Introducción
El 24º MonFilmFest, organizado por Immagina a.c. APS, regresa del 2 al 11 de julio de 2026 en Mombello Monferrato (Turín) y en modo «en todas partes». El festival tiene como objetivo contar historias a través del cine, dando espacio a nuevas voces y talentos. Esta edición celebra el tema «Esta tierra es mi tierra» (Questa terra è la mia terra), un homenaje a Monferrato y al planeta en su complejidad y belleza.
¿Misión
La búsqueda de nuevas historias y nuevos talentos cinematográficos a través de «un juego» que define y determina «una forma de producir».
Singularidad y caracterización: MonFilmFest ha mantenido sus raíces como «juegos de cine sin fronteras» en Monferrato, pero se ha abierto al mundo. En nuestros reglamentos, establecemos pautas coherentes con nuestro pasado, partiendo de la idea de narrar, desde Monferrato, el planeta en sus múltiples aspectos físicos, antrópicos, políticos y económicos, destacando sus evidentes criticidad ambiental y su belleza resiliente.
Secciones del festival: Cinema Games
1. Siete días para una película (Sette Giorni per un Film)
Esta es la esencia de MonFilmFest: el desafío de crear un cortometraje en solo siete días, desde la escritura hasta la proyección. Esta sección se divide en dos modos:
1. IN SITU
Los autores invitados se trasladarán a Mombello Monferrato, donde rodarán la película íntegramente en el territorio.
Detalles: Se garantiza la hospitalidad para un máximo de 5 personas (pensión y alojamiento incluidos).
La tripulación debe tener su propio vehículo y estar equipada con su propio equipo de filmación y edición.
2. FUERA DEL SITIO
Los autores invitados producirán su película dondequiera que se encuentren, respetando los mismos plazos que en el modo ON SITE.
Detalles: No hay restricciones territoriales, pero se aplican las normas específicas indicadas en el reglamento enviado a los participantes invitados.
2. Vitrina (Vetrina)
Una sección dedicada a la investigación y la proyección de obras cinematográficas producidas después del 1 de enero de 2024. No hay límites de género, duración o estilo. La plataforma FESTHOME albergará las películas y las pondrá a disposición de un público internacional.
3. ¡Charla, acción! (¡El chat es gira!)
¡El chat es gira! es el nuevo juego de MonFilmFest dedicado a la preproducción de una película escrita a cuatro manos con inteligencia artificial. Lanzado durante la 21ª edición en 2023, tras el acalorado debate de los últimos tiempos, el proyecto involucra a guionistas y desarrolladores de IA que trabajan juntos para crear un guion original.
El primer paso consistirá en escribir —en italiano y con las sugerencias de Inteligencia Artificial— la sinopsis, el tema, el tratamiento y el guion de un cortometraje, todo ello en siete días. La organización indicará el software del chat bot a los participantes. El autor exclusivo de la obra es el participante humano, quien exime a la asociación de los riesgos específicos relacionados con los derechos de autor algorítmicos.

El objetivo de esta CONVOCATORIA DE PROPUESTAS es seleccionar y difundir las producciones audiovisuales realizadas por mujeres negras para participar en la VII Muestra Competitiva de Cine Negro Adelia Sampaio, que se celebrará del 3 al 8 de noviembre de 2025. Esta edición tendrá un formato híbrido, y las películas se proyectarán en línea y en un evento en vivo. Su objetivo es promover el intercambio entre las directoras negras del cine mundial. La VII Muestra Competitiva de Cine Negro Adelia Sampaio seleccionará cortometrajes, mediometrajes, largometrajes y telefilmes realizados por directoras negras (cis y trans), a partir de enero de 2023 en formato digital. En el caso de producciones cuyo audio no se haya capturado en portugués, la película debe estar subtitulada en portugués.
Los objetivos de la Muestra de Cortometrajes “San Rafael en Corto” son la difusión, la divulgación y la proyección de obras cinematográficas, así como el conocimiento de éstas por parte del público asistente.
Las obras que se presentan no optan a ningún premio ni galardón, sólo a la valoración del público asistente.

ENTRY FEE FOR SUBMISSIONS OF FILMS:
(1) Entry fees for FEATURE FILMS (Duration: 50 mins to 105 mins max) : 5000/- INR or (63.23 USD)
(2) Entry fees for SHORT FILMS (Duration: 00.10 mins to 00.50 mins): 3,000/- INR or (36.27 USD)
(3) ANIMATION FILMS in all categories (Duration: 00.05 mins to 00.30 mins max).
(4) Entry fees for STUDENT FILMS: 1500/-INR or (21USD)
(LATE ENTRY FEES WILL BE DOUBLE THE ENTRY FEES MENTIONED ABOVE APPLICABLE TO FILMS SUBMITTED BEYOND THE DEADLINE ANNOUNCED)
SUBMISSION GUIDELINES:
1.Films without English Subtitles (except English Films), shall not be considered for selection.
2.Films submitted with watermarks or logos shall be rejected.
3.Only Trailers or promos cannot be submitted for selection process.
4.Film Download link with password is preferred, DVD or Bluray are also accepted as hard copies.
5.If submitting hard copies, Two full HD DVDs/Bluray should be sent by courier to the Festival office along with a hard copy of this entry form duly filled. DVDs must be labeled with film title, director name, duration, phone number and email id on them. Director pic, Poster, Film Stills may be attached in an email.
6. For submissions coming from outside India, the packages must be marked, “For Festival & Cultural Purpose only, No Commercial value”.
7. DIFF does not pay screening fees to film makers.
8. DIFF will not return the Films submitted online or vide DVDs/Pen Drives/ Blu-ray etc. during or after the festival.
TERMS & CONDITIONS:
1. DIFF reserves the right to showcase the film so submitted perpetually anywhere ( other festivals, television, online etc).
2. DIFF reserves the right to include the film and related material in its promotional activities.
3. All Decisions made by the Appointed “Selection Committee” regarding Selections, screenings, awards at the Festival in entirety will be final. In case of Dispute, decision of the President is final.
4. The film makers and their representatives undertake to use the official logo and the status of their Selection or Award strictly in conformation with DIFF 2022 designs and they further undertake to use such festival logo in all their promotions, posters and marketing publications with the consent of the festival.
5. A film selected for the festival does not run in competition automatically. A Jury will select the films which feature in Competition.
6. The Festival shall not bear / reimburse any freight or other charges in foreign or Indian currency.
7. Once selected for screening, the film shall not be withdrawn.
8. The last date of submissions of ENTRIES IS 10.12.2024 and Date of Intimation of Selection will be 15.12.2024
FIDOCS, el Festival Internacional de Documentales de Santiago, es el principal espacio de encuentro, difusión y competencia del cine documental en Chile y Latinoamérica. Abocado a promover el diálogo, la reflexión y formación de audiencias en torno al cine documental en un sentido amplio y en permanente transformación, FIDOCS busca explorar los diversos caminos del cine documental y las derivas de la no ficción. Esto, incorporando en su programación obras de realizadores consagrados y emergentes, donde la pregunta por ‘lo real’ se aborda en múltiples dimensiones, tensionando géneros y fronteras disciplinarias.
A lo largo de su historia, FIDOCS se ha posicionado como uno de los festivales más destacados del género en América Latina, transformándose en un espacio privilegiado del pensamiento crítico y el cine contemporáneo. A través de su exigente selección, año a año, el festival no sólo convoca a importantes exponentes de industria audiovisual nacional e internacional, sino que se instala en la ciudad de Santiago como una plataforma para cuestionar, interpretar y reescribir el presente.
FIDOCS cuenta con tres competencias oficiales para la promoción, exhibición y posicionamiento de películas chilenas y extranjeras. Estas secciones son: COMPETENCIA INTERNACIONAL y COMPETENCIA NACIONAL, ambas de largos y mediometrajes; y COMPETENCIA NACIONAL DE CORTOS EMERGENTES.
Además FIDOCS cuenta con una principal actividad de industria, DOCS IN PROGRESS, una competencia latinoamericana de primer corte donde contamos con la participación de destacados exponentes de la industria internacional, así como con tutores nacionales e internacionale específicos (montajistas, realizadores, especialistas en sonido, productores, programadores, etc.) que retroalimentan a los equipos de cada proyecto para llevar a término la postproducción de sus películas e incentivar su difusión y comercialización. Esta sección se realiza en conjunto con la sección WIP de CHILEDOC CONECTA.
El festival cuenta también con importantes actividades de formación y extensión en su ESCUELA FIDOCS, donde se convocan alumnos de las escuelas de cine y comunicaciones de todo Chile para que sus estudiantes más destacados se encuentren en un espacio intergeneracional e interdisciplinario con diversos invitados e invitadas internacionales y nacionales del festival; asistiendo a Clases Magistrales, workshop, talleres, diálogos, entre otras.
Además, atendiendo a su vocación interdisciplinaria, FIDOCS pretende acompañar sus funciones de otras intervenciones artísticas como instalaciones, exposiciones, performances, que desde sus propios medios expresivos dialoguen con el concepto de documentalidad. Así surge la sección FIDOCS EXPANDIDO, en donde se realizan focos de diversos artistas, video-artistas y cineastas vinculados al ámbito de las artes sonoras o visuales.
Por último, las películas elegidas se exhibirán en fechas posteriores a la realización del festival, en regiones de Chile o en el exterior, en la sección LO MEJOR DE FIDOCS. La misma tiene por finalidad es la extensión cultural del festival a nivel territorial, poniendo énfasis en la circulación de las obras a nivel regional, pudiendo realizarse réplicas en el territorio nacional así como en el extranjero.

Documentales españoles (Largometrajes y Cortometrajes)
El Festival Internacional de Cine Independiente de Paracho (FICIP) surge en el año 2012 como un evento de convivencia para la proyección y premiación de trabajos audiovisuales, en los que hayan empleado una narrativa cinematográfica a pesar de contar con un muy bajo presupuesto. El Festival Internacional de Cine Independiente de Paracho es un espacio para los realizadores independientes y productores en donde puedan mostrar su trabajo y conocer el de los demás.
El festival tiene como fin impulsar de manera definitiva la producción de cine en la región invitando figuras del ámbito nacional e internacional a pasar unos días en Támesis acercando con esto el conocimiento de la región, su gente y su cultura. Será un festival de corte regional y territorial que tendrá categorías nacionales e internacionales y transformará a Támesis y sus zonas rurales en salas de cine por 4 días.
ABYCINE – FESTIVAL Y MERCADO DE CINE INDEPENDIENTE DE ALBACETE tiene entre sus objetivos fundamentales la difusión y promoción de películas y cortometrajes de carácter independiente que, por una u otra razón, no disfrutan de distribución regular en los circuitos convencionales de exhibición.
El Festival trata de cubrir, en la medida de lo posible, este importante vacío. Asimismo, otro de sus propósitos, no menos relevante, es presentar una selección de películas que atiendan a las nuevas corrientes del cine joven contemporáneo, al fenómeno “indie” en el cine español y a la educación de la mirada de las nuevas generaciones de espectadores.
El objetivo principal del Festival Internacional de Cine CHHATRAPATI SHIVAJI es brindar a los cineastas de todo el mundo la oportunidad de sobresalir y de seleccionar y exhibir las mejores obras en una celebración del cine, así como brindar a los cineastas una plataforma para establecer contactos entre otros profesionales y artistas cinematográficos. También incluimos y apoyamos activamente no solo los mejores ejemplos de cine clásico, sino también obras que son experimentales, que abren nuevos horizontes en nuevas formas no narrativas y que se adentran en las videoartes. Todas las películas se revisarán a medida que se presenten y se elegirá a las mejores de cada categoría para que se proyecten en el festival. Luego, un jurado de profesionales del sector verá a los finalistas y elegirá las selecciones ganadoras.
Los cineastas que tengan previsto asistir deberán comunicarlo al festival de cine lo antes posible para que sus nombres puedan figurar en el programa programado del lugar donde se proyectará su película. https://csiff.buddhafest.in/
Desde el 2009, el Puerto Rico Queer Filmest es el primer y más grande festival de temática LGBTQ (Lésbica, Gay, Bisexual, Transgénero, Queer) en la región del Caribe. Buscamos películas locales e internacionales para formar parte de la programación durante la 12.a edición del Festival en mayo 2024, así como en proyecciones especiales.
FICSEM es un nuevo Festival de Cine Social y Ecológico, que iba a ver la luz por primera vez en 2020, en la zona del Mediterráneo.
Por causas mayores, y habiéndonos visto inmersos en una situación en la cual nos hemos visto visto afectados todos, hemos decidido amoldarnos a la actual, y dar un nuevo enfoque a nuestro festival. Manteniendo la ilusión y la pasión que sentimos por el mundo artístico.
Nuestro festival está orientado a la difusión y al fomento de los autores cinematográficos relacionados con temas de valor social y/o ecológicos.
Porque creemos en el poder del arte cómo medio transformador, nuestro aporte desde este festival es dar visibilidad a los proyectos que traten cambios medioambientales y sociales en los que nos vemos inmersos. Somos un festival internacional porque entendemos el mundo más allá de las barreras, y porque nos mueve la necesidad de conocer otras culturas y compartir lo mejor de la nuestra, cómo aportar a cualquier mejora en rincón del mundo.
El mediterráneo es el clima que nos envuelve, y nos sentimos identificados con él. En cuanto a calidez, cercanía y transparencia. Somos un festival que arranca fuerte, con un gran número de artistas comprometidos que comparten nuestra causa, y las ganas de compartir.
Y por ello no tenemos miedo a mameluco los patrones de festivales más clásicos. Tanto es así, que en el premio a mejor actor y/o actriz, el reconocimiento del premio recae sobre su labor social y/o ecológica... Y no solo en sus dotes.
A pesar de tener unas bases firmes ideológicas. Nos abrimos a otras áreas artísticas e iniciativas.
El festival internacional de cortometrajes Flor Azul se celebrará en el Centro Cultural 25 de Febrero (Caballito, Ciudad de Buenos Aires, Argentina) el día 25 de septiembre de 2021.

Festival Internacional de Cortos de Errenteria, que en 2021 celebra su edición XXVI. Nuestro Festival se caracteriza por una apuesta por el cortometraje vasco, una defensa del euskera y una promoción del cortometraje español.
El Certamen Internacional de Cortos “Ciudad de Soria” tiene como objetivo promover el cortometraje como medio de expresión audiovisual, contribuyendo a su reconocimiento, difusión y valorándolo como medio esencial de transmisión de la cultura y de arma educativa.
Considerándolo en todo momento CINE con mayúsculas y tomando este formato como parte fundamental e imprescindible del CINE.

Festival de cine de fantasía y terror «Hrizantema» (crisantemo), se ha organizado por primera vez en octubre de 2013. El festival ocupa el lugar entre los pequeños festivales independientes de géneros explícitos. El género del cine de terror y fantasía ha sobrevivido a las innumerables transformaciones desde los inicios del cine. Artistas, cineastas, profesionales y entusiastas, a través del tiempo, han posicionado los géneros del horror y la fantasía y sellado su estatus entre los otros géneros.
El TAF, Festival de Animación de Tesalónica, es un festival internacional de animación en Grecia que promueve el arte de la animación a través de su reunión anual en octubre. El festival fue fundado, establecido y dirigido por ADDART, una organización sin fines de lucro que «añade» arte y cultura a todas partes. Los creadores del festival son artistas en sí mismos, llenos de amor por el arte de la animación. Con sede en el corazón de Tesalónica, TAF tiene como objetivo fomentar y promover todos los aspectos de la creatividad organizando eventos y actividades locales e internacionales para niños y adultos por igual.
El TAF es el único festival de animación de la ciudad y cada año crece más. ¡Nos gusta proyectar películas innovadoras, invitados, talleres y clases magistrales en Salónica en un gran lugar y premiarlos por su inspiración y técnica!
