Cependant, la LCIFF a l'intention d'organiser un festival qui relie les fans de cinéma et les cinéastes au monde entier, en particulier au réalisateur sérieux et à leurs associés, afin de mieux comprendre l'art du cinéma.
Le festival de deux jours permettra de voir des gens de différentes communautés se promener pour regarder des films provenant de pays tels que l'Allemagne, l'Italie, le Royaume-Uni, les États-Unis, la Russie, le Bangladesh, l'Iran, la Pologne, en anglais et dans les langues du pays.
