ENTRY FEE FOR SUBMISSIONS OF FILMS:
(1) Entry fees for FEATURE FILMS (Duration: 50 mins to 105 mins max) : 5000/- INR or (63.23 USD)
(2) Entry fees for SHORT FILMS (Duration: 00.10 mins to 00.50 mins): 3,000/- INR or (36.27 USD)
(3) ANIMATION FILMS in all categories (Duration: 00.05 mins to 00.30 mins max).
(4) Entry fees for STUDENT FILMS: 1500/-INR or (21USD)
(LATE ENTRY FEES WILL BE DOUBLE THE ENTRY FEES MENTIONED ABOVE APPLICABLE TO FILMS SUBMITTED BEYOND THE DEADLINE ANNOUNCED)
SUBMISSION GUIDELINES:
1.Films without English Subtitles (except English Films), shall not be considered for selection.
2.Films submitted with watermarks or logos shall be rejected.
3.Only Trailers or promos cannot be submitted for selection process.
4.Film Download link with password is preferred, DVD or Bluray are also accepted as hard copies.
5.If submitting hard copies, Two full HD DVDs/Bluray should be sent by courier to the Festival office along with a hard copy of this entry form duly filled. DVDs must be labeled with film title, director name, duration, phone number and email id on them. Director pic, Poster, Film Stills may be attached in an email.
6. For submissions coming from outside India, the packages must be marked, “For Festival & Cultural Purpose only, No Commercial value”.
7. DIFF does not pay screening fees to film makers.
8. DIFF will not return the Films submitted online or vide DVDs/Pen Drives/ Blu-ray etc. during or after the festival.
TERMS & CONDITIONS:
1. DIFF reserves the right to showcase the film so submitted perpetually anywhere ( other festivals, television, online etc).
2. DIFF reserves the right to include the film and related material in its promotional activities.
3. All Decisions made by the Appointed “Selection Committee” regarding Selections, screenings, awards at the Festival in entirety will be final. In case of Dispute, decision of the President is final.
4. The film makers and their representatives undertake to use the official logo and the status of their Selection or Award strictly in conformation with DIFF 2022 designs and they further undertake to use such festival logo in all their promotions, posters and marketing publications with the consent of the festival.
5. A film selected for the festival does not run in competition automatically. A Jury will select the films which feature in Competition.
6. The Festival shall not bear / reimburse any freight or other charges in foreign or Indian currency.
7. Once selected for screening, the film shall not be withdrawn.
8. The last date of submissions of ENTRIES IS 10.12.2024 and Date of Intimation of Selection will be 15.12.2024

NOIA is a university festival that was born in a Brazilian public university, as an initiative of students who wanted to produce their films and find exhibition spaces. It all started in 2002, and both Culture and Education in Brazil were in a very different moment than they are now. The event has accompanied this transformation: it has succeeded, failed, learned, deepened reflections and continues a trajectory marked by growth and the construction of relevance.
In this 23rd edition of NOIA, we are beginning a new stage that reveals a little of this transformation: in addition to the new visual identity in honor of social minorities, we will strengthen our relationship with national and international universities.
We value the dialogues we have always had, but our history is built on Brazilian soil.
The 23rd edition of the NOIA Festival is held by PROPONO Consultoria Executiva and the Ministry of Culture via the Rouanet Law. It is promoted by Canal FDR, Jornal O Povo, Fundação Demócrito Rocha, Fundação Roberto Marinho and Canal Futura.

オセホン・トラベル・フィルム・フェスティバルは、2009年にグアダラハラ（スペイン）のシエラ・ノルテ地方の2つの小さな村で誕生しました。これは、映画を農村環境に誘致することに関心を持つ近所の少数のグループによって推進されました。特に非営利で献身的な映画は、通常の劇場ではほとんど配給されないが、村や小さな町ではほとんど配給されない傾向にあります。 しかし、主催者は、他の町、地域、都市の人々の注目を集めて、私たちが住んでいる場所を知り、経験を共有してもらうことに加えて、近隣住民の積極的な参加も望んでいました。
そのため、当初から、私たちと隣人の勇気と意志、人的資本で不足している経済的資源を補うために、可能な限り低い予算でそれを実現しようとしました。
9年後の2018年、フェスティバルはマリーナ・アルタ地方（アリカンテ）にある別の小さな町、ヘスス・ポブレに移りましたが、同じ精神と当初の関心事はそのままです。私たちはこの村に旅行映画（あらゆる種類の映画を）届けたいと考えています。
現在、主催者は非営利団体「ラ・ジャレア・カルチュラル・デル・モンゴ」に統合されています。 2018年には、10回目の開催に合わせて、モンゴ山のふもとで初めて祝われました。

CINETORO 2026は、コンバージング・バウンダリーズというコンセプトのもと、地殻衝突の力にインスパイアされたキュレーション・フレームワークを提案しています。 地質学における収束境界とは、2つのプレートが衝突して古いプレートを破壊し、新しい山脈や火山を浮かび上がらせる空間であるように、このエディションは、言語間の影響が新しい見方や聴覚の方法を生み出す映画を求めている。 私たちは、地図の静的な読み方、つまり点と線の勝手な分割から脱却し、その代わりに接触領域内で生じるエネルギーに焦点を当てます。そこでは、人間と人間以外の間、またはここと他の場所の間の摩擦が、新しい物語の地理を構築します。
CINETORO 2026では、衝突と出現のプロセスを探求する作品が求められています。 私たちは、政治的・社会的境界を曖昧にするツールとして実験を利用する映画を求めています。地理的フィクションを超えて、ジャングルの連続性や広大な砂漠を認識する視点を提案しています。 映画の形式そのものが力の衝突の結果になったとき、知覚はどのように変化するのだろうか。
このエディションでは、境界線は突き通せない壁ではなく、創造の生きたゾーンだ。既成のカテゴリーに挑戦し、限界の状態に敢えて住もうとしたときにどのような新しい結合が生まれるのかを限界の映画を通して理解できるようにする、形式的なリスクのある空間だ。 私たちは、ジャンルが交差するだけでなく、互いに変容する映画のような体験に観客を誘う、境界線の真ん中に存在する空間、つまり隙間に生息する映画を求めています。 ドキュメンタリー、アニメーション、フィクションが絶え間なく動く構造プレートのように機能する、ハイブリダイゼーションの映画に興味があります。
これは、境界を越えたり消えたりすることを恐れない映画への誘いだ。境界線と辺境に存在し、そこから必要な、新たな、必要なイマジネーションの山を立ち上がらせる映画館だ。
