ENTRY FEE FOR SUBMISSIONS OF FILMS:
(1) Entry fees for FEATURE FILMS (Duration: 50 mins to 105 mins max) : 5000/- INR or (63.23 USD)
(2) Entry fees for SHORT FILMS (Duration: 00.10 mins to 00.50 mins): 3,000/- INR or (36.27 USD)
(3) ANIMATION FILMS in all categories (Duration: 00.05 mins to 00.30 mins max).
(4) Entry fees for STUDENT FILMS: 1500/-INR or (21USD)
(LATE ENTRY FEES WILL BE DOUBLE THE ENTRY FEES MENTIONED ABOVE APPLICABLE TO FILMS SUBMITTED BEYOND THE DEADLINE ANNOUNCED)
SUBMISSION GUIDELINES:
1.Films without English Subtitles (except English Films), shall not be considered for selection.
2.Films submitted with watermarks or logos shall be rejected.
3.Only Trailers or promos cannot be submitted for selection process.
4.Film Download link with password is preferred, DVD or Bluray are also accepted as hard copies.
5.If submitting hard copies, Two full HD DVDs/Bluray should be sent by courier to the Festival office along with a hard copy of this entry form duly filled. DVDs must be labeled with film title, director name, duration, phone number and email id on them. Director pic, Poster, Film Stills may be attached in an email.
6. For submissions coming from outside India, the packages must be marked, “For Festival & Cultural Purpose only, No Commercial value”.
7. DIFF does not pay screening fees to film makers.
8. DIFF will not return the Films submitted online or vide DVDs/Pen Drives/ Blu-ray etc. during or after the festival.
TERMS & CONDITIONS:
1. DIFF reserves the right to showcase the film so submitted perpetually anywhere ( other festivals, television, online etc).
2. DIFF reserves the right to include the film and related material in its promotional activities.
3. All Decisions made by the Appointed “Selection Committee” regarding Selections, screenings, awards at the Festival in entirety will be final. In case of Dispute, decision of the President is final.
4. The film makers and their representatives undertake to use the official logo and the status of their Selection or Award strictly in conformation with DIFF 2022 designs and they further undertake to use such festival logo in all their promotions, posters and marketing publications with the consent of the festival.
5. A film selected for the festival does not run in competition automatically. A Jury will select the films which feature in Competition.
6. The Festival shall not bear / reimburse any freight or other charges in foreign or Indian currency.
7. Once selected for screening, the film shall not be withdrawn.
8. The last date of submissions of ENTRIES IS 10.12.2024 and Date of Intimation of Selection will be 15.12.2024

El Festival Internacional de Cine Independiente SMR13 es un evento anual de cuatro (4) días de duración, certificado por el IMDB, que se celebra en la segunda quincena de noviembre en Saint-Mitre-Les-Remparts, en el sur de Francia, cerca de Marsella.
En primer lugar, se trata de un festival presencial que se celebra en «La Manare», una sala de espectáculos específica con una superficie total de 1000 m² y una capacidad de 250 espectadores.
La décima edición del festival internacional de cine independiente SMR13 tendrá lugar del 21 al 23 de noviembre de 2025.

Desde sus inicios, el "Festival de Cine Inusual de Buenos Aires" se ha propuesto indagar los aspectos menos explorados de la producción cinematográfica actual con el fin de cubrir las expectativas de aquellos que anhelan una visión fílmica diferente. Del 19 al 29 de Octubre de 2017, realizamos la décimotercera edición en importantes sedes de la Ciudad Autónoma de Buenos Aires. De carácter competitivo, tiene una duración de 11 días y nos auspician importantes organismos institucionales. También, realizamos actividades mensuales permanentes, promocionales del Festival: focos/muestras y participaciones en Mercados de Cine.
El 27º Festival de Cine Kinoarte, que se celebrará del 30 de octubre al 8 de noviembre, está recibiendo solicitudes para sus sesiones competitivas de cortometrajes. Las películas de hasta 25 minutos de duración, producidas a partir de enero de 2025, pueden participar en las competiciones iberoamericana, nacional, paranaense y londrinense.
1936, Memorias del silencio nace con el objetivo de promover a través del cine y coloquios, la cultura de paz y otra mirada alrededor del mundo, respecto a la Guerra Civil Española.
Este programa responde a la intención de abordar el papel de la Guerra civil española desde su entorno cultural, antropológico y social, con especial atención al rol de la mujer a lo largo de su evolución.
Participarán conferenciantes y ponentes en talleres, coloquios y debates a fin de sensibilizar y provocar reflexión de unos acontecimientos sobre los que todo un sector se niega a hablar. , Por ello daremos prioridad a las propuestas accesibles para personas con discapacidad sonora o visual.
Se integrará por una retrospectiva, competición y coloquios o conferencias con especialistas.

Difundir un cine que nos haga reflexionar, despierte conciencias, denuncie injusticias y refleje la diversidad social y cultural de la humanidad, este es el objetivo del Festival de Cine y Derechos Humanos de Barcelona que este año celebrará su 23º edición, es el festival independiente más antiguo e importante sobre la temática en España y un festival referente internacionalmente.
PLAY es el primer festival de cine portugués, dedicado exclusivamente a niños y adolescentes, decidido a promover el acceso a la cultura para un público más joven a través del cine y la proyección de películas para audiencias de entre 1 y 16 años.

Artículo 1: Introducción y propósito
Con motivo de la 19ª edición de OMOVIES, el Festival Internacional de Cine LGBTQIA+, la Asociación i Ken APS ETS anuncia un concurso internacional de obras audiovisuales que exploren las orientaciones sexuales, las identidades y expresiones de género, los cuerpos, las relaciones, las familias, las comunidades y las culturas LGBTQIA+ desde perspectivas libres, pluralistas e interseccionales.
Se presta especial atención al cuestionamiento, entendido no como una condición incompleta o meramente transitoria, sino como una experiencia legítima de autoexploración, reflexión y autodeterminación. OMOVIES reconoce el derecho de todas las personas a cuestionar su orientación sexual, identidad de género o expresión de género; a tomarse un tiempo antes de adoptar una definición; a cambiar, con el tiempo, el lenguaje utilizado para describirse a sí mismas; o a optar por no adoptar ninguna etiqueta. El cine tiene el poder de devolver la dignidad a estos viajes liberándolos de la presión de la certeza, de la patologización y de las representaciones que los reducen a la confusión, la fragilidad o simplemente una etapa de transición hacia una identidad supuestamente definitiva.
El Festival también reconoce las culturas queer como un patrimonio diverso de recuerdos, prácticas artísticas, lenguajes, formas de resistencia, cuidados, parentesco y construcción de comunidades. Desde esta perspectiva, lo queer representa no solo una categoría de identidad o un término genérico, sino también una lente crítica a través de la cual se puede cuestionar lo que se presenta como natural, universal o inmutable. Por lo tanto, el Festival acoge obras que amplíen los límites de la visibilidad y la narración, desafíen el pensamiento binario, los estereotipos, las jerarquías y las estructuras de poder, y exploren las intersecciones entre el género, la orientación sexual, el origen, la racialización, la discapacidad, la edad, la clase social, la fe y la migración, sin reducir la complejidad de la experiencia humana a nuevas definiciones rígidas.
El Festival está programado para celebrarse del 7 al 14 de diciembre de 2026, en un formato híbrido, con proyecciones presenciales y eventos en Nápoles, así como un programa en línea. El Festival, cuyas primeras 21 ediciones contaron con más de 20 000 cortometrajes y un total de casi 28 000 espectadores, se estructura en varias secciones competitivas: Selección oficial (para cortometrajes de hasta 10 minutos estrenados después del 1 de enero de 2026), Extralarge (para cortos de entre 10 y 20 minutos estrenados después del 1 de enero de 2026), Animaciones (animaciones de hasta 15 minutos lanzadas después del 1 de enero de 2026), Doc10 (documentales de hasta 15 minutos) estrenado después del 1 de enero de 2026), Visti da Vicino (para cortometrajes de hasta 10 actas publicadas por directores procedentes de la provincia de Frosinone después del 1 de enero de 2026).
En las secciones competitivas, se une a la Academia Dieciminuti, una escuela de cine que reúne a jóvenes de nuestra provincia para crear desde cero un cortometraje de ficción o animación. Lo que hace único al festival en el panorama nacional es ser una verdadera escuela para jóvenes que quieren explorar el mundo del cine. También es muy apreciada la Sección Esplorazioni, que permite a los espectadores ponerse en contacto con el cortometraje que viene de un país diferente cada año. Durante los últimos años, el festival ha acogido los cortometrajes inéditos de animación japonesa de Studio Ghibli, dirigidos por Hayao Miyazaki, los cortometrajes de animación del Festival de Cine de Teherán, los cortometrajes de Georges Méliès, las avantguardes y la webserie.
TAFIC es uno de los festivales de cortometrajes más importantes de Argentina.
El Festival Internacional de Cine/Cortometrajes de Tapiales es un evento cinematográfico de gran impacto social y cultural, sin fines de lucro, organizado por JC Films OFCT, que se lleva a cabo en Tapiales, localidad perteneciente al partido de La Matanza, provincia de Buenos Aires.
Tapiales Cine/Corto es también un evento competitivo, donde los cortometrajes seleccionados, que posteriormente reciben el Premio Aborigen, se proyectan según la decisión de los honorables jurados.
El evento se lleva a cabo bajo la premisa de exaltar el carácter popular, gratuito y abierto, convocando a aproximadamente 3000 espectadores por edición durante tres días. Tapiales Cine/Corto también propone actividades paralelas, como espacios de capacitación, charlas y proyecciones especiales fuera de competencia.
Los objetivos del Festival son estimular el aumento de la calidad y cantidad de producciones nacionales de cortometrajes dirigidas directamente a los sectores populares, promoviendo la difusión y el intercambio nacional e internacional de obras audiovisuales que den cuenta de la diversidad cultural de los pueblos. El proyecto del Festival de Cine de Tapiales define sus objetivos a corto y largo plazo: a corto plazo, el proyecto se limita a un año, tiempo que transcurre entre una edición y otra. Durante este período, el objetivo es brindar al mayor número posible de público una programación cinematográfica cultural gratuita, promover la producción de cortometrajes audiovisuales y el intercambio entre cineastas nacionales e internacionales, y realizar actividades paralelas que fomenten el interés por el cine y el arte audiovisual en general.
Esta edición también incluye la creación de un espacio de contención y expresión para jóvenes en situación de vulnerabilidad que viven en el partido de La Matanza, desarrollando actividades paralelas especialmente dirigidas a ellos, como un taller de creación de cortometrajes cuyo resultado pueda exhibirse. Días del Festival.
A largo plazo, el objetivo es más ambicioso y consiste en educar al público, despertar el interés cultural y mejorar el desarrollo social y profesional de la comunidad. Un proyecto largo y continuo, ya que para el partido de La Matanza esto es más que la realización de un evento cinematográfico; es parte de un evento que conduce a la democratización de nuestra sociedad y a la igualdad de oportunidades para todos los habitantes. Antes, un festival de cine era un concepto elitista, vinculado y reservado solo a ciudades con una cultura superior.
En nuestra ciudad, este proyecto fomenta el desarrollo de muchos profesionales que comienzan a desarrollar sus primeros empleos, de jóvenes que necesitan expandirse y encontrar un espacio para que sus creaciones sean apreciadas, y de un público en general que recibe entretenimiento y contenido de calidad, incluso fuera de nuestras fronteras.
FICSO, Festival Internacional de Cine Social, promueve temáticas y acciones que fomenten y divulguen la formación de conciencia y educación en valores fundamentales como son la integración y equidad social, la sustentabilidad ambiental y la solidaridad humana.
El Festival propone la divulgación de obras en todo formato y duración, nacionales o internacionales, individuales o colectivas, que apunten a incidir críticamente en la realidad pero por sobre todo a aportar ideas y abordajes para los temas más acuciantes. Convocamos a la comunidad audiovisual toda y a las organizaciones de la sociedad civil, OSCs, ONGs, asociaciones civiles, colectivos organizados y comunidades representadas en asociaciones, fundaciones, centros de estudio, clubes barriales y también a la comunidad educativa y universitaria y organizaciones religiosas a ser parte de esta iniciativa.
Es materia de interés para FICSO toda incidencia en cuestión de derechos humanos y civiles; el impacto de la economía globalizada; la deuda de los países en desarrollo y el crecimiento de la pobreza; la preservación y cuidado del ambiente y el ecosistema; los derechos de las minorías, mujeres, niños y jóvenes; las cuestiones de género; los derechos de las comunidades originarias; los derechos de los migrantes; las minorías segregadas y un largo etcétera.
El objetivo principal del Festival de Cortometrajes es la difusión de los ecosistemas y el patrimonio biológico a través de obras cinematográficas y audiovisuales seleccionadas mediante criterios de calidad.
