across disciplinary and institutional faultlines.
Inconvenient Films is an international competitive human rights documentary film festival, taking place in various cities and towns accross Lithuania. Established in 2007 as an annual film event, it is currently the biggest documentary film festival in the country and the only film festival of this kind in the Baltic States region. The festival invites filmmakers, experts, activists and festival audience to appreciate and discuss the role of documentaries in reflecting and shaping our understanding of reality. The mission of this festival is to use award winning author driven films in raising awareness about human rights issues around the world, encouraging public debate on ways to address them.
Festival’s International Competition is dedicated to the films by new filmmakers – their first or second feature documentary. Films are selected considering artistic value, filmmaking skills and revelation of a relevant human rights topic. The Best Film is selected and awarded by international jury.

Viva! Latino Film Festival NYC Int'l is starting the process for 2017. The festival is the newest Latino international film festival in NYC. We will showcase emerging and established filmmakers from the U.S., Mexico and Latin America. We have industry representatives such as network executives, distributors, etc., on industry panels, workshops, and plenty more. Viva! Depuis 2009, le Puerto Rico Queer Filmfest est le premier et le plus important festival à thème LGBTQ (lesbiennes, gays, bisexuels, transgenres, queer) de la région des Caraïbes. Nous recherchons des films du monde entier qui seront projetés lors de la douzième édition du Festival en mai 2024, ainsi que des projections spéciales.
LA Underground Film Forum (LAUFF) est la première vitrine d'expérimentation à Los Angeles dans les médias cinématographiques, vidéo et audio. Elle se concentre sur le cinéma d'avant-garde, d'art, indépendant et à faible budget, avec la cinquième édition qui aura lieu en juillet 2020 à Los Angeles.
Notre programme permet aux cinéastes de réinventer et d'explorer de nouvelles approches, de favoriser de nouvelles formes d'art médiatique et de créer un public pour de tels travaux. FIDIC 2017. V COCOA INTERNATIONAL INDEPENDENT DANCE FESTIVAL
FIDIC is a biannual international independent festival that gathers international, regional and local artists in a dance event that seeks to promote artistic creation and production, research, support and exchange among colleagues. It is also an occasion to train the audience through reflection and debate meetings that are open to general public.
The festival will take place in the City of Buenos Aires from September 7th to 17th, and its program will feature both national and international shows, urban interventions, and research and exchange meetings. It will also offer spaces for collaborative productions between artists that are coming from different regions and seeking cultural exchange.
FIDIC has many different sections: international, regional and local shows that will take place both at conventional and unconventional settings, performances, spaces to reflect, meetings with producer artists, screen dance, video projections and clinics. In this edition, there will also be place for artists who address movement from a different perspective to show their work. In addition, the festival schedule includes an analysis exercise developed by an interdisciplinary team.
Screen Dance Section – Third Edition Registration is now open: June 9th to July 7th
Submissions after the given deadline will not be considered.
The third edition of the International Screen Dance Exhibition aims to disseminate and promote these expressions, fostering their production in Argentina and around the world.
Artists from any nationality are allowed to participate.
The choosing of the topic is free and authors can submit as many short films as they wish. If the screen dance video submitted is in any language other than Spanish, subtitles in Spanish must be included.
Video runtime limit: 15 minutes.
Call for entries and selection process
Call for entries includes the following categories:
• Screen dance as an artistic expression (with performers or animated)
• Videoclips developed from the choreographic movement
• Screen dance documentary
Registration of plays will not be considered.
Submission process:
-Send an e-mail to fidic2017@gmail.com containing the LINK (YouTube, Vimeo, etc.) to the material. If the material is password protected, it must be included in the e-mail.
-The e-mail subject line must be: Festival Cocoa 2017/Sección Video Danza. The e-mail body must contain title and author of the video.

Selection process is not competitive. Videos will be assessed by a judging panel. Results will be published on our website and social networks. Authors whose videos were selected will receive an e-mail with the proper information.
All selected videos will be included in the Festival’s video library and may be presented at different exhibitions organized during the year with exclusive cultural and or educational (not commercial) purposes.
Important: If the video is accepted, it will have to be shared through Dropbox or WeTransfer in .MOV or .MP4 h264 format, along with two pictures in high resolution and the signed statement.

The artist takes all the responsibility before third parties for any kind of claim regarding the originality or authorship of the submitted project/s.

Le Festival du film de la mer Noire est un événement annuel qui récompense de nouveaux talents inspirants et motivants. Le Festival présentera un cinéma indépendant innovant du monde entier, qui se déroulera le long de la côte roumaine de la mer Noire. La quatrième édition aura lieu à Vama Veche, un lieu charismatique connu pour son esprit jeune, vibrant et artistique.
Dans notre cinquième édition, nous acceptons une variété de courts métrages : narratif, animation, expérimental, étudiant, documentaire, clip vidéo, droits de l'homme, film de mode, ainsi que des longs métrages : narratif, documentaire. La production du film peut être réalisée au cours des dix dernières années.

ECOFILM is an International Environmental Short Film Festival, held annually in Mexico. It responds to the need to raise awareness on environmental topics, promoting audiovisual production and ecological culture with solutions that balance human beings in interaction with their environment.
ECOFILM supports its actions through collaboration and partnership with institutions, companies and individuals committed to the priority environmental issues on the international agenda. The exchange of ideas is melted in a single event: competition between artists, lectures, special guests; a prism of emotions, ideas and visions with a new understanding of the world
Les Claqueta Awards ont été créés en 2011 pour promouvoir les efforts des nouveaux talents et des étudiants des écoles de cinéma du monde entier, ainsi que pour promouvoir la culture cinématographique dans la ville de Vilanova i la Geltrú (Barcelone).
Il s'agit d'un événement à but non lucratif soutenu par différentes institutions publiques, entités sociales et sponsors privés.
Les prix Claqueta, non seulement une exposition, organisent également divers événements tels que des rencontres avec des artistes et des étudiants, des conférences universitaires, des débats, entre autres. C'est une façon intéressante d'aborder les œuvres et de les mettre en relation avec le public.
Les Claqueta Awards sélectionnent depuis 9 ans les meilleures œuvres cinématographiques du monde entier pour les exposer au festival, promouvant ainsi le développement d'un cinéma à caractère clairement international.
Les objectifs du Festival du film TRIFI sont les suivants :
- Promouvoir et encourager les futurs artistes et artisans dans les arts, les médias et la technologie du cinéma.

Le festival international du film HARD:LINE vise à présenter les différents visages du cinéma extrême.
La question de savoir ce que l'on entend par le terme « extrême » peut être comprise en regardant le contenu de notre vaste sélection de films fantastiques. L' « extrême » est souvent défini par une esthétique explicite des éclaboussures, mais il peut également être représenté par des méthodes de narration inhabituelles ou un langage visuel exotique. Nous sélectionnons donc méticuleusement de tels exemples qui pourraient être importants pour l'avenir du genre. Nous n'avons fixé aucune limite dans notre recherche et qu'un film soit une perle de la scène indépendante, qu'il soit amusant ou évident, H:LIFF adore les films spéciaux !
Le HARD:LINE International Film Festival n'est pas un festival d'entrepôt où la priorité est de montrer autant de films que possible, mais se concentre plutôt sur la présentation de quelques exemples élogieux de tout ce que peut être le cinéma extrême.

Cultural Association “Visione Arte” (Art Vision) presents the 11th edition “Corti in Cortile” which has recently turned into International Short Film Festival.
The festival is held in Catania, Italy- Sicily,
from Friday 20th to Sunday 22nd September 2019.
The Festival wants to be a showcase for national and
