International Film Festival for Children and Youth in Zlín belongs among the oldest and largest events of its kind worldwide. The festival is a non-profitable event with all screenings and supporting events free of charge. The audience consists mainly of children and youth from the Zlín region, but also university students and adult visitors to whom late-night screening slot with appropriate dramaturgy are devoted. More and more film professionals from all over the world come to Zlín. In recent years have been providing intensive support for young emerging filmmakers, which reflected in the competitive section of European First Films and non-competitive section of midnight movies called Night Horizons. Screenings are accompanied by a series of seminars, workshops and entertainment events. Each year the festival devotes its edition to a selected cinema of one particular European nation.

NOFI is a multi stage International Festival of New and Original Films. It was founded by the Center of American New Cinema and Arts (CANCA). The preliminary stages take place in Russia, Sweden and Armenia while the final stage is taking place in USA (Los Angeles). Each year an estimated 1000 independent and student films participate in the NOFI festivals from 60 countries. We have representatives in 10 countries including USA, Russia, Sweden, Armenia, Belarus, UK,Belgium, Holland, Arab Emirates and Philippines.
The goal of the NOFI festivals is to find and invite talented film directors to NOFI film studying and producing programs for shooting their films with the help of our sponsors and grants. We then represent, promote and will try to sell the best films from NOFI in the American Film Market, Cannes film market, Amazon, Netflix, Hulu and other markets. Winning films can also participate in NOFI sister’s film festivals in Korea, Poland, Germany, Estonia, Russia and Armenia. The winners from each category and diplomas of honor can have the opportunity to show their films (edited versions) at our NOFI film festival on YouTube channel. The best actors from the best films can join our “Accent” International Talent Management. Also the trailers of the awarded films will be in our web site for years, providing more exposure. Our festival helps expose new and emerging directors and actors. NOFI festivals give them an opportunity to present their names in motion pictures studios and be discovered in the film industry worldwide. NOFI is designed to showcase innovative work by new filmmakers who may (or may not) have been overlooked by other festivals. We organize forums and round tables with filmmakers during the NOFI festivals to understand their needs, help solve common problems with film production and discuss their future projects. Our slogan is- “Indie filmmakers without borders.” Many celebrities and representatives from film studios have attended screenings and award ceremonies of NOFI festivals.

Le « Festival du film indépendant du Golfe de Naples » est un événement destiné à servir de vitrine internationale à des films de différents types et genres, afin de promouvoir et de diffuser les films d'art, d'auteur et expérimentaux qui ne sortent pas dans les salles de cinéma, de favoriser le dialogue entre différentes expériences et de créer un point de rencontre pour le soutien de la culture cinématographique.
Le festival du court métrage de Prokuplje, fondé en 2011, est le plus jeune festival de films de Serbie. À Prokplje, le public peut découvrir le meilleur du documentaire, de l'expérimental, de l'animation et de la fiction du monde entier. Des milliers de films du monde entier arrivent à l'adresse du festival, comme en témoignent les nombreux spectateurs de Prokuplje, mais aussi d'autres villes de Serbie et de la région, car l'équipe organise une tournée au cours de laquelle les meilleurs films sont présentés dans plus de 30 villes. C'est pourquoi et parce que le film a été présenté aux jeunes, nous avons apporté l'œuvre avec eux, dans toutes les écoles primaires et secondaires, qui constituent un public potentiel et seront animées par la présentation de films du festival et par une discussion sur l'importance du festival. Axolotl Film Festival of Mexico City with Cactus Films invite Mexican and international filmmakers residing in and outside the country to participate in its second edition to be be held from the 9th to the 13th of November, 2016 in the windows of different shops on the main streets of the Historical Center of Mexico City.
The shop windows are natural screens, generally disregarded, ready to present and recreate our lives and experiences in Mexico City. Commercial establishments are no longer meeting places for citizens and, conversely, are spaces that separate us. We believe that cinema can generate and promote a sense of community among the residents and the visitors of the city.
All participating short film and video need to reference, in their subject matter, characters, settings and/ or storyline, to Mexico City. The short films could have been produced in Mexico City, in other states or abroad.
ONLY GALICIAN SHORT FILMS
Short films only: under 30 minutes.
Submitted films must have been completed after 2017 and 2018 and they must also be Galician. This means they must have been either produced by companies or people from Galicia, directed by a Galician director.
Music videos must be Galician too. It means they must be either related to a song from a Galician musician or directed by a Galician author.
Le Festival international du court métrage de Cali, avec l'ouverture de son appel, sera un espace d'exposition de courts métrages professionnels et universitaires de la ville de Cali et du monde entier afin de servir de point de rencontre entre les nouveaux cinéastes et les professionnels du court métrage.
Le XVIIe Festival international du court métrage de Cali aura lieu du 23 au 27 septembre 2025, dans la ville de Santiago de Cali, en Colombie.
L'appel pour les catégories compétitives du festival sera ouvert à partir du 20 mars 2025 et nous clôturerons la période d'inscription le 31 mai 2025 à minuit, heure locale colombienne (UTC-5).
Les films envoyés dans les catégories suivantes : sélection officielle nationale, sélection universitaire officielle nationale, sélection officielle internationale et sélection universitaire officielle internationale doivent avoir été achevés après le 15 janvier 2024.
