Fast Anchor Film Festival (FAFF) was set up in early 2016 with the simple aim of bringing together talented filmmakers and fierce film-lovers to celebrate some of the best independent short films from across the world.
Welcome to the Fantasy Anime Sci-Fi Horror Film Festival 2017.
We are a 2nd year festival geared to screening Feature length, Short, Documentary, and Experimental Films along with Webisodes, Reels, Commercials, Music Videos and Trailers. We also have awards for best Screenplay and best Treatment. We will be holding our screenings at the Regal Cinemas at LA LIVE. We are expecting to have workshops, guest speakers and valuable networking events.
WHY F.A.S.H FEST?
We are here for the Independent Filmmaker, we understand the struggles of making a film and we applaud that struggle. We also understand that the end result may or may not come out so perfect that is why we are committed to screening films of all types and budgets. We are not looking for the perfect film we are looking for creativity and escapism. So show us your work, let us get lost in your world and we'll be sure to give that experience to the rest of the world.
Welcome to the Movement Latino Film Festival. We are an exciting new film festival created by Latino artist, actors, filmmakers and journalist aimed at showcasing and highlighting Latino filmmakers and talent.
We are currently accepting feature length, short, documentary, experimental films and webisodes. We are also accepting screenplays both full and short length, we are also reading treatments as well.
Our festival will be located at the Monica Film Center within close proximity to the Santa Monica Pier and just one block away from the 3rd Street Promenade. Come bring your best work and celebrate our opening year which will host workshops, networking opportunities and competition comradery. Welcome to the Indie Chicks International Film Festival. We are a film festival created by female Indie Filmmakers for female Indie Filmmakers we do however encourage all filmmakers of all genders to submit for we are seeking a diverse multi racial multi gendered screening event. This year we will be at LA LIVE and screening great indie films on the big stage!
Our festival will include film screenings, Q&A talks from directors, networking opportunities and visiting distribution representatives.
We are currently seeking films produced, written or directed by women of all ages.

Experimental Forum is an international performance, film and video art festival showcasing experimental film and artists’ moving image from new directors and innovative video artists from around the globe, with the third edition taking place in Los Angeles in November 2018. Our aim is to provide a supportive platform for the exciting and challenging work that is outside the scope of mainstream film festivals and art galleries.
We welcome experimental cinema pieces (abstract, narrative or documentary), video art works, essay films, artists’ moving image and media art, as well as documentary and narrative films that seek to expand, redefine or reconfigure the means and ends of their respective fields. Experimental Forum exists to provide access to, and develop audiences for, artists’ moving image work and is committed to engaging local audiences with new and/or unheard voices in film.
We are particularly interested in works made by early stage filmmakers and artists whose work is underrepresented. We provide a collaborative platform for moving image works made for the gallery and for the cinema with the aim of building a community across disciplinary and institutional faultlines.
It is a festival of "silent" short films (no audible dialogue),
open to professionals and amateurs.
It is a non-profit project,
with the support of public institutions, social organizations and private sponsors who offer products or services as prizes of the festival.
Fidé é um festival na França que é completamente dedicado ao documentário estudantil internacional. Trata-se de qualquer trabalho filmado, sonoro ou multimídia apoiado na realidade e que foi realizado durante os estudos do diretor. Universidades, escolas, oficinas e estudantes de todo o mundo participam, por cerca de 600 documentários registrados todos os anos. Seus princípios são os da promoção e da celebração das criações estudantis, exceto os circuitos habituais, nos quais raramente encontram seu lugar.
O festival não tem restrições quanto à data da produção ou suporte original, assunto ou duração.
Diretores de todas as nacionalidades são bem-vindos a inscrever seus filmes. Legendas em francês ou inglês são exigidas.
O próximo Fidé terá lugar em abril de 2021, nos subúrbios parisienses.

LA Underground Film Forum (LAUFF) é a principal vitrine de experimentação em filmes, vídeo e mídia baseada em áudio. Ele se concentra em vanguarda, art-house, cinema independente e nen/baixo orçamento, com a quinta edição acontecendo em julho de 2020, Los Angeles.
Nosso programa oferece um local para os cineastas reinventar e explorar novas abordagens, promover novas formas de arte mediática e construir um público para esse trabalho. Nosso objetivo é apresentar uma ampla gama de trabalhos explorando as muitas definições e interpretações do conceito de “underground”.
Estamos à procura de filmes feitos com paixão, obsessão e motivação; filmes que vão além das expectativas e do gênero; filmes, projetos de vídeo e áudio que se esforçam para ultrapassar os limites da forma e conteúdo aceitos. Um forte senso de autoria é uma obrigação.
LAUFF aceita todas as formas e gêneros: do drama, documentário, experimental, culto, art-house, língua estrangeira, comédia, horror, ficção científica, fantasia, animação, LGBT, indígena, erótica ao cinema lento e videoarte...
O objetivo do Festival de Videoclipes de Bogotá é celebrar a arte do videoclipe, a alegria da música e a paixão pelo cinema.
Levamos a arte do videoclipe para diferentes telas em Bogotá e, ainda por cima, com música ao vivo, exposições e eventos acadêmicos e industriais. Queremos mostrar um trabalho independente e feroz para novos públicos, focando no potencial de admiração trazido pela comunhão entre música e imagens em movimento.
OMAI Film and Theatre Festival is a branch of OMAI. The festival was born in San Antonio, Texas at the very beginning of 2016 by Actress/Director Andrea Mundaka. Now, in alliance with the Journalist/Director Luis Franceschi, both working together to achieve a successful launch of the festival this year in Mendoza, Argentina. The idea of it is to promote the audiovisual arts around the world and give the opportunity to others to show their work and dedication for this type of art. We believe that by helping each other grow, we can all make it, and what better way to show our work than a festival? The submissions are open to everyone who has anything ready to show in a movie theatre. We want to work together, along with all the members of OMAI to make this festival a complete success, and show the hidden jewels of film around the world.

O Festival de Cinema de Post Alley é um evento de exibição de curtas-metragens femininas centradas e excêntricas celebrando cineastas criativas e estabelecidas e emergentes. O festival oferece um local para a voz feminina no filme com trabalhos que provocam pensamentos que divertem e desafiam. PAFF exibe curtas-metragens de mulheres e homens. É único no Pacífico NW. PAFF é patrocinado pela Women in Film Seattle www.womeninfilmseattle.org WIF Seattle é uma organização profissional que fornece recursos e oportunidades para cineastas femininas e promove o entrelaçamento de nossa comunidade de cineastas. WIF Seattle é dedicado a promover o respeito das mulheres dentro e fora do set e tela.
Os curtas selecionados serão exibidos entre os dias 4 e 6 de outubro de 2019. Haverá uma sessão especial, batizada de “Sessão Maldita”, dedicada exclusivamente a filmes marginais, experimentais, fantásticos, surreais e até mesmo escatológicos.

O ABP FLY MOVIES 2016, evento organizado pela Associação Brasileira de Parapente, ocorrerá simultaneamente à 22.a Clínica & Congresso Brasileiro de Parapente nos dias 18, 19 e 20 de novembro de 2016, na cidade de São Pedro - SP e é um festival aberto tanto para cineastas profissionais como amadores.
São aceitos filmes, animações, documentários, ou montagens visuais cuja temática seja os esportes aéreos das seguintes modalidades: parapente, asa delta, paramotor, trike, paratrike, paraquedismo, speedy fly, balonismo, wingsuit, planador, base jump, kite, aeromodelismo, boomerang, acrobacia aérea em aviões e/ou helicópteros. Também serão aceitos filmes cujo tema seja o voo de um pássaro.
