Experimental Forum is an international performance, film and video art festival showcasing experimental film and artists’ moving image from new directors and innovative video artists from around the globe, with the third edition taking place in Los Angeles in November 2018. Our aim is to provide a supportive platform for the exciting and challenging work that is outside the scope of mainstream film festivals and art galleries.
We welcome experimental cinema pieces (abstract, narrative or documentary), video art works, essay films, artists’ moving image and media art, as well as documentary and narrative films that seek to expand, redefine or reconfigure the means and ends of their respective fields. Experimental Forum exists to provide access to, and develop audiences for, artists’ moving image work and is committed to engaging local audiences with new and/or unheard voices in film.
We are particularly interested in works made by early stage filmmakers and artists whose work is underrepresented. We provide a collaborative platform for moving image works made for the gallery and for the cinema with the aim of building a community across disciplinary and institutional faultlines.
Le Festival international du film trans gay et lesbien de Lima - l'OutFestPerú - lance son appel pour la 23e édition et les films de toutes nationalités dont le thème est LGBTIQ et éligibles aux différentes sections du festival peuvent y participer : longs métrages (section officielle et panorama international), section courts métrages documentaires ou fictions et art vidéo (officiel et panorama). Les œuvres ne doivent pas avoir été exposées dans des salles commerciales, diffusées à la télévision ou mises à la disposition du public sur Internet ou d'autres fenêtres sur le territoire péruvien avant la célébration du festival et doivent être protégées par des droits d'auteur après 2024. Les longs métrages et les courts métrages doivent de préférence être inédits au Pérou, bien que cela ne soit pas exclusif mais qu'ils soient valorisés de manière très positive. OutFestPerú se réserve le droit d'inclure des films qui ne répondent pas à ces conditions dans la programmation, mais hors compétition.

The International Film Festival for Family, Against Drug Abuse & Trafficking, will hold its festival May to celebrate International Day of Families (15 May), Global Day of Parents (1 June), UN Public Service Day (23 June), and International Day against Drug Abuse & Trafficking (26 June).

The Fine Shortfilm Festival is a non-competitive shortfilm event, hosted in São Paulo, addressed to the works of the new generations of Brazilian filmmakers.
Cela fait déjà seize ans que ce festival a élargi, année après année, avec fermeté, ses propositions pour un bon cinéma. Lies far away 1999, lorsque sponsorisée par le duo humoristique Gomaespuma et M-80 Radio, a débuté la première édition du festival avec le slogan « les Indiens arrivent ! ». Imagineindia a fini par s'internationaliser, diffusant des films du monde entier, tandis que ceux d'Asie continuent d'occuper la majeure partie du festival.
Le Festival international du film de Zanzibar accepte actuellement les candidatures pour tous les films africains (y compris la diaspora africaine) et les films de la région du Dhow - Asie du Sud-Est, péninsule arabique, Golfe Persique, Iran, Pakistan, Inde et îles de l'océan Indien. FIA, International Audiovisual Festival, organized by the Faculty of Communication of Universidad de la Sabana of Colombia, is a space for active students enrolled in colleges and universities, both Colombian and foreign, involved in film-making.
Le festival du court métrage de Prokuplje, fondé en 2011, est le plus jeune festival de films de Serbie. À Prokplje, le public peut découvrir le meilleur du documentaire, de l'expérimental, de l'animation et de la fiction du monde entier. Des milliers de films du monde entier arrivent à l'adresse du festival, comme en témoignent les nombreux spectateurs de Prokuplje, mais aussi d'autres villes de Serbie et de la région, car l'équipe organise une tournée au cours de laquelle les meilleurs films sont présentés dans plus de 30 villes. L'absence de cinéma, ainsi que l'absence de cinéma comme matière à l'école, empêchent les jeunes de s'initier à cet art.
Pour avoir accès à ce contenu, les jeunes doivent se rendre à Nis, voire à Belgrade. C'est l'occasion de découvrir à Prokuplje les derniers courts métrages du monde entier. Ces dernières années, selon des recherches, il y a eu une baisse de la fréquentation des festivals dans le monde entier. C'est pourquoi et parce que le film a été présenté aux jeunes, nous avons apporté l'œuvre avec eux, dans toutes les écoles primaires et secondaires, qui constituent un public potentiel et seront animées par la présentation de films du festival et par une discussion sur l'importance du festival. En plus de travailler avec les jeunes de Prokuplje, le ciné-club de Prokuplje est le premier à commencer à animer le public des zones rurales, qui sont totalement exclues de tous les événements, en particulier des événements culturels.

Women in Film
Women play an important role in filmmaking and there are many talents out there and to celebrate Women in Film we have two categories. One programme is a focus solely on Women directors, the second programme category will focus the work of women practitioners in the roles of writers, actresses, producers and Directors of Cinematography but please note the film lead roles must be female led. If you have a film that has a strong female led role or strong female writer etc and you want to be considered for this sectin of the festival please submit to the Women Practitioners category. Film Directors should submit to the Women in Film (directors category).
General Information.
Established in 1995 the festival is now in it's 16th International Shorts edition. Kinofilm has a unique reputation for showcasing the best short films from around the world, whilst being renowned for seeking out diverse, challenging and groundbreaking new films. We welcome filmmakers that are pushing the boundaries of the short film art form. The festival maintains a high standard with many European & International award-winning shorts featured in the Festival. It includes special programmes in North West Shorts (UK), British New Wave, Euro Cine, International Panorama, Kino Exposed (student and youth shorts), low/no budget shorts, Animation and various themed programmes, giving new and emerging filmmakers the opportunity to have their work screened alongside that of critically acclaimed, established short filmmakers.
Please note for 2019, the festival will move dates to February 2020. We will further welcome short films and animations from Eastern Europe as we extend the Polish festival to include more Baltic countries. This year we welcome films for this section from Romania and Russia.
As part of out 16th anniversary we are introducing a features section called Transitions for those short filmmakers that have successfully made the transition from short film to feature. This section is for previous entrants of Kinofilm Festival and can only be entered if you have previously had a short film at Kinofilm Festival. You must provide the name of the short film and year of the festival it was screened in advance of submitting..
All short films should have been completed since January 2018 to present and be no longer than 20 mins (accept documentaries which can be up to 23 mins including credits). PLEASE NOTE FILMS SHOULD NOT BE ONLINE FOR PUBLIC VIEWING. ANY FILMS THAT ARE SEEN TO BE IN THE PUBLIC DOMAIN WILL FACE DISQUALIFICATION.
WE ARE OFFERING STUDENTS (world wide) , GREATER MANCHESTER FILMMAKERS, Youths and community groups, Eastern European Filmmakers and Alumni Filmmakers 20% OF ALL SUBMISSION FEES (please see offers at the top of this entry). The discount is automatically applied when you submit your film to the relevant sections, entry fees start at just $10.00 Please note PROOF OF ELIGIBILITY MUST BE SHOWN in all these categories in advance of submitting the film, you will then receive a code to submit your film.
IRANIAN Filmmakers can submit for free (see above details).
Please note, if your film is selected for screening in one of the cinema screenings you must be able to provide either a DCP or high-quality Bluray of your film. Please contact us if any issues with this and we will try to resolve it by showing the film in one of the other programmes not requiring either of these formats. If it playing in one of our other venues then we will require a digital version, details supplied if your film is accepted.
REFUNDS GIVEN ONLY IN THE FOLLOWING CIRCUMSTANCES: Please note if you make a genuine mistake and submit your film to us not realising that it does not fit all of the criteria, or you have to withdraw it for other reasons, we will refund your fee if the request is made only within the first two weeks from the date of submission. Films withdrawn later for other reasons such as you wish to withdraw it as your film has been accepted in another festival that requires premier status, will not receive a refund. (Please note that any refunds will be after FFW (8%) and PP (3.5%) commission fees already deducted from your fee, you will only be refunded the net amount that the festival receives).

Our festival is planning to become a traditional annual event.
FFKZ enables all filmmakers from around the world show their films in Kazakhstan.We are waiting for good films at our festival. Particular attention will be paid to the student's work.
So we want to get to the festival as much as possible of films from around the world.
Guests and spectators will be able to FFKZ cultural performance and learn what is happening in the world of cinema at the moment.
FFKZ has not any restrictions on genres and directions, unless the film is not contrary to the laws of Kazakhstan and the ethical and moral standards of mankind. Movies Festival will take place the selection of the jury and the spectators. The jury includes professionals from 5 countries. jury list will be published later after February 1, 2017.
FFKZ is really great event in 2017 in Astana. At present there was no such large-scale events in Kazakhstan for more than 10 years.We are the first and best.

MOSCA — Cambuquira Short Film Festival se déroule dans un vieux cinéma de rue qui est resté fermé pendant une vingtaine d'années et qui a vu le jour en 2001 en tant que centre culturel. Cambuquira est une petite ville située dans le circuit aquatique du Minas Gerais.
Le programme est composé de courts métrages brésiliens et internationaux, de programmes spéciaux, de débats, d'ateliers, d'expositions de photos, d'activités pour enfants, de MOSCA's Coffee et du festival itinérant dans les écoles.
Le 13e MOSCA aura lieu entre le 8 et le 12 juillet 2020 à Antigo Cinema | Espaço Cultural Sinhá Prado, à Cambuquira/MG - Brésil.

FRESCO : une nouvelle formule d'un festival du film
Fresco est une initiative internationale qui représente un format complètement nouveau, distinct des notions typiques de la société. Un festival qui vise à présenter des œuvres spirituelles internationales et des œuvres culturelles associées à l'organisation de discussions sociales libres et saines sur les questions soulevées par elles.
De nombreux festivals présentent des films sur les problèmes mondiaux dans le cadre de leur programme. En règle générale, après de tels films, le public doit discuter et adopter ce qu'il a vu, cependant, le film reste la seule source de réponse aux questions soulevées. Les critiques de films « FRESCO » viennent combler cette lacune.
FRESCO : une approche informelle
« FRESCO » offre une approche informelle aux participants du festival le long de toutes les étapes du festival, de la revue du film jusqu'aux lieux où se déroulent les événements, du siège au prix.
Les magnifiques films, expositions de photos et spectacles apportés en Arménie sortiront des cinémas et « entreront dans les rues ».
Des démonstrations en plein air et des critiques de films « sans billet » seront littéralement intégrées dans la vie quotidienne des Arméniens 10 jours plus tard.
Programme FRESCO : Parlons le langage de l'humanisme
Le festival contiendra des émissions compétitives et non compétitives. Fiction et documentaires, films longs et courts métrages et matériels vidéo de différents formats, dans lesquels les guerres, la violence, la discrimination nationale, religieuse et toute autre forme, les catastrophes écologiques d'origine humaine sont dénoncées, et où la paix, la tolérance, l'humanisme et les valeurs mondiales sont prônées. :
Des personnalités du cinéma de renommée mondiale et d'autres invités correspondant aux sujets des films présentés, c'est-à-dire les commis d'église, les intellectuels, les musiciens, les psychologues, etc., seront invités en Arménie de différents pays pour participer au festival.
À propos des problèmes globaux dans un langage compréhensible/simple
Non seulement les créateurs de la bande de film participeront aux discussions qui suivent, mais aussi les commis d'église, les psychologues et les spécialistes directement sur les questions soulevées dans le film et les responsables du domaine. Tout détail conceptuel et technique concernant la revue du film doit contribuer à la participation active et sans contrainte aux discussions. Les spécialistes feront partie des spectateurs, les orations professionnelles seront remplacées par une communication sans contrainte et des discussions actives. Les films et la communication directe avec leurs créateurs permettront de « remarquer » les questions revendiquées dans notre pays, de les observer dans le contexte de l'expérience d'autres pays, et la discussion avec les personnes spécialisées et responsables du domaine deviendra l'un des moyens les plus efficaces de développer pour la solution à ces problèmes.
FRESCO est ouvert à tous
Le festival accorde également une importance particulière à l'emploi de groupes sociaux spéciaux et en particulier de personnes ayant des capacités limitées. Grâce à la coopération avec les instituts spécialisés dans le domaine, les personnes handicapées participeront non seulement à toutes les mesures du festival, mais participeront également activement à tous les travaux d'organisation de « FRESCO ».
Les objectifs du festival sont les suivants :
- Promouvoir l'établissement de l'amour, de la solidarité et des valeurs humaines dans la société à l'aide du dialogue spirituel et culturel,
- Promouvoir la tolérance internationale et religieuse,
