Visión general del Festival El propósito del Festival de Cine de Texas Occidental es proyectar diversas películas de directores y productores que normalmente no aparecerían en el oeste de Texas, así como en los medios regionales. Buscamos cortometrajes, documentales, largometrajes, animación y películas estudiantiles, así como guiones de todo el mundo que tengan el espíritu pionero del cine. Somos una organización sin fines de lucro registrada en el Estado de Texas. Historia El festival fue iniciado por una subvención en 2016 de Odessa Arts. El Día de la Educación reúne a más de 100 estudiantes de secundaria en la cuenca del Pérmico para talleres de actuación, guion, dirección y producción. Este es el tercer año del festival. El WTXFF 2018 contará con las siguientes vitrinas: Tales of Texas (15 de noviembre) Educational Day (21 de noviembre) WorldView (22 de noviembre) Artpocalypse (23 de noviembre) Si tienes películas sobre Texas, zombis, el post-apocalipsis o películas internacionales con inglés subtítulos, inscribir elos por favor. Por favor, no se ponga en contacto con nosotros acerca de las exenciones de tarifas. Somos un pequeño festival financiado por subvenciones que se basa en los gastos de inscripción.

Festifal, es un Festival Internacional de Cortometrajes con el Mundo Rural como eje principal que se celebra cada dos años en Urrea de Gaén.

Desde el Centro de Estudios del Bajo Martín, en nuestro afán por dinamizar el ambiente cultural en la comarca nos propusimos en 2009 la organización de un Festival Internacional de Cortometrajes de temática rural que permitiera conocer otras realidades y entornos rurales distintos al nuestro en diferentes partes del planeta, a través, no solo del documental, sino también a través de la ficción.

Este proyecto, que surge de la idea de aunar cine y entorno rural y acercarlo a los habitantes de la comarca y al público en general, se ha ido consolidando edición tras edición cobrando cada vez más importancia dentro del circuito de festivales.
Año a año aumenta el número de propuestas recibidas, en su mayoría cortometrajes de gran calidad enviados desde todas las partes del mundo.

Festifal se ha convertido con el paso de los años en una cita ineludible dentro de la agenda cultural de la comarca con un gran éxito de público que acude a ver los trabajos finalistas a lo largo de todo el certamen.

The Green-Go International Short Film Contest aims to gather environmentally and socially conscious youngsters to organize the contest and the festival on one hand, and on the other hand, to inspire youngsters to creatively express their ideas in a
short film format. With the shorts, we aim to raise awareness on environmental and social problems at global, European and national level. With Green-Go festival, we wish to create the basis of a sustainable green film event that activates both youngsters and the civil society, attracts interested people and stakeholders and generates dialogues within the whole society about key eco-social questions.

Within the film contest, we accept shorts in three categories to reflect on European awareness, global environmental and social problems and the connection between biodiversity and society.

The Green-Go Short Film Contest is generously supported by the European Commission.

This year we are awaiting short films (and Testimonies!) in the following three categories:

1. Build green, live green (Green infraestructure)
2. The last day on Earth? (Earth's overshoot day)
3. Your Europe in 2050 (EU budget)

The Hollywood Brazilian Film Festival celebrates its 9th edition this year. HBRFEST quickly became the main festival dedicated to promoting independent Brazilian cinema in the United States. It is the only festival in the world capital of cinema that supports the exchange between the best in independent Brazilian production and Hollywood.
In 2017, the Hollywood Brazilian Film Festival will present three days, of the most brilliant Brazilian films of the year. Award-winning actors, writers and directors will be in attendance.
In addition to the film screenings, the Hollywood Brazilian Film Festival also promotes panels, workshops and debates.

In 2016, the Hollywood Brazilian Film Festival will present in 3 days, the most important Brazilian films of the year. Award-winning actors, writers and directors will be in attendance.

In addition to the film screenings, the Hollywood Brazilian Film Festival also promotes panels, workshops and debates.

This year's festival takes place at the Ricardo Montalban Theatre in Hollywood, California, and it will award productions in the following categories: Best Short Film. There will also be special recognition for Award Star Rise and Humanitarian Award.

The Hollywood Brazilian Film Festival is produced by Talize Sayegh, which also has been cooperated with major festivals like the Los Angeles Latino International Film Festival (Laliff) and the Rio Festival.
The deadline for applications is October 1st 2017.

General Rules & Regulations for Filmmakers

1. Eligibility: Films must have been completed after a specific date (usually the last 24 months).

2. Subtitles: All non-English films must have English subtitles.

3. Exemption: As an MIB-exempted festival, we prioritize artistic integrity, but films must comply with international screening standards.

4. Format: Initial submissions should be through secure online screeners (Vimeo/YouTube with password or digital upload).

5. Selection: The decision of the DIFF Selection Committee and Jury will be final and binding.

Rules & Terms

ENTRY FEE FOR SUBMISSIONS OF FILMS:

(1) Entry fees for FEATURE FILMS (Duration: 50 mins to 105 mins max) : 5000/- INR or (63.23 USD)

(2) Entry fees for SHORT FILMS (Duration: 00.10 mins to 00.50 mins): 3,000/- INR or (36.27 USD)

(3) ANIMATION FILMS in all categories (Duration: 00.05 mins to 00.30 mins max).
(4) Entry fees for STUDENT FILMS: 1500/-INR or (21USD)

(LATE ENTRY FEES WILL BE DOUBLE THE ENTRY FEES MENTIONED ABOVE APPLICABLE TO FILMS SUBMITTED BEYOND THE DEADLINE ANNOUNCED)

SUBMISSION GUIDELINES:

1.Films without English Subtitles (except English Films), shall not be considered for selection.

2.Films submitted with watermarks or logos shall be rejected.

3.Only Trailers or promos cannot be submitted for selection process.

4.Film Download link with password is preferred, DVD or Bluray are also accepted as hard copies.

5.If submitting hard copies, Two full HD DVDs/Bluray should be sent by courier to the Festival office along with a hard copy of this entry form duly filled. DVDs must be labeled with film title, director name, duration, phone number and email id on them. Director pic, Poster, Film Stills may be attached in an email.

6. For submissions coming from outside India, the packages must be marked, “For Festival & Cultural Purpose only, No Commercial value”.

7. DIFF does not pay screening fees to film makers.

8. DIFF will not return the Films submitted online or vide DVDs/Pen Drives/ Blu-ray etc. during or after the festival.

TERMS & CONDITIONS:

1. DIFF reserves the right to showcase the film so submitted perpetually anywhere ( other festivals, television, online etc).

2. DIFF reserves the right to include the film and related material in its promotional activities.

3. All Decisions made by the Appointed “Selection Committee” regarding Selections, screenings, awards at the Festival in entirety will be final. In case of Dispute, decision of the President is final.

4. The film makers and their representatives undertake to use the official logo and the status of their Selection or Award strictly in conformation with DIFF 2022 designs and they further undertake to use such festival logo in all their promotions, posters and marketing publications with the consent of the festival.

5. A film selected for the festival does not run in competition automatically. A Jury will select the films which feature in Competition.

6. The Festival shall not bear / reimburse any freight or other charges in foreign or Indian currency.

7. Once selected for screening, the film shall not be withdrawn.

8. The last date of submissions of ENTRIES IS 10.12.2024 and Date of Intimation of Selection will be 15.12.2024

FESTIVAL INTERNACIONAL DE CINE INDEPENDIENTE SMR13

El Festival Internacional de Cine Independiente SMR13 es un evento anual de cuatro (4) días de duración, certificado por el IMDB, que se celebra en la segunda quincena de noviembre en Saint-Mitre-Les-Remparts, en el sur de Francia, cerca de Marsella.

En primer lugar, se trata de un festival presencial que se celebra en «La Manare», una sala de espectáculos específica con una superficie total de 1000 m² y una capacidad de 250 espectadores.

La décima edición del festival internacional de cine independiente SMR13 tendrá lugar del 21 al 23 de noviembre de 2025.

El festival destaca por su red altamente desarrollada, sus miembros apasionados y sus asociaciones de confianza. Es un escaparate único para el cine independiente, que atrae a profesionales de todo el mundo.

Desde sus inicios, el festival ha contado con el apoyo de un mecenas, una figura emblemática del cine independiente. John Carpenter (2018), director, guionista y compositor (Halloween, The Thing, Nueva York 1997...). Andréa Ferréol (2019), actriz (La Grande Bouffe, Le Dernier Métro, La Scoumoune...). Francis Ford Coppola (2019), director y guionista (El padrino, Apocalypse Now, Drácula...). Virginie Lemoine (2020), actriz (Famille d'Accueil, Nos années parallèles, Oscar...). Sean S. Cunningham (2021), director y productor (Friday the 13th, Spring Break, DeepStar Six...). Patrice Leconte (2022 y 2023), director y productor (Les Bronzés, Les Spécialistes, Maigret, Olivier Marchal (2024), actor, guionista y director (36 quai des Orfèvres, Flics, Braquo y Pax Massillia).
