Creada para animar a los creadores de contenido con orígenes únicos a compartir sus historias durante el Festival de Cine de Cannes, la muestra independiente de cortometrajes y series web Diversity in Cannes promoverá el trabajo de cineastas diversos (pensamiento, raza, género, edad, religión, capacidad física y orientación sexual) y los reconocerá a nivel mundial por sus logros en el cine.
Las seis u ocho mejores películas y series web de TODAS las películas elegibles, según lo determinado por Beyond Borders: Diversity in Cannes y sus socios, se considerarán candidatas y se proyectarán durante la muestra de cortometrajes y webseries Diversity in Cannes que se celebrará en mayo de 2018, en un evento independiente durante el Festival de Cine de Cannes. Los ganadores serán determinados por el jurado y anunciados en la presentación.
Si bien los eventos tienen lugar en Francia al mismo tiempo que el Festival de Cine de Cannes, ¡la Muestra de Cortometrajes Diversity in Cannes es un EVENTO INDEPENDIENTE!
BOSIFEST es el festival internacional de cine documental para y para personas con discapacidad, el único de este tipo en el sudeste de Europa, que organizará este año por decimosexta vez en Serbia el Hendi Center Koloseum. Como en los últimos quince años, este año se proyectarán en la gran pantalla un gran número de películas, tanto en la parte competitiva como en la no competitiva. Hasta ahora, los visitantes del BOSIFEST han tenido la oportunidad de ver 850 películas que tienen como tema la vida de las personas con discapacidad o que han sido creadas por autores discapacitados.

The San Francisco Frozen Film Festival (SFFFF) is a Nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization founded in 2006 that is dedicated to creating avenues for independent filmmakers, youth, filmmakers of conscience, and artists from underserved communities to come together and exhibit their work to the widest possible audience.
The San Francisco Frozen Film Festival is held every summer in the heart of the Mission district in San Francisco at the Roxie Theatre. Filmmakers whose work is accepted into the festival are invited to come to the city by the bay in the dead of summer to screen and discuss their work.
In addition to our annual international film festival, the SFFFF Youth Program is specifically focused on demonstrating to underserved youth that existing pathways do exist to help them find a career in the film arts. SFFFF holds annual music and art performances, as well as youth programming and awards presentations.
Bašta Fest es un festival internacional de cortometrajes de ficción que se celebra en Bajina Bašta, Serbia Occidental. Es un evento anual que se celebra durante el primer fin de semana de julio y dura cuatro días. Debido a la profesión de los fundadores (los actores Jovan Jelisavčić y Maja Šuša), el principal punto de interés del festival es la colaboración entre directores y actores. Creemos que centrarse en la calidad de ese esfuerzo artístico conjunto tendrá un impacto positivo en el posicionamiento del Bašta Fest entre los festivales de cortometrajes. Bašta Fest es de gran importancia para la descentralización de la cultura, ya que ha traído películas, música y programas fuera del programa a esta hermosa región. La entrada a todas las proyecciones en Bašta es gratuita, mientras que siempre se celebran bajo los cielos nocturnos abiertos. Actualmente hay dos lugares oficiales del festival: el parque Borići y el lago Perućac.
14a edición del Festival Internacional de Cine para niños y adolescentes «AnifestRozafa», del 13 al 16 de noviembre de 2023 en Shkodra, Albania.
El jurado internacional del festival AnifestRozafa2023 se establecerá en colaboración con la Asociación Europea de Cine Infantil (ECFA).
La evaluación de los valores artísticos será realizada por un jurado internacional y por un jurado especial compuesto por 23 niños de 8 a 12 años.
En la selección se anunciará la película ganadora, el «Premio ECFA», que competirá en el festival de BERLÍN en febrero de 2024.
Las películas que compitan en la 14ª edición del Festival Internacional de Cine para Niños y Adolescentes deben haber sido producidas después del 1 de junio de 2021.

La Mostra FIRE!! es el primer festival de cine de temática LGBT creado en nuestro país, en 1995, por el Casal Lambda de Barcelona. Aborda la diversidad afectiva en su sentido más amplio a través de una cuidada selección de largometrajes, documentales y cortometrajes. Cine de calidad, películas de autor y enfoque educativo son sus principales señas de identidad.

El nombre del festival es un homenaje a la revista neoyorquina homónima de finales de los años veinte, FIRE!!, dirigida por el escritor negro y homosexual Richard Bruce Nugent, retratado en una de las películas mas emblemáticas del festival, Brother to Brother, que proyectamos hace unos años.

The idea of creating a sport film festival in Croatia was born out of a desire to establish a well-executed cultural and media event celebrating sport films and showcasing athletes and the sports industry in general in a broader cultural context. The focus and highlight of the High 5 Sport Film & Media Festival will be a carefully selected international selection of sports documentaries, many of them premiering at the event.
In addition to film screenings, we envisage a complementary program of daily panel discussions and lectures, including discussions regarding the simultaneous 2016 UEFA European Championship and sport-themed art and photography exhibitions, including a retrospective of Croatian sport photography.
