Rules & Terms
ENTRY FEE FOR SUBMISSIONS OF FILMS:
(1) Entry fees for FEATURE FILMS (Duration: 50 mins to 105 mins max) : 5000/- INR or (63.23 USD)
(2) Entry fees for SHORT FILMS (Duration: 00.10 mins to 00.50 mins): 3,000/- INR or (36.27 USD)
(3) ANIMATION FILMS in all categories (Duration: 00.05 mins to 00.30 mins max).
(4) Entry fees for STUDENT FILMS: 1500/-INR or (21USD)
(LATE ENTRY FEES WILL BE DOUBLE THE ENTRY FEES MENTIONED ABOVE APPLICABLE TO FILMS SUBMITTED BEYOND THE DEADLINE ANNOUNCED)
SUBMISSION GUIDELINES:
1.Films without English Subtitles (except English Films), shall not be considered for selection.
2.Films submitted with watermarks or logos shall be rejected.
3.Only Trailers or promos cannot be submitted for selection process.
4.Film Download link with password is preferred, DVD or Bluray are also accepted as hard copies.
5.If submitting hard copies, Two full HD DVDs/Bluray should be sent by courier to the Festival office along with a hard copy of this entry form duly filled. DVDs must be labeled with film title, director name, duration, phone number and email id on them. Director pic, Poster, Film Stills may be attached in an email.
6. For submissions coming from outside India, the packages must be marked, “For Festival & Cultural Purpose only, No Commercial value”.
7. DIFF does not pay screening fees to film makers.
8. DIFF will not return the Films submitted online or vide DVDs/Pen Drives/ Blu-ray etc. during or after the festival.
TERMS & CONDITIONS:
1. DIFF reserves the right to showcase the film so submitted perpetually anywhere ( other festivals, television, online etc).
2. DIFF reserves the right to include the film and related material in its promotional activities.
3. All Decisions made by the Appointed “Selection Committee” regarding Selections, screenings, awards at the Festival in entirety will be final. In case of Dispute, decision of the President is final.
4. The film makers and their representatives undertake to use the official logo and the status of their Selection or Award strictly in conformation with DIFF 2022 designs and they further undertake to use such festival logo in all their promotions, posters and marketing publications with the consent of the festival.
5. A film selected for the festival does not run in competition automatically. A Jury will select the films which feature in Competition.
6. The Festival shall not bear / reimburse any freight or other charges in foreign or Indian currency.
7. Once selected for screening, the film shall not be withdrawn.
8. The last date of submissions of ENTRIES IS 10.12.2024 and Date of Intimation of Selection will be 15.12.2024

Le Festival International du Film Indépendant SMR13 est un événement cinématographique international dédié à la découverte et à la promotion du cinéma indépendant sous toutes ses formes.
Organisé par l'Association Française du Cinéma Indépendant (AFCI), le festival se déroule à Saint-Mitre-les-Remparts, dans le sud de la France, et réunit chaque année réalisateurs, producteurs, acteurs, compositeurs, techniciens et passionnés de cinéma autour d'une même ambition : défendre la liberté de création.
Fictions, documentaires, films d'animation, clips musicaux, œuvres expérimentales et films étudiants composent une sélection riche et éclectique, ouverte à tous les genres, à toutes les cultures et à toutes les sensibilités artistiques.
Le SMR13 met à l'honneur un cinéma libre, audacieux et créatif, sans distinction de budget, de nationalité ou d'expérience. Chaque film bénéficie d'une projection sur grand écran et d'une véritable rencontre avec le public et les professionnels présents.
Au-delà de la compétition, le festival se veut un lieu d'échange, de partage et de découverte où les cinéastes peuvent présenter leur travail dans des conditions de projection professionnelles et développer leur réseau au sein de la communauté du cinéma indépendant.
Les œuvres sélectionnées concourent pour les prestigieux « Moulins d'Or », trophées emblématiques du festival récompensant notamment la réalisation, le scénario, l'interprétation, la photographie, le montage, la musique originale et le meilleur film. Un Prix du Public est également décerné par les spectateurs.

Purpose- 1936, Memorias del Silencio is created with the aim of promoting through the cinema and colloquies,the peace cultur and another view around the world, regarding the Spanish civil war.
This program responds the intention of dealing with the role of the Spanish civil war from its cultural environment, anthropological and social, with special attention to the role of woman through its evolution.
Lectures and speakers will participate in workshops, discussions, and debates in order to make aware and provoke reflection on some events that a whole sector refuses to talk about. For this reason, we will give priority to the accesible suggestions to people with audible or visual disabilities.
It will be integrated by a retrospective, competition, and colloquies or conferences with specialists.

Article 1 — Introduction et objectif
À l'occasion de la 19e édition d'OMOVIES — International LGBTQIA+ Film Festival, l'association i Ken APS ETS annonce un concours international d'œuvres audiovisuelles explorant les orientations sexuelles, les identités et expressions de genre, les corps, les relations, les familles, les communautés et les cultures LGBTQIA+ à travers des perspectives libres, pluralistes et intersectionnelles.
Une attention particulière est accordée au questionnement, compris non pas comme une condition incomplète ou simplement transitoire, mais comme une expérience légitime d'exploration de soi, de réflexion et d'autodétermination. OMOVIES reconnaît le droit de chaque personne de remettre en question son orientation sexuelle, son identité de genre ou son expression de genre ; de prendre le temps d'adopter une définition ; de changer, au fil du temps, le langage utilisé pour se décrire ; ou de choisir de ne pas adopter d'étiquette du tout. Le cinéma a le pouvoir de redonner de la dignité à ces voyages en les libérant de la pression de la certitude, de la pathologisation et des représentations qui les réduisent à la confusion, à la fragilité ou à une simple étape de transition vers une identité supposée définitive.
Le festival reconnaît également les cultures queer comme un patrimoine diversifié de souvenirs, de pratiques artistiques, de langues, de formes de résistance, de soins, de liens de parenté et de renforcement communautaire. De ce point de vue, le queer représente non seulement une catégorie identitaire ou un terme générique, mais également une perspective critique à travers laquelle ce qui est présenté comme naturel, universel ou immuable peut être remis en question. Le Festival accueille donc des œuvres qui repoussent les limites de la visibilité et de la narration, remettent en question la pensée binaire, les stéréotypes, les hiérarchies et les structures de pouvoir, et explorent les intersections entre le genre, l'orientation sexuelle, l'origine, la racialisation, le handicap, l'âge, la classe sociale, la foi et la migration, sans réduire la complexité de l'expérience humaine à de nouvelles définitions rigides.
Le festival devrait avoir lieu du 7 au 14 décembre 2026, dans un format hybride, avec des projections en personne et des événements à Naples, ainsi qu'un programme en ligne. Les lieux du festival, le calendrier et les procédures d'accès seront publiés sur le site officiel www.omovies.it.

Le Festival, dont les 21 premières éditions ont rassemblé plus de 20 000 courts métrages réunissant près de 28 000 spectateurs, est structuré en différentes sections compétitives : sélection officielle (pour les courts métrages de 10 minutes maximum sortis après le 1er janvier 2026), Extralarge (pour les courts métrages de 10 à 20 minutes sortis après le 1er janvier 2026), Animations (animations d'une durée maximale de 15 minutes sorties après le 1er janvier 2026), Doc10 (documentaires pour les plus récents) jusqu'à 15 minutes (diffusé après le 1er janvier 2026), Visti da Vicino (pour les courts métrages jusqu'à 10 minutes publiées par des réalisateurs de la province de Frosinone après le 1er janvier 2026).
Dans les sections compétitives, intègre l'Académie Dieciminuti, une école de cinéma qui amène les jeunes de notre province à créer de toutes pièces une courte fiction ou une animation. La particularité du festival sur la scène nationale est d'être une véritable école pour les jeunes qui souhaitent explorer le monde du cinéma. Nous apprécions également beaucoup la Section Esplorazioni, qui permet aux spectateurs d'entrer en contact avec le court métrage provenant d'un pays différent chaque année. Au cours des dernières années, le festival a accueilli les courts métrages inédits de l'animation japonaise du Studio Ghibli, réalisés par Hayao Miyazaki, les courts métrages d'animation du Festival du film de Téhéran, les courts métrages de Georges Méliès, les avant-gardes, les web-séries.

Le Festival international du film et du court métrage de Tapiales est un événement cinématographique à fort impact social et culturel, à but non lucratif, organisé par JC Films OFCT, qui se déroule dans la ville de Tapiales, une ville appartenant au parti La Matanza, située dans la province de Buenos Aires.
Tapiales Cine/Corto est également un événement compétitif, où les courts métrages sélectionnés qui recevront ensuite le prix aborigène sont projetés selon la décision des honorables jurés.
L'événement est organisé dans le but d'exalter le caractère populaire, gratuit et en plein air, en réunissant environ 3 000 spectateurs par édition sur trois jours. Tapiales Cine/Corto propose également des activités parallèles, telles que des espaces de formation, des conférences et des spectacles spéciaux en dehors de la compétition.
Les objectifs du Festival sont de stimuler l'augmentation de la qualité et de la quantité des productions nationales de courts métrages destinées rapidement aux secteurs populaires, en promouvant la diffusion et les échanges nationaux et internationaux d'œuvres audiovisuelles qui tiennent compte de la diversité culturelle des villages. Le projet du Tapiales Film Festival définit ses objectifs à court et à long terme : à court terme, le projet est limité à une période d'un an, période qui s'écoule entre une édition et l'autre. Au cours de cette période, l'objectif à atteindre est de fournir au plus grand nombre possible de publics une programmation de films culturels gratuite, de promouvoir la production de courts métrages audiovisuels et les échanges entre cinéastes étrangers et nationaux et de mener des activités parallèles qui encouragent l'intérêt du public pour le cinéma et l'art audiovisuel en général.
Cette édition ajoute également la création d'un espace de confinement et d'expression direct pour les jeunes à risque vivant dans le cadre de la fête de La Matanza, en développant des activités parallèles spécialement destinées à eux, comme un atelier de réalisation de courts métrages dont le résultat peut être exposé. À long terme, l'objectif est plus ambitieux et consiste à éduquer le public, à éveiller l'intérêt culturel et à améliorer le développement social et professionnel de la communauté. Un projet long et continu car pour la fête La Matanza, il ne s'agit pas simplement de la réalisation d'un événement cinématographique, il s'inscrit dans le cadre d'un événement qui mène à la démocratisation de notre société et à l'égalité des chances pour tous les habitants. Avant, un festival de films était un concept élitiste, lié et réservé uniquement aux villes culturellement élevées.
Dans notre ville, ce projet encourage le développement de nombreux professionnels qui commencent à obtenir leur premier emploi, de jeunes qui ont besoin de s'agrandir et de trouver un espace pour faire apprécier leurs créations et d'un grand public qui bénéficie de divertissements et de contenus de bonne qualité s'ils sont appréciés même en dehors de nos frontières.
FICSO, Festival International du Cinéma Social, promeut des thèmes et des actions qui promeuvent et diffusent la formation de la sensibilisation et de l'éducation aux valeurs fondamentales telles que l'intégration et l'équité sociale, la durabilité environnementale et la solidarité humaine.
Le Festival propose la diffusion d'œuvres dans tous les formats et durées, nationales ou internationales, individuelles ou collectives, qui visent à influencer de manière critique la réalité mais surtout à apporter des idées et des approches aux enjeux les plus pressants. Nous appelons l'ensemble de la communauté audiovisuelle et des organisations de la société civile, des OSC, des ONG, des associations civiles, des groupes organisés et des communautés représentés dans des associations, des fondations, des centres d'études, des clubs de quartier et aussi la communauté éducative et universitaire et des organisations religieuses à faire partie de ce initiative.
Toute incidence en matière de droits de l'homme et de droits civils est un sujet d'intérêt pour la FICSO ; l'impact de l'économie mondialisée ; la dette des pays en développement et la croissance de la pauvreté ; la préservation et la protection de l'environnement et de l'écosystème ; les droits des minorités, des femmes, des enfants et des jeunes ; l'égalité des sexes les droits des communautés autochtones, les droits des migrants, la ségrégation des minorités, etc.
L'objectif principal du Festival du court métrage est la diffusion des écosystèmes et du patrimoine biologique à travers des œuvres cinématographiques et audiovisuelles sélectionnées selon des critères de qualité.
