Das 11. Kolkata Shorts Internationales Filmfestival-22 ist eine Verschmelzung von filmischer Kreativität und Wahnsinn der Kinobesucher der schönen Stadt Kalkutta. Die Stadt Kalkutta ist das Zentrum des bengalischen Kinos, ein kulturell reiches und Ziel vieler angehender Filmemacher seit dem vergangenen Jahrhundert. Ziel des Festivals ist es, dem Kurzkino Schwung zu verleihen und das Wachstum neuer Filmemacher zu fördern.
Die bescheidene Reise von KSIFF hat im Jahr 2012 begonnen, um die 100-jährige Feier des indischen Kinos zu feiern und den Beitrag der bengalischen Filmindustrie zur Entwicklung des Kinos in Indien zu begrüßen. Die Festival-Editionen 2012 bis 2021 waren mit Beteiligung aus ganz Indien und ausländischen Nationen ein großer Erfolg und sind das Trendsetter-Festival in Indien und jetzt bei jungen Filmemachern sehr gefragt.
Das Festival bietet aufstrebenden und professionellen Filmemachern eine Plattform, um ihr Talent mit Networking- und Marketingmöglichkeiten in der Filmindustrie zu präsentieren. Das Festival beherbergt auch Meisterkurse und Kurzfilmmarkt. Ziel des Festivals ist es, Kurzfilmkultur zu schaffen, kommende Filmemacher zu fördern, Einnahmequellen für Kurzfilme zu entwickeln und Kurzfilme zu einem kommerziellen Unternehmen zu machen.
Da das Festival des Internationalen Kurzfilmwettbewerbs „Ciudad de Soria“ den Kurzfilm stets als Kapital betrachtet und die Verbreitung der Kultur als unverzichtbares Mittel ansieht, ist es unser Ziel, den Beitrag zur Anerkennung und Verbreitung als audiovisuelles Ausdrucksmittel zu fördern. Dieses Format muss im Wesentlichen und grundsätzlich Teil von CINEMA sein.
Memorimage, das Internationale Filmfestival von Reus, ist ein Festival, das sich an Filme richtet, die bewegte Archivbilder verwenden.
Die 19. Ausgabe von Memorimage wird vom 6. bis 10. November 2024 gefeiert.

The Mediterranean Film Festival (MedFF) is an online festival that rewards every month the best for each category. Its objective is to promote independent films and emerging artists by making them competing with more established ones.
The MedFF born to George Beach (Fontane Bianche) in the beautiful and charming town of Syracuse (Italy). MedFF means freedom, typical of maritime cities, every participant can submit his work whatever it is.

Das Internationale Ornithologische Filmfestival von Ménigoute ist eine der wichtigsten Weltereignisse im Bereich Naturkino. Die erste Ausgabe fand 1985 statt. Das Menigoute Festival wird vom Verein Mainate (Ménigoute Animation International Nature Environment) veranstaltet.
Das Ménigoute-Festival bietet die Möglichkeit, eine neue Auswahl von Filmen zu präsentieren, hauptsächlich in französischer Exklusivität. Die Jury besteht aus Film- und Umweltexperten.

Show Me Shorts is New Zealand’s leading international short film festival. We work to connect New Zealanders with the best short films from here and around the world; celebrate excellence in short film making; and foster the short film community.
Each year our experienced team of programmers curate a selection of the best short films from Aotearoa and around the world, plus some of the top local music videos. We prioritise cinematic narrative-style films with strong audience appeal, as well as films that are making their premiere in our festival.
Founded in 2006 at a single venue, Show Me Shorts has grown to become a nationwide event celebrating the short film art form, and championing the filmmakers. The festival now takes place at more than 25 cinemas nationwide, from Kaitaiai to Stewart Island.
We launch the festival with glamorous opening night events at the country's two most prestigious picture palaces The Civic in Auckland and The Embassy in Wellington.
As part of the festival, Show Me Shorts also provides resources, professional development and networking opportunities for aspiring short film makers through our Short Film Talks, Filmmaker Resources and Aotearoa Short Film Lab for screenwriters.

Минский международный фестиваль короткометражных фильмов „Киносмена“ — ежегодное культурное событие Республики еларусь. Fестиваль проходит под патронажем белорусского союза кинематографистов и одобрен министерством культуры Республики еларусь.
Организаторы приглашают режиссеров и представителей фильмов и обеспечивают им бесплатное проживание в комфортабертабертабертабение ьной гостинице г. Минска на время проведения фестиваля.
Конкурсную программу отбирается 30 лучших из нескольких тысяч присылаемых на фестиваль премьер короткометражных фих льмов со всего мира.
Представляет работы отечественных и зарубежных кинематографистов, отобранных членами жюри, как лучшие, и есте со зрителями выбирает победителя. Также предусматривается внеконкурсная программа из фильмов, не вошедших в основной конкурс, но представляющих их их их рес для зрителей.
Фестиваль проходит в сети кинотеатров „Silver Screen“ города Минска и параллельно в 10-ти городах Беларуси.
Das Minsk International Short Film Festival „Kinosmena“ ist ein jährliches kulturelles Ereignis der Republik Belarus. Das Festival wird von der belarussischen Vereinigung der Kameramann unterstützt und vom Ministerium für Kultur der Republik Belarus genehmigt.
Die Organisatoren laden Filmregisseure und Vertreter der Filme ein und bieten ihnen für die Dauer des Festivals kostenlose Unterkunft in einem komfortablen Hotel in Minsk.
Aus mehreren Tausenden von Kurzfilmen, die uns aus der ganzen Welt geschickt haben, werden 30 beste Filme im Wettbewerbsprogramm des Festivals ausgewählt. Das Festival wird von der belarussischen Vereinigung der Kameramann unterstützt und vom Ministerium für Kultur der Republik Belarus genehmigt.
Das Festival präsentiert die Werke der nationalen und ausländischen Filmemacher, von der Jury als die besten ausgewählt, und dann zusammen mit dem Publikum wird die Gewinner wählen. As most filmmakers will tell you, being involved with making a film means; countless hours of hard work, stress, dedication, discipline, lack of sleep, lots of smiles, lots of tears, ridiculous amounts of coffee consumed, new bonds forged, and not to mention all those hours spent away from family and friends. So what’s the point of going through it all if no-one ever gets to see your work of art? Could you imagine if Leonardo Da Vinci painted the Mona Lisa, and just hung it in his bedroom? Your work of art NEEDS to be seen, admired and help to inspire.
'The Next Level International Film Festival’ (TNLIFF) was inspired by filmmakers for filmmakers to encourage and help push filmmakers to their full potential. 'The Next Level’ is a platform for emerging artists to show the world what they are capable of, not just locally or nationally, but INTERNATIONALLY!
As this is the first year that the festival is running, we would like to offer a special ‘Grand Opening’ invitation to the event, meaning that the event will be FREE to all those who wish to attend as ‘General Admission’. That’s right it’s a FREE festival. So the money you save on a ticket, can be spent on the amazing food and drinks that are on offer. Other ticket options will become available closer to the screening night, including special food and beverage packages and reserved seating.
Every year we are inspiring to hold the festival at a different location. In 2018 the festival will kick off the ‘Wine Festival Month’, and be held amongst the vineyards with a beautiful mountain backdrop, at the prestigious ‘Mudgee Wines’ located on Henry Lawson Drive in Mudgee NSW.
