El Festival Internacional de Pájaros Pintados está dedicado a cortometrajes y largometrajes, ficción, documental y animación PELÍCULAS REALIZADAS A PARTIR DEL 1 DE ENERO DE 2018 QUE NO SE HAN PRESENTADO EN EDICIONES ANTERIORES, con el objetivo de promover entre los niños el diálogo intercultural, la cohesión social y los derechos humanos, especialmente los de NIÑOS HASTA 12 AÑOS.
Difundirá películas de calidad que apenas llegan a España, tratando de no caer en clichés. Así, gradualmente, el festival pretende ser un campo para reuniones y debates de proyectos de interés mutuo.
The 12th Athens ANIMFEST - International Animation Festival opens to Animation fans again this year. With a program full of shorts and feature animations, we respond to animators from around the world willing either to compete or to screen their movies in the parallel special events of our festival.

Throughout the past several years, the VFF has remained focused and true to its objective: To satisfy the cultural appetite of this growing community while offering an arts forum befitting our world-class city. We are a festival run by Filmmakers, Professors of Film and Film Fans for Filmmakers, Film Students and Film Fans at all levels of expertise. This is a festival where recognition is generous and you are the Star no matter what role you played or how many roles you assumed, everyone is treated like a Rock Star. We roll out the red carpet for your premiere, allow time for Q & A following the screening, or the block of films if you are in the shorts category. We hold live readings of your screenplay with professional actors with you directing.
If you have special skills, you may be invited to moderate a panel or participate as a panelist. Festival Alumni also serve as Awards Presenters during the Bonehead Awards Gala.
Organizer of 20min|max is the public charity Von der Rolle e.V. – Film Culture Association, and Stadttheater Ingolstadt in cooperation with Audi Repertory Cinema and the Museum of Concrete Art Ingolstadt. 20minmax is considered as venue for filmmakers and those interested in short film and visual art. The Festival provides time and place to engage in short films, meet film producers and discuss their ideas. For the eleventh time we announce this international competition for cinematic expressivity, autonomous formal style, impressive stories – ergo: artistic synthesis of direction, montage, sound and light will be presented and awarded. 20minmax film competition is open to all genres of shortfilm: animation, fictional film, documentary, experimental film and video art, music clips etc.
As regards content, the festival programme is carried out by the organisers of 20minmax, supported by a jury. The festival screenings will take place at Audi Repertory Cinema, Museum of Concrete Art and Stadttheater Ingolstadt.

Carmarthen Bay Film Festival ha ido de fuerza en fuerza a lo largo de los años. Desde nuestro primer festival en 2012, hemos pasado de 35 inscripciones a más de 750 de 60 países diferentes para nuestro festival 2019. No sólo han aumentado las inscripciones a lo largo de los años, sino que también ha aumentado el número de cineastas y patrocinadores del festival.
Hemos tenido cineastas volando desde Estados Unidos, Australia, Holanda, Italia, Francia y muchas partes del Reino Unido. El número de socios del festival también ha crecido con Stradey Park Hotel, BAFTA Cymru, RTS Wales, University of Wales Trinity St. David, Felin Foel Brewery, Carmarthen Cameras y muchos más. El festival es ahora una calificación de BAFTA Cymru/Gales, lo que significa que cualquier película proyectada durante el festival y hecha aquí en Gales es elegible para ser considerada para un premio BAFTA Cymru.

John Hefin se involucró por primera vez en el trabajo de televisión en 1960, cuando respondió a un anuncio en un periódico para asistentes de producción de aprendices. Experimental Forum is an international performance, film and video art festival showcasing experimental film and artists’ moving image from new directors and innovative video artists from around the globe, with the third edition taking place in Los Angeles in November 2018. Our aim is to provide a supportive platform for the exciting and challenging work that is outside the scope of mainstream film festivals and art galleries.
We welcome experimental cinema pieces (abstract, narrative or documentary), video art works, essay films, artists’ moving image and media art, as well as documentary and narrative films that seek to expand, redefine or reconfigure the means and ends of their respective fields. Experimental Forum exists to provide access to, and develop audiences for, artists’ moving image work and is committed to engaging local audiences with new and/or unheard voices in film.
We are particularly interested in works made by early stage filmmakers and artists whose work is underrepresented. We provide a collaborative platform for moving image works made for the gallery and for the cinema with the aim of building a community across disciplinary and institutional faultlines.

Event runs for 4 hours, with a big networking party going on in the lobby area. News outlets and press are active at this event. Celebrities from all walks of life have shown up at this event. We are only accepting online screeners. There are a variety of ways to submit your screener to us (YouTube, Vimeo, or through one of the online submission services). This will SAVE YOU MONEY!

With so few spots available at the bigger film festivals, independent filmmakers struggle to get noticed. After all the hard work of making a movie, there's nothing like seeing it on the big screen. Sunset Film Festival seeks hidden gems bigger fests often overlook. Sunset Film Festival programmers are looking for visionary filmmakers with fresh voices to share with an audience hungry for independent film.
OSCILLATION TRANSIA FILM FESTIVAL (OTFF) is celebrating one wild idea:
to travel America self sustainably out of the back of a car, sharing innovative films in some of the most inspirational places in the United States.
Combining the love for nature and outdoor cinema, OTFF will be screening works in national parks and rural areas around the U.S. Films will be exploring themes of movement, nomadic living, adventure and the natural world.
OTFF will be screening works by national and international filmmakers on the eastern coast of the United States, Summer 2017. And throughout western and central areas of the United States, Fall 2017.
Utilizing amphitheaters located within many parks, and also incorporating "pop up" screenings in more remote locations. Using a projector and solar generator, OTFF will be able to screen in a wide range of locations -- usually uncharted territory for traditional film festivals. Travel schedule and festival line up is to be announced February 2017.
