FREEDOM SHORTS IS HELD BI-ANNUALLY AT THE HISTORICAL TROCADERO THEATER AND CURRENTLY EXPANDING TO INCLUDE PHILAMOCA AND CINEMUG SCREENINGS FOR OUR 5TH YEAR. It is the hands-down the best opportunity to view the best short films from around the globe. Our selections has included world premieres from 5 continents, academy award winning short films, Sundance award winning films, and other countless and award winning film premieres.

We strive to show and bring out all the local talent to support each other as well as support all the filmmakers from out of town showcasing their work. The festival has for 5 years been a launching pad for cross promoting what Philly has to offer the film world and what the world has to offer for the budding Philadelphia Film Community.
Event runs for 4 hours, with a big networking party going on in the lobby area. News outlets and press are active at this event. Celebrities from all walks of life have shown up at this event. We are only accepting online screeners. There are a variety of ways to submit your screener to us (YouTube, Vimeo, or through one of the online submission services). This will SAVE YOU MONEY!

Since its inception, the "Festival of cinema unusual de Buenos Aires" has proposed to investigate the least explored aspects of the current film production in order to meet the expectations of those who yearn for a different filmic vision. A target to meet is to facilitate the knowledge of many new authors who, fleeing the current stereotype, offer an eclectic perspective from the thematic and visual.
From 19 to 29 October 2017, we carry out the Thirteenth Edition in important offices of the autonomous city of Buenos Aires. Of a competitive nature, it has a duration of 11 days and us sponsored by important institutional bodies. Also, carry out promotional, permanent monthly activities of the Festival: lights/signs and participations in film markets.
Purpose- 1936, Memorias del Silencio is created with the aim of promoting through the cinema and colloquies,the peace cultur and another view around the world, regarding the Spanish civil war.
This program responds the intention of dealing with the role of the Spanish civil war from its cultural environment, anthropological and social, with special attention to the role of woman through its evolution.
Lectures and speakers will participate in workshops, discussions, and debates in order to make aware and provoke reflection on some events that a whole sector refuses to talk about. For this reason, we will give priority to the accesible suggestions to people with audible or visual disabilities.
It will be integrated by a retrospective, competition, and colloquies or conferences with specialists.
We encourage the participation of spanish producers and we stimulate the producer’s look from countries with low production or with difficulty to reach our film theaters and specially encouraging the presence of works made by young artists.

Epic ACG fest is a unique event showcase animation, comics and games. Though screening, exhibition and competition, bring together the creative elements, the artists and the general public from worldwide.
During the festival, EACG is also hosting the Live Demonstrations, Networking Receptions, Master Workshops, Panel Discussions, Business Symposiums, Recruiting and the Professional Exhibits offered throughout the event as well as the One-On-One Personal Consultations with creative professionals from top studios and educational institutions both local and international. タピアレス国際映画/短編映画祭は、JC Films OFCTが主催する、社会的・文化的に重要な影響を与える映画イベントで、営利目的ではない。ブエノスアイレス州にあるラ・マタンサ党に属する町、タピアレス市で開催される。
Tapiales Cine/Cortoは競争の激しいイベントでもあり、後にアボリジニ賞を受賞した選ばれた短編映画は、名誉審査員の決定に従って上映されます。

Public Cinemateca Foundation presents the first edition of the Children Film Festival - Ojo al Sardino in Bucaramanga, Colombia on 9-13 October 2017, to support the creation and dissemination of thoughtful, provocative, and intelligent film for children and teens ages 3-18. The Festival experience cultivates an appreciation for the arts, encourages active, discerning viewing, and stimulates lively discussion among peers, families, and the film community.
The Wild Family Film Festival is a short film festival designed to entertain audiences young and old, so mustn't have bad language and able to be viewed by young people. This festival is an extension to the well established In The Bin Short Film Festival. Films that are screened in this festival will then go into the selection process to be part of our paid touring program.
Tokyo Sun Film festival attemtps to setting up in Tokyo to provide independent filmmakers with a platform that offers them interaction, networking and greater visibility.
Our screening takes place at the cinema chupki theatre in the tabata District, located in the north of Tokyo - a hip location in Tokyo for independent, counter-culture and progressive thinking.
